On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, Democrats and the media are at it again, supporting violent riots, arson, and attacks on law enforcement in California, while labeling President Trump as authoritarian. A coalition of illegal aliens, Islamists, and Marxists are burning American flags, engaging in violence, and demanding to stay in America while causing this chaos. Trump’s deployment of the National Guard and Marines to address these riots is appropriate and lawful – Dwight Eisenhower, Ronald Reagan, and George H. Bush all used military forces in crises. These are not mostly peaceful protests, it’s totally violent. These attacks were on federal law enforcement officers. Federal prosecution for assaults on federal officers is supported by 18 USC Section 111. Democrats will never clean up this mess because they created it – they want illegal aliens and Marxists here. That creates chaos and violence and destroys our governing system so they can fundamentally transform it. Also, Sen Tom Cotton calls in and defends Trump’s use of federal authority to address the L.A. riots. Trump is acting within his legal rights to federalize the National Guard when local authorities, such as Governor Gavin Newsom and Mayor Karen Bass, fail to control violence involving arson, looting, and attacks by illegal aliens. Cotton criticizes Democrats and the media for portraying Trump’s actions as authoritarian while ignoring the lawlessness and supporting the rioters’ political causes. He also addressed Iran’s rejection of a nuclear proposal from Trump. The offer was generous, allowing Iran access to low-enriched uranium for civilian nuclear power, similar to what other countries receive. However, Iran’s refusal suggests their true intent is to develop nuclear weapons, as enriching uranium to any level could lead to weapons-grade material. Later, a mural at Falafel Inc. in Fairfax County, Virginia is allegedly glorifying violent extremism and promoting anti-American symbolism. Segment 1
Hello America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. Well, the Democrats are at it again. Violent, riotous. Arson. Attacking our cops. Federal, state and local. Refusing to comply with law. And then blaming Donald Trump as being authoritarian, a dictator. I expect it from the Democrat Party. I wrote a book, you may recall, called The Democrat Party Hates America, but it’s the media and freedom of the press. I wrote that one, too. But it’s the media that stoked the flames, the poor, the fuel on the fire. Because the media now in the business of calling the good guys bad and the bad guys good, whether it’s Hamas and Israel. Whether it’s ice and the rioters. Whether it’s the cops and our college campuses. Whether it’s you and me and the criminals and the illegal aliens. Donald Trump is doing exactly what he should do. As for the use of the military. There are several statutes that allow a president to use the military. And they’ve been used before Donald Trump ever ran for president the first time. Dwight Eisenhower used the United States Army he issued in order to round up over a million illegal aliens to remove them within six months. Ronald Reagan, who was governor of California, used the National Guard to put down the violence on college campuses in the 1960s. George H.W. Bush in 1992 not only brought out the National Guard, but used the Insurrection Act, put that to put down the riots yet again in Los Angeles. Donald Trump so far has used the National Guard. And. He’s sending several hundred Marines. The back up the guard. The LAPD is understaffed by over a thousand officers. Because of their budget. The chief of police says that they’re overwhelmed. We have a governor in California who’s a drama queen. He’s dumb as a doorknob. Probably the lowest IQ of any governor. And that’s saying a lot. He always does the wrong thing when the right thing should be done, whether it’s the fires that took place outside of L.A. and around L.A.. Whether it’s illegal immigration. He has spent that state into bankruptcy. California was a great state. A vibrant state. A law abiding state, but it was too Republican. Republicans never lost in California. So the Democrats decided to change it. How? Through illegal immigration. That’s how. Through taxes and regulation and productive people out of the state. They destroyed the state in order so that they would have all this power, the power of a one party state. You’ve got a mayor who is a radical. It has always been a radical. You have a governor who’s basically a political bureaucrat. Charlie’s ever known. And truly stupid. And he thinks he should be president. Thinks he should be present bankrupts the state. Destroys law and order. Opens his borders. I believe we just voted against their. And the media, this mostly peaceful bullcrap. And now they add to that. Well, it’s mostly piecemeal, except when Trump stepped down. Trump did exactly the right thing at exactly the right time. And he may need to do more and he’ll do more. And he won’t be the first president to do more and he more likely won’t be the last. There’s nothing that Trump has done that is dictatorial or authoritarian. It’s an amazing thing. Donald Trump calls up the National Guard. Because the governor in his sanctuary state refused to do so. Donald Trump wanted the National Guard to protect the Capitol building on January 6th. The mayor said no. The speaker said she didn’t like the optics. Then he’s blamed for January six. It’s funny how the media forget, isn’t it? But they don’t forget. They censure. They lied. They distract. We literally have illegal aliens, Islamists and, of course, Marxists. Writing in L.A. and elsewhere. Writing. Carrying around the Mexican flag. And I also saw the Palestinian flag. For those who care. They come into our country, they steal their way into our country. They take our benefits. And here I was not doing a general roundup, which they’re free to do. They were going after the most hardened criminals. They’re murderers. They’re rapists. They’re burglars. And others who’ve done other horrific things. But look for the Democrat Party. Those are future voters. They don’t care. They claim to care about the cops. No, they don’t. They don’t care about him at all. And they never have. And once again, you’re told, don’t believe what you see in here. This was peaceful until Donald Trump decided to step in. It wasn’t peaceful. That’s why Donald Trump did step in. And not only that, they’re attacking federal law enforcement. It’s not just a local law enforcement issue. They’re attacking ICE agents, ICE agents, federal. And he’s not going to wait for the radical left wing kook mayor and the low I.Q. drama queen governor to do something because effectively they did nothing. And he moved quickly like he should have. Quickly like he should have. Now, when you assault a federal officer, you’ve committed a federal offense. And when you commit a federal offense, you should be prosecuted by federal prosecutors. That way, we can be sure. Now you’ll do time. Hopefully a lot of time. 18 U.S.C. Code section. 111. Whoever forcibly assaults, resists, opposes, impedes, intimidates or interferes with any person. Designated in Section 1114 of this title who are engaged in the performance of official duties as includes Border Patrol. And by the way, National Guardsman shall be fined and imprisoned for up to one year for simple assault and up to eight years where such acts involved physical contact with the victim of that assault or the intent to commit another felony and use of a deadly or dangerous or inflicts bodily injury shall be fine, deadly, a dangerous weapon or inflicts bodily injury shall be fined and imprisoned not over 20 years. His simple assault does not require physical contact between the perpetrator and the federal agent. This means someone can commit an assault without ever touching the officer. It makes it a federal crime to assault any federal officer, a junior employee of the U.S. government. Our member of the uniformed services. This includes government employees on the job and may consist of former employees, as a matter of fact. Examples of federal agents include not limited to FBI agents, Border Patrol agents, U.S. Marshals, ATF agents, ICE agents. That’s what we’re talking about. IRS employees, postal workers, current or retired federal judges? Okay. Now if you make actual physical conduct. You’re on the hook for at least excuse me, for a felony. Up to eight years and a quarter of $1,000,000 in fines for each assault. If it’s a serious assault, you can do up to 20 years and a quarter of $1,000,000 in fines for each offence. There’s no question then that there’s federal authority to prosecute. And there’s no question that federal authority, because you’re dealing with a federal agency, an ICE ICE, a federal immigration enforcement agency, these are police officers, federal police officers who are being attacked. So you don’t have to sit around and wait for the radical left wing commie mayor. You don’t have to wait for the drama queen. Do nothing clown of a governor to act, to call in the National Guard or, by the way, the regular military. Under the Insurrection Act, as George H.W. Bush did. But he did it when we’re not even talking about attacks on federal law enforcement here, we have federal law enforcement under attack. So this is a open and shut case, a black and white case. It’s that simple. That’s it. There’s no question this federal authority, none whatsoever. Let’s see. I’m just looking further. So I wanted to lay down that predicate as we go on to straighten out the liars in the media, the scum Democrat media liars. I’ll be right back.

All right. So there is no question that federal felonies have been committed. When you saw the illegal aliens on a bridge dropping really sizable stones, bricks, small boulders and incoming police cars and so forth and so on, that would be a 20 year quarter of $1,000,000 per offense. If convicted. And so what you have here is a city utterly out of control, a state utterly out of control. And when federal authorities step in as they must. This isn’t a federalism issue. These are attacks on federal policies. Illegal aliens are to be deported under federal law. You’ve got ICE agents who are federal employees, and you have a federal direction from a president. Really, the locals and and the state should be cooperative. But the idea that it’s Trump’s fault because he brought in the National Guard, brought in the National Guard to protect. Federal property, federal employees, as well as locals as well. Now we know what’s going on here. We saw in 2020 what you have is the illegal aliens, many of whom apparently are from Mexico with their Mexican flags or have the Islamists roaming around with Palestinian flags and the Marxists who just want to overthrow the country under any circumstance. Just step back and think about this as a red blooded American citizen. Think about this. You know, people who come in here illegally. We’re trying to overthrow our government who are committing acts of violence, who are rightists. Who are demanding that they get to stay, who are burning the American flag right in front of us. Her calling our president all kinds of names. And these people are here illegally. And look at the Democrat Party. The Democrat Party hasn’t stood up against this. They in their media say this is mostly peaceful when it’s mostly violent, if not totally violent. I mean, you’re burning cars. You have all kinds of stuff going on, people getting hurt, things being thrown at officers. The local police chief saying we don’t have enough manpower. Does that sound like it’s non-violent to you, America? And again, like what? BIDEN We’re supposed to pretend that we don’t see what we see, like 2020. We’re supposed to pretend we didn’t see buildings burning in the background when these moron. You know, so-called reporters telling us it’s mostly peaceful except for that building burning in the background. So they’re lying to us because it’s about power. They want one party power. They want Democrat Party power. And they have every intention of fundamentally. Altering America. Transforming it, they call it. What you’re seeing here are huge pockets of the third world. In many of our cities, huge pockets of the Third World, the Third World, people who have escaped or left even casually, one hellhole or another. They come to the United States and they bring with them. Their cultures, their attitudes, their mindsets. Their view of law and order, which is. A very negative view. Many of these people are on welfare. Some of them are on Medicaid, which the Republicans are trying to take them off free schooling for emergency care. Many of them are on food stamps. Some of them have signed up illegally to Social Security, have Social Security numbers. I mean, our country will die if the Democrats get their way. It will implode. And if they take the house, there’ll be no movement, there’ll be no progress whatsoever. That’s their goal. They already said Raskin already said they’re going to impeach Trump in the first week. I mean, this is not. An outside revolution. This isn’t revolution from within. Stoked by the media, stoked by the Democrat Party, funded by foreign forces in many ways. We’re under attack. Our society. The civil society is under attack. And because the Democrats can’t get power the old fashioned way through votes, they’ve been using the courts, they’ve been using the administrative state, the bureaucracy. They’re importing people into this country to destroy citizenship, change the demographics. In a blue state, you’ll notice this almost always happens in blue states and blue cities. Because Republican governors try to put it down and try to put it down quickly and effectively. The blue states. Blue cities. They call themselves sanctuary states, which in and of themselves is a violation of the Constitution, A violation of the Constitution. I’ve got more. We’ll be right back.

So rather than listening to the radical commie mayor and the moronic low IQ. Drama queen, Governor. Let’s listen to the police chief who could be fired at any moment, you know, by the mayor. So. And yet he still is still pretty lucid about what’s going on. Jim McDonnell at a press conference yesterday, cut 15. Go to the people who were not happy with the fact that ICE’s in the in the community doing what ICE does. You know, it’s I respect ICE for being a fellow law enforcement agency. They have their mission. They have their what they have to do. We don’t engage in that activity. But again, we can’t preclude them from doing that. They have every right to do that. I might ask people in the community to trust the LAPD that we’re not there for that purpose and that if they have something they need us to be able to address, we’re there for them. As far as the big picture of what, let’s stop for one minute. He’s correct. So the feds are there and the feds have to defend themselves because the local cops aren’t going to do it. So the feds have to defend themselves. The feds are under attack. ICE personnel are under attack. These are federal cops. They’re under attack. And so a lot of this is funded by the Marxists, the Islamists, by the illegal aliens, their front groups. It’s obviously quite organized. The mayor herself, the mayor herself said it’s very organized. They have a network. They have a system in place. Basically, they trigger it and off they go. Okay, great. So it has to be addressed. So local law enforcement says that’s not our it’s not our jurisdiction, but it is for the feds. And you can’t wait around for a comedy mayor and a drama queen Governor. To say, okay, you can take action now. Excuse me. This is our business, moron. Go ahead. Well, that’s something it’s a it’s a federal issue. And the federal authorities have to have the right to be able to do what they’re doing. As far as people are worried about the violence that we’re seeing in this violence that I’ve seen is disgusting. It’s escalated now since the beginning of this incident. What we saw the first night was was bad. What we’ve seen subsequent to that is getting increasingly worse and more violent. Tonight, we had individuals out there shooting commercial grade fireworks at our officers that can kill you. And we have adapted our tactics to be able to have a chance to be able to take these people into custody and to be able to hold them accountable. We are overwhelmed as far as the number of people out there engaged in this type of activity and the type of things that they’re doing. They’ll they’ll take backpacks in the backpack. They’ll have a cinder block in it. They have a hammer and they’ll break up the cinder block and use that pass it around to throw at officers, to throw at cars. And that is that is a plan. That’s a strategy. So these people aren’t spontaneous. They’re organized. This is systematic. You’re bringing cinder blocks and a hammer, breaking it up to throw at officers and their cars. And so now the local police are having to defend themselves and their community. The feds are having to defend them, their selves. And the mayor doesn’t lift a finger and the governor doesn’t lift a finger. Leave it to us. They say we left that to you, you creeps. Your state was burnt to the ground, Your state doesn’t have water. You got illegal aliens all over the damn place. Crime is out of control. Citizens are escaping your state. One party state, one party, Democrat state. And this is what you get. Go ahead. Seeing people with hammers and you and you broadcasted. Breaking the bollards behind the federal building had taken the rocks, if you will. A federal building is under attack. So, of course, you don’t send in the National Guard. That always happens. America. Now you do send in the National Guard. Go ahead. Throwing them at officers. We’ve had liquid dope. Who knows what description thrown at officers. There’s no no limit to what they are, what they’re doing to our officers. Hmm. Isn’t that interesting, Mr. Produce? There’s no limit to what they’re doing to our officers. And yet, listen to Cory Booker on cut 12 on Meet the Press. Go. The reality is, we see peaceful protests launching in Los Angeles. And again, any violence against police officers should not be accepted. Local authorities can handle that. But remember, he just said they can handle it. And this for Jeff said local authorities can handle it. And he says we see peaceful protests launching in L.A.. And then everybody sees it. And then they say, well, they would have been peaceful if it wasn’t for Trump. You get it. See how they’re playing it? Go ahead. Protests are being generated because the president, United States, is sowing chaos and confusion by arresting people who are showing up for their immigration, their fear of being arrested. He’s such a damn liar. This guy Booker is such a sleazeball. Just such a sleazeball. He can go to the White House website. You can see some of the people they’re arresting. I mean, really the lowest of the low lives. And it’s funny, the booker never mentions them ever. But ladies and gentlemen, let me make this clear. The Democrats are never going to clean this up because they created it. The Democrats want these people here. They want the Islamists here. They want the illegal aliens here. They are Marxists. They want more Marxists here. The chaos, the violence. What does that do? What does it do? It destroys our our governing system so they can fundamentally transform it. This is exactly what they want. Now, they’re not going to say this is exactly what we want, but it is exactly what they want. Listen to them. Listen to them. They open the borders. Anybody can come in here. Not only did they open it for people to come in, they brought 550,000 of them in here on planes, trains and whatever, you know. They brought them in here. They gave me an app. And now Trump’s trying to deal with it. He has to deal with these radical left wing courts. He has to deal with these these cities run by these communist nutjobs, these blue state governors, most of whom are drama queens. They all want to be president. So the only way they can do that is to trash Trump in their minds. And Trump’s putting his foot down. He said, we’re not doing 2020 over again. You know, you guys, every summer, every summer you got a reason to riot, attack, burn, maim, kill. Well, not this summer. Oh, you can try it, but we’re putting it down. Oh, he’s an authoritarian, always a dictator. Oh, if it wasn’t for Trump, everybody would be behaving themselves. No, they wouldn’t. Well, they behave ourselves on the college campuses for the last several years where they. These guys have committed these horrific crimes. And for Donald Trump as president the second time around. Were they behaving themselves? Kind of B.S. is this? Go ahead. We’re trying to abide by the law. He’s arresting them. And you see this in communities. Are Republican Trump supporters being outraged that he’s reading, trying to abide by the law? This guy is a grotesque liar. Now, ladies and gentlemen, where do you find illegal aliens, Mr. Producer? Do they just line up and raise their hands? I ask you, America, you find them in stores, right? You find them in cars. You find them in homes. You find them in colleges. You find them in businesses. So where do you go to find illegal aliens? Well, you certainly don’t go to any of those places. Where were you supposed to go? And by the way, is that what federal law says? They say law enforcement follow the law. Well, the law doesn’t say you can’t take somebody out of a business or school or whatever and deport them. So now the Democrats are creating striations or a tier level of who you can and cannot deport. That has nothing to do with the law. Nothing. Now, one of my fears is you’ve got justices on the Supreme Court who are scared of their own shadows and they’re seeing this and they’re thinking to themselves, you know what? You know. If these people are going to write. When we’re trying to take felons out of the country, what will they do if the court rules? That there is no such thing as birthright citizenship for illegal aliens. You see what I mean? That guy, they threaten the justices over the Dobbs decision. And now we have more abortions than ever before, by the way. But look how they. They threaten the justices over the Dobbs decision. Look how Schumer threatened them. Look how they talk. About certain justices. It’s one thing to criticize them, but you’re going to reap what you sow. A whirlwind. Look at. They’ve been talking about ice for the last two, three, four months. It’s been outrageous. Talking about them if they’re Gestapo. They the mayor of Boston called them neo-Nazi and on and on and on. These are our neighbors. These are our fellow citizens who are just doing their jobs. And thank God they are. Look what happened in Newark a few weeks back with the mayor and a handful of these Democrat congressmen. Radical. Democrats trying to go into a detention center where 70% of the people in there have been convicted of crimes, due process convictions, and they’re in there. And they’re hassling. The ICE personnel and physically in one case, pushing them, members of Congress. So these are their constituents, the rioters, the illegal aliens, the Islamists, the Marxists. This is the Democrat Party constituency. This is why Trump won, because a lot of rank and file Democrat union members, men and women who live in these communities who see all this crap going on, they’ve had enough. They’ve had enough. Here you have the LAPD police chief. He’s the police chief of L.A.. He’s disgusted by the violence. They don’t have enough personnel. Of course, I can come in here and deal with federal matters. And then you have Cory Booker sitting on his fat ass in a studio in Washington, D.C., on Meet the Press, telling you everything’s fine. It’s Trump’s fault. Then, of course, Dana Bash on CNN, They bring in Bernie Sanders, who’s a Stalinist, who loves all this, loves it. Listen to this for cut 11. Go. What is your response to the fact that the president has ordered 2000 National Guard troops? What kind of question is this? It’s a question by another person. Dana Bash. Who sits comfortably in her suburban home. Fairly wealthy, probably in Maryland. Probably Potomac or Chevy Chase or one of those places. Who’s lived in a cocoon the vast majority of our life. Asking Bernie Sanders, who wants the country overthrown? Go ahead. Cornea. Look, Donna. We have a president. Donna. Her name’s Dana. Dana is her name. But look, Donna, people will call her Donna for now. I’ll go ahead. Authoritarianism here. Seek out this guy. He’s not going to say anything rational. It’s just going to be one slogan after another. So he sloganeering. And I deal with this in my new book, by the way, on power. But there you go. So there he is. You know, he’s he’s authoritarianism. I’d say it’s authoritarianism, but of course, he won’t get into the details. Go ahead. Who criticizes them? He is going after the law firms who have clients who try to put him in prison. You’re ahead when you have the universities that teach courses that he doesn’t like, you know, that’s not what he’s doing. Going to the universities that that violently be Jews go ahead to impeach judges who rule against them. And he’s usurping the powers of the United States Congress. So impeaching of judges is perfectly legal under the Constitution. And he doesn’t impeach anyway. The House does. So he goes on and on like this. He’s an ass. Go ahead. Wants all of the power. He does not believe in the Constitution. He does not believe in the rule of law. He’s followed every court ruling, but he’s challenging them. He does believe in the rule of law. That’s what he’s trying to enforce. This is what Stalinists do. They are liars. They are demagogues, they are propagandists. They are the worst. They are the worst. Go ahead. The understanding is that the governor of California, why was this guy brought on? He has no personal experience about anything. He’s got no no real knowledge about what’s taking place in California. Why was he brought on? He was brought on to do exactly what he’s doing using his star Stalinist agitprop crap. That’s what he’s doing. Dwight Eisenhower Library On May 17, 1954, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Brown versus Topeka Board of Education that segregated schools are inherently unequal. In September 1957, as a result of the ruling, nine African-American students enrolled at Central High School in Little Rock, Arkansas. The ensuing struggle between segregationists and integrationist the state of Arkansas in the federal government. President Eisenhower and Arkansas Governor Orval Faubus, who was a. Really just an outrageous segregationist has become known in modern American history As the Little Rock crisis gained worldwide attention when Governor Faubus ordered the Arkansas National Guard to surround Central High School to keep the nine students from entering the school. Eisenhower ordered the 101st Airborne Division into Little Rock to ensure the safety of the Little Rock Nine and that the rulings of the Supreme Court were upheld. Well, gee. Well, Akers he didn’t wait around, you know, he didn’t even nationalize the National Guard. He sent in 101st Airborne Division that Eisenhower must be a dictator. He was a dictator. No damn good. Eisenhower, by the way, also used the army, as I said, to round up over a million illegal aliens and remove them from the country. And then they point to Trump, Look, a clash shows the Stalinist Bernie Sanders look at this, says the moron Cory Booker. One after another, the Democrats step up and they want you to believe that what Trump is doing is somehow unconstitutional, illegal, that what Trump is doing is it’s the handiwork of a fascist of a dictator when he’s following the law, as other presidents have, and he’s following the Constitution as other presidents have. And thank God he is. So Newsome really is sort of the Orval Faubus of our day, I would say. And he is with a sanctuary state, and we have sanctuary city in L.A.. These are the tactics of the old Confederacy, that is to defy federal law. Now, you and I believe in federalism, but we also believe in our Constitution. So there’s a place for the federal government and there’s a place for the states. The states cannot control federal immigration. The states do not control ICE. The states do not get to decide who stays and who leaves. Certainly the city doesn’t either. That is the role of the president. And he has agencies that over time have done exactly this.
