On Monday's Mark Levin Show: President Obama has now made it clear he doesn't intend to follow the immigration laws and plans to unilaterally change them if needed. We now find out that law enforcement will not be deporting illegal immigrants simply because they're illegal – and in many cases they won't be deporting them at all. We have criminals being released back into the population rather than being sent back to their country of origins. There's no border fence despite the Secure the Border Act of 1996, illegals are not going thru the registration process and many will not ever do so either. Because of the deliberate negligence from our politicians that refuse to enact the border laws, the quality of life for all American and American citizens is diminished as we truly have a catastrophe on our border. Also, Mark talks about the primary focus of the Founder's – how they wanted a country based on capitalism, private property – which is at direct odds with those that want an all powerful centralized government. Finally, Senator Ted Cruz calls in about the Mississippi race and how Thad Cochran had to go and get Democrat votes in order to beat conservative Chris McDaniel in the primary.
