On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, Barack Obama orchestrated the Russia collusion hoax and his role was never questioned, nor was he investigated. Obama was the mob boss in the key December 16, 2016, meeting where Obama directed a new intelligence assessment falsely claiming heavy Russian involvement to aid Trump, despite prior assessments showing minimal, ineffective interference without Trump ties. There needs to be direct questioning of Obama under oath, without a special counsel, using Gabbard’s documents, and re-questioning figures like John Brennan, James Clapper, Loretta Lynch, and James Comey about Obama’s involvement. Also, Hamas is intentionally starving Gazan civilians to maintain power and manipulate international perceptions. The United Nations and European Union are enabling this strategy by channeling aid through Hamas-controlled mechanisms, despite knowing the group diverts resources. Afterward, there’s a fundamental rift in values and morals between those who champion limited government and individual sovereignty, and those who embrace an all-powerful state. It’s the battle between positive power—rooted in defending institutions, the Constitution, separation of powers, and personal freedoms—and negative power, where the ends justify any means, leading to rampant abuses. In addition, there are new details coming out after Bryan Kohberger’s sentencing. People are never going to understand why there was a deal cut for him. Segment 1
Well, I’ve done a deep dive most of the day into this. Tulsi
Gabbard, the documents that she released. To the extent we have access to those
materials, I examined them. That is stories about them as well. I went back and
I looked at the Durham report from 2017. I looked at this new release of this
House Intelligence Committee report from 2020 that was released earlier this
week. I believe I went through it all. And let me tell you something. There’s
one thing that stands out more than anything else. That’s not in the dorm
report. That’s not in the house report. That’s not in any report. And that is
the role of Barack Obama. This is the key. I want to make this as simple as I
can. You can always get into the weeds, but it’s best just to step back. Barack
Obama was never investigated. Even at a lower threshold. He was never
questioned. He wasn’t questioned by Daum. Lavishly wasn’t questioned by the
House majority their committee. He wasn’t questioned about what he knew and
when he knew it and the actions that he took. The fact of the matter, you got
to look at this. As a criminal enterprise. Obama was the mob boss. The key
meeting was December 16. 2016. Donald Trump is elected president. Their
intelligence information indicates that, yes, Russia is trying. In a rather
tepid and inconsequential way, inconsequential way to interfere in the
election, but it’s not effective. They have no evidence whatsoever. That Russia
is trying to help Donald Trump in any respect. None. But that meeting on
December 16th, 2016, is when Obama called together a number of his senior
staff, senior appointees. In the law enforcement and national security realm.
And directed that a new assessment be created. He was not happy with the
existing assessment. Which say what I just told you. And within less than a
month, a new assessment did come back. Indicating that Russia was heavily
involved in the election on behalf of Donald Trump. Which was alive. I. This is
important to understand. In addition. Obama was told before that. That Hillary
Clinton in her campaign, we’re going to allege that Russia was involved in the
campaign to help Trump. For two reasons. Number one, to take the attention off
of her emails. And number two. To put Trump on the defensive. So her campaign
paid for the Steele dossier. Every report indicates the Steele dossier was a
lie. Every syllable in that report was a lie. And you’ll notice how the media
ran with it. And how for a month after month after month after month after
month, it was used. And the president had to keep saying or candidate Trump had
to keep saying he had nothing to do it with this. But it was the narrative. All
these leaks were organized. To The New York Times. To The Washington Post. To
all these. Usual suspect phony media sites. All of them. But Barack Obama, who
likes to pretend he’s above the fray, was right in the middle of it. He was
right in the middle of it. Also, as I pointed out early on. Not long before the
Trump administration took office, Obama signed an executive order to expand
significantly the sharing of raw intelligence information. With agencies that
in the past either couldn’t get it or had to make a special request for it. And
he did that, as I argued at the time. To help facilitate leaking. Against
Trump. Now. In June or July of 2016, give or take. They also came to the aid of
Hillary Clinton. The Department of Justice had a slam dunk case against her and
violations of the Espionage Act with her emails. But Comey, who had no
authority, announced at that press conference, said he was not going to
proceed. It wasn’t his call, but he did it anyway. Think about that. So while
they’re helping out Hillary. They’re trying to take out Donald Trump. Now, this
is your CIA. Your FBI. You’re. Intelligence agencies and other agencies. It’s
really shocking what took place here. Shocking. And so when I on March 3rd,
2017, started putting all this together, it was based on all these leaks. They
went to the FISA court four times and the main information they used to get a
FISA warrant to get it in the first place and then extend it three more times.
Was the Steele dossier, which Comey knew was false. And yet that’s the basis,
the core of what they use to get the FISA warrants. Think about that. So they
lied to this face a court. Misled it clearly. They get what they wanted. But
Obama has never been questioned. Our friend Lindsey Graham and John Cornyn,
they’re out there talking about the appointment of a special counsel. I can’t
think of anything more disastrous than the appointment of a special counsel. Why?
Because they’re not special. But more than that, they take forever. Years. And
there is no conflict of interest. The reason you appoint a special counsel or
special prosecutor is because there’s a conflict of interest within an
administration. So say they’re investigating. President Trump. While the
argument is that the attorney general, the DOJ, is under the president. So you
need a special counsel. But that’s not what we’re talking about here. We’re
talking about investigating former president private citizen Obama. And the
Department of Justice under Donald Trump is quite capable of conducting an
investigation where there’s not a conflict of interest. But, Marc, the left
might say the conflict is they hate Obama. That’s not a conflict of interest. The
conflict. That is addressed through the appointment of a special counsel. Is
the internal conflict where a Department of Justice. Is said to be unable to
independently investigate their boss, the president. That’s not the case here.
There should be no special counsel. And so when Graham and Cornyn proposed
this, that’s a that’s a black hole that that will go nowhere If it goes there,
forget it. There’ll be another 20 years till you learn anything else. What has
to happen here is that Barack Obama needs to be questioned thoroughly. The
post. Preferably under oath. So the perjury statute applies. But we all know
that the false statement statute 18 U.S.C.. 1001 would apply regardless. About
his role. Some of the documents that Tulsi Gabbard released should be absolutely
used. In questioning him, which is why the Democrats are pooh poohing the whole
thing. They know where they should go. In addition. Brennan. Clapper. Loretta
Lynch. Her successor, the acting Attorney general. Comey. McCabe. All the usual
suspects. Should be brought back. And investigated. About Barack Obama’s role.
About his role. Now, ladies and gentlemen, you’re hearing again some of these
quacks out there, some of these lawyers out there who are telling you that we
have a decision on July one, 2024, from the U.S. Supreme Court on immunity.
You’ve heard that right, Mr. Producer. And they say, what’s the point? He can’t
prosecute Obama as a private citizen anyway because. He will have acted on her,
his official constitutional duties. Now, I don’t know why they’re illiterate in
reading Supreme Court decisions. But I went back and I read that decision today
to. That’s not what the majority opinion says. That’s not what John Roberts
wrote. To put it concisely, he pointed out that there is absolute immunity when
a president is acting within his constitutional bounds. Absolute immunity. But
when the president acts. Sort of in the. Outer circle. Of his constitutional
authority. There is presumptive immunity. Presumptive immunity, which has to be
overcome by any prosecutor. And so that case has to be made in front of a
judge. But the defendant this case, it would be Obama if we reached our point.
Where he would be charged. If we reached that point. They would obviously put
up the defense of absolute immunity in this case, which I think would fail, or
presumptive immunity, which I also think would fail. Now, what are we talking
about? Let me give you an example. And this actually happened, Barack Obama
when he was president. I told you the other day there was an imam in Northern
Virginia. Two of the hijackers. Who slaughtered our people on 911. Went to
that. That mask. The imam was a terrorist. He was attached to al Qaeda. He fled
the country and he went to Yemen. Obama took them out with a missile strike. But
in doing so, also killed his son, who was 15 years old and a U.S. citizen.
Technically, Theoretically, I suppose that family could bring a case or a case
could be brought. The criminal case against Obama? I don’t think so. But some
people have argued that. But let’s just say it’s possibility. That case would
fail as a result of the constitutional absolute immunity of a president
undertaking his. Constitutional duties, not on the outer circle, but squarely
in the circle. Let’s take another case. December 16, Obama says, I want a
reassessment of the intelligence. Because he doesn’t like the fact. Or the
information he got back on Russia the first round. And he gets the kind of
report he wants and he uses that report and he people use that report for the
purpose of. Trying to destroy and undermine an incoming administration. That’s
not part of his official duties, is it, Mr. Producer? So I think he could
overcome the presumptive. Presumptive. That’s the key word, immunity. Which
nobody’s talking about now. They’ll all talk about it since I’m talking about
it. But none of them have talked about. They just go, Oh, yeah, yeah, it’s
absolute immunity. That’s the decision. Absolute immunity. Some reporter says
it, They regret it. It’s like whisper down the line. Except they don’t whisper.
Then they all say the same thing. It’s very annoying to me. Very frustrating.
But, hey. What would the crime be? Maybe there isn’t a crime. But in the course
of an investigation, crimes can be committed. Remember, they call them process
crimes, obstruction, false statements, perjury, you know, destruction of
document, whatever. So you conduct an investigation. There’s no probable cause
basis for conducting an investigation. It’s just the reasonableness. Believing
that something awry may have taken place, some crime may have been violated.
That’s enough to open an investigation under Department of Justice guidelines,
which I also read today. I hope this helps a little bit. So when people say
there’s nothing new here, we didn’t learn anything here besides immunity. We
need a special counsel. It’s all B.S.. I’ll be right back.

Well, as you know, Hulk Hogan passed away today, which was
quite shocking. He seemed quite vibrant and so forth, but apparently was
fighting health issues for a while. But another person passed away. Who is?
Sort of a founding father of the modern conservative movement, one of a
handful. I knew him quite well. His name is Ed Feulner. He was one of the
founders of the Heritage Foundation. He was. Its long serving president for
quite a period of time. He worked very closely. There’s so many of the great conservatives
say libertarians work very closely with the Reagan administration.
Conservatives on Capitol Hill, whom you would know in the Senate, in the House,
really was one of the first efforts to build a strong subject matter,
substantive intellectual foundation to advance the cause a little bit more.

So Ed Filner was a crucial mover and shaker and intellectual
behind the modern conservative movement. He and. And a handful of others
started the Heritage Foundation in the 1970s. He had worked on Capitol Hill.
And I got to know him quite well as well as others. And the Reagan
administration worked very closely with the Heritage Foundation, and they put
out a mandate for leadership, which was very important and was used. In many
respects by the Reagan administration, but it was more than that. Many of the conservative
legal groups were given birth. As a result of events and meetings and.
Discussions at the Heritage Foundation. Many of the objectives that we now take
for granted to promote liberty and constitutionalism. We’re giving birth at the
Heritage Foundation. And, of course, he’s left a great legacy. Ken Roberts is a
great president. They have a great board, wonderful staff. They continue to. To
promote our country in Americanism. But Ed Feulner. It wasn’t flashy, wasn’t on
TV a lot. He just did the hard work like so many other people. And I wanted to
acknowledge him. And. But his family know how how we felt about him and feel
about him and. In May. He rest in peace. So many great patriots go quietly.
With the vast majority of American people don’t even know who they are. And yet
there are other people who are the scum of the earth. There were takers, not
givers. Become infamous and everybody knows who they are. It’s just the way it
is. I want to read something to you from Seth Mandel, a commentary. Seth Mandel,
The Enablers of Hamas’s Starvation Strategy. I was watching Fox earlier and
Trey Youngster’s reporting from Tel Aviv about what’s going on in Gaza, but I
just wanted to make sure. That you understood the full extent of what’s taking
place here. Hamas is starving the Palestinians in Gaza. Gaza. They’re starving
them as their last desperate effort to hold on to power. Mandel writes. For the
first time since the war began, there are credible concerns of hunger in Gaza.
The main indicator, as expressed by both gadgets and economists, is the price
of food in the enclave, a variable that can at least be used to calculate
supply and demand and therefore offers a general picture of the overall trend.
And that trend suggests that a future hunger crisis might be on the horizon if
nothing changes. The caveat, and it’s a big one, is that there is enough food
in Gaza. Testimony of Gazans and videos of fat OGA fish Hamas necks stuffing
their mouths have made this fact undeniable on their online. I’ve posted some
of them. Hamas is intentionally starving the rest of Gaza. Additionally, nearly
a thousand UN aid trucks have passed through the Israeli inspection points and
sit in Gaza with their goods undistributed. A thousand. Trey Yingst, a fairly
harsh critic of the Israeli counter offensive. They write reports that the IDF
offered the U.N. five different routes to distribute the aid. As of yet, the
U.N. does not appear to have accepted any of the distribution offers. The U.N.
has been a big problem. They work very closely with Hamas. There are Hamas
terrorists who work within the U.N. infrastructure. There are U.N. employees
who also serve with Hamas. This has been a big problem. The Ghazi Humanitarian
Foundation, which is the U.S. and Israeli backed organization that distributes
aid, the Gazan civilians. It instead of Hamas, has been appealing to the U.N.
to join the distribution efforts and work with them to get the food to those in
need. Yesterday, it offered simply to deliver the U.N. stalled aid for free
again. Thus far, no one has been able to compel to convince the U.N. to deliver
needed food aid. So the U.N. and Hamas are starving the Palestinians in Gaza.
Now, why, you might ask? Because they want to blame the Israelis. And they have
friends like Mccrone. Who is, you know, who leads France. Rather than question
Macron’s wife. Maybe Macron should be the one who’s questioning whether he’s a
real man because he doesn’t act like it. Why are Hamas and the United Nations
starving Gaza? The answer is different for each. There’s no question Hamas is
the reason Gazans have diminished access to food. It intentionally withholds
from civilians the food aid that comes through. But there’s something even more
monstrous to Hamas’s strategy. It is backed away from a cease fire that Israel
has bent over backwards to bring to fruition. Hamas is the problem now. One
non-Israeli negotiating source told Barak Ravid, he’s a problem to this guy
Ravid. A few days ago. Every day they delay the response. More Palestinians
die. We can’t keep waiting for the answer of a few F-ing Hamas leaders in Gaza.
Who do they even think they are? It’s been two weeks since Israel agreed to a
cease fire deal that would likely have ended the war. At the time, I asked,
says the writer, if Hamas really wanted the war to end. We have our answer. The
answer is no. The reason is both simple and demonic. The deterioration of the
conditions for civilians under Hamas’s thumb has convinced the terror group to
keep the war going and to try to bring the enclave to calamity. And why is this
even a workable strategy for Hamas? Here, the answer implicates all those
Western leaders who carp and lecture Israel to Hamas’s benefit. The European
Union reportedly decided Israel’s actions in Gaza violate a 25 year old Israel
EU trade agreement, opening the door to sanctions. British Foreign Minister
David Lammy, Another jackass threaten UK Act UK action against Israel for the
situation in Gaza. The EU then threatened to suspend the EU Israel Association
Agreement again over the flow of humanitarian aid into Gaza. The AP reported
Other steps could be suspending an aviation agreement, blocking imports from
settlements, limiting scientific and technological cooperation, and curtailing
travel for Israelis and the visa free zone known as Schengen, according to a
leaked document sent by the EU’s top diplomat to a number of member states and
reported by the AP. Notice the consistent element of all these stories. That’s
right. They all assume Israel is fully to blame for the situation. There’s no
real threatening of Hamas. On the contrary, the push for Israel to let Hamas
linked U.N. agencies take over the aid delivery amounts to material support for
Hamas. Now, Israel’s been through this multiple times. They poured in tons and
tons and tons of food and medicine and other and other necessities, only to
have Hamas steal them and resell them and use them for themselves. And yet this
whole issue proves why destroying Hamas must be a priority for all involved. If
there’s a cease fire or if Israel relents on Hamas linked and delivery linked
aid and delivery, there will be a temporary amelioration of the possible hunger
crisis. But Hamas will hoard the aid and resell some for astronomical markup.
In other words, Hamas’s strategy is to keep the people of Gaza perpetually
close to a hunger crisis. Because that triggers international pressure on
Israel to let Hamas restock its own shelves and refill its own coffers. And
Hamas survives. Hamas’s near unprecedented, monstrous ness is being sustained
by the supposedly humanitarian west, which is sacrificing the lives of Gazan
civilians out of irrational animosity toward Israel. Now you know what’s
happening in the food crisis in Gaza. Hamas wants mass starvation. They’re
terrorists. Hamas protects Hamas. It uses the citizens as pawns. And if they
die, they die. They don’t care because they and their families are taking care
of. That’s what’s taking place. Right now in Gaza. And you haven’t heard that
reported anywhere, have you? And yet that’s what’s going on. And I’ve linked
this story. I’ve linked others. Including the video showing these these pigs,
the Hamas and pigs. Showing off what food they have, stuffing their faces.
That’s what’s taking place. And Israel has given up way more than it should for
a cease fire to get back. Half of its hostages. But even the Arabs involved
now. And Metcalf. They said Hamas doesn’t want to deal. They don’t want a deal.
And so just like that, France’s Macron is going to go to the U.N. General
Assembly. It’s going to be the first country, the first Western country. To.
Signifies a Palestinian state. So he wants to reward Hamas. He wants to reward
terrorism and the terrorists. He is a disgusting disgrace. And France’s. Is
dead. It’s allowed immigration to destroy that country. anti-Semitism is rabid.
Look, anti nationalism in France is rabid. You see it here in our country. The
same elements. Their vitriol for the Jews, of course, is unmatched. But they
hate America. They hate our country. And you see ultimately the Islamists in
Syria. There are very few Jews left in Syria. So they’re killing Christians.
They’re killing Druze who are Arabs, non-Muslim Arabs. And they’re slaughtering
them in the most horrific way. You can look at the city of Bethlehem, the
birthplace of Jesus Christ. Not so long ago was three quarters population
Christian. Now it’s about 75% Palestinian. As they forced the Christians out of
Bethlehem. Just think about these things, ladies and gentlemen. But now you
know the facts about what’s going on in Gaza right now. Right now. I’ll be

course, James Clapper, he’s out there denying, denying, denying. The Democrats
are out there, denying, denying, denying they’re liars. These are very evil

how we will be able to discuss it in a totally different way. Andrew McCabe, as
you know, was the deputy FBI director another liar. And then there’s Sheldon
Whitehouse, who’s just a disgusting human being. As far as I’m concerned,
they’re all spinning and lying. Here’s Clapper. Here’s Clapper on CNN
yesterday. Cut one, go. And she’s basically accusing the president that you
served under and the people you served with. And you are fabricating an
intelligence assessment to to damage President Trump. What’s your response to
that? Well, it’s patently false and unfounded. I was present at the meeting
that everybody talks about, and I heard directly what President Obama asked us
to do, which was to compile all the reporting and summarize it that we had
accumulated in the run up to the election in 2016, put it in one document in
various classified various levels of classification and including a public
release, and he wanted that done before the end of his administration. Why?
Why? Why? Why? Why did he want it done before the end of his administration?
Why? And why is Kaitlan Collins unprepared for this interview? Go ahead cocked
intelligence or make it up or anything of the sort, which is absurd. So he told
you to investigate. But you’re saying he did not tell you what conclusion to
reach? He did not. Because that’s what they’re essentially alleging here. She’s
saying the assessment used unclear unknown sources and that it was subject to
unusual directives from President Obama. And also the allegation that it was
that it was a rushed assessment, essentially. Well, it was rushed. It was done
in less than a month. Go ahead. We had a short deadline to get it done because
the president stipulated he wanted it completed before the end of his
administration in order to be able to hand off a compilation of what the
Russians had attempted to do to influence the outcome of the election in 26.
But he already had an assessment that said that try as they might, they didn’t
have any influence on the election. And he went back and asked and demanded
another assessment which came to the reverse position, and he wanted it in
record time before he left so they could leak it.
