On Tuesday's Mark Levin show, Mark reacts to Sen. Dianne Feinstein's report on the CIA's use of torture. The practices outlined in the report (sleep deprivation, wearing diapers, waterboarding) are far less extreme than techniques used in past wars. They are necessary for information gathering, which has saved lives and stopped potential terror attacks. The men and women cited in the report deserve medals of freedom; instead they are made out to be villains by Senate Democrats. Also, Tuesday's Obamacare hearings with Jonathan Gruber were pointless because hearings are supposed to stir some kind of action. But the Republicans won't fight Obamacare; they will fund every penny of it. Also, Obama is in Nashville saying conservative talk shows are ginning up anger towards him for usurping the authority of Congress. Finally, Eric Holder is blindfolding cops with 'anti-profiling' guidelines. Mark explains that this will make our streets more dangerous. The Department of Justice is now trying to federalizing local policing.
