On Thursday's Mark Levin Show: Mark talks about Attorney General Eric Holder's latest attack on Texas, this time by going after their Voter ID law. Mark says that it is not evident – that the Democrat's don't care about voter fraud, and are hoping that it happens, especially in Republican states like Texas. How is having an ID suppressing voting rights? It's not. Also Mark talks about Senator Tom Coburn's comments on, "The Liberty Amendments," and Mark stresses that we need a state convention, not a national Constitutional convention. Also, Speaker Boehner has officially given up the fight to defund Obamacare and says the Republicans must move on from that idea. Finally, Professor Randy Barnett of Georgetown Law School calls in and talks about why we need to turn to the State Convention process.
