Mark Levin: “This has become the common thinking acceptable to believe that judicial supremacy is not only compelled by the Constitution, but it’s righteous. It saves the Republic. Now, how does it save the Republic? You can have tyranny in any branch of government. Judicial tyranny is not what a republic is made and that’s what we have right now.”
