On Friday's Mark Levin Show: Mark discusses the Founder's vision for certain Amendments, including the 4th Amendment. He talks about the controversial NSA spying program, and how that although we do need to protect ourselves and our country, that it seems that in some instances this is being abused. The mass collection of data is not helping protect us or make us more secure – rather it is infringing on our rights. Mark says obviously we need surveillance and the police need help gathering intelligence, but the overall data collection shouldn't be allowed. Mark says he doesn't trust the Obama Administration with all this information on us – be it in the questions and our personal health info regarding Obamacare, or other things. They consistently disregard the Constitution which is why we need to be cautious with what our politicians do.
