On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, there are self-proclaimed MAGA supporters who trash America, exhibit antisemitism, align with foreign adversaries like Qatar, Iran, and Russia, and seek to undermine Trump’s presidency. Don’t believe the hype of those attacking President Trump. After everything that Trump has done so far to make this country great again, he will not be stopped, no matter how many attacks are thrown on him. Also, Trump’s increasing Supreme Court victories are validation against rogue judges. In a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court upheld the Trump administration’s authority to fire over 1,300 Department of Education workers. The President, as head of the executive branch, has inherent authority over staffing and operations. This decision restores executive control against ‘untouchable’ government jobs and programs. Later, Trump’s leadership has pressured NATO allies to increase defense spending, strengthening the alliance. Trump facilitated the sale of U.S.-manufactured weapons to NATO, which are then provided to Ukraine for defense against Russia, ensuring NATO foots the bill, not the U.S. This is the smart way to bring peace, not expand war. Afterward, what is authoritarian about supporting border security, deporting illegal immigrants, supporting police, school choice, tax cuts, and Second Amendment rights? Marxists and Islamists manipulate language via deception, fear-mongering, and coercion. This approach arouses prejudices, suppresses independent thought, and controls populations by dismissing morality as relative or illusory, concealing societal exploitation. In politics, it undermines democracy by withholding information for informed decisions, inciting destructive actions that serve demagogues while corrupting legitimate governance based on public consent.

Segment 1
Hello, America. Mark Levin Here, our number, 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. Well, we don’t have a lot tonight, just the Supreme Court’s important ruling, President’s actions on Russia and Ukraine. More on this $40 million raised to assassinate President Trump. 80%, 80% of the American people support what the president did with Iran. The Biden auto pen pardons. This is unbelievable. Georgetown University just signed a 10 year extension with Qatar. Keep in mind Georgetown is like a feeder school to the government. Gruesome, Newsom. Big time donor in his pot farms. Child labor on these pot farms, at least one of them. It’s a lot going on, a lot going on. Now, yours truly, if you listen to yours truly, and you do, and I appreciate it, over the years and even over the past days and weeks, we have our heads screwed on tight here. We’re not into conspiracies and collusions and all the rest of it. I’ve explained to you that there are people out there who claim to represent make America great again when they keep trashing America. Apparently they want to make Qatar and Iran and Russia great again. And of course, they’ve never been great in the first place. Many of them are deeply anti Semitic. Many of them are deeply hostile to the United States and our own national security and military while pretending to be otherwise. And they are now in the business of trying to damage the Trump presidency. I am extraordinarily proud of President Trump and the Trump presidency. We have a man in this office who has courage, the courage of his convictions. He has principles. He’s made promises. He’s trying to implement each and every one of them, despite the deep state, despite the, the drama queens and kings in Congress, despite these phony influencers. I don’t even know what an influencer is. But the media, the media is now telling us who influences us and who we should listen to. Should we listen to somebody who’s paid for hookers and had sex with a 17 year old? Should we listen to somebody who has had more positions than the happy hooker without the happy part, who makes nice with some of the worst genocidal maniacs on the face of the earth? Is that an influencer to you? Somebody who has 15 hours of tape with Epstein but won’t release it while he’s beating his chest about Pam Bondi? What do you think of that? That one hat tip to Roger Stone by the Donald Trump is a wise man. You and I don’t believe and never will all the hype around those attacking him, whether it’s the radical Democrat Party media, the Hamas supporting Al Jazeera, American media, whether it is the Democrat Party that hates America and embraces the Islamists and the Marxists, whether it is these diabolical isolationist Jew haters, they all attack our president. All of them. Some of them pretend to be journalists, some of them pretend to be MAGA, whatever they pretend to be, whatever camouflage they wear, what I do here and what this format’s for here in Blaze and on Fox. Steady, Eddy. Our principles, our beliefs, our values. I do everything I can to make sure I don’t let you down. Even if we have a disagreement with opinion. We have a disagreement of an opinion, so what? But my goal is not to damage this president. The goal of many is to damage this president because they’re grifters, because they need the hits, they need the clicks, they need the eyes, they need the subscribe, they need whatever the hell they need. The Democrat Party wants absolute one party control. That’s what they want. And they’ll do anything to get it, whether it’s to back a Islamist, Marxist and so forth and so on. The M President has done and is doing is historic. It’s iconic. And you’ll notice he’s winning more and more in the Supreme Court, that we were right. We were right all along, as was the administration, about these rogue judges. It’s not because the Supreme Court is in his back pocket. Hardly, hardly at all. It’s because these rogue judges are in the back pocket of the Democrats. That’s why this latest one in la, whose name I cannot pronounce, not out of rudeness, I just can’t. I told you last week, she’s a disaster. She will be overturned, claiming that the ICE raids and so forth are racially based. The law is. Ladies and gentlemen, I went back and looked at the court, what the court had to say about this. Race can be a part of these roundups as long as the purpose isn’t race. So in other words, we know there are ethnic communities, right, Mr. Producer? Well, you don’t go into the German community when you’re looking for, uh, Ms. 13 gang members, do you? You don’t go into Amish country, do you, when you’re looking for, uh, Venezuelan gang members, do you? And so this is understood. But if your purpose is to go after Hispanics to the inclusion of other people or that sort of thing, that’s unconstitutional. That’s not what they’re doing. In fact, this last time around, as in most of the times, they have a court order, a warrant to do exactly what they did, a federal warrant, but that wasn’t good enough. The Democrat Party doesn’t believe our immigration laws should apply to what they hope will be future Democrats. And so they’re destroying our country. And I’m telling you right now, we were not wrong. If Donald Trump hadn’t been elected president, it would be over. And God knows what will happen after he’s gone. But for the four years he’s here, while we may have quibble here and there, the fact of the matter is this is a good man doing a great job. He’s a great man doing a great job. We won’t see the likes of him ever again. I don’t believe. So. When I see these Lilliputians, the fake MAGA, attacking our president, when I see the Hate America Democrats, when I see the Al Jazeera, uh, Pravda media doing the same thing, yes, you can rely on me to expose them and to push back, and I’ll continue to do so. Tell you something funny as a footnote, as you all know, wasn’t exactly silent about it in that Republican primary in 2016. That was a tumultuous primary. Of course, I didn’t know Donald Trump at that time. I backed Ted Cruz, who I’d known a long time, and Mr. Conservative, who, by the way, would make a great president. And you and I, we did this together. As soon as the primary was over, we endorsed Donald Trump. We didn’t twiddle around and wait around. He gave a great speech in Gettysburg. I remember that speech. Remember that speech, Rich? It was solid. So solid. And I encouraged all the Levinites, all conservatives, to get behind him and get behind him early and quickly. And during the course of that tumultuous primary, Roger Stone took a pretty big shot at me. And I responded and I said, all right, that’s it. I’m never Trump. Because it was my understanding that Roger Stone was a consultant to Donald Trump. Donald Trump called me and said, that’s not the case. The next day, I withdrew it. But they keep focusing on that. And by the way, I like Roger Stone. I very much do. I don’t know him very well, but what he had to put up with with that SWAT stuff in the middle of that. I, uh, like him. I like him. I like him. Again, I don’t know him very well, but so what? In any event, I was talking to the president the other week or so, and he was kibitzing with me, and I’M not talking out of school. We’ve discussed this before, he and I. He said, yeah, he was talking about people early on, just kidding around. And he has a tremendous sense of humor. He really is a funny guy. He said, I remember you back Cruz and you got mad at me. I said, what was that? Well, he got mad at me because, you know, I mentioned his father and Oswald and so forth. I said, well, yeah, I got mad. I seem to recall Rush got me. And he said, but I also remember you were one of the fastest after that was over to endorse me. I said, Mr. President, I didn’t know you at all at any time prior to my endorsing you. And he laughed and laughed and so did I. And we’ve been fast friends. My wife and he have been fast friends ever since. I’m telling you this for a reason. I was never, never Trump. But I don’t have to defend myself. I speak out about these issues all the time. And if there’s a disagreement, I will mention a disagreement. But as I’ve told you before, it’s like with your own family and friends. If there’s a disagreement, you state your disagreement and your rationale for it. But you don’t then lead a campaign trying to destroy somebody or divide his base or undermine him or grab headlines with left wing media. When you see headlines involving me, whether it’s a Mediaite or the Drudge Report or places like that, uh, that’s because they make the headlines. I don’t talk to anybody at Media. I don’t talk to anybody at the Washington Post. I don’t talk to any of these people. Any of them. It’s the truth. Why should I? I don’t trust them. I talk to you right here. So if there’s a headline that says Levin says this or Levin’s finding, it’s them making the headline, it’s not me involved in it. Everything I say is public. It’s right here or on the Blazer, on Fox or on my social sites. Is that not the case, Mr. Producer? Everything is out there. I don’t go behind the President’s back or my friend’s back and, and do that sort of thing. Unfortunately, too many people do, especially if they’re in Washington or especially if they spend a little time in Washington. That’s the coin of the realm, to speak out of both sides of your mouth. And we’re going to what? And we’re not wasting any time here with the Epstein stuff. We haven’t wasted any time with the Epstein stuff from day one. From day one, the former Prime Minister of Israel, Bennett, he’d have put out a statement because of what was going on over the weekend. I think it was at, uh, Turning Point, one person after another talking about this stuff, or at least many. And he said, this is a lie. When I was prime minister, uh, Mossad reported to me. Neither Mossad nor the state of Israel has ever supported and Brace funded. Epstein was, we have no connection to him whatsoever. And he said, people who are, who are spewing this are absolute liars. Which is something I’ve explained because they have no, they don’t present anything. They prevent. And their answer is because it’s being hidden from us. Nobody’s hiding anything, period. So we’ve wasted exactly no time on any of this conspiracy stuff. And what I’m encouraging you to do is, especially over the last two months, whether it’s been Iran and Israel, whether it is the Sebstein stuff, whatever it is, by now you should be able, you have enough information on your own to separate the kooks from the serious people, the people who don’t respect you and seek to play you and those of us who have nothing but respect for you. All right, we’ve got a lot to do and I’m going to jump in. We’ll be right back.
Segment 2
I want to thank you folks out there. My book on power is really starting to pick up steam there. On Amazon.com and elsewhere you can get your early copy comes out in two weeks. Two weeks, by my calculation, 14 and a half days. Um, we’ve changed the local, uh, independent bookstore we’re going to be using in the New Jersey area to a brand new one with great ownership there and I believe a, um, better environment, uh, for our book signing. And I’ll be announcing that very briefly. Uh, we’ll continue at the, uh, Barnes and Noble in Reston, Virginia. And of course the Reagan Library is sold out. Those are the three locations. But the, uh, book’s getting a very good reception. Now, uh, I want to thank all you folks who’ve jumped in and hope it’ll make a difference in some of your lives and certainly in, um, some aspects of how we govern ourselves, the culture and the society. When we come back, we have a Supreme Court ruling. Supreme Court’s working hard through the summer. Had to reverse another federal district judge. This time this was a judge. We predicted all this, didn’t we? We just needed the Supreme Court to fix it. We predicted that, uh, everything these lower courts were doing was unconstitutional because they were seizing ministerial, that is administrative authority from the executive branch to run the executive branch. And in this case, a reduction in force at the Department of Education. We’ll be right back.
Segment 3
All right, ladies and gentlemen, Saturday, August 2nd, August 2nd, 1:00pm it’s not that far away. 1:00pm Books and greetings is our new independent bookstore. Beautiful little bookstore. I know you’re gonna love it. Located in North Vale Square, 271 Livingston St. Northvale, N.J. i hope you’ll join me there. We have a wonderful time. This will be a brand new venue. It’s very exciting for us. It’s a wonderful family owned independent bookstore. One more time and it’s all over our social media. So I really want you to check it out. Books and greetings August 2nd. Saturday, August 2nd, 1pm in the Northville Square, located in Northville Square, 271 Livingston Street. Northvale, New Jersey. They’re very, very excited to have us and we’re very excited to be there. The next Saturday, August 9th, August 9th, 10am Hello. August 9th, 10am Barnes and Noble, the Spectrum at Reston Town Center. You won’t want to miss that in Reston, Virginia. Barnes and Noble has been really good this time around. Really good. As has Costco, as has Amazon, as have a number of them, actually. All the retailers have been outstanding, all of them. So I want to thank them and tip my hat to them. But that’s August 9th, Saturday, Barnes and Noble, the Spectrum, uh, in Reston, Virginia. So two fantastic locations. We’re very excited about both. We haven’t been to Books and Greetings in Northville, New Jersey. We haven’t been to the Barnes and Noble in Reston, Virginia. So there you have it. We’re trying a couple of new places to make it more convenient for you. Parking lot, better for you and all the rest of it. Supreme Court, six to three decision. As you can imagine, it’s either six to one. Excuse me, it’s either eight to one, seven to two, or six to three. The three, uh, the Three Stooges. And this is the way USA Today starts. It’s Supreme Court lets Trump fire hundreds of education department workers and dismantle the agency. They go on an ideologically Divided Supreme Court on July 14th. This is a news article. Allowed the Trump administration to fire hundreds of workers from the Education Department and continue other efforts to dismantle the agency. Uh, let’s start from the beginning. The President of the United States also is the number one executive over the executive branch, of which there are millions of employees. Estimates are two and a half million. We’re talking about 1400 people here. Okay, 1400 people at the Department of Education. What, what’s going on here is the government is not used to laying people off. These are lifetime jobs. That’s how they’re viewed, that these agencies will exist forever. And in comes Donald Trump, following up our promise, trying to get government under control and spending under control. Since we’ve had a Department of Education, I think it’s 1978 or 79, under Jimmy Carter, our education has plummeted. Quality education has plummeted. The teachers used to become more powerful. There’s a reason why the NEA was the special interest behind the creation of the Department of Education. It is a nasty operation. I worked there briefly under President Reagan. I was the principal deputy. Assistant, uh Secretary for Elementary and Secondary Education. I worked for a fantastic man, Lawrence Davenport. Dr. Davenport. Absolutely fantastic. Wonderful, wonderful man. Was the Assistant Secretary of elementary and Secretary, Education. And brilliant. Did a hell of a job. And I learned a lot from him. A lot of what I know, I learned from him. Oh, and, uh, may I mention he’s African American? No, no, no, no. Not because I want to mention it, but because to so many people, this is very important. Brilliant man. One of the best men I’ve ever worked with. One of the best people I’ve ever known, Lawrence Davenport. And they go on here, Justice Sonia Sotomayor. Now, they don’t start off with what the court actually decided. They give their opinion on what took place, and then they go right to Sotomayor. The dumbest of the Supreme Court justices. Jackson is the worst. The worst. Sotomayor is the dumbest. She said the majority handed Trump the power to repeal laws passed by Congress by firing all those necessary to carry them out. She said the majority is either willfully blind to the implications of its ruling or naive. But either way, the threat to our Constitution. Separation of powers is great. So, Separation of powers. So who runs the personnel departments in the executive branch? Congress? The courts? No, the executive branch. Now, we all know the Department of Education was actually created by an executive order. Why? Why? Anybody know? Because Jimmy Carter couldn’t get it passed by Congress. Today, the Supreme Court again confirmed the Obvious. The President of the United States is the head of the executive branch as the ultimate authority to make decisions, says Linda McMahon, who is a fantastic Education Secretary about staffing levels, administrative organization and day to day operations of federal agencies. Can you imagine if the case went the other way? President would lose complete control of the bureaucracy, which after all is housed in the executive branch. U.S. district Judge My Young Wong in Massachusetts said, uh, the White House, its decision to fire more than 1300 workers has prevented the federal government from effectively implementing legally required programs and services. Such changes can’t be made without the approval of Congress, which created the department in 1979, uh, ruled the judge. The Boston First U.S. circuit Court of Appeals backed the decision. That would be a panel. And so what they’re saying is once an employee, forever an employee untouchable. Once a program, forever a program untouchable. Then they cite the law and the Constitution to support an outrageous position. Now, uh, somebody worked in the executive branch for eight years under Ronald Reagan. I doubt that there’s any law that says how many people must be working at the Department of Education. I doubt there’s any law that says that this office, that office, that unit, that division must exist within the Department of Education. In fact, I know it’s not the case. I worked at the Department of Education briefly and you know what we did at the Department of Education? We took the funds and turned them into block grants, which is what President Trump is now proposing. We said, why are we sending this money to the states with all these programmatic requirements and dictates and all the rest. We’re going to take the money that Congress has passed. They don’t tell us every little nuance on how it has to be handled. We are the Executive branch. We’re going to give the money to the states with some general direction, but not red tape and overwhelming control over what they’re doing. And that’s what we’re going to do. And that’s what we did. And we didn’t need a new law to do it. And, uh, we didn’t need a new law to do it. Ronald Reagan tried to get rid of the Department of Education. You know who blocked him? America. The Republicans. Reagan wins this massive, massive landslide popular vote and Electoral college vote only to himself the second time around, but it is massive. Over 500 electoral college votes, Mr. Producer. And in a three way race, he gets, uh, almost 60% of the vote. Three, three way race. And he takes the Senate with him. They become Republican. Nobody anticipated that. And then the House, he has A working majority with what then was a substantial number of so called Blue Dog or moderate Southern Democrats, about 40, 50 of them, plus the Republicans. So he had a working majority. But the liberal Republicans in the Senate, some of whom would have lost their seats, would not allow him to abolish the Department of Education because he tried. Donald Trump is doing administratively what can be done and should be done. We tried it too. And the Supreme Court has now backed up Donald Trump because they’re right. The real issue of separation of powers goes the other way. Not the way Sotomayor says, but the way the majority says. Now, what’s interesting about this. Let’s see here. I’m going down this decision. I’m going to. In this entire decision, excuse me, in this entire article by USA Today, they have a couple of sentences from Sotomayor. You know how much they quote the majority. Not one sentence, not one sentence quotes the majority opinion. Nothing. Think about that. This is reporting today. This is how grotesque it is. That is how dishonest it is. It truly is, uh, appalling. When we come back, we’ll delve into this decision just a little bit. We’ll be right back.
Segment 4
Does anybody know why there’s not a majority, excuse me, a quote of the majority opinion in the media? Because they didn’t write one. But at a minimum they could have written this. The application for stay presented to Justice Jackson and by her referred to the court as granted. So secretary, um, McMahon goes to the Supreme Court and says, you need to stay that opinion. I need to lay these people off. This is what we need to do. And uh, so they, they told the lower court that, uh, her decision or his, I don’t know what it is, uh, is to be stayed. So that’s a victory. And then Sotomayor goes on for 19 damn pages with Kagan and Jackson dissenting and joining in. Can you imagine what happens if they take the Supreme Court? Can you imagine? But as many of you know, have listened to this program over the years and many of you who will know when you read on power, they need to defend these lifetime appointees. They need to defend the. Effectively what have been lifetime appointees in the bureaucracy. This is their power base. They’re trying to change the election system by changing the nature of citizenry and the make of the public to accommodate their party and their ideology. We’ve actually never seen anything like this in human history. They’re also trying to use the other two branches. The other two branches, the Executive, where they’ve created this fourth branch of government and housed it in the Executive. Here’s the thing. They create this bureaucracy, right, that doesn’t exist in the Constitution. This massive fourth branch of government that the American Marxists, the early American Marxists, pushed for from about the 1880s still up to this day. This permanent government, you call it the swamp or whatever you want, but it’s this permanent entity. It’s. It’s more powerful than Congress. It passes more laws than Congress. You just don’t know because they just do it through regulation. And so they. They put it in the executive branch, which in and of itself violates separation of powers, right? So you violated the Constitution by creating a fourth branch. Then you put it in the executive branch, which violates separation of power. So that’s a twofer. And then the court’s minority and the others, these lower court judges, say the President really has no control over it because Congress has control over it. So Congress has control over it. They put it in the executive branch. It is the power to counter what the President’s trying to do and what he ran on for President. So in other words, this is the complete war on the constitutional construct that I discuss in on power and have discussed here, as well as other things as well as other aspects. Uh, so what the court did today was very important, very important. I wish I could spend hours and hours on this stuff, but I can’t. There’s just too much going on today and over the weekend that I need to turn my attention to several issues at the same time. Here are the headlines I put down there. Reuters, US Supreme Court clears the Way for Trump to gut the Education Department. Mr. Producer, Bloomberg Supreme Court lets Trump continue Education Department layoffs. Okay, that department needs to be gutted. That money needs to go to the states where it came from in the first place. You, the citizens of the states, because God knows that since that department has, has come into being, education has failed in a horrendous, horrendous way. In a terrible, terrible way. President of the United States announced today with the General Secretary of NATO, by the way, our friend Mike Lee, Senator from Utah, says we should abolish NATO. You agree with that, America? President Trump has gotten them all to kick in 5% of their GDP. Unlike Spain. Spain is a radical left, kook country. They need a new government. Over there, it’s radical left. But apart from Spain, all the others are putting in 5%. That’s over a trillion dollars. That’s $1.1 trillion for joint defense. Mike Lee has been going around, as have others, saying we ought to eliminate NATO or at least get out of it. Think that’s smart? Who here thinks that’s smart? What’s smart is what Trump has done. That’s smart. That’s leadership. What has he done? He threatened them. He said, hey, we’re not helping you at all unless you kick in some real money to help protect yourselves. So now they have. That took a lot of work, but he did it. Now they’re a real force and they will be in the future. What else has he done? He said, yeah, Ukraine is getting whacked hard. Even though Putin said he would and he keeps lying to us. These people are getting killed. He’s attacking their infrastructure that can take decades to rebuild. He’s slaughtering their people. He’s getting his arms. He’s building his own arms. He’s getting it from the Communist Chinese and other people like that. That’s not what we agreed to. We said we wanted to help get a ceasefire in a negotiation. So what did he do? He’s selling to NATO American manufactured weapons for them to give to Ukraine. Or they’re swapping so they can get the weapons faster. And then paying us. In other words. We’re not paying anything. He’s muscled up NATO. NATO’s buying equipment from us, and that equipment’s going to Ukraine, so Ukraine could defend itself. Now, that’s a leader.
