If AP and Fox News are seriously appalled by the Obama administration’s attack on their First Amendment right to press freedom they’d consider bringing Bivens suits against the federal officials behind the conduct. At a minimum it would allow the news outlets to attempt actual discovery methods should they successfully overcome initial government defense tactics and motions.
