On Friday's Mark Levin Show: Mark talks about how a Utah court has now allowed same sex marriage in the state. Once again, even if the citizenry don't want something, a judiciary and a judge has unilaterally allowed something, regardless if it's in the Constitution or not. An unelected judiciary, in defiance of the will of the people in particular states is trumping state legislature to advocate an agenda. The solution is not necessarily to elect more Republicans, as we've seen that doesn't always work. Rather, it is the Article V Convention process – giving the people and the states back the power. What other alternative is there? Also, Mark talks about Duck Dynasty and says there definitely is a war going on against Christianity and traditional religion here in the country.
