On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, President Biden and the Democrats are doing everything possible to take control of voting and block Republican efforts to strengthen voter integrity. Democrats have proposed legislation that would turn America into one dark blue state where they would never lose power because that is the only thing that matters to them. Biden gave a Castro-like speech today in Philadelphia pushing a false narrative about standing up to the greatest threat to our Democracy, calling for no voter ID and no signature verification. Democrats want to ram through their voting agenda with a 50-50 senate a four-seat majority in the House of Representatives. The chaos at the border is all part of the plan, as they push to remove citizenship as a requirement to vote. They want to destroy our voting system and neutralize our vote by putting the Democrat party first and the country last. Also, we can no longer allow the government to control our schools. Community committees, parents groups, and activists must take a stand against their local school boards and the corruption of public education. Students should be taught civics and history as written by real historians, not 1619 project propaganda. Later, a new report came out that shows the U.S. Navy is not prepared for fighting a war but are well trained in diversity. This is what is happening to our military while the Chinese are building a naval fleet second to none. Finally, Marco Rubio calls in to discuss the ongoing crisis in Cuba. 100 activists are missing, people are being brutalized and murdered, and now some have had their internet connection cut to stop the spread of their uprising against their fascist government, all in the name of Marxism.

Hour 1 Segment 1
The People’s Paradise of Cuba. People are now missing, 100 activists are missing. Including a reporter. And these people will be brutalized. They’re also saying some of them have already been murdered. Marxism. Black Lives Matter, two of the three founders have come out of the closet and said they’re Marxists. Antifa, Marxist anarchists, Bernie Sanders, Marxists, the Squaddie Kabbala Marxists. And we’ll talk more about this in a moment. Joe Biden and his party. Are doing everything humanly possible. To take complete control over the voting system. They don’t want red states, blue states, they don’t want competition. And yet they craft the narrative. That they are standing up against the worst threat against this country since the Civil War. And so I would ask that people at The New York Times and The Washington Post, I would ask that people, Ms. LSD and the Constipated News Network, exactly which provision? In any of the Republican passed laws since the end of the pandemic and the last election. Which provision? It’s so severe in repressing the vote, particularly of African-Americans. That it’s akin to the civil war, which one is it? I’ll go a step further. Where are all the individuals prior to the pandemic when all these laws were changed? Mostly by fiat from courts. But in order to make it easier to vote because of the pandemic. Never intended to be permanent. Where are all the people prior to the pandemic who were denied the right to vote? Who are they? I want names. Where are they? Under the Civil Rights Act of 1965, often called the Voting Rights Act of 1965. Individuals who have been prevented about. As a result of their race, their creed, their ethnicity, their ancestry, their sexuality or what have you. Have a federal cause of action, which they can bring against the state. And the county and the municipality. Where are all these lawsuits? They don’t exist. And so we’re left with hearing propaganda from demagogues, the worst kind of propaganda from demagogues, not one time did Joe Biden in his long Castro like speech. Explain specifically what it is about these laws. That are repressing minorities, preventing them from voting akin to the civil war. And what does Biden want to do? How come that’s never raised by anybody in the media? The Democrat Party has proposed legislation that will turn the country into one dark blue state where they will never lose power because they have so much in common. With Marxist regimes in Marxist parties throughout the world, they want to do it with 50 50 in the Senate, with a four vote surplus in the House, they want to ram it through and because so far they haven’t been able to. Which would guarantee the majority status for the rest of the time they’re turning. To prosecutors. At the Department of Justice, the politicized Department of Justice, to find ways to threaten states that threaten state representatives and state senators. And they have coordinated this Marxist like theater. With that, Democrats and the Texas legislature leave town and go where to the White House to talk to their great leader, Joe Biden. And then he goes to the Constitution Center in Philadelphia. Where he stains the Constitution and our history, it is amazing how they trashed the founding fathers, how they trashed the framers of the Constitution, then he runs to Philadelphia, waving around figuratively the Constitution of the United States. These are propagandists, these are liars. And what is it that Biden wants to do, you know, allow 16 and 17 year olds to register to vote? And because you can’t challenge anybody’s vote, an election judge can’t, nobody can. How are you going to stop 16 and 17 year olds from voting no voter I.D., even though they’re starting to back off? They haven’t withdrawn the point. No signature comparison, why not? How is that racist, how is any of this racist? I hope people listening to this show who are non-white. I hope you’re listening about how the Democrat Party uses you and abuses you and treat you like your stupid. People should be able to vote in any precinct in the state. Well, their legislation would do that to. Individuals can register to vote. Specifically leaving out the word citizens. Any effort to challenge somebody right there and then who decides to vote? And register right on the spot. It’s a potential crime. Then we have the after voting, voting. You’ve heard about this before. Where the Democrats went for seven to 10 days after voting. The ability of their operatives to go into nursing homes. To go into mental institutions, I’m not kidding to go wherever they can, wherever they want to collect ballots. Can you imagine that? Political operatives collecting ballots? They call this voter harvesting. And that way they get to see the outcome and then try and change it. That’s not about expanding the franchise. These people want to destroy our franchise. They want to vote. They want to destroy our voting system. They want to neutralize your vote. This isn’t about black people or minorities. This is about the Democrat Party, power hungry Democrat Party, which puts the party first in the country last. This is why they want to eliminate the independence of the judiciary, which they’re intimidating as I speak, threatening to pack the courts. This is why they want to pack the United States Senate by adding four more Democrat senators, making it virtually impossible for the Republicans ever to be a majority in the Senate. This is why they want to get rid of gerrymandering, not when they control most of the state legislatures, but when the Republicans do and give it to experts to oversee. Oh, we’ve seen how that’s work before. And it could go on and on. This is why they want open borders, they want open borders for one reason only the chaos, the anarchy, the horror that’s going on down there. And that reason is they know that 60 to 65 percent of the Hispanic vote votes Democrat and they are hoping. That many of the people coming across will eventually get amnesty or have children. And then I’ll be chain migration, so the flood, the system with votes, Democrat votes, everything they’re doing. It’s to attack the the institutions of this society. Like any good Marxist party. That’s right, I said it, they don’t have to be Marxists in every technical respect. But they’re certainly not respectful of our system, separation of powers, the Constitution. This war against our electoral system, you know, Joe Biden has always been an SLB. He’s always lied about people, he’s always lied about himself, he’s always plagiarized. He will switch positions on a dime if he thinks it could advantage him, he is a human pandemic, what he’s done to this country, what he’s done to other countries, his response to Cuba and what’s going on there has been outrageous what’s going on in Afghanistan now. And trust me. There’s going to be widespread slaughter, including people who supported our efforts, women you don’t hear from the left wing Democrat women’s groups, do you? Women in Afghanistan are going to be going back to the Stone Age where they have to cover their faces and on and on and on with multiple marriages and the rest of it, you look in the Middle East, there’s no progress at all in the Middle East. Hamas has been strengthened. The Palestinian terrorists generally have been strengthened. We’re going to provide Iran with commerce now and billions and billions of dollars. And then you look in our own country. You’re looking at our own country now, they want to destroy our electoral system. They don’t have the votes to do it, but they insist that they must. And then they they define those or talk about those who are trying to defend the process. As racists, because that’s all they’ve got, and the funny thing is that’s the party of racism, that’s the party of slavery, that’s the party of segregation. That’s the party of Joe Biden. That’s who he is and has been over the years. Anyway, so I want to take a look at this, as I say, it’s going to be somewhat painful, but stick with me, because this is what people are hearing on the on the trail as he goes out there and just unleashes such a vile lies. Let’s start at the Constitution Center in Philadelphia today. Cut five go. They want voters to dive further and be able to be in a position where they wonder who’s watching them and intimidating to wait longer, to vote, to drive a hell of a lot excuse me, a long way to get to vote. They want to make it so hard and convenient that they hope people don’t vote at all. That’s what this is about this year alone. What does he mean? He’s not specific about a damn thing. Not a thing. You know, people who have to drive further to vote tend to be in rural areas and tend to be Republican people in the cities don’t have to drive part of it. What is he talking about? Go ahead. The. Of an action not just proposed, but enacted 28 new laws to make it harder for Americans to vote. How do they make it harder for Americans to vote? Is it harder for Americans to vote than prior to the pandemic? No. You say this is why people think this last election is very, very creepy. They’re fighting so hard to keep in place the processes they had rather than go back to the previous pre pandemic period. Why are they fighting so hard for this? Why are they fighting so hard for that? And by the way, have you noticed the Democrats never talk about election fraud? The media never talk about election fraud. Is there no more election fraud? We’ve had it throughout our history. Is it all gone all of a sudden? More when I return.

All right. Let’s move on to the next part of this insanity. With Joe Biden at the Constitution Center. Cut six, go, the assault on free and fair elections is just such a threat, literally, I’ve said it before, we’re facing the most significant test of our democracy since the Civil War. That’s not hyperbole since the Civil War. So you’re listening to a an illiterate. It’s not a man of words is a word, a man of mumbles. Since the Civil War. This is a threat, we have the greatest threat today since the American Revolution, the nation’s founding, and it’s Joe Biden and his party. It’s the corrupt media, it is the brainwashing. Colleges and universities, it is critical race theory in the degrowth movement. It is all these spawned movements. That Joe Biden is embracing, it’s the war on separation of powers, that’s the word on the very constitution where he’s staying in the Constitution Center, he’s moving it and the entire enterprise. The greatest threat to democracy since the civil war, ladies and gentlemen. Greater than the Plessy decision. Greater than the Korematsu decision. It’s the greatest threat since FDR rounded up Japanese Americans, Americans of Japanese descent. It’s the greatest threat since Woodrow Wilson. Resegregated the United States military. And the federal bureaucracy, seriously. It’s the greatest threat since the Democrat Party filibustered the 1964 and 65 Civil Rights Act. It’s the greatest threat since Bernie Sanders has taken over the Democrat Party and is pushing his old Marxism. It’s the greatest threat since Chuck Schumer threatened the Supreme Court two years ago. It’s the greatest threat since his party. Has been intimidating the independence of the judiciary. It’s trying to pack the Supreme Court back the United States Senate. It’s the greatest threat since the war on our cops by him and his party. It’s the greatest threat since trillions and trillions of dollars in red ink that are going to drown our children and our grandchildren. The fact that Republican legislatures are returning to pre pandemic election processes and even liberalizing them. More than his home state of Wilmington, and he’ll tell you, you know, for the longest time, half my state was a slave state. That’s the kind of low IQ moron that we’re dealing with. Go ahead. The cohabits back then never breached the capital, as insurrectionist did on January. There we go. Never breached the capital since the insurrectionists. So you see, ladies and gentlemen, we have to hand the country over to the Democrat Party. What about the insurrectionists in his party? Black Lives Matter. Violence. Brutality. A flat out claim they want to overthrow the country. What about his party? The insurrection in our colleges and universities, the insurrection in our public school systems. The war against our economic system. The insurrection. This man really has learned a lot from Fidel Castro. And the thugs and the totalitarians all over the country, all over the world, he’s learned. How to lie, how to be a propagandist. Here’s a class, a demagogue. The insurrection on January 6th, what a joke. There was no insurrection on January six, not a single person has been charged with violating war without committing an act of insurrection. Not one, but it doesn’t matter. That narrative goes on, throws around Jim Crow, the insurrection, and by the way, you know what else they have coming for us? This was just sent to me. Let me see. My wife found this, she said us a tweet. From Jack Post, I don’t know who he is, but he’s apparently with Human Events newspaper, the Biden administration is now planning to release a list of conservative social media influencers that were followed by January six, defendants that questioned the integrity of the 2020 election. This list also includes members of Congress per White House official. So in other words. If you raise questions about the violation of the federal constitution by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court or by rogue executives in Pennsylvania raise legitimate constitutional questions that at least two and perhaps three Supreme Court justices wanted to take up. Now they’re going to try and link you to the insurrection of January six. You know, Biden, you’ve learned a lot from fascists and Marxists and thugs. You’re everything I always said you were over these decades. The way you treated individuals like Clarence Thomas and Robert Bork, the way you treated other men and women of great integrity and morality, coming back for that damnable Judiciary Committee of yours. And now he treats half the country this way. Make no mistake about it, they want to change the election laws. They want to eliminate red states. They want to prevent obstacles from occurring. And by the way, I discuss all this in American Marxism, if you care. And now. Now. Anybody on social media who raised questions about Biden’s election? Is going to be smeared. As part of the January six events. Which, of course, was an insurrection. You know, The Washington Post tried this with me and we sent them a letter and we warned them, you keep this up, we’ll see in court. And not just for defamation. But for tortious interference with my business, because the goal of that kind of smearing and character assassination is to destroy my radio show. What’s the goal of this from bein. The man’s going around. Talking like a fool unhinged his entire party, telling you that if you don’t capitulate to what they’re trying to do to our election system, you’re Jim Crow, you’re a racist. You’re the greatest threat since the Civil War. Since the Civil War, let us recall the sanctuary movement which adopted elements of the Confederacy, nullification of federal law. And the like, it is the Democrats who adopt the language, even some of the policies of the Confederacy. Yes, it’s them. They’ve never liked the Constitution, ever. Ever so we’ll be on the lookout for this. Anyway, go ahead, Mr. Blitzer. I’m not saying this to alarm you, I’m saying this is what he’s about to say. Not saying to alarm you. Just to inform you, you see. Well, what does he say? Go ahead, alarm. I’m also saying this was good news. It doesn’t have to be this way, it doesn’t have to be for real. We have the names. We just need the will, the will to save and strengthen our democracy. Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me, Mr. Executive Orders? Mr. Fiat. Mr. Unity, what a joke, he wants to save our democracy. It’s it’s interesting, the worst, the worst. Of the worst, who run these various countries, these autocracies always talk about doing things in the name of the people, democracy. Tell me, where has Joe Biden done anything? That promotes democracy. Anything. What is he done in his entire damnable life, what has he done? Nothing. He hasn’t done anything. He’s gotten rich. His disgusting son has gotten rid, the family’s gotten rich. He’s been living off the taxpayers entire life. Never worked a day in the private sector, he never served in a state legislature, he was never a governor, and he goes on slamming away and slamming away and slamming away. So you see the Democrat states have great voting systems, ladies and gentlemen, because they win. And it’s the Republican states that are the worst states. You know, they’re the ones that don’t want to let black people vote. Based on what? Based on nothing. Based on nothing. Now, here’s what they do not understand, Biden and the rest. They’ve awakened the sleeping giant. People who voted for Biden now know he’s out of the closet. They know who he is and what he is, and they don’t like it. They know what his party is and what his party has become, and they don’t like it. They don’t like being called names, over 60 percent of the country is white and trashed and disparaged every damn day. And those who aren’t white and don’t throw in with the revolution, they’re trashed and disparaged every day to. And it is time to push back against this strongly. And I want to talk more about that when we come back, I’ll be right back.

This book, American Marxism, is seven chapters long. It is within notes where were we on this? Three hundred and nine pages long, but you don’t sit there and read the endnotes. And it’s broken down in a way which can be found in an intelligent way. Hundreds of thousands of you had copies arrive at your doorstep this morning. Many of you went out today and purchased a copy, Cosco has a lot of them, Wal-Mart and so forth and so on, Barnes & Noble. And it is just as a matter of taking your time reading it page for page for page, because things are going to pop out at you. You may use a yellow marker or these little yellow stickers. And of course, the back chapter, if you rush to the Chapter seven, is is a plan of action. Now, there could be many plans of action. But this is a plan of action I’ve set forth. I’ve provided link information, the names of organizations, information that you can track. One of the most important things that I propose in this book where I say we choose liberty in the final chapter, is that we create that you create somebody in your community, create. What I call community committees. Community committees where you meet every week or every two weeks doesn’t have to be a Republican committee, Democrat Nowy Community Committee with patriots like minded, you don’t have to agree on everything. But you agree that you love the country. You have to agree on the threats that face the country. And this can be done with a relatively small number of people, dozens of people at first, but have the ability to reach hundreds and even thousands of people in your own community. And then these community committees can network with other community committees in counties throughout your state and state to state. It needs to be spontaneous, but it needs to be done. And there can be a number of agendas, there needs to be, in some cases, coordination, this is what the communists do. This is what the left does. This is what Black Lives Matter does. This is what all of our opponents do. And it’s time we steal some pages out of their playbook. We still some pages out of their playbook in addition to these community committees. And many of you are leaders, maybe you don’t know it yet, but you are when you talk to a neighbor, when you go to a school board meeting. And it becomes invigorating, it becomes energizing and motivating. Many of your leaders, you may not fit into the party construct, you may not fit into some organization, and what I’m saying is create your own community committee. What should these groups do? I have a number of ideas and I’ll discuss some of them now, even though we’re short on time here. The BDS movement, the BDS movement, is an anti-Semitic movement intended to starve Israel economically and destroy it. And I’ve said before that we should take this protest movement, take it out of the hands of the thugs and the antisemite. And use boycotts, divestment and sanctions. Not against Jews, not against blacks, not against any race or religion. Use it against those who seek to destroy our country. By boycott’s I mean involve they involve withdrawing support for corporate media. This is a general overview. I get the specifics later. Big tech, other corporations, Hollywood, sporting culture and academic institutions engaged in promoting American Marxism and its various movements. Divestment campaigns pressure banks, corporations, local and state governments, religious institutions, pension funds, etc. to withdraw investments in and support for the various Marxist movements. Sanctions campaigns pressure local and state governments to end taxpayer subsidies and other forms of support for institutions with ties to various Marxist movements and policies and ban the teaching and indoctrinate not a nation of critical race theory, critical gender theory, etc. from taxpayer financed public schools. Again, this is an overarching point. There are specifics that I want to get to tonight. The American Marxists are litigious, relentlessly filing barrages of lawsuits and form shape jurisdictions and courtrooms, as well as filing administrative action after administrative action and federal and state bureaucracies to gather information about government actions on political opponents, as well as bogged down bureaucrats with search requests. American patriots to do the same information on how to file Freedom of Information Act request with the federal government can be found that and I provide the link. Every state has freedom of information rules, which you can easily find on the Internet. In addition, a partial list of conservative and libertarian legal groups can be found, and I provide the link and procedures for making claims against the federal and state governments can be found at again. The complaint process is provided in a link. In addition, if you gather information in the partisan political nature of particular Marxist based organizations, you can also challenge the favorable tax status conferred on them by filing complaints with the Internal Revenue Service, I provide another link. Now I’m giving you general points. Are you’re saying, well, how do we do this? I’m going to get into the specifics, but I want to finish with the overarching points when we return next hour. This is in the last chapter of American Marxism. The first six chapters are crucial, but I’m touching on the seventh, the last chapter because I haven’t been able to for three months.
