On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, Stephen Colbert’s show was cancelled because they were losing millions of dollars a year, it had nothing to do with President Trump. Colbert and his late-night pals destroyed late night comedy by making it overly political and monotonous, rather than focusing on laughter as people seek escape from politics. Past great comedians like Jay Leno, Johnny Carson, and Steve Allen built this genre professionally and these hosts have exploited and ruined it. Also, America First Legal revealed emails showing Biden DOJ and White House coordination on Merrick Garland’s 2021 memo directing FBI to address “threats” from parents protesting school policies on COVID, CRT, and transgender issues. The DOJ sought a federal hook despite internal warnings of First Amendment protections and no federal jurisdiction. Emails undermine Garland’s independence claims. They coordinated, lied about it and nobody will be held to account. In addition, declassified documents from DNI Tulsi Gabbard reveal the Obama administration politicized intelligence to fabricate a Russian interference narrative in the 2016 election, despite IC reports showing no cyber impact on outcomes, only minor psychological efforts. This laid groundwork for the Trump-Russia probe, involving officials like Clapper, Brennan, Rice, Kerry, Lynch, and McCabe, culminating in a Dec 9 White House meeting and new IC assessment per Obama. We always knew this was corrupt. Later, Alexander Hamilton’s views on liberty and government differed with those of Jefferson and Madison. Hamilton’s modern appeal among centralized power advocates, as seen in the Broadway musical’s popularity with elites and academics. Hamilton proposed lifetime terms for the executive and one legislative branch at the Convention, an idea rejected. Raoul Berger’s book critiques implied powers as abusive, emphasizing the Constitution’s intent to restrict federal authority and protect state residuary powers. Hamilton in Federalist No. 33 reassured states on the “necessary and proper” clause as means to execute delegated powers only, per Madison and ratification understandings. Afterward, NYC Mayoral candidate Curtis Sliwa calls in with an update on his campaign against Zohran Mamdani, Eric Adams and Andrew Cuomo.

Segment 1
Hello America.  Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811.  877-381-3811. In hour two, we will have our friend Curtis Sliwa on the program. We like talking to Curtis, and he’s a good man. Just trying to figure out how we’re going to beat this Mamdani guy. I don’t even live in New York, but I love New York. That’s where I started my radio career. New York. Most people don’t start their radio career in New York. They end their radio career in New York. But I’ve been a very fortunate, fortunate person over nine and. So I’ll talk to Curtis. And plus, I want his take on Mamdani because last time we had him on was well before Mamdani was the Democrat Party nominee. Quickly, this guy, Stephen Colbert. His brother pronounces his name Colbert. His brother’s a lawyer. He pronounces his name Colbert. So be it. Colbert. Like pesky. Like catarrh. Not what do they call it now? I don’t know. It doesn’t matter. I call these things what they’ve always been called. Kiev. And now it’s Kiev. Now it’s Kiev, nonetheless. The guys shows canceled because they’re losing tens of millions of dollars a year. That’s why it’s canceled. But you have a few leftists in Congress. I want to know if it had anything to do with Donald Trump and it No, do it. Donald Trump. 99.9% of the television programs on network TV are anti Donald Trump. So why would it have anything to do with Donald Trump? So Kimball and Betts, he gets all upset. You know, the guy that used to do blackface and talk about lesbians and now he’s politically correct, that fat slob who’s got his own show and he’s not funny. Yeah. F Donald Trump. These guys are really tough, aren’t they? Tough guys? Tough guys with a foul mouth. They destroyed network comedy television. They destroyed it. It was built up by really great, talented comedians. Who understood that their job was to make people laugh. And if there was a little bit of politics, okay, but politics was not the coin of the realm. People watch comedy shows, they get away from politics for the most part. For the most part. But here you have it. And I never watched. And while I did early on, he was monotonous. So I stop. In fact, they’re all monotonous. All these network guys. So who watches them? Nobody watches. They got. You know, here’s the thing. Let’s give you example, my Sunday show, Just give you an example. It’s a cable show. It’s not network. Network TV’s in every house because you don’t pay for it. You just turn the TV on and there it is, cable. You have to pay for a cable to watch cable. It’s pretty obvious. I’m on Sunday. I’m on 8 p.m. Sunday. What am I up against? You’re usually 60 minutes. Usually some sporting event on the football season. I’m up against football. I’m up against the best the networks have for Sunday night. And over at Fox, they look at these numbers. They not only look at the numbers that you get, they look at the numbers you’re up against. And what I’m up against is the most crushing weekend primetime evening schedule that the networks have at 8 p.m. Eastern. And yet look at our numbers. They’re amazing. They’re amazing. Because of you. Here’s the other thing. I don’t have writer’s. I don’t have ten guests. It’s me, myself and I. Not four or five, six, ten people. I wrote my own opening statements here on radio. On Fox and on Blade. At the lowest overhead imaginable, don’t I, Mr. Produce? How many people we have doing this program? We have you. And a call screener. That’s it. Mr. Producer wears multiple hats. Christians, our call screener. And he helps, Mr. Producer. And that’s it. For the second largest radio program in the nation, not the world. Think about that. Think about that. And that patting myself on the head. I’m just explaining all these people with these. They said he had 100 or 200 people working on his TV show. I mean, that’s that’s unsustainable. If you don’t get the kind of ideas that you need, that’s why a lot of these influencers, that’s what we call them now, I wife coined the word and I like it. These influencers. That’s why they are as desperate as possible to grab your attention. Because they need what they need an audience. And how do you get an audience on these platforms? Had to be a crazy ass. 90% of the time. Not all of them, and not all the time, 90% of the time. Hits and clicks and this and that and all the rest of it. I don’t know how you get around it, but it would be good if we could, because the substance is really quite poor for a lot of them and maybe had to do training on podcast mysteries. I think I have it down. You want to hear a little bit about. Not all of them. The good ones know better, but the not so good ones know who I’m talking about. I’m only asking questions. I’m only asking questions. I mean, was Hitler really that bad? I’m only asking questions. Just asking questions. That’s all I’m doing. Asking questions? That’s it. Was the Mossad involved in the Epstein murder? But I can ask questions. I can’t ask questions. What’s wrong with asking questions? I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that. Do you know? Of course. Yes, of course. That’s not a problem. Yeah, stuff like that. Only asking questions when they’re not asking questions are being at. They know the answer to the question, but they ask the question Anyone? They interview each other and they bring on each other’s guest. It’s like a circle. Fest. I’ll call it a circle Fat. This letter comes out. Donald Trump. The damn thing is so bogus. It’s so obvious it’s not even funny. What should I do? Spend five days on it. It’s bogus. It’s ridiculous. Now. The media love it. Oh, they’re going nuts. They even tell you what the text is. They’re showing you the picture. They’re having a blast. The media, same media they covered up for Hunter Biden and Biden and Biden himself and on and on and on. So it’s all just it’s all theater, so drama. So this guy, Stephen Colbert. He and his powers have destroyed late night comedy shows. There were great late night comedians who did great shows, and even when they had substitutes, they were great. Look, I can’t stand David Letterman. He’s a real putz. But early on in his career, he was hilarious. And then when he got to show he was funny, then he got less funny. Then he got unfunny. Unfunny Jay Leno. He stuck to the plan. Jay Leno was very good. Is a professional. He was a comedian. He knew it and he stuck to it. But you know, the Carson’s of the world, the Steve Allen’s of the world and others who are absolutely fantastic are young people. And we know who they are. It’s too bad. It’s too bad because. Because these guys now. They stand on the shoulders of people who created this genre. And they’ve destroyed it. They’ve exploited it. They’ve taken advantage of it. That’s what they’ve done. It’s really too bad. I’ll be right back.

Segment 2
We speculated about this early on. There was coordination between the Department of Justice in the White House. The White House and the Department of Justice denied it. What am I talking about? Well, this broke earlier today over at FOX. Biden team coordinated on School memo calling parents domestic terrorists despite denials. A conservative legal group. Revealed a tranche of correspondence on Friday. I believe this is. America first legal. Let’s see here. Almost certain it was. Why don’t they say, Yeah, America first legal and full disclosure and I don’t I can’t say this every time. I don’t remember every time, but my wife works with them very closely. He conservative legal group revealed a tranche of correspondence on Friday from the Biden regime’s Department of Justice, shedding new light on the behind the scenes discussions about a controversial directive from former Attorney General Merrick Garland, the one he gave about school boards. You may recall this. The document dump included an email from a deputy attorney general aide that said the DOJ was searching for a, quote, a federal hook, unquote, to use to address a letter The National School Board Association wrote to the White House raising alarm about parents who were at the time expressing outrage at school board meetings across the country over COVID 19, mandates critical race theory and transgender policies. We’re aware the challenge here is finding a federal hook. But White House has been in touch about whether we can assist in some form or fashion, said deputy Attorney general aide Kevin Chambers. He wrote a colleague. October one, 2021. Garland issued a directive on October 4th, 2021, mobilizing the FBI to assist local law enforcement partners. Remember this with a, quote, disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation and threats of violence, unquote, against school administrators. This was obviously an assault on the First Amendment like we haven’t seen. And we spent a lot of time on this. Garland said during a congressional hearing soon thereafter that he had issued the order just after the National School Board Association sent a letter to the White House, which the SBA later retracted, that it asked the White House to investigate parents displaying threatening behavior at school board meetings as possible domestic terrorists. The emails were uncovered by America First Legal. Let’s go on more of them. Show some DOJ lawyers raising concern among their colleagues about the department taking any action on the school board letter. Quote, I read the letter from NFPA, that’s the National School Board Association, and looked at the links for a handful of footnotes. And it appears to me that the vast, vast majority of behaviors cited cannot be reached by federal law. One DOJ attorney wrote to colleagues in an email on October 3rd, adding that almost all the language being used is protected by the First Amendment. But that didn’t stop them, did it, America? They didn’t stop Garland. You see, Garland’s the guy. Garland’s the one so far has been able to escape. I. Ability. Galan. Now the NTSB’s letter and Garland’s subsequent directive that came as a result of the letter were criticized by Republicans, of course. Garland repeatedly maintained when pressed by Republican lawmakers about controversial matters that the DOJ worked independently of the White House. But the new emails about the school board letter undermine that message. His air should be dragged in front of one of these committees. Maybe Judiciary. He should be placed under oath. They should play for him or be back to him what his prior testimony was. Then ask him to comment on it. The same DOJ lawyer raised concerns about acting on the Naspa letter, also noted that local law enforcement could address parents disturbing the peace or trespassing. He said nothing remotely federal is here. The lawyer wrote. America first Legal’s President Jean Hamilton, great guy, said in a statement that the emails revealed a conspiracy that was ultimately aimed at depriving parents of two fundamental rights the right to speak and the right to direct the upbringing of their children. Former DOJ official Sparkle Sunanda excuse me, who later became a Biden appointee. Federal judge was the one to set off internal conversation about whether the DOJ could do anything about the school board letter. He sent out a rushed email during the week and on October two making a quick turn request. But the Naspa letter, just after it was sent to the White House, he said, Are there any authorities? The Civil Rights Division enforces that could help address this issue. Now he’s sitting on the federal bench. Federal bench. Wow. And see how these things work. This will get no attention on major news broadcasts. None. Zero. They’ll get no attention. And the vast majority of major news platforms apart from broadcast. None. And so it has now been discovered and exposed by American First Legal. What was taking place here, that there was coordination between the DOJ and the White House, that they were looking for a federal hook. They really didn’t have one, but they concocted one. Can you imagine all the other discussions behind the scenes involving Donald Trump? They probably destroyed all those records, too. That’s my guess. Probably destroyed all those records. But they did coordinate. And they lied about it. They coordinated and they lied about it. Really unbelievable. And nobody will be held to account. Nobody. Because that’s not what’s done. There’s another one here. I’m trying to find this. I speak to you here. We have the Obama administration manufactured intel to create the 2016 Russian election interference. Narrative documents show the Obama administration manufactured intel. There was a treasonous conspiracy in 2016 committed by officials at the highest level of our government, says Tulsi Gabbard. They manufactured and politicized intelligence to create the narrative that Russia was attempting to influence the 2016 presidential election. Despite information from Intel stating otherwise. I want to pursue this when we return because it’s a big deal. So now we know the letter from the National School Board Association to the White House that there was a coordinated effort to kick out that October four, 2021, memo. Now, we spent a lot of time on and speculated that there was coordination, but they denied it under oath. So somebody needs to go to prison and pursue this in a moment. This Russia one. We’ll be right back.

Segment 3
So let’s take a look at this on FOX Obama administration manufactured in order to create the 2016 Russian election interference narrative. And of course, the media were more than happy to regurgitate it. The Obama administration manufactured and politicized intelligence, quote unquote, to create the narrative that Russia was attempting to influence the 2016 presidential election despite information from the entire community stating otherwise. Fox News Digital has learned. Today, the director of National Intel, Tulsi Gabbard, declassified documents revealing overwhelming evidence, quote unquote, that demonstrates how after President Trump won the 2016 election against Hillary Clinton, then President Barack Millhouse Bonito, Obama and his national security team laid the groundwork for what would be the Yearslong Trump Russia collusion probe. Boy, these people are evil. Boy, are they evil. Documents reveal that in the months leading up to the November 2016 election, the intelligence community consistently assessed that Russia was probably not trying to influence the election by using cyber means. That’s a quote. One instance was on December seven, 2016, weeks after the election, then Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, Guy Clapper, his talking point stated, quote, Foreign adversaries did not use cyber attacks on election infrastructure to alter the US presidential election outcome. Fox News Digital obtained a declassified copy of the Presidential Daily Brief, which was prepared by the Department of Homeland Security with reporting from the CIA, DIA, FBI, NSA, Department of Homeland Security, State Department, and Open Sources for Obama, dated December eight, 2016. Quote We assess that Russian and criminal actors did not impact recent U.S. election results by conducting malicious cyber activities against the election infrastructure, the presidential Daily brief stated. Russian government affiliated actors most likely compromised an Illinois voter registration database and unsuccessfully attempted to do the same in other states. But the brief stated it was highly unlikely, quote unquote, the effort, quote, would have resulted in altering any state’s official vote result. Criminal activity also failed to reach the scale and sophistication necessary to change the election outcomes. So Trump won in 2016. And remember, they were talking about the help he got from the Russians. Now, the brief noted that the Office of the Director of National Intel assessed that any Russian activities probably were intended to cause psychological effects, such as undermining the credibility of the election process and candidates. Of course, the Democrats in the media were happy to. To oblige. And the brief stated that cyber criminals try to steal data and interrupt election processes by targeting election infrastructure. But these actions didn’t achieve a notable disruptive effect. Fox News Digital obtained declassified but redacted communications from the FBI and the presidential daily brief stating it should not go forward until the FBI had shared its concerns. Now, these communications revealed the FBI drafted a dissent to the original daily brief. The communications revealed that the brief was expected to be published December nine, 2016, the following day. The later communications were via the office of the Director of National Intel, based on some new guidance, decided to push back publication of the Daily brief. It will not run tomorrow and is not likely to run on next week, wrote the deputy director. The following day, December nine, a meaning convened in the White House Situation Room. The subject line starting summary conclusions from PC meeting on a sensitive topic to redacted. The meeting included top officials from the NSC Clapper and CIA Director Brennan and National Security Adviser Rice, Ohio State Department John Kerry, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe were U.S. and the declassified meeting record obtained by Fox News Digital revealed that principals agreed to recommend sanctioning of certain members of the Russian military, intel and foreign intel chains of command responsible for cyber operations as response to cyber activity that attempted to influence or interfere with the election. After the meeting, according to the Office of Director of National Intel Clapper’s Executive Assistant, email and Intel community leaders tasking them to create a new entire community assessment, quote, per the president’s request, unquote. That detailed quote The tools Moscow used and action it took to influence the 2016 election and goes on. Here’s the point. The point is, the efforts were rather tepid. They were unsuccessful. But they created, they concocted they manufactured the story that the Russians effectively interfered with the election. I’m no fan of the Russians. That’s not my point, that they effectively interfered with the elections to raise doubt. You see about Trump’s election. This is why Trump’s always been furious with these people. He’s 100% right. It had no impact, according to the people who created the scenario, that it had an impact. Pretty disgusting. Happily reacting to the news of the investigation, Trump says he thinks they’re very dishonest people. I think they’re crooked as hell. Maybe they have to pay a price for that. I believe they they’re truly bad people, dishonest people. So whatever happens to them happens to them. Now, what is he talking about? Ratcliffe, who is a very honorable man. Head of the CIA. Now, he sent a criminal referral for Brennan, Deputy Director Kash Patel, and hopefully Patel will do something with that, who then opened criminal investigations into Brennan and Comey. Now you know why? The declassification of the records. The release by Gabbert of The Office director of National Intel, comes after Fox News Digital exclusively reported the former CIA director Brennan. Former FBI Director Comey are under criminal investigation for activities related to the original Trump-Russia probe. They tried to set Trump up. They tried to get him in a. In an obstruction trap. It’s disgusting. The criminal referral for Brennan came from CIA Director Ratcliffe. Good. Alan Comey’s daughter, who ten years ago apparently was hired to work at the Southern District of New York. Was her moved. She did a lousy job on the deli case. As a matter of fact, she was removed. These positions are not like your typical civil service positions. You know, we have tenure and all these other things. An attorney can be removed. And so people who worked in the Southern District of New York, in the U.S. attorney, so they, oh, this really stinks. You shouldn’t be able to do this. This really stinks. It can be done. Virtually every other walk of life. But this it really stinks. Why? Why does it stink? These are people who destroyed or tried to destroy Donald Trump’s life, tried to put him in prison from the moment he was elected the first time around all this Russia crap that they were throwing at him. Everything they put this man through and his family through. He’s supposed to set their own own one. We’re not going to do this. We’re not going to do that. Now, he made it clear he had nothing to do with that. Comey’s daughter’s wife excuse me, firing. Bondi did that, I hope. And I believe. And good for her. And good for her. But the idea we’re supposed to have crocodile tears for her. I don’t know many crocodile tears for her. Look, people say we got to clean up the swamp. So when they actually start cleaning up the swamp, they come under attack. Right? People say we need to cut the budgets. And when they’re actually start cutting the budget, they come under attack. Right? Things got to be done. And you’ll break a few dishes. And that’s the way it goes. These things have to be done. But here we have two cases that were major, major events. But the National School Board Association successfully used the White House, the Department of Justice, the FBI and all the other entrails over there used them all to try and silence parents who were not violent. This was, as I said at the time, purely a local matter, not a matter for the federal government. It was an intimidation tactic pushed by the NSP to push by the teachers unions to try and silent parents who were raising concerns about all that crap and filth and perversion that their kids are being taught. As the government comes between parents and their children. And so they did literally sic the Department of Justice and FBI on these parents. And they did not have a federal hook, as I explained over and over again. And now we know there was, in fact, coordination between the White House, the FBI and the Department of Justice. There were concerns that there wasn’t a federal hook, but they overcame them, didn’t they? And then they testified and they lied about it. And here we have the Russian interference in the 2016 election. The only problem is Gabbard looked at all the records now. Ratcliffe looked at all the records now, and it didn’t exist. They were in. Not effective. There were efforts here and there, but nothing that had any substantive impact. That’s not to say they don’t want to one day, obviously, but in this case they did. But they put out the word starting with Obama. That in fact it had a substantive impact and then they left it to people to decide if it was a legitimate election or not. That’s what we’re dealing with. These are corrupt, evil people. The Democrat Party. They are crooked. They are corrupt. The media are crooked. Anchor. You get this letter. This letter that they published. I had Epstein. President says it’s not my letter, but they run with it anyway. And not just the journal. All the media running because they want it to be true. And yet when it came to the laptop, they all covered it up. When it came to the 51 phonies who signed the letter, who said there must be a Russian plot. That laptop, they ran with it. They ran with it because they wanted to run with. Then we have the reports yesterday that I referred you to any media outlet and almost all of them that would use Hamas casualty numbers. Often without without referring to them as Hamas casualty numbers and used them over and over and over again. It drive public opinion against the state of Israel. So the influencers can use it. So the Marxists and the Islamists can use. And so you have widespread anti-Semitism and lies. Any media that conducts themselves that way. What do you expect from. The slimes that composed NBC, ABC, CBS, the whole damn bunch of them. I’ll be right back.

Segment 4
You know what? We’ll make an executive decision here, which we always make. I consult basically with three people, Mr. Producer, me, myself, and I. Now I mention Hamilton. I want to dig into a little bit of Hamilton. Okay. I mean, there’s information out there that we’ve gone over and other information out there that’s probably less important today. So I want to spend a little time. I think you and the audience are interested in this sort of thing. With a little bit more background on Alexander Hamilton. You may think, you know, other people think they know. Have you ever wondered why some of the liberals like Hamilton, the play Hamilton? Have you ever wondered why? Yeah, they don’t like Jefferson. They don’t like Madison, Franklin, Hamilton. They like Hamilton. Now. Hamilton was a great man. Don’t get me wrong. He’s one of the great advocates for the Constitution, but he’s much more complicated than that. So we’re going to have some fun and I’m going to crack open my new book on power. And I’m going to tell you a little bit about Hamilton, and you’ll know more about Hamilton than virtually every professor who teaches the Constitution in the founding period. Oh, yes, you will. And it’ll be fun. It’ll be interesting. It’ll be compelling, because otherwise you wouldn’t be here, right? If this sort of thing didn’t interest you. But this will interest you. And I do want to remind you that you can go to Amazon.com and pre-order your copy of On Power. I hope you’ll do that tonight or over the course of the weekend. We’re going to have a big opening for the book at the end of next week and begin the process of of making it available to you in real time. And it will be available on every retail outlet that carries books. Costco just made an exception. They’re going to carry the book an insignificant number. As you know, Amazon.com has the book, A Barnes and Noble. It’s going to carry the book in all of its stores. Target a Sam’s Club. I can’t remember all the now Books-a-million. So it should be everywhere unless some clerk is hiding it in the back. And we seem to always have a problem with that, by the way. But. But we should be in good shape. So I just want to encourage you. Yet front of the curve, if you will. And also on to remind you folks very, very excited about meeting many of you, if we can, at our at our book signings as well. In fact, let me find that, Mr. Producer, if I can, right here. Saturday, August 2nd. August 2nd will be our first book, signing a 1 p.m. at Books and Greetings located in North Square, Northfield, New Jersey. We’re very excited about it. It’s a brand new venue and it’s an independent bookstore. It’s owned by a family and they’re very excited. We’re very excited to work with them. We just felt it was time for a new environment and a new store and the books and greetings will bring a lot of excitement. And then the next Saturday, August 9th, at 10 a.m., August 9th, 10 a.m., Barnes and Noble, The Spectrum at Rest in Town Center, brand new Barnes and Noble. And that’s in Reston, Virginia. We’re very excited about that, too. I will first be talking about the book on HANNITY, on his show on Fox next Friday, not this Sunday, but next Sunday. He will be interviewing me for the course of my program about the book. We will also be on Fox and Friends Sunday, Fox and Friends on Monday. Outnumbered. I’ve never been on that program will be there to the course of the week will be with Martha MACCALLUM And that’s just FOX. We’re also have other other events planned as well. And I just want you to have the book in hand, because I think and think it’s very, very important what we’re going to discuss. But when we come back, let’s talk a little. HAMILTON What do you think, Mr. Producer? We’ll be right back.
