When they're no pushing for debt ceiling increases, bailouts, and open borders, and attacking tea party activists and other conservatives, the WSJ editorial nerds are dishing bad advice about, well, in this case, investigations. So, if there's no special prosecutor, exactly what office in the Obama administration will enforce obstruction or perjury allegations by Congress? The nerds write they don't trust Holder; ok, great. Then how can they trust any criminal investigation that Holder oversees directly or indirectly? There is both a legislative and criminal component to the IRS scandal. They each require aggressive attention and enforcement. To dismiss the latter as political posturing is pretty dumb.
