One OBVIOUS reason President Trump’s lawyers would not release the warrant is if contains some discussion of the classified information the National Archives reportedly claims to be seeking. Trump’s lawyers are not free to release that information. The government is reportedly claiming it is classified and if released, in some form or another, by Trump’s lawyers, then they’d accuse the former president of violating the Espionage Act.
