On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, Elon Musk’s push for spending cuts right now is nonsensical. Tax cuts are urgently needed to boost the economy and help Republicans maintain control during the midterms. Yes, spending is out of control but addressing it all at once is challenging. The Convention of States movement is a vital, under-discussed solution to institutionally fix congressional dysfunction, with frustration over Musk and others’ lack of support or mention of this critical initiative for long-term conservative fiscal reform. Democrats are misrepresenting the bill’s effects, exaggerating economic harm, and overlooking their own $2 trillion Inflation Reduction Act. Also, a nuclear deal proposal offered to Iran was rejected by Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. The deal required Iran to stop uranium enrichment. Iran’s firm rejection may lead to consequences from President Trump if their stance continues. Later, a Chinese couple were charged with smuggling a biological pathogen into the U.S. Communist China is trying to poison us and kill our crops. This is what happens when you have open borders and democrats. Meanwhile, Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs vetoed a bill limiting Chinese land ownership near military bases. Some Democrats are special pleaders for the enemy. Finally, Trump is taking steps to protect America. He signed an executive order banning travel to the U.S. from several countries to block ‘dangerous foreign actors.’ Immediately he will be attacked by those who hate America. He’s trying to fight the cancer in America from both ends – those who are here and preventing others from coming in.

Segment 1
You know, ladies and gentlemen, I think what Elon Musk is doing is almost nonsensical at this point. Somebody who’s a big admirer of Elon Musk, as you well know, don’t know. I’m I’ve told you that many times. We need to get these tax cuts passed. We need to get them passed now if they’re to resonate throughout the economy over the next 14 months or so in order to have a positive impact on the midterm elections so we can hold the House and the Senate, particularly the House, and push through a conservative agenda as far as spending goes, the spending out of control. Yes, it is. The problem is it can’t all be addressed at once. I know Rand Paul makes these pronouncements and Massie makes these pronouncements and they can’t seem to get enough people to support them. But the problem is, it can’t just all be done at once. Not now. And what amazes me about all this is my buddy Mark Meckler, and his lovely wife and I and my lovely wife. We’ve been pushing conventional states now for many, many years, many years. And we’ve made the point that Congress cannot fix itself. Tell me how many people today on television and radio have brought up convention of states? Exactly. Zero. Exactly zero. So how serious are these people when they keep using talk radio or using cable TV or using even network TV and other bloggers sites and other platforms to keep whining about this stuff, But they never get behind our cause, which is convention of state. They don’t even understand it. They don’t even understand it. So this is very troubling to me. You really want to fix in an institutional way what’s going on. Then you get behind convention of states. Or you can keep whining about and complaining that Congress won’t fix it. So. And you can tell how serious people are based on where they they stand on these things. Now, there’s not enough time to get a new bill through the House and the Senate and do all those sorts of things that Elon Musk is talking about. So as a practical matter, he’s just dead wrong. Now, if he had actually felt this way earlier, he should have said something about it months ago. What he’d like to see in a big bill, the kind of spending cuts he’d like to see in a big bill and work it. And so but he didn’t do any of that. And I’m not attacking him for it. I’m just saying that it’s kind of backwards. They need this bill passed in order to get those tax cuts or you, the American people, are going to see a 68% tax increase that will blow out the Republican Party. The Democrats will come back into power, and then we’ll be spending the next two years after that. Defending the administration from investigations and they’re likely to win 2028 like this. What I see in front of us, this is what I see. So it’s one thing for him or Rand Paul or Massey or a handful of others, we need to do this. We need to do that. We’ll do it. But they can’t. They can’t get the votes they need to get behind our convention of state movements, which has actually done pretty damn well considering how little money and how little attention it received. Quite frankly. So at least for now, my view is and I say this as a conservative, a long standing, a constitutional conservative, a Reaganite, somebody who wants spending slashed, and there are ways to do it institutionally. So over the course of a period of time, it can take in effect. Maybe I should pull out the. The amendments that I talked about, the Liberty amendments, and go over them with you. But I’ll hold back for now. But I don’t remember any of these people getting behind any of it. Any of it. Do you? No, I don’t. And Elon Musk, I don’t think has ever even mentioned it ever again. Not to dump on him. I’m just saying there’s been a there’s an avenue here, a serious avenue, and I don’t really see. Many of these people are talking about much of this. There’s a lot of big stuff gone on in America. Now, there was a proposal provided to the Islamo Nazi regime in Iran. And it was outright rejected by the head Islamo Nazi Khamenei. Jewish insider Iran’s Khamenei and this is in all publications now rejects nuclear deal that would eliminate enrichment. By Lahav Harkov. Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei today rejected a nuclear deal with the, quote, rude, insolent, unquote U.S. that required require the Islamic Republic. It’s not a republic, of course, to stop enriching uranium. One of President Donald Trump’s core requirements for any nuclear agreement. In a speech at the mausoleum of former Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, which was translated and posted on Khamenei’s official account so you and I could read it. The Iranian leader said that Iran’s enemies have focused all their attention on this very process of uranium enrichment. God knows I have. Because that’s the bottom line. He said a nuclear industry without enrichment capabilities is useless because we would then be dependent on others to obtain fuel for our power plants, their power plants, most of which haven’t been built yet. It. You get it? Iran’s supreme leader railed against the American demands, saying it would make his country, quote, reliant on them for radiopharmaceuticals, energy desalination equipment and in tens of other critical sectors. Their rude, insolent U.S. leaders want this. He said they have opposed. They’re opposed to progress. And self-sufficiency for the Iranian people is pretty funny. Those in power today, the Zionists and the Americans. Sounds like some of our podcasters, Mr. Producer, should know they can’t do a damn thing in this area, Khamenei said. Look, the folks, the belligerence. The dogma. He wants those centrifuges to keep rolling. He’s made it abundantly clear here, even the proposal that we saw in that I’ve commented on and raised questions about in which they could, in fact, continue spinning those centrifuges up to a very minimal level over a period of time. And then they’d have to give up their centrifuges. They’ve just rejected. Trump administration has reportedly been negotiating an interim deal that would allow Iran to enrich uranium to 3% to a final agreement is reached in which the Islamic Republic can no longer enrich its own uranium. And under the terms of the proposal, the U.S. would facilitate the construction of dedicated enrichment plants in the Middle East to provide Iran with uranium for civilian uses. So we would actually be involved in the construction of enrichment plants to oversee those plants. They help them have nuclear energy. But apparently not the International Atomic Energy Agency. That’s the U.N. reportedly sent a confidential report to member states last week, said Iran increased its stockpile of highly enriched uranium by about 50%. It’s believed that material there could be converted about into ten nuclear weapons in less than two weeks. American intelligence has assessed that it would take Tehran a few months to assemble a nuclear bomb using a weapons grade face on material. And I would say our intel has been a little behind some of the other intel that goes on out there. But regardless, they said no. And so the ball is in our court. And I suspect if this continues to be their position, that they’re going to have to answer for this. Just my guess. I’ll be right back.
Segment 2
This is a big deal and Iran is basically giving us the middle finger. I think the Trump administration has bent over backwards to try and figure out how to work something out with this regime. But, you know, they’re terrorists. So. So it’s quite difficult to do that. Very difficult to do that. And so we’ll see the next play. I think the next play is fairly obvious and may be complicated and difficult. But nonetheless, you know, I’d mentioned Elon Musk and now he’s now the. They’ve now the Democrats are embracing him and quoting him, which says how morally bereft these people are. Let’s take a listen to some of this Mr. Producer’s short montage, Cut five. Go. Breaking news. Elon Musk and I agree with each other. Say something I didn’t think was imaginable. I agree with Elon Musk, all these Republicans here on this committee. They all voted for this bill that now Elon Musk is saying should be killed. And this thing is awful. I actually agree with Elon Musk on this. Mm hmm. Now, listen to how sick Chuck Schumer is. He is he’s very mentally ill. Cut seven. Go. Death by a thousand paper cuts. That’s the intention of the Republican bill. And we all know one thing. Donald Trump is just lying about the bill. Lying about the bill. Well, here’s the we are all going to die at. It says nearly 14 million. It’s 16 getting closer to 6 million, according to CBO’s numbers. We’ve been told 11 million that we all are going to die. You believe this American? We all are going to die. These people can’t fight a fair fight. They can’t fight the facts. They just lie and fearmonger. And they get the press to back them into regurgitated go ahead for food. That’s for billionaires. We’re all going tax cuts for billionaires or you folks out there who live on tips. You won’t be paying any tax on tips. Are you billionaires or you folks are working overtime? Won’t be paying taxes on overtime. Are you billionaires? Many of you folks are on Social Security receiving a Social Security excuse me, Social Security check. Are you billionaires? You folks are helping family members. Who are in dire straits at great cost. They were getting special tax credits to help you out. Are you billionaires? Across the board tax reduction. All of you billionaires. And so what the Democrats want to do is increase taxes over a period of ten years by trillions. Trillions on your backs, on the backs of plumbers, truck drivers and cops and firefighters, and on and on and on. You saw what they did to the economy when they were in charge. You saw the inflation, the price of food and gasoline and everything going up sky high. Well, that’s not enough for them. They’ve never seen a tax cut that they like, and it’s always for billionaires. Have you noticed? So what is it? What’s in it for Republicans to give tax cuts just to billionaires? Can somebody tell me nothing? There’s nothing in it. Meanwhile, they have billionaires lining up left and right. Backing their candidates. So we all are going to die. So they sat down and they said, That’ll get somebodies attention. So we’re all going to go. We’re all going to die. You see if this bill is passed. Go ahead. It shows the callousness, the callousness of this. You understand that this budget, we’re still spending trillions and trillions and trillions of dollars. On all these food. Medical. Entitlement and welfare programs. No program is being eliminated. Unfortunately, none. The spending on Medicaid that’s being cut is for illegal aliens and. Mentally and physically able young people who are sitting on their couches watching TV and collecting medical benefits for free from you, and they’re being asked to work 20 hours a week. Illegal aliens would be removed altogether. That results in millions of people. And so they want you to think that they’re going to go hungry. Same with so many of our other welfare benefits. We had open borders. Over 20 million illegal aliens came into the country. I’m not even counting the legal migrants who came into the country. All these people now are on government programs. The Republicans are trying to get this under control. And for the Democrats, while you and I are saying the budget is too big, they’re spending too much money for the Democrats. They’re never spending enough money. What did they do last time? They passed away $2 trillion, which they called the Inflation Reduction Act, which is funding phony green energy projects, putting millions, if not billions into the pockets of their supporters. And they have the nerve to go on about tax cuts for billionaires. Don’t forget what you actually experience under Biden and the Democrats. Go ahead. Be in the House and the Republican majority in the Senate. Repeal and replace that by another name. Sky’s Oscars ball. And, of course, he’s one of many who lied about Biden. They lie and they lie and they lie. Let’s go to Senator Ron Wyden. A freakish individual out of Oregon. A buffoon like the rest. Cut et go. The legislation has rapidly become an anti senor bill. And let me walk you through why that’s the case. Also tonight, senior people are going to starve to death. They’re trying to destroy Medicare. It’s a hell of a bill, considering there’s not a lot of cuts in it. Wow. It’s incredible. They’re just trying to throw it all out there. They want you to let’s say this bill passes and none of what they say is true. Do you know they’re never held to account? The media doesn’t say, you know what Biden said. You know what Schumer said? You know what this reprobate said? You know what this pervert said on the Democrat side? You know, they never do that ever. Go ahead. And low income seniors are going to see their Medicare premiums go up by nearly 200, haven’t touched Medicare or Social Security. This bill doesn’t even touch them. If anything goes up or down, it’s the administrators of Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security. This bill doesn’t even mention Medicare or Social Security. That’s what a sleazeball this guy is. I’ll be right back.
Segment 3
Russ Vought is the director of the OMB. Mr. Producers tried to get him on this program. He doesn’t respond to Mr. Producer. Sure. You gave him the right number, Mr. Producer. Yes, we did. And it’s okay. He was at a budget hearing today about this budget, this proposal, the funding. Carl Levin go. Over the past four months, the Office of Management and Budget, or OMB, has worked tirelessly to deliver on President Trump’s promise that the federal government works for the American people, not bureaucrats and the entrenched establishment. Under the previous administration, government spending aggressively turned against our citizens who saw their tax dollars used to fund cultural Marxism. The Green New Scam. Foreign projects unaligned with American interests and even our own invasion. Every agency became a tool of the left. Under President Trump, those days are over. The President’s fiscal year 26 budget in tandem with the one big, beautiful bill and other tools this administration has at his disposal, will finally end the era of unchecked federal spending. Stop the weaponization of government and turbocharge economic growth. The fiscal Year 26 budget puts American citizens first and shifts the destructive paradigm that ruled Washington for decades that we could only fund national security and border security if we massively funded, woke and weaponized bureaucracy coveted by the left. The president’s budget reduces non-defense spending by $163 billion, 22% below current year levels, and the lowest non-defense spending since 2017. If adjusted for inflation, all while we protect funding for national defense, Homeland security, veterans, seniors, law enforcement and infrastructure. Mm hmm. But we’re all going to starve to death, according to Schumer. Notice how. Schumer and his ilk don’t provide actual budget details and numbers. Have you noticed that, Mr. Producer? All they do is they spew these these slogans and so forth. That’s all they do. Stumpy Hoyer, who’s been in Congress 114 years. Here’s a guy who was. Lieutenant governor many, many decades ago. He ran for governor in any loss and he ran for a House seat in year one, and he’s never given it up. Cat go. I think your agenda is a danger to our country. Our constitution. Constitution. Our people and one that marginalizes the Congress and Article one to establish an imperial presidency. So let’s stop right here. How so? We have no idea what he’s talking about. He has no idea what he’s talking about. He’s looking for headlines. That’s all. Headlines and he’ll get them. Go ahead. It’s exactly the opposite of what our founders had in mind. What are you talking about? Do you even know what you’re talking about? Yeah. Our founders had in mind a massive, bloated, centralized government that gets more massive and bloated with every passing week. Is that what they had in mind? America. Go ahead. Administration is done under your direction. Mirrors what you did during Trump’s first term. What you wrote in your Project 2025 chapter and what you said in a 23 speech. I’m still trying to find out the facts from this guy. As he blabber on and on. In what is a pathetically inexact attack. Using basically slogans. Go ahead. I. You had a quarter to you Many times. As you probably know, I represent over 70,000 federal employees. So basically, he’s a congressman of the bureaucracy that said. And you’re not allowed to reduce the bureaucracy. You’re just not because that’s immune. Now, you might lose your job, you might lose your business, you might have a significant reduction in income. That’s too damn bad. You better pay your taxes. Are you going to lose your home and everything else? But don’t you dare try and trim the size of the federal bureaucracy or you will pay a price. Because we are second class citizens. I’m not kidding. We, the people who pay the taxes and don’t receive the taxes. We are second class citizens. Go ahead. Highly offensive statement. We want the bureaucrats, which is so often used as an epithet, not a descriptor. Well, an epithet is a descriptor, too, by the way. Genius. I just. Just thought I’d point that out, but go ahead. Well, medically affected. When they wake up in the morning. We want them to not want to go to war. Thanks for nothing. Thanks for nothing. As he rambles on like an idiot. Yeah. We exist for the government. That’s right. Now Marjorie Taylor GREENE, who I’ve criticized before and rightly so. Well, she’s on to something I actually agree with here. A simple federalism issue. And that goes with I. The ACA provision in the bill would take away all state authority. That is. Would really gut the 10th Amendment. Federalism. Cat nine go today to address the House about a clause that is in the one big beautiful bill. This clause would take away state rights to make laws or regulate I for ten years. I think federalism is something that we must always protect. And I warn against the dangers of protecting a tech industry where we have no idea the future of what this industry will hold. Air is rapidly developing. Air has developed quickly over the past few years. Imagine what it will be one year from now, five years from now, and ten years from now when we look to the future. We cannot take away states rights to regulate or make laws to protect the people and their state, or to regulate businesses that operate in their state. That would be destroying the very foundation of this country, which is federalism. We must always limit federal power and protect state power. Now, the push and the reasons that I have been told about this is that America, American tech and air companies must be able to compete with China. Well, American and tech companies, tech and air companies can compete with China and they should compete with China. However, we don’t destroy federalism in order to allow them to do that. That would be a fool’s errand. Here’s how this can work. Governors and state legislatures can make their states friendly. First for tech companies in a I. Bringing these companies in by making it easy for these companies to operate in their states. That’s how it’s been done for every single innovation industry, manufacturing, and all companies across America. You don’t destroy federalism for one industry. You protect it and allow states to compete to bring those companies into their states. That’s the right way to handle this going forward. I couldn’t agree more, 100% correct. And the federalism, that is the constitutional issue. And also, as a practical matter, on the economic and development side. Competition’s a great thing, even among and between the states. The centralisation of power should occur on rare occasions, but certainly not here when you’re trying to develop in a race against the Communist Chinese. This kind of technology. So I agree with her 100% there. Well, there’s a lot more. I’m trying to pull all together what we’ve what we’ve witnessed today in these various areas. And so as she’s talking about the bill, the others have talked about the bill. Mike Johnson was at a press conference today to talk about the bill and to talk about Elon Musk’s second broadside against the bill, really against his former buddy, Donald Trump. It’s getting kind of perverse, really cut sex. Go, Elon. And I left on a great note. We were texting one another, you know, happy text, you know, Monday and then and then yesterday, you know, 24 hours later, he doesn’t want you to go. And he comes out and opposed the bill. And it surprised me, frankly. And I don’t take it personal. We don’t take it personal. You know, is it policy differences or not personal? I think he’s he’s flat wrong. I think he’s he’s way off on this. And I’ve told him as much and I’ve said it publicly and privately. I’m very consistent on that. But am I concerned about the effect of this on the midterms? I’m not. Let me tell you why. Because when the big, beautiful bill is done and signed into law, every single American is going to do better. This bill is geared for middle and working class Americans, and they are going to feel the effects of it and they’re going to feel it before the midterm elections. So I have no concern whatsoever. I’m absolutely convinced that we’re going to win the midterms and grow the House majority because we’re delivering for the American people and fulfilling our campaign promises. And we’ll see how that happens. Meanwhile, all this aside, quite frankly, all this static aside. The Senate needs to get on with its job now. The Republicans have the majority in the Senate and they need to get on with this. They need to get these tax cuts through. They can cut more government. Go for it. They can close agencies. Go for it. Do whatever you need to do. But get those tax cuts done because we need them. You want them, you know, worried about billionaires and all the rest of the B.S. from the Democrats. I’ll be right back.
Segment 4
You’re not going to believe this. You’re not going to believe this. Colorado federal Judge Gordon Gallagher, a Biden appointee. Another radical reprobate. Prevented that is blocked the deportation of the wife and five children. Of the Egyptian terrorist Islamists who set on fire. I guess it’s 12 now. Elderly Jews in Boulder, Colorado. That would be Mohammed Sabry Suleiman. He faces attempted murder, federal hate crime charges over the attack on these folks. He and his entire family are here illegally. Legally. As family was taken into federal custody. By U.S. immigration officials for the purpose, of course, of deporting them. But Federal Judge Gordon Gallagher granted a request from the family to halt the deportation proceedings. He wrote. Before the court. His petition is ex parte application for a temporary restraining order in order to show cause. Court finds it appropriate for these preliminary proceedings for petitioner to proceed as next friend, because the filings indicate that there’s no means to contact Algoma and Petitioner. Yabba dabba doo. He goes on to the extent they have not yet done so no later than today. June four, 2025. Petitioner’s counsels directed one to serve respondents with a copy of the petition Temporary Restraining order, motion and accompanying papers, along with a copy of the order by email. Now it goes on. What’s the Who cares? I have to ask a question, folks. Are we ever going to be able to deport illegal aliens, let alone terrorists, let alone family members of terrorists, let alone individuals here here on student visas who are really mouthpieces and operators for terrorist organizations? Are we ever going to be able to deport these people? It’s hard enough to find them. But apart from finding them. How much more damage needs to be done to this? Can we have these Biden appointees, these Obama partisan? We have an old Reagan appointee who I know well. Lamberth I understand it was a preliminary ruling when the terms of these. Transgender medical procedures. But I mean, still. Seriously. Doesn’t the president get to make any decisions? We have to wait for federal judges to determine if they’re confident that the decision is legal with the way for federal judges to determine. If there’s been adequate due process in every single case. No, I don’t think we should. For the thousand reasons I’ve explained over and over and over again. It’s really quite disgusting at these judges. I’m telling you now, you know, I’m going to start a movement. I talked to you folks about this before. We’re going to do this. We’re going to start this movement. In order to press Congress to take some of the authority away from these courts and to abolish several of them. Abolish several of them. Then, of course, the is trying to deal with these universities too. And he’s not allowed to do that. Now allowed to do that. We have a representative Becker, Berlin, Democrat of the county of Vermont. She’s at a town hall meeting yesterday. And unfortunately, Vermont is a beautiful state and they’ve got all these commies that are representing them. Cut. 16. Go. We have to get home to a place in Congress where it is no longer a political issue. But we see it as an existential issue for the country. If we don’t have avenues for people to come here legally to work or to build a home here, I’m going to be going through right now. We’re not going to have anybody around. We’re assets because we don’t have enough people. That’s why we Americans, we don’t know how to do a damn thing. Maybe she confused the rest of us with Biden, Mr. British. You know what, America? We build the greatest society in the face of the earth. We build the greatest economy on the face of the Earth, the industrial Revolution. We invent more medical devices and drugs and develop more technology than any society on the face of the earth. That’s right. And if we don’t have enough illegal aliens from the Third World, most of whom are not educated, most of whom need welfare, then you see, we won’t even know how to fight by ourselves. Now, first of all, this woman is crude. She’s grotesque. And it seems to me the Democrats are always like this. But that said. We need the. We need more. We have 21 million illegal aliens. That’s not enough. Did you see Gene play? Ah, she has decided she’s going to leave the Democrat Party and become an independent. What’s the difference? I don’t know. What’s the difference anymore? You got Bernie Sanders, who’s a commie, He’s a Democrat, effectively Raskin’s. He’s a Stalinist, he’s a Democrat. Effectively. You’ve got to leave in Omar. They’re Islamists. They’re a Democrat, effectively. Who cares?
