Why Chris Van Hollen Is WRONG About ‘Self Determination’ In PalestinePosted on February 3, 2025 Mark Levin goes off on ‘Democrat Islamist’ Senator Chris Van Hollen of Maryland, for arguing the right of the people in Gaza to have ‘self-determination’ – which of course would mean Hamas having their way with the people of Palestine and Israel. Truth is, no country in the Middle East has ‘self-determination’. They all operate as a monarchy, theocracy, or other type of dictatorship. If the people of Gaza had ‘self-determination’, they would just keep electing Hamas, as they have done in the past. In fact, we can already see exactly what the people of the Gaza Strip would do if they had ‘self-determination’. Not only do they keep Hamas in power, they used the money they got from UNWRA and the UN to advance their violent agenda. So why should anyone think anything would be different if Palestine was it’s own country?
