On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, Sen Adam Schiff’s in hot water—he’s been accused of corruption and mortgage fraud. The FHFA says he listed both his Maryland and California homes as his “primary residence” to score better loan terms, which could violate federal laws. Now the Justice Department is looking into it, and Schiff says it’s all political payback from President Trump, which is just his way of trying to brush off what he did. Aside from all this, a Democratic whistleblower who worked on the House Intelligence Committee claimed to the FBI that Schiff authorized the leak of classified information in 2017 to undermine Trump during the Russia investigation. In addition, Democrats continue to reference the Epstein case, despite it no longer being a relevant topic of discussion. Their desperation to find anything to use against Trump is evident, but the truth will always triumph over hatred and ignorance. The left is now labeling Trump as a dictator who intends to deploy the National Guard to seize control of every city, which is a gross misrepresentation. In reality, Trump is utilizing the National Guard to combat the rising crime rates in Washington, D.C., a Federal city. Thus, the assertion that Trump can impose such measures on any city is incorrect, as is the public’s concern regarding the Democrats’ apparent indifference to the increasing crime rates in many urban areas. Lastly, Israel has rejected claims of widespread starvation in Gaza, saying Hamas is spreading misleading information to gain political leverage. A report by COGAT found that many deaths labeled as malnutrition-related were actually due to severe pre-existing medical conditions. The review also noted that Hamas failed to provide identifying details for the deceased, raising doubts about the credibility of their reports. One example cited was a child whose condition was attributed to hunger but was later found to suffer from a genetic disorder and had received treatment in Israel before the war.

Hello, America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. The national debt has exceeded 37.2 to $4 trillion today. That is a number that’s so big, nobody can truly comprehend it. But it’s worse. If you read my book Plunder and Deceit some years ago, you know that there’s a debt that’s held off the books. That 37.2 to 4 trillion does not include so-called entitlements like Social Security and Medicare and the obligations that are owed every single business in America that has a health care program or a pension program, which is their equivalent, I suppose, to Social Security or Medicare. I understand it’s inexact, but it’s good enough. They have to account for the ability to pay for those obligations down the road. The federal government does not. The one entity that does is the Postal service because it’s quasi private. So when you hear that the Postal Service is running a massive debt and it has to keep increasing its prices, including for first class stamps, that’s why it has to cover its outyear obligations to its personnel. To the best of my knowledge, it is the only entity within the federal government that has to do it. So for all the attacks on the Postal Service, whatever you think, the fact of the matter is their books are more honest. Hello. Their books are more honest than any other entity or department in the federal government. Any. Because the rest of the federal government does not account for its financial obligations. So the real debt, as I wrote about in that book, far exceeds 37. God bless me, far exceeds what is today, 37.2 to $4 trillion. The media reporting on that. The reporting on nothing else. Nothing else when it comes to the debt. But when you include these so-called entitlement obligations, whether they’re pension or medical. You know what our debt is? Most of it is. Over $300 trillion. Over $300 trillion. You’re not going to hear that anywhere else. Even though I wrote about it many years ago. There’s been congressional testimony about this from certain economists. But our government doesn’t keep honest books. So the debt is over $300 trillion. It’s not 37 trillion. And so, Mark, you ask, what do we do about it? You supported President Trump’s big, beautiful bill. We know what we have to do about it. We know what we have to do about it. We have to have a convention of states that puts in place limitations on spending. Connected to. Connected to the gross domestic product, the growth that is the GDP that occurs each year. And if it doesn’t grow, it doesn’t go up. If it goes down, it goes down. That’s the key. That’s the key. And I’ve written it out in that book. The Liberty Amendments has been sitting there untouched by politicians for years. So there aren’t. Congress is not going to do it. Congress can’t do it. Politically, it can’t do it. It won’t do it. I was asked by Stephen Smith. We talked about the debt a bit and I said, the Democrats never provide a list. Let’s see a list. Both parties, they put entitlements off the table. So you’re left with about less than 20% of the federal budget. Less than 20%, and that includes defense spending. That includes the border. That includes the Department of Justice, the Department of Agriculture, and all the rest of it. So as you can see. The debt is absolutely massive. Absolutely massive. And if you’re just going to focus on discretionary spending, it’s not going to happen. But they’re not going to touch these so-called entitlements. They’re not entitlements. You and I have paid in to Social Security and Medicare, but I’m using the the phraseology that’s thrown around. So there’s no confusion. So they can’t Congress can’t fix this. I don’t care if they beat their chests, pat themselves on the head. Shut down the government. The only way to fix this is convention of states. I’m just telling you the truth. Now, let’s move on. Adam Schiff. It appears that Adam Schiff is not only accused of being a crook. Is not only accused of being a crook and is under criminal investigation now. But he’s now being accused of what is effectively treason. And here’s the story that’s that’s breaking in The New York Post as I speak. Adam Schiff approved Intel leaks to smear Trump. Thought he’d be CIA chief if Hillary Clinton won, Whistleblower Says by Ryan King. Senator Adam Schiff, then the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, authorized leaks of classified information to tarnish President Trump’s image during the Russia probe, having assumed he would lead the CIA in a Hillary Clinton administration, according to newly released whistleblower statements. Now, you may recall Adam Schiff relied on a whistleblower, a so-called whistleblower, a liberal Democrat staffer. So they protected. You couldn’t even mention the person’s name in the media. So I mentioned it over and over and over and over again. Nobody is going to tell us not to mention the whistleblower’s name. But the sword’s cut the other way now. The unidentified male source who worked as a Democratic senator from the House Intelligence Committee for 12 years after more than two decades in the intelligence community. So no rabid right wing Republican told FBI agents in December 2017 that the mood among the panel became, quote, indescribable, unquote, after Trump’s upset win the year before. According to a summary of the interview obtained by the Post, quote, Ranking Member Schiff was particularly upset as he had believed he would have been appointed as the director of the CIA had candidate Hillary Clinton won the election. See, they thought. They thought the fix was in. You know, they had the dossier. They had the FBI. They had the intelligence organizations. They had lied to the FISA court. Obama was in on it. Half the cabinet was in on it. The media were in on it. They just figured they had. They had Trump where they wanted him and there was no way they were going to lose. Which is why when he won, they went after him and tried to destroy him. Which is why when he was a private citizen, they went after him and tried to destroy him. Which is why when he ran for president again, they went after him and tried to destroy him. And he’s won. And they’re still going after him and trying to destroy him. And if they take the house and we’re going to be focused very heavily on the House in the months ahead, they’ll do the same thing. So we have to stop them, you and me, we the people. In September 2017, the same whistleblower told investigators that he had heard from congressional staff colleagues around October 2016 that Schiff will be offered the CIA job of Clinton at one. After Trump was sworn in as the 45th president. The September 2017 interview summary reads, quote Schiff believe Russia hijacked the election and the United States was in the middle of a constitutional crisis. Classified information began leaking to the media. The Democratic minority leadership in the Intelligence Committee was aware the leaks, but was under the impression that leaking the information was one way to topple the administration and fix the constitutional crisis. Now, this is an interview this whistleblower had in September 2017. He told this stuff to the FBI. This means the FBI knew. Where was Christopher Wray? He eventually was appointed by Trump. Where was he? Goes on. During an FBI interview in June 2023, the whistleblower recalled being part of an all staff meeting called by Now Senator Schiff, which the Democrat, quote, stated The group would leak classified information, which was derogatory to the president of the United States. Stated the information would be used to indict Trump. As president to indict him. As you know, you don’t indict a sitting president, but they don’t care. The whistle blower said he objected to Schiff’s idea. Summary That interview reveals only to be told by other participants, quote, that they would not be caught leaking classified information. Other words, leak it. You won’t get caught. Of course not, because the media will cover for you some time later. The whistleblower said he was approached again about leaking against Trump and responded that, quote, he believed this activity to be unethical and treasonous. The whistleblower later reached out to the FBI and was even invited to attend a mock grand jury hearing, only to later be told the Justice Department would not investigate further. That is his allegations. They were not going to investigate further. Investigators believe Schiff, now 65, was protected by the Constitution’s speech and debate clause. Of course, you’re not protected by the Constitution’s speech and debate clause if you’re committing crimes. Ladies and gentlemen. So that was a line. That was a line. Which bars the apprehension of legislators for their professional activities, except in the event of felony treason and breach of the peace. Well, this was not part of his official duties. They pull the same stuff with the immunity of the president. It’s not part of Obama’s official duties to direct the CIA and the intel community. To produce a reassessment that gives him what he wants, which is Russia collusion that never existed. Now, the whistleblower claimed during his June 2023 interview that he did not believe Schiff’s actions were covered by the speech or debate clause, and the whistleblower was correct. The whistleblower’s claims were first reported by just the news, with FBI director Kash Patel confirming on Twitter Monday night, quote, We’ve found it, we declassified it. Now Congress can see how classified information was leaked to shape political narratives and decide if our institutions were weaponized against the American people, unquote. Footnote here all the attacks against Patel and Bongino. We’re bull crap. Bullcrap pushed by these phony podcasters, these antisemite isolation America hating fake fake maga podcasters. You can see they’re releasing very important information and they’ve been legitimately, legally. Patel previously worked as a top aide to former House Intel Committee Chairman Devin Nunes and authored a memo accusing FBI officials of abusing their power during the Trump-Russia investigation, which proceeded under the codename CROSSFIRE Hurricane. Now, this whistleblower was described as, quote, friends with both Schiff and Nunez, unquote, and someone who, quote, worked with senior political leaders from both major political parties. However, an October 2017 FBI memo claimed that word was spreading among committee staff that the whistleblower had been fired by a perceived lack of party loyalty, unquote. When a Republican staffer went to offer condolences, the memo relates the whistleblower told them they had lost their job because, quote, there was an expectation of leaking and he refused to participate, unquote. Over drinks that evening, the whistleblower claimed the Democrats on the entire committee had established a system for leaking in which sensitive information would be given to Adam Schiff, after which a decision was made as to who would leak the information. One prominent overshare, according to the whistleblower, was Guess who? Eric Swalwell, another committee member. In the December 2017 FBI interview, the whistleblower recounted how a particularly sensitive document was seen by a small group of lawmakers and staff, including Schiff and Swalwell, but leaked out almost verbatim within a day. And the whistleblower allegedly claimed to have been warned to be careful because he, Swalwell, had a reputation for leaking classified information. Schiff, who spearheaded the first impeachment of Trump in 2019, had long been suspected by Republicans of leaking classified information during the Russiagate saga. He also infamously read key portions of the since debunked Steele dossier into the Congressional Record in 2017. They need to get to the bottom of this. Uh, DOJ will conduct a criminal investigation. But in my view, the Ethics Committee in the House should conduct an investigation. And if they find even a single ground that he did this, he should be expelled from the Senate. The Senate Ethics Committee should take this up. They don’t need to be asked to. They should take it up on their own. I’ll be right back.
Segment 2
You see, folks, it’s amazing people who who use the law to try and destroy others, who use hearings, to try and destroy others, who use their public positions to try and destroy others. People they disagree with, people they want to defeat. You see this with the Turkish James, the attorney general in Albany, New York. You see this with Adam Schiff. They’re both accused of being the worst kind of crooks. Uh, and one was a congressman at the time. Now he gets elected to the Senate. The other one is the attorney general in New York who was on the New York Council. There’s really no defending what they’ve done with their mortgages. I don’t know how they’re going to get out of that. They ought to throw the book at these people. They really do think they’re above the law. Imagine absolutely no character when they’re out there talking about nobody’s above the law. We’re going to we’re going to do real valuations at Trump’s properties. Such liars. Adam Schiff. He knew all along there was no Russia collusion. But he pushed it. He pushed it. He pushed it. Classified information they had that they probably shouldn’t have had and they were leaking it left and right, according to the whistleblower. These are lows from people. So what’s going on here? We need to we need to really tighten this up and explain what we’re what we’re witnessing, what we’re experiencing. Don’t think it ends just because of these two reprobates. It’s going on every day. Every day. But stick with me. I want to put a bow around this. We’ll be right back.
Segment 3
You know this show is getting stronger and stronger by the day. And what I mean by that is it reach the audience, listenership and additional affiliates and platforms. Really just every day it’s getting bigger and bigger. And I Tamar, we at their request and we’re happy to do this for sure. The the governor of Texas is scheduled to be here in the second hour of the program. Governor Abbott, in the third hour of the program, the governor of Florida is scheduled to be here, Ron DeSantis. And then on Thursday, the prime minister of Israel is scheduled to be here, Benjamin Netanyahu. So we have a full, full board of people, newsmakers, leaders. And it’ll be very, very interesting. We look forward to having them. I just told you about Adam Schiff. I told you what he did. He’s accused of being a leak of classified information. Hillary Clinton was a leak of classified information, but she got off scot free. They tried to create a scenario in which the former President Trump was a leaker. Classified information. But as I was the first to point out, a president can’t have violated the Espionage Act. It’s an impossibility. Then you have the green eyeshade former federal prosecutors say, no, it’s not. Mark, what the hell is wrong with you? He never sign any document saying that he was declassifying something. Those are what the Constitution says. He has to sign a document and hand it to a subordinate. He is the executive branch. And so here we have Adam Schiff, and I’ve been talking about this with you now for maybe two months. But I want to highlight it as an example. So let me go to my book on power and explain this. Typically, Western institutions have been established gradually by experience and practice. They’re constituted by design to counter or limit the most aggressive forms of negative power, such as dictatorships or oligarchies. However, over time, they tend to become susceptible to a softer form of negative power. Political parties and political movements in the West look for advantages in acquiring, holding and expanding their power. With a changing election, laws governing increasingly through non-representative bureaucracies and so-called independent agencies and commissions. The rule of carefully selected judges or judicial councils and the like. The conflict between honoring and complying with the institutional limits placed on power and the allure of self-aggrandizement is both real and perhaps inevitable over time. As such, the once authentic and thought to be effective institutions for limiting excesses of power are transformed into Potemkin like fictions used to disguise the intentions of the abusers, and worse are transformed into tools in support of the exercise of what I call soft negative power. That is, and you’ve heard me use this authoritarian democracy. Authoritarian democracy. This is Adam Schiff. This is what took Turkish James. This is Raskin and Sanders and Talib and AOC and Omar. And the list is a long one. Authoritarian democracy. So when a democracy begins to slide on a form of authoritarianism, not all at once, but steadily, where authoritarian attributes slowly proliferate. And one branch of the democracy begins to involve the others, or where all branches coalesce into one. Either way, the exercise of power is steadily centralized and the citizenry increasingly peripheral. It typically results in the rule by unelected government branches, but can also mutate into excessive executive or legislative empowerment. Got that. That’s what you see. Congress the multiple impeachments. Schiff. Raskin and the others. One of the things that frustrates me is when I see Bernie Sanders out there yelling about. Oligarchy yelling about how the Democrat Party has left the middle class. And I keep in mind, this guy is a Marxist. He’s he’s not even a Democrat, but the Democrat Party is so weak it won’t cleanse itself of these Marxists and these Islamists. And I want to say something to Republicans in a moment about that. So you got guys like Josh SHAPIRO, the governor of Pennsylvania, who’s Jewish. You spend more time attacking Netanyahu in Israel. Then attacking the Islamists in a state. Because in the end they’re political, and in the end they’re in the Democrat Party. And the Democrat Party requires certain attributes. Negative power. So that’s what you see in my book on power. I lay it all out. This is why things come together. I want to thank again the fantastic hosts who’ve been interviewing me this week. Scores of them. Peter Schweitzer interviewed me today with his partner, Eric. They did a fantastic job. And by the way, Hannity’s Linda works with them, too. She is unbelievable. But what a great trio there. And my my dear friend Stephen Smith, we posted that interview. And he’s a fantastic interviewer. I don’t care if you agree with them or not. He does an excellent, excellent job. And Vince. Nationally syndicated Vince through Westwood One. I spoke with him today. COLLINS He’s just terrific in so many local and regional hosts. I can’t begin to name them all over the country. Many of you’ve heard them. Many of them are morning hosts or host programs at different times than I do, but doesn’t matter. They’re fantastic. And those who have read the book loved the book, and I want to encourage you to get it online on power or Barnes and Noble Walmart. Sam’s Club, any major retail outlet that carries books, it’s right there in the front should be on power. It’s number one on the New York Times bestseller list. I know that drives them nuts, but this is all thanks to you. The fact that this program is is as far reaching and influential as it is. That’s thanks to you. You know, I notice on the on on my Fox show, I can tell when the numbers come in. Footballs back Mr. Produce. Because the 8 p.m. Eastern slot is right in the teeth of football. Sweep the fight football. We have to fight baseball. We get a fight at all. But we do. That’s what we do. It’s like this timeslot, 6 to 9 Eastern time. It used to be the worst in the country. And yet here I am, one of the longest ever, not just radio hosts, but certainly nationally syndicated hosts and one of the most successful programs. Ever. Thanks again to you. And by the way, this is a good lesson. You don’t have to be in radio or TV regardless of of the obstacles in front of you. If you do the very best you can and you really are able to reveal yourself who you are in doing the very best you can, you’re going to make it. In one of the interviews, I said today some great questions. How did I get into radio And TV was this is something I always want to do. Well, it’s something I always wanted to do, but I didn’t really work at it to get into it. I work at it now to be a radio host and a TV host the best I can. But how did I how did I get on radio and TV? I didn’t lobby for it. Well, the door was open. And some people just don’t want to walk through the door. Mr. Producer. I had been a guest on cable TV. I’ve been a guest on Had Anything Comes Anthony. I became fast friends quarter of a century ago. I was on CROSSFIRE on CNN, taking on the best they had and whipping their asses. To be perfectly honest with you, I had been a radio host. They helped rush with the constitutional stuff. And so there I am. F we live in the director of his legal division. There was no legal division, but that was the genius of Rush. It was hilarious. If the door opens, go in. Don’t be afraid. That’s my advice. How do you make it? That’s how you make it. Whatever you want to do, whatever you want to be. And try to be the very best at it. If you’re an electrician, be the best electrician. Word of mouth matters. If you’re a handyman, be the best handyman. If you’re a landscaper, be the very best you can. If you’re a lift driver, Uber driver, people are going to take your name and they’re going to want. They’re going to want you to help them every time they’re going to. I mean, I can go right through it. A restaurant tour. It’s the best food and the greatest service. You’re going to succeed. Surgeons? Yes. Lawyers? Yes. Every walk of life. Quite frankly. Every walk of life. I thought that was a great question today. A great question. But this issue of Adam Schiff, Adam Schiff and the Turkish James, assuming they can prove whatever they have, they need to go to prison. They do. Now, that’s not. Don’t put your hopes. Don’t put your hope out about it. Put your hope way out. I told you the Epstein thing was a nothing. It wasn’t going to go anywhere. The guy killed himself. The girlfriend’s got a 20 year prison sentence. Trump didn’t do anything. If there’s any Democrats and there we know by now, and maybe there are at some point, judges aren’t going to release the grand jury information. They almost never do. And so you have these grifters and this is what I wanted to talk about. The Democrat Party does not denounce its anti-Semites. It embraces them. It vote for them. It promotes them. We’re not denouncing aren’t de Semites either. In fact, they’re not really ours. They’ve moved. They’ve moved. And I have fought these people now for months. You know who they are. And I’m going to continue to fight them for months. But what troubles me is when we don’t have Republicans who speak out against them. Who don’t speak out against the Tuckers in the balance. And what was the other one’s name, Mr. Producer, that you found for me? I can’t remember. Owens. The Owens? And people who platform them. People platform like there’s two sides to a debate when it comes to anti-Semitism. And then that somehow that somehow is is okay. It’s not okay. And whether it’s anti-Semitism or racism. That’s not who we are. And you air hey Semitism is growing now into anti Christianity by the same people. By the same people. Then in the Democrat Party, you get a mandate because you don’t denounce them. You don’t fight them. There’s clan in Minnesota. Same thing. These people in Congress. Bernie Sanders is on CNN. They treat him like he’s the pope. The pope. Kaiser Stalinist. I still hear them on TV, even French TV and radio calling Madame a democratic socialist because she wants to be called a democratic socialist. You call him a democratic socialist, He’s a Marxist Islamist. That’s what he is. He spews Marxism. He preaches Islamism. Why are you calling him a democratic socialist? It’s oxymoronic. It doesn’t even make any sense. Socialism Is the government controlling the means of production and distribution? What does that have to do with Democratic? Nothing. So why do you give them the propaganda? Why do you give them the nomenclature that they demand? He is a Marxist Islamist. That’s what he is. He’s also a Stalinist. That’s the form of communists. That is. Just like Bernie Sanders. Now, we’re not going to defeat these people if we don’t call them what they are. And as for the out of the closet anti-Semites, these podcasters, they got a little tricks up their up their short sleeves. They bring on phony historians that tell you that Hitler is misunderstood. And it was really Winston Churchill and prolonged World War Two. It’ll tell you that World War Two is really fought for the Jews. I’m seeing that one now. While so many tell the Japanese who attacked us at Pearl Harbor. I guess there were a lot of Jews at Pearl Harbor, Mr. Producer? I don’t know. Of course not. And they they go further and further. Further and further trashing our country, trashing our allies. Joseph Kennedy, the old man, the patriarch of the family. He was sympathetic to Hitler in the Third Reich. And he was. He was appointed ambassador. To Britain. Because of his wealth. He would go around FDR back and he would go around the back of the British government and send messages to the Third Reich. About how he despised the Jews and his support for what they were doing. So Churchill, Churchill. So FDR yanked him, made him the chairman of the. Whatever it was doesn’t matter. I think it was the FCC. Maybe not, but I believe that’s what happened. It’s a huge problem in the Democrat Party. But my question is, why aren’t elected Republicans speaking out against these people who were formerly Republican and now they trash the Republican Party, they trash Trump, they trash conservatives. These people had no role in the Tea Party, no in convention of states, no role in the Reagan revolution. Many of them had no role in Trump getting elected. They claim they did, but they didn’t. So why are we afraid to call these people out? By name. And why am I one of the few? The first one and now one of the few to do it. We should call it out wherever it is. Ladies and gentlemen, this is a cancer. This is a cancer. That will destroy the country. It’s destroyed our universities and colleges. Donald Trump is pushing back as hard as he can. He’s taking on the colleges and universities as is his administration. He’s taking on the corporations that are pushing this stuff. He’s taking them on. We have these fantastic Christian groups who are doing the same thing as well. You can, too. We’ll be right back.
Segment 4
For the Houthis. Our goal must reduce, so they always go fast. As far as I’m concerned. But then again, I’m the host. But somehow they just 3 hours. What am I going to do? You’re out of here. I speak to someone. What am I going to do? Do the damn show. You’ll have fun if you. If you know what you’re doing. The Democrats are still saying that Trump is doing this or Trump is doing that. To distract from the Epstein case. The only problem is you don’t give a damn about the Epstein case. The American people don’t give a damn about the Epstein case. It doesn’t affect your livelihood. It doesn’t affect your your ability to hold onto your savings and your paycheck. It doesn’t affect the price of food, of energy. It doesn’t affect you. No crime in your community. And I told you this would be the case. But the Grifters, the Drifters, the frauds, the phonies in the false who need eyes and clicks. And by the way, do you notice, Mr. Producer? They’re not even talking about Epstein anymore because they’re clowns. I’ll be right back.
