On Friday’s Mark Levin Show: Mark talks about a new Virginia court ruling where a federal judge has over-turned Virginia’s same sex marriage ban. Once again we have activist judges, disregarding not only the Constitution but the citizens of a particular state, and going against their will. Mark says this should be a state issue and the federal government should not be involved. Regardless of the state or what the people in the state want, the courts are now legislating on their own and imposing their will. The iron fist of the federal government is alive and well and continually coming down on us. Mark says there’s no problem with the Constitution, the problem is with the people that were elected to follow it. That is why the Article V process is the only answer and solution we have. Also, there is a plan by the FCC to invade radio newsrooms to learn about how editorial decisions are made.
