On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show: Another court has made a decision on gay marriage and Mark explains that regardless of what your position is on marriage, that the consequences and repercussions of an out of control judiciary will affect every one of us. This is another instance where the American people in a state have their vote completely overturned by a court that isn’t recognizing their rights. Mark goes thru various times in history where the Supreme Court got decisions wrong in the past, all because they were imposing their will. Mark explains the real story and intent of the 14th Amendment and how it has been changed by the liberals throughout time. Once again, every day the Courts or Congress meet, we lose more of our liberty and it’s happening quicker now than ever before, especially with an out of control President. By giving away federalism, we create balkanization and less liberty and that is a huge problem. Also, our politicians care about Party first until they run for reelection and then they pretend they’re for the average American. Finally, Jeff Bell calls in about his New Jersey Senate run against Cory Booker.
