Is that how the Constitution and the civil society work, or are supposed to work? Federalism, separation of powers, and (for many) faith give way to judicial oligarchism and secularism? And none dare challenge it if they've any hope at winning the presidency, we are told, even though every presidential candidate until this last election has at least said they opposed it?
