Talk about circular logic and impotent ideas, this is just another awful piece of thinking and writing on this website. He simply denies reality and then seeks to dismiss those who attempt to actually deal with it. I’ve written and talked at length about the post-constitutional nature of the federal government. And no matter the overwhelming evidence, this guy dismisses it with a few superficial sentences. I’d ignore it but from time to time posers deserve attention. If he’s read what I have written he either didn’t comprehend any of it or is driven by his own abstractions. What a waste.
