On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show: A grand jury chose not to indict NYPD Officer Daniel Pantaleo who killed Eric Garner with a "chokehold." Mark calls for the release of the grand jury information because we need to know the facts first before jumping to conclusions. There's no debate over the phrase "chokehold," it is illegal in New York, but the definition of a chokehold is ambiguous. Mark is joined by former federal prosecutor Andy McCarthy to share his thoughts on the case. Also, Senator Jeff Sessions calls in and warns House Republicans to fight the immigration and budget issues. John Boehner, Steve Scalise, and most of the House GOP are seeking out liberal Democrats to fund Obama's unconstitutional amnesty.
