On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, in the wake of the disastrous midterm election results, there’s a faction in the Republican Party who want to destroy the party and recreate it into a Pat Buchanan-style, isolationist and quasi-socialist party. The Woke-Reich isolationists blame the Iran war for Tuesday’s loss. Would these people just sit on their hands knowing the Islamo-Nazi Iranian terrorist regime was on the verge of having nukes and the will to use them? President Trump decided to not kick the can down the road. And it’s because of the isolationists in the Administration that the war has dragged on instead of finishing it when we had the Iranians down. But the truth is there is no single reason Republicans lost the election. One big reason is the waves of Marxist/Islamist immigrants into our country who voted overwhelmingly for Democrats. Also, the NY Post published a politically motivated hit piece based on anonymous leaks from isolationist figures and people associated with the White House. It blames Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, and Mark Levin for Republican midterm losses and for the Iran war, while ignoring that the president, as commander in chief, made the decision to go to war. The war should be judged by whether the enemy is defeated, not by finding an “exit.” Later, there’s a CNN report claiming that Republicans are turning on Secretary Pete Hegseth, with some GOP lawmakers allegedly blaming him for encouraging President Trump to pursue military action and even considering impeachment efforts against him. That is unconstitutional and politically motivated; Hegseth is a patriot who has performed exceptionally well as Secretary of War. Republicans are unfairly scapegoating Hegseth instead of confronting broader problems within the party, while Democrats, bureaucrats, and anonymous White House sources are exploiting the situation to undermine both Trump and the war effort.
