On Friday’s Mark Levin show, Courts can be brilliant and can be wholly irresponsible. This shouldn’t come as a huge surprise to anyone given the course of American history, and specifically, cases such as Korematsu v. United States. Yet, the very liberals who so often undermine rule of law and trash the judicial system are now crying foul the minute anyone dare critique the Ninth Circuit Court’s recent ruling on Trump’s Immigration Order. Biased much? Korematsu was forced by the Supreme Court to live in an internment camp during World War II and he was a U.S. citizen. Now the Ninth Circuit Court, operating upon the same constitutional premise, has effectively decided that everyone in the world is afforded due process rights in America. Talk about open borders. How can a constitutional premise be decided in such incredibly different ways? Well, perhaps when the courts are politically motivated. Self-respecting liberals should admit that their anti-Trump politics are the overwhelming factor in the recent court decisions. This kind of stolen sovereignty must end. After that, the purpose of the Constitution is to protect the people and establish a working and functional Republic. It’s not about a living and breathing constitution. If you are claiming a living and breathing Constitution you are saying the government has maximum flexibility. This is the prefect prescription for tyranny. In addition, the NFL is now saying that if the state of Texas passes a statute that boys must use the boy’s room and girls use the girl’s room, they will boycott the state. The NFL bureaucracy and commissioner, Roger Goodell are out of control. All the state of Texas is trying to do is bring things back to normalcy. Goodell is going to hurt himself because the American people are sick and tired of being bullied.
