Segment 1
Hello, America. American Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811.  877-381-3811. Looks like our interview my interview last evening. 8 p.m. eastern of. And and it went pretty viral, I would say, of Joe Kent has been mentioned in multiple publications and they’re not done. There was some very significant information that was learned. Plus, I was able to lock him down on a number of issues as well. And I put out a summary that you can read on all our social sites. Can you read that on our website to Mr.. Let’s put it on there so you can go to Mark Levin show dot com for pretty much everything. So I broke down the summary. Now, you might guess. Lucky Luciano were there at Mediate. Radical left wing kook. He was focusing on something that was mostly irrelevant. But they do these click headlines, you know, really pathetic. And in some of the others, Drudge, the Drudge Report, whoever runs it these days knows I despise them. So they ignored it altogether. Some of the papers picked it up. Many did not. Fox picked it up, so forth and so on. But it’s not because of me. It’s because of the substance of it. And I decided to go through it methodically, to go through his letter, to go through his interviews before he came on my program, to go through his allegations, to go through his public record. And I don’t think he came off very well. He sounded sane. He was very temperate in the way he spoke. But he sounded like a kook to me. Really, with the nonstop Israel stuff and the nonstop that Donald Trump wasn’t his own man. Effectively, That’s what he was saying, wasn’t his own man. Because it was controlled by Israel and Israel, his first term and his second term. I just thought that was so stupid and it was endless. We also got to the point where, Sally, I needed to discuss the assassination of Charlie Kirk because apparently Joe Kent can’t stop conspiring over it. And I talked about Andrew Cloven in the texts. Alex Marlow was on those texts, I believe others were as well. I think Josh Hammer was, If I’m wrong, I’m wrong. Doesn’t really matter. Those are all good people. And 99.9% of the texting was very positive toward Israel and so forth. And there was a little piece there that was somewhat negative because he was frustrated with donors, certain donors. And that, of course, is what Joe Kent wanted released. Now, Andrew Cohen. Gave those texts to Joe Kent to look at privately, not publicly. I’m not sure why he did that, but I’m sure he didn’t expect those to become public. Nobody else really had them. And certainly hand-delivered them to anybody. And Joe Kent told Andrew Coburn, cloven that he should release them publicly. And Andrew said, no, he didn’t want to do that. And then they were magically released. Candace Owens, who’s been on one of her nutjob railroad jobs about the Israelis knocking off, murdering. Charlie Kirk. And he basically repeated that when he was interviewed by Tucker Carlson. And I pointed that out to him. He was talking about how Charlie had kind of turned on Israel and was opposed to Israel and their desire to attack Iran and so forth and so on. And then he said, and then all of a sudden Charlie Kirk is assassinated. So the obviously, the inference was that the Israeli government did it. Usually they’ll say the Mossad or something like that, which is sick, which is outrageous. So I pressed him on that and that’s where he became Mr. Mumbles. And then when I pressed him harder, he said it was classified. Now he’s done another interview. A gentleman. I think his name is Schellenberg. I’m not trying to be rude. I can’t remember. I think it’s something like that in which he said that if asked by the defense. Of the individual who actually murdered Charlie. And I’m not going to use his name. He’d be prepared to testify in his defense. This is this guy, Joe Kent. So he’d be prepared to testify. That would in effect. Allow. Charlie Kirk’s. Killer two potentially. Get off scot free. This is Joe Kent. This is Joe Kent. And we went on for a while. You can listen to it. I’ve put it on our social media. The entire interview minus commercials. And of course, it’s over at Right Scoop, which is a wonderful website. And a few others out there that you can listen to as well. There’s other stories I know that are being written about it. I was much nicer than I usually am. Was my Mr. Producer. When I usually have somebody on who I think is a fraud and a phony and a conspiracy nut over the years, you know how it works, Mr.. Mrs. America. But I wanted to draw information out of him. I also wanted to lock down his positions, which was, among other things. He’s never leaked classified or confidential information. I’ve been told differently. Multiple news outlets have been told differently by multiple individuals. He said he was not aware if he’s under investigation. That is also in several news outlets and that the investigations were launched well before he issued his letter. I asked him why he waited three weeks into the war. The issue was anti-war letter. His response? I thought it was quite ridiculous. He was assuming the president would escalate and then de-escalate. And I said escalate and de-escalate immediately. Who does that? Nobody. And we’re just other things that didn’t make any sense to me. You said there were 18 intel agencies that all agreed with him, and I asked him to name them and he would name them. So we don’t have enough time. No, we had time. He just didn’t know the names of all of them. Plus, he knew I would follow up with those agencies. But we know one of those agencies, the CIA, the director Ratcliffe, specifically disagreed with him. And besides, ladies and gentlemen, that’s not how this works. The president of the United States is the commander in chief. You elected him. I elected him. The American people elected them. He decides what he’s going to rely on, whose advice he’s going to rely on. He even contacts other countries and their intelligence agencies, I guess Israel for sure, and some of the other Arab countries. He makes a determination if Iran is on its back, if it’s the appropriate time to attack. He has access to information that is that is comprehensive that a Joe can’t would never have. And, of course. They said Joe Kent was cut out of the briefings for three or four months. I can’t remember if he denied that or not, but it’s a it’s a fact and also some of the other issues that were raised. Not much else. Let’s see here. I want to get to some of the other issues of the day. One of the ones I want to get to involves Jack Smith’s team. Secretly sought years of cash. Patel’s phone records. Jack Smith went after Ted Cruz. It’s enormous what this guy did, his phone records and so forth, and they didn’t. They didn’t reveal it to Ted Cruz when they when they subpoenaed the phone company to get them. Because they claim that Ted Cruz would destroy the records. And Ted Cruz is furious, of course, because he’s an attorney and. No attorney has any level of ethics knows under the various rules of professional responsibility, you can’t do that. And yet that was the application. And the judge went along with, I think it was Boasberg. These Obama judges who are disgusting, these Biden judges who are disgusting. So we’re going to get into all that. Plus we’re going to get into. More details, more horrible details about the death of the beautiful young lady, 18 years old, who’s going to college, decided to take a walk with her girlfriend. What was said to be a safe area of Chicago along the water? Less than a mile from her college campus. Where she was murdered in cold blood for no reason. Shot in the head. I think this guy, Pritzker, is one of the most detestable human beings on the earth. I really do. What he said. He has no compassion. He uses that as a political opportunity. To attack. Trump. Trump Pretty outrageous. And of course. He also uses it, the mayor, who’s a complete fraud and a phony as an opportunity to attack Trump and say it’s just all disgusting. I’ll be right back.

Well, this is a short segment, so we’ll be going beyond this. Ted Cruz will be in the program next hour because he’s involved in this, too. That is, he’s a victim. And this is a story as reported by Fox News Jack Smith. Teams secretly saw years of cash Patel phone records. New documents show this guy Jack Smith should have been working for Iran. For Putin for G. In my humble opinion, as I’ve said from the beginning, the man is nothing but a thug. And somehow, someway, legally he should be held accountable to. Subpoenas showed Smith’s team as Verizon for Patel’s phone records dating from October 2020. Through February 2023, writes Ashley Oliver. Former special counsel Jack Speer sought more than two years worth of phone records from now FBI director Kash Patel, while Smith was investigating President Donald Trump. According to a tranche of documents released today by Senator Chuck Grassley. Boy, he and his team, they were a hell of a job on this stuff. Two subpoenas showed Smith’s team asked Verizon for Patel’s phone records, dating from October 2020 through February 20, 23. Patel first announced the subpoenas existence in February, calling them outrageous and deeply alarming at the time. Patel worked in the first Trump administration from 2019 through January 2012 before becoming an outspoken pro-Trump firebrand. They write as a private citizen, meaning the subpoenas stretch back into his time as a government official. This guy was on a hell of a fishing expedition, wasn’t he? Republican members of the House. The Senate. Individuals who work for the president but then went into the private sector. Stunning. And you know what he came up with? Nothing. Nothing. Zero. The subpoenas were accompanied by a one year court authorized gag orders, meaning Verizon was ordered by the judge not to alert Patel of their existence. It’s common for prosecutors to subpoena phone records, also known as Toll Records, as part of investigations. The records would not include contents of messages, but would show with whom Patel communicated and when. Now, it’s not common to be going after people who serve the press in the United States. That’s not common at all. Grassley released the documents ahead of a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing examining Arctic frost. That was the FBI name for the FBI investigation that led to Smith prosecuting President Trump over the 2020 election. And that was phony. And we’ve been through that forever. Those three charges were outrageous. He brought it in front of a D.C. jury for a grand jury for a reason. The charges that were brought and then move to Florida were outrageous. And then you had a courageous federal judge, Judge Cannon. Judge Canon, who ruled that the appointment of Smith was unconstitutional under the appointments clause of the Constitution. And all these lefties and media types and rhinos who say they believe in the Constitution went ape. You know what? But she was right and she had the guts to be a judge and uphold the Constitution. Former attorneys general McKenzie and Meese had signed a brief. And of course, the president’s people. They sent in a brief and I’m proud to say my alma mater, the Landmark Legal Foundation, filed a brief in. The man who drafted a brief, along with our lawyers was the number one expert in the world on the appointment clause. It was an open and shut case and his ass was thrown out. Just to step back a second with the Biden regime, did I want you to think about this is they tried to ensnare Republican senators, Republican congressman. The president who is running for election again. The people who’d been around the president. In a massive criminal assault on our political system. Let me be clear. And you left this out there. You can listen slowly. Number one, you are allowed to challenge election results. It’s as old as the Republic. Number two, you are allowed to send in a separate list of electors. It’s been done twice before. And the reason is when you challenge the list that the state certifies or somebody in the state certifies. If you challenge that list, you have to have your own list. You challenge it for no reason because there’s nothing to replace it with. That’s not a crime. It has never been a crime. Number three. You are allowed to ask a secretary of state or an attorney general, whoever is overseeing election results. For recounts or to count, to make sure or to find votes. To find votes does not mean to create votes. To find votes does not mean to make up votes or to cheat or to commit a crime. To find votes means. Have you looked over here? Have you looked over here? Have you looked over here? I mean, for God’s sakes. The Democrats have an entire system that they have funded and they built that after the election. They run around looking for ballots and nursing homes and so forth. They call it ballot harvesting. How can that possibly be legal when somebody, a candidate, for instance, calls a secretary of state saying Georgia and says, can you find more votes? Why is it it assumed that that means printing up votes or cheating or anything else? It doesn’t. And that case fell apart in Georgia as well. All the cases fell apart. All of them. That one that occurred in New York was as corrupt as hell. Stalin would have been proud. The Islamo Nazi regime in Tehran would have been proud and wonder what the hell the status of that thing is, by the way. But nonetheless. This is Jack Smith. Even to the dirty end. Jack Smith wanted to release his report. And they went there. To our to the judge in Florida. And she said no. Ladies and gentlemen, the entire investigation was unconstitutional and he was unconstitutional. We also learned that the attorney general of the United States was behind a whole lot of this. And if I had to guess, so was the deputy attorney general. She was the real bomb thrower. But they had a lot of bomb throwers in their. And this wasn’t the first time this was done to Donald Trump. Mueller did it, and this is why he was furious with Mueller. And when Mueller died, he said what he said. And of course, everybody said, You don’t say that about the dead. You don’t do this. You don’t do that. I didn’t comment at all, did I, Mr. Mueller? Because I understood the president’s fury. And I understand the president speaks what he says excuse me what he believes. So whether you would talk that way or not, I say this to those who are criticizing him. Your life wasn’t almost destroyed. Your family’s life wasn’t almost destroyed. Your presidency wasn’t almost destroyed. The millions of millions that were spent. There’s so many people whose lives were ruined. What do you do? Expect them to send flowers. Then this guy. Charlamagne tha God not to pretentious, of course. Says when Donald Trump dies, there’s going to be a whole Mardi Gras. Really? Aren’t you clever? I never understood this guy what his appeal is. What’s his appeal? You know, spitting out a. A line like that. No matter what Donald Trump said about Mueller, they would celebrate it. In fact, half of them celebrated the assassination attempt. It didn’t take them long, did it, To get back to that Hitler. That’s dictator. That’s this. That’s that. Did it. No couth, no class. Senator Grassley released the documents ahead of a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing examining Arctic frost the FBI investigation. That led to Smith prosecuting Trump over the 2020 election. Patel was also a known witness in a separate FBI probe into Trump’s handling of classified documents, and it’s unclear which of the investigations the subpoenas pertain to. Senator Ted Cruz will be on this program in about 40 minutes. He voiced at the start of the hearing what many Republicans have said about the Biden DOJ efforts to investigate Trump, noting how the expansive probes targeted hundreds of Republican individuals and entities Hundreds. He said, If Watergate taught us anything, it is that even a single abuse of power carried out by a handful of individuals can shake the foundations of our republic. But we confront today the Biden administration’s Arctic fraud scheme is not a single act. It is a modern Watergate trading a break in at one office for a digital sweep into approximately 100,000 private communications. More than a dozen senators and thousands of individuals lives. And, by the way. That rogue, that rogue January six committee. It’s funny how the media talk about due process for illegal aliens who beat their wives. But don’t do process for anybody that had to face that committee because that committee took its findings and gave it to the to the other branch to prosecute it. Back door. Gathering of information without due process. Without probable cause. Smith became special counsel in November 2020 to resign when Trump took office has since appeared before Congress. Republican closed door testimony, repeatedly defended his work by the book. And apolitical is full of crap. This is the guy. The one after the Tea Party. As I recall. And among other things. Now, the new documents released by Grassley also included material Smith’s team prepared for Attorney General Merrick Garland. Noted the FBI’s investigative work was going well. The meetings were happening among top FBI and DOJ officials in D.C., federal judges in D.C., meetings with federal judges in D.C.. And that Smith was relying on the Democrat led January six committee’s work to help with his investigation. So Smith was colluding with the January six committee and vice versa. That committee was a get Trump committee. That committee was able to use authorities that Jack Smith would have to could not use, had much broader authority for legislative oversight and subpoenas and so forth. And that’s why Jack Smith was working very closely with them. So you have two branches. In the house and Jack Smith in the executive branch and the judiciary, three branches working also with the other two. You literally had all three branches of the federal government ganging up against Trump, ganging up against his people, people who worked for him and so forth, ganging up against Republican members of the House and the Senate. We have never, ever seen anything like this in American history. And one day somebody will write a very solid, thick book. Not me, not me about all of this. And it will be a very, very important book at that. So think about this. That took place. Now, Senator Cruz. At the Judiciary Committee hearing today, he outlined the extent of the DOJ and FBI Arctic frost investigation. And I wanted him to do an in person on the program. And he’s kindly agreed to do that. And I believe 720. Is that right, Mr. BLITZER? Yeah. So he’ll be on then, and we’ll get into it. As we should. And I think one day. Joe Kant, Tucker Carlson. That whole cabal. Candace Owens. Their role with foreign governments, if any, of course, but especially in the case, a guitar lesson. That will need to be examined one day. I don’t want to hear free speech and all the rest. They’re free to say whatever they want, but there are certain things they’re not free to do. One of the questions I wanted to ask Joe Kent. Maybe I’ll try and get him back. Tucker Carlson, put out a video. Put out a video. As if he was. If if he was a prisoner somewhere and he tried to get ahead of a story. A story he confessed that he had text with the Iranian regime, did he not, Mr. Producer? Who texts would the Iranian regime? They’re the enemy. We just had a military campaign against them in June. They’re the enemy. They’ve killed over a thousand Americans. They’re the enemy. They hit our embassies. They here Khobar Tower. They blew up our barracks with Marines and sailors and soldiers. They’re the enemy. They tried to assassinate our president, who has a text communication process with the Iranian government. No, I don’t know what took place, but Tucker Carlson does. Isn’t it interesting? He wants Jews to go get DNA tests to prove that they’re Jews from a particular. I’m an idiot, Carlson. Yeah. Rat. Frank? Yeah. Rat Fink. I have an idea. Just released a text. In fact, anybody who has talks with the Iranian regime, go ahead and release them. But you in particular, Carlsen. Why don’t you just release them and let us all read them? You don’t text with the enemy. That has killed Americans. That’s tried to assassinate our president. You know what he said now? So many words. I don’t know. Did we play that yesterday? I’ve been reading these commercials without my without my glasses. And I think it sounds like it, doesn’t it, Mr. Producer? Well, let’s. Yeah. You’re supposed say no, Mark. No yuppies, right, though. Here’s Tucker on his podcast just a few months ago. Cut 16 go. But you go to the Gulf and and it’s incredible to be in a place that has pride in itself, that believes in its religion and culture, that thinks we’re on, we’re on to something. And this is great. Look at what we’re doing. We’re really proud of this. Those people are happy. They’re welcoming of, Oh, I want. Depending on which golf country we’re talking about. If you’re a woman, you’re not happy. You’re not. You’re not treated with tolerance. You’re brutalized. You don’t have any rights. Listen to this guy. He trashes our country. What is it with this guy? He interviews. Person with ties to the Communist Party of China the other day he interviews the president may be dead by now of Iran. He interviews the monarchy and this of in that country over there in that country over there. He interviews the one Jew from Israel who’s part of the Arab parties and is a self-hating Jew that believes Israel should be destroyed. He’s interviewing Holocaust deniers, Third Reich supporters, Churchill haters, Hitler fans and Stalin fans like scientists. What kind of a mentally ill, deranged lunatic is this guy? What kind of hell is going on between his ears? Probably between his legs, too. But I don’t want to go there. But you understand. Between his ears. It’s crazy. And we all know who’s watching that stuff. People overseas. 92% of MAGA supports the president and the war in Iran. Does it get any higher than that? At one point it was 100%. 6% stand with Tucker and Company. Go ahead. City is tolerant of diversity. There’s none of that here. Are you kidding? Tolerant of diversity. Are the Arab slash Muslim countries tolerant of diversity? Which one? Do you know? Egypt used to be a majority Coptic Christian country. Now it’s ten or 15% of the population. Did you know that? Do you know? Tens of thousands of Jews used to live in Syria? Not anymore. Do you know, Lebanon was a majority Christian country. Now it’s about one third Christian. Hello. Hello. And I can go on and on and on. And of course, we need a two state solution that affects everything. When it has nothing to do with the ideology of the Islamists who want to destroy. Do we need a two state solution in America? They want to blow us off the face of the earth. A two state solution. Two state. Shmuel Ocean. I have no tolerance for guys like this. For Joe Kent, who really knows better. But something happened. Maybe it’s his second wife who works for this radical left wing. Max Blumenthal used to. I don’t know. But they’re not all there that much I know. Do I owe you something, Mr. Producer? Good. Next hour will have Ted Cruz with us. But go ahead. We love black people. Now they run and move to Bozeman because they’re no white. Absolutely. Or Maine, where you move to where there’s no black people, certainly in the part of Maine where you. Will you move to? Well, if you love those countries, then get off your ass and move their lunatic. I thought you were building a house in Qatar. This guy was born with money.
