On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, the United States is one of the most religious countries in the world. We have the freedom to practice any belief we would like, thanks to the Declaration of Independence. American society distinguishes between faith’s role in personal life, community, and government, recognizing it as a moral and psychological foundation that influences behavior and promotes civility. Christianity, while the majority faith, does not seek governmental control, allowing faith and reason to coexist and enrich personal and societal development. The Democrats want the opposite, this is why they are losing more support now than ever. In addition, the probe into John Bolton escalated during the Biden administration when U.S. intelligence acquired foreign espionage data indicating he improperly handled classified information. Officials say the case had already progressed independently and reflects a broader inquiry into national security practices. The left is claiming that this investigation is just a political attack, which is rediculous and not surprising. Also, Gov. Gavin Newsom is not the best Governor this country has ever had. California used to be a great state, but the left ran it down and destroyed its economy, the safety, and the ideology of the people with left-wing garbage. Lastly, David Bozell mentions about a poll that 99% of the American people are tired of crime in big cities, especially the blue cities. Bozell also discusses the attack on the Judeo-Christian communities and how the Minneapolis shooting and many other cases are getting out of hand.

Segment 1
Hello America. Mark Levin here.  Our number 877-381-3811.  877-381-3811. You know, I’ve been thinking about our discussions about the shooting in Minneapolis, and I kept thinking about it and there are no simple answers to this. People think they have answers and they don’t. And the proof is, as they say in the pudding, that is, there aren’t going to be any. We want policies implemented. That will necessarily find somebody like this before they commit these kinds of acts. Sometimes we will, sometimes we won’t. Life can be very difficult. It can be very difficult. And there are evil people that do evil things. And sometimes they they’re able to accomplish what they want to accomplish. In fact, if you look throughout world history, mankind. I can give you example after example after example. It doesn’t mean you don’t try. But people who walk to microphones. In front of TV cameras, whether they be hosts, guests, politicians. They don’t have the answers. They just don’t. The wonderful discussion, which I remember the lady’s name who called in to the program. We talked a little bit about. The idea of. Courts. What can courts do? And, as I explained, perhaps not adequately. Why our courts should pretty much stay out of religion except to ensure that we can practice our religion. And that the government doesn’t molest us or our faith as we practice our. Religion. But I also pointed out this is a great distinction. Between the Judeo-Christian belief system and Islamism. Radical Islamism. And I thought I’d circle back. There’s plenty going on, but I you know, I do the show a little differently. I thought I’d go back and address this a little bit more thoroughly. So not so much that I’m not misunderstood, but that the point is made better. The United States is among the most religiously tolerant nations on earth. And of course, I’m reading from On Power. I’m not reading this because it’s in on power. I’m reading it because I think it’s important. In fact, it matters not at all what one does or does not believe to enjoy the freedoms and security that American society offers. Which are explicitly protected by the Constitution. The first sentence of the First Amendment declares Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise. There have no. I should say to you folks, these two. Substantive policy positions in this one sentence. Our massively important. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion. That’s not the case with radical Islam or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. That’s not the case with radical Islam. Now the reason is the distinction recognized in American society. Between the relationship of faith in the individual faith and the community and faith in the actual operation of government. Insured faith, properly understood, creates a spiritual, moral, psychological foundation. Let me repeat spiritual, moral and psychological foundation which affects how the individual lives his life. In America, it’s typically a moderating force in one’s life. Checking the excesses of the darker side of humanity. Which in turn contributes to the civility of society. Let me repeat this, because I think it directly addresses the horror that took place, and it was horrible. I just saw the father briefly speak about the death of his eight year old son. In short, faith, properly understood, creates a spiritual, moral and psychological foundation which affects how the individual lives his life. And in America, it is typically a moderating force in one’s life, checking the excesses of the darker side of humanity, which in turn contributes to the civility of society. Even those who reject faith are not utterly devoid of its implications. For example, one has regular interactions with others whose faith affects or sways the non-believers behavior, even without formally recognize during accepting the faith itself. Moreover, society is imbued with the influences of faith. It is impossible to escape it. Therefore, even for those who do not consciously or formally embrace of faith, the teaching and practicing of faith create the moral and value based belief system of so many others in society. This is an organic process, not theocratic or otherwise coercive. It is possible to have, for example, a bespoke law or liturgical worldview or a more formal or orthodox faith, belief or perspective and serve in the government without the desire, purpose or conviction to impose that faith on others by governmental coercion. That is negative power. This is well understood in America, and there are reasons for it. For example, Christianity is the majority faith in America, but it is not the country’s official or formal religion. In fact, Christianity does not preach political control over societies or administrative control over governments. Unlike Islam, which I elaborate on shortly. Thus, in America, the individual’s pursuit of knowledge and science not only coexists with faith, but springs from the influences of faith and are part of man’s internal makeup. Therefore, a positive power originates not from mankind’s hand or mine, although certainly its practical and earthly application does. But its origin is transcendent. An inherent. When we speak of universal or eternal truths, the golden rule do unto others as you would have them do unto you and the Ten Commandments, Thou shalt not kill, etc.. Good and evil. These are fundamentally moral precepts, understood and ingrained in the human conscious and openly expressed in free and democratic societies. They are known to be true throughout the world, including among those who are oppressed by tyrannical governments and regimes. By the less educated or uneducated by people of all faiths or no faith. This is not to say that all individuals, cultures or regimes adhere to these eternal truths. Some are evil, power hungry, irrational, etc.. Man’s existence is strewn with horrific examples of his cruelty. From ancient history to modern times. And of course, man’s imperfection is both well-known and well-established. But knowing what is right from wrong, for instance, is distinct from doing what is right rather than wrong. The examination and understanding, or at least a desire to understand what makes positive power and its differentiation from negative power do not end here. In addition to its references to natural law and the Creator, the Declaration of Independence drew from the knowledge of philosophers, among others, and their conception of society and mankind. For example, on May eight, 1825, a letter to Henry Lee Thomas Jefferson, the original author of the Declaration, explains. When forced to Resort to Arms for Redress, an appeal to the Tribunal of the world was deemed proper for our justification. This was the object of the Declaration of Independence not to find out new principles or new arguments. Never before thought of. Not merely to say things which had never been said before, but to place before mankind. The common sense of the subject terms so plain and firm as to command their assent and to justify ourselves and the independent stand that we compelled to take. Now they’re aiming at originality of principle or sentiment, nor yet copied from any particular previous writing. It was intended to be an expression of the American mind. And to give that expression the proper tone and spirit called for by the occasion. All its authority rests then on the harmonizing sentiments of the day, whether expressed in conversations and letters, printed essays, or the elementary books of public write is Aristotle, Cicero, like Sidney, etc.. So importantly. I write America like much of the West. Was born from the fusion of faith and enlightenment, faith and enlightenment. As such, while faith is distinct from government, the latter being the organization of law by and through a manmade institutions, the fusion of which I speak form the authors of America’s Declaration and Constitution on the prudent and humane order of Governmental Affairs. Now I understand that my beliefs and observations thus far in this chapter will not be shared by all, although they will be shared by many, if not most. And my purpose is not to reach some kind of impossible consensus or to preach about religion or faith, since others are far more capable than I in that regard. Rather, I am sharing what I intuit and reason what I have learned, observed and experienced to describe the essence of a just and humane society. And its relationship to what I call positive power. Now, by contrast, for example, political Islam is Dr. Zuhdi Jasser. As he explains, it seeks the centralized control of the mind, body, society and government. He explains. Islam has yet to go through an enlightenment and reform against theocracy and for individual liberty and universal human rights. The dominant establishment of the Muslim community in the West and abroad supports Islamism and its believers. The Islamists, like theocrats, Islamists and their sympathizers, see faith is monolithic and do not tolerate diversity of interpretation. Jasser argues that the people of the Muslim faith deserve much better than this. He notes that the vast majority of Muslims are still a constituency that are not spoken for by anybody. He says hopefully we can grow out of bandwidth to do that. Now a little bit more. Alexis de Tocqueville put it this way. Mohammed professed to derive from heaven, and he has inserted in the Koran not only a body of religious doctrines, but political maxims, civil and criminal laws and theories of science. The gospel, on the contrary, only speaks of the general relationship of men to God and each other, beyond which it inculcates and imposes no point of faith. Indeed in America today, Jasser notes that Muslim Brotherhood legacy groups like the Council on American-Islamic Relations, Islamic Society of North America, Islamic Circle of North America, Muslim Students Association and Muslim Public Affairs Council do not accept that. That Muslims exist who reject their ideas. Their ideas. So I’ve read enough from the book. I read from page 45 to page 50 on the chapter called Positive Power. This is the environment, the context in which I was talking last night. That really the courts have no business imposing any faith. When anybody. The business of the courts. Is to make certain. But you can practice your faith. Share it with hundreds of thousands, millions of people, if you wish. And that the faith, the Judeo-Christian belief system is the foundation of the nation. Tolerance. Tolerance. And this is why I said I feel there’s just not enough God in society. That the the secularists, whomever they are, whatever category, have forced God out of the public square. And there’s no compulsion in the Constitution to do that. We’ll be right back.

Segment 2
See these … these are wholly different views of the world and I mean holy. Are incompatible. Completely incompatible. That is the Judeo-Christian framework and other faiths too. And the Marxist Islamist ideologies, they are they they are incompatible. So when you allow more and more people to come into this country, we have no intention of assimilating. But I have every intention of quote unquote, overthrowing our government or imposing their will, leaching into the culture, into our classrooms, into our educational systems. This is the problem. And. That’s what’s happening. Please. We have a Washington Free Beacon story here that this group Care, which was set up by Hamas, uh, the head of the group Care, who blamed Israel for October seven. And I will explain in a moment how he’s involved in trying to indoctrinate now the K through 12 children in Philadelphia public schools. We’ll be right back.

Segment 3
Isn’t it funny this week and I talked about the hand motions of Gavin Newsom on Saturday nights life, liberty and love. And now nobody can stop talking about it. You notice. Hey, Mr. Producer, they’re just weird. The guy is massive hands. And I couldn’t stop watching them move around and move around on Saturday shows. I was sort of gutting his policies and his failures. I mentioned his hands and now everybody’s mentioning his hands. Rush used to call this an echo chamber. It certainly is. I’ve spent a lot of time and I do on the culture. And the culture. Because you lose the culture, you lose the country. And I spent a lot of time talking about the threats of Marxism and radical Islamism. Because they are incompatible with our culture. And here we have a story in the Free Beacon. Care. PHILADELPHIA CAIR, whose leader blamed Israel for October seven, launches partnership to make local schools more inclusive, quote unquote. A puzzling partnership in Philadelphia. The Council on American-Islamic Relations Philadelphia chapter is led by Ahmed. Tell them yabba dabba do. A Turkish American academic, an organizer who said Israeli occupation was to blame for October seven. First of all, I’m sick of that crap. You go ahead and look at your Bible. Our Jewish friends, you go ahead and look at your Torah. The Jewish people have been in Judea and Samaria and that area of the world for 4500 years. 4500 years. They’re the only people on the face of the earth who are being told. That their ancestral homeland. Ancestral homeland? Not because of an imagination. And, you know, we have ancient records of this should belong to a group that named itself in 1965, Palestinians. It’s sick. It’s part of that partnership. Care says it will train educators on, quote, cultural competency, unquote, and, quote, inclusive practices, unquote, and, quote, visit classrooms as guest facilitators to lead student centered discussions, unquote. While it’s unclear exactly what those discussions will entail, it’s clear to me CARE provides a slew of resource hits on its, quote, educational seminars and workshops, unquote. On their web page, one course called American Jews and Political Power Myth or Reality. Covers the key organizations in the American Jewish community. Care. Philadelphia announcement comes amid a rise in anti-Israel sentiment in educational material, writes The Free Beacon’s Jessica Schwab and the 2025 handbook for the largest teacher’s union. The NEA includes plans to promote a version of Holocaust remembrance that does not even mention the Jews. You believe that? I believe it. And that’s going on probably in every city in America, maybe in every school district in America. You know, here in Loudoun County, Virginia. Which seems to be. Point zero. For so much of this crap. There are radical Islamists, in my view, who attend every single school board meeting. Every single one. Because most people don’t. In order to try and influence and pressure the school board, which is made up mostly of Democrats. What do you think of that? What about this famine and this genocide? In Gaza. Unreliable sources, writes the Beacon. Andrew Sillars, a senior lecturer at University College London, who helped write a highly publicized report for the U.N. Back Famine. Watch. Everybody’s used this report, even my brothers and sisters on FOX. The Integrated Food Security Phase Classification, or IPC that accused Israel of creating famine in Gaza. He’s also a longtime anti-Israel radical who has defended Hamas, claimed Jewish politicians have a conflict of interest on Middle Eastern issues here in the United States and supported boycotts targeting the Jewish state. When Hamas leader. Ghazi Hamad promised to repeat the October seven massacres again and again, quote unquote. See, also, Mohammad’s comments were reasonable because Israel is currently committing genocide. And do you realistically expect a political leader of occupied and oppressed people to say they will stop fighting an absence of an alternative? Let’s be real. Quote unquote. In another ex post, he claimed there was no evidence Hamas raped Israeli women on October seven. He described the footage of the attacks as propaganda. She’ll also shared a Jewish Chronicle story about Jews serving in former UK prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s cabinet, suggesting they should be declared a c. O. I. I don’t even know what that means. Can’t be good. Now, this is the senior lecturer in University College London who helped write this report that all the media outlets have been using. Numerous mainstream media outlets picked up this report without disclosing Steele’s history of attacking Israel and defending Hamas terrorists, or noting the possibility that his beliefs could have influenced the IBC report. Newspapers and networks like the New York Times, NPR, CNN, ABC News, and more, including friends. Including friends. Relied on the IPCC report to claim Israeli policies have led to mass starvation, including Marjorie Taylor GREENE. Including Qatar Olsson. Including a pardon me ban, including that whole crowd of that cabal of. Israel and Jew haters. And more and more America haters, in my view, more and more America haters. So I thought you’d want to know about this, too. And the Washington Free Beacon is an excellent, excellent source of information, by the way. It’s funny how the radical left and these radical isolationists are on the same page. It’s funny how the Marxists and the Islamists are on the same page as the isolationists. Former Biden national Secretary. National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan. The Jerusalem Post urged Democrats to back an arms embargo on Israel, citing Gaza famine, failed cease fire talks and stalled diplomacy. I mean, here you have a democracy and it is a very. Vocal democracy, contentious democracy, parties fighting parties. And on and on and on. Up against. Terrorist fascists. And the pressure should be on Israel. This war in Gaza. 11 What people say needs to get over quickly would have been over quickly. But for the interference of the Biden regime. It would have been over very quickly, but for the interference of Britain and France. And the Arab countries, Qatar and Egypt, wanting to negotiate, negotiate, negotiate. Netanyahu has wanted to take out Hamas from day one. Former national security adviser Jake Sullivan disclosed he had privately informed Democrat lawmakers of his support for measures to withhold U.S. weapons from Israel, citing the situation in Gaza. Now, ladies and gentlemen, how is it possible? That the Israelis all by themselves. Are creating a famine in Gaza and are guilty of genocide. We, the United States, the Trump administration, have partnered with Netanyahu and the Israeli government in the provision of food. And basics. To the people in Gaza. We are working with them. I guess if they are creating a situation of famine and genocide, I guess we are too. Now, isn’t that ridiculous? Isn’t that ridiculous? They’re not. And we’re not. But it’s interesting that no news organization mentions this. None of the isolationists mention this. The Israelis aren’t on their own doing what they’re doing. The Israelis are working with us and we with them. President had said this on more occasions than I can count. This new food provision organization is mostly American. And I’ve explained again and again and again what Hamas has been doing with the food. So what they have to do is they have to go around Hamas in order to feed the people who are there. And, of course, the only situation in which you’re feeding. The population of the territory whose leaders you’re trying to destroy. There’s not another example in human history, not one. Now one. This this site media site. It was founded by Dan Abrams and is run by Dan Abrams and I assume is owned by Dan Abrams, who’s a putative Jew. Had a horrific. Horrific piece on its site. In which it highlighted another comedian. Another comedian. Who was viciously attacking Ritchie Torres, who’s a liberal Democrat representing the Bronx, but he supported the state of Israel, not necessarily of Netanyahu’s government, but also is vehemently opposed to anti-Semitism. And this Jewish comedian went on to accuse Israel of all kinds of offenses, all kinds of war crimes. And so that is Israel that’s really creating anti-Semitism by its actions. Now, I’ve heard this from others, too. I’ve heard this from others, too. This cabal I’m talking about. Israel’s creating anti-Semitism. Really? In South Africa creating racism. In its treatment of other people there. If you’re a racist, you’re a racist. You don’t need excuses. If you’re Jew hater, you’re a Jew hater. You don’t need excuses. If you’re a Christian hater, you’re a Christian hater. You don’t need excuses. And if you’re American hater, you’re an American hater and you don’t need excuses. So this guy is going on and on. He says he’s going to upset his family, of course. And what did media do? It put it right at the top with an extremely provocative headline, which in fact fuels horrendous, poisonous, cancerous Jew hatred. And here we have an African-American liberal Democrat representing the Bronx fighting. This nominal putative Jew left winger. Who’s trashing Israel and the African-American liberal Democrat. Is rejecting his entire argument about antisemitism and media. It takes this guy who’s a nobody. Folks, there are thousands and thousands of podcasters, okay? It means nothing. It means nothing. And they promote the hell out of it. And I posted something and I said this media I. Is anti-Trump anti Fox. An anti-Semitic. It is a disgusting website. It is disgusting. And Dan Abrams is disgusting. I see. They pulled it, they took it down. Put it back up. Put it back up. So the whole world can read it. I’ll be right back.

Segment 4
You’ve had over 1 million casualties between Russia and Ukraine. Ukraine fired ballistic missiles into Kiev last night. Excuse me. Russia did almost no talk about it. Almost no discussion about. Communist Chinese of two and a half years and two and a half million in concentration camps. It’s never discussed, ever. Never. In Yemen, the Houthis have slaughtered about a quarter of a million Muslims. No discussion. Nothing. In Qatar, you have hundreds of thousands of mostly foreign workers who are enslaved by that regime. Not a word. In Egypt, the Coptic Christians are brutalized, murdered, second class citizens. Not a word. In the continent of Africa, at least a dozen countries. Black Christians are being slaughtered by black Islamists. You never hear about it. Not a word. Nothing. And I could go on. But Israel, you see, that’s the problem. Israel. That’s the problem. Bullcrap. I speak the truth, even if 99% of commentators disagree with me. I speak the truth. An assault weapon, A semiautomatic is an assault weapon. Truth is, if everybody who had a semi-automatic. Pistol, a rifle. Used it to assault somebody, There’d be hundreds of millions of deaths and casualties in this country. Hundreds of millions because there’s hundreds of millions of weapons. Now, I want to see the the gun control law that would have prevented what took place. Yesterday. To that beautiful church and those beautiful people in the church. I want to see the gun control law that would have done that red flag law. They have a red flag law in Minnesota. So what exactly would the law say? I say this every time. I say this every time. Because the problem to me is very complex. There is no simple answer, but I know that’s no answer. No answer. But the Democrats keep going on TV and keep saying the same thing again and again and again. And they say. Prayer is not the answer. They missed the whole point, don’t they? When they say prayers, not the answer. And they’re having a mass in a Catholic church. They’re demeaning the very people. Who are the victims? Prayer is not the answer. Prayer is an answer. Prayer is an answer. So is free will. But the idea that the only answer is government and gun control is not a gun control law that could have been written that would have prevented this nutjob from doing what he did Nancy. I’ll be right back.
