WASHINGTON, DC - SEPTEMBER 19: Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) arrives at a news conference on the introduction of the "Restaurant Workers Bill of Rights" outside the U.S. Capitol Building on September 19, 2023 in Washington, DC.
