Jonathan Turley: Trump Doesn’t Need A Pardon From Biden

Jonathan Turley on Life, Liberty and Levin. “First of all, a pardon for Trump would be the most hostile pardon ever issued. Trump doesn’t need a pardon. I mean, the cases against him have collapsed, and even though they weren’t dismissed with prejudice, it’s extremely unlikely that they could ever be resuscitated. And so to give him a pardon for effectively dead federal cases would be to send this message that he’s still at risk. It would fulfill the narrative, but the fact is, he’s not at risk in those cases. It wouldn’t have any impact on the state cases where he still has some ongoing litigation, but those cases are also, pretty dubious legally, and are not doing that well.”
