Rather than use the tools of the Constitution to restrict the federal leviathan from growing, they do nothing. How are we supposed to reverse the massive bureaucracy; it's going to take more than just voting and elections. If the Establishment doesn't get their candidate into office, they will find other ways to get their agenda thru – such as expanding a bloated bureaucracy, or appointing judges. These politicians are in office for a temporary period of time, yet they're making permanent decisions with real life consequences for our future. This is why there must be a change in the power elite. Mark also talks about how we fight wars these days, and how we should be bombing and destroying groups like ISIS rather than talking about it. Finally, Mark talks about the struggles Abraham Lincoln faced and how he was able to save the nation.
