On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, Liberty’s Voice Vodcast launched today and it’s different from radio or TV. Today’s first episode focused on a detailed, phrase-by-phrase breakdown of the Declaration of Independence, providing historical context and highlighting its unique, inspiring, and exceptional nature as the foundation of the nation. And contrasted it with the core ideological principles of Marxism, noting how Marxism was adapted into an Americanized form by the progressive movement in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Also, there’s confusion about the current situation with Iran, we initially thought military action was imminent but recent reports of another meeting in two weeks have created uncertainty. Iran continues repressing and killing its opposition while tightening its police state control. Any deal lifting sanctions would allow the regime to survive indefinitely, gain funds to strengthen its military and Islamist control, and lie about compliance, similar to North Korea. President Trump understands that if he does attack, he must win decisively. Later, a massive raw sewage spill is occurring in the Potomac River due to a break in a six-foot pipe on the Maryland side, dumping millions to hundreds of millions of gallons of raw sewage into the river flowing through Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. This poses serious health risks, environmental damage, and threats to people, wildlife, the regional water supply, and potentially the Atlantic Ocean. This is Democrat mismanagement—particularly by Maryland’s Democrat leaders—for causing the crisis. Meanwhile, Democrats in Congress have defunded FEMA forcing its employees to coordinate cleanup efforts without pay.

Segment 1
Hello America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. I want to thank those of you who who peeked in to and listened to our inaugural video cast this afternoon. Though we had some technical problems getting it up over the Internet, given the the nature of the process and you get to work those things out, it takes time to build through that. But I want to thank you all for your very kind comments. We’re on YouTube and we’re on Rumble. It’s called Liberty’s Voice with Mark Levin, Liberty’s Voice YouTube. You can subscribe, Rumble, you can follow. And tomorrow, we’re going to get into this Iran matter, because there’s a lot taking place now, and it’s not clear to me what’s going on before we came on the program. I could have sworn that time is running out for Iran and that we were going to attack maybe next week, maybe after the State of the Union address, which is next week. But what I heard reported. Literally minutes before the program. I’m not sure what to think. There’s another meeting in two weeks. Now, look, Iran is playing this out. They’re slaughtering people still. They’re going after their political enemies in their opposition. There was a piece in the Jerusalem Post. They are further centralizing control and their police state. And. And then it is one of the issues raised is, you know, don’t make certain agreements if the sanctions are lifted. If the sanctions are lifted, the regime not only survives now, but forever. And they will lie. About whatever they agreed to. That’s what North Korea did. That is what they will do. They want the sanctions lifted so they can get more money into their system to build up their military. The heart in the control of the Islamist Nazi regime there. Now, I don’t happen to think the president’s going to fall for that. I mean, that would be an Obama deal and it’d be worse than an Obama deal given the the proclamations and declarations the president and others made. About what is it now? Almost four weeks ago, five weeks ago, six weeks ago. Then you re. We’re sending 50 more fighter jets. 50 more. F-22, F-35. That’s the top of the top. And as you know, the USS Gerald Ford, if it’s not there, it’s almost there. It’s the biggest aircraft carrier. In the world. As the most planes in it. Of course, it has ships that accompany it, so. Honestly, we’ve enough firepower there now to blow. Aspects. Of that regime off the face of the earth. Nothing’s easy. I get it. I really do. But a false deal is worse. Far worse than no deal at all. We’ve seen where this winds up. And so I will continue to use my voice. We will continue to use this program fox show. I will now continue to use my video podcast. To make the case for peace through strength. Peace through strength. That’s YouTube Liberty’s voice. You can subscribe. You should go there right now. Now it’s a little quiet, see, because the program is airing, but it aired earlier. Or Rumble, another great site. You can follow there. It costs nothing. Those of you who aren’t used to the Internet should really consider. You know, putting your toe in the water and seeing what it’s like. I don’t mean the whole cesspool. I mean the program that I’m talking about, it’s quite different than what I do on radio and TV, quite different. And of course, the video you get to see. So I hope we’ll be able to check that out. And tomorrow, the focus will be on Iran. Today, the focus was on our founding and the declaration. And we took the declaration word by word, phrase by phrase and broke it down. We I did. I gave some historical context and also explained how it is so unique, so inspiring, so fantastic how this nation was founded. And then I compared it to Marxism. The basic ideological propositions of Marxism and how it was embraced by. Well, really modern day Democrats. But in the late 1800s and early 1900s, you know, Marx died in 1883. His so-called progressive movement self-named soft characterized. Wise. As I wrote in my book, American Marxism, The Offspring of that, the Americanization of Marxism. It’s not the same type of exactly Marxism that was preached by Marx himself, he being born in Germany and dying in London because they pushed him out of Germany. They wanted nothing to do with them. But we dug into a little bit of that and we’re going to dig into a lot of this because the American people, you all need to know exactly what’s going on here. And when July 4th comes around and we’re celebrating, you’re going to be, I think, more patriotic, exciting and excited than ever before. You might say. I can’t be more. I think you can when you know just how fantastic and unique and rare and so forth this this country really is and how barbaric and primitive. An inhumane Marxism and Islamism are. And we’re going to take our time to go through all that. But Iran is key. And again, we’ll do a deep dive tomorrow. But I want to do a dive to right now as I pull up these articles here. Just give me one second and then you’ll see why. To me, there’s some level of. Ambiguity. Now, you might say that’s intentional, which it could be, or it might be that we’re not sure. Which road to follow in the Falkland Road. Could be there, too. We have a piece here. Jerusalem Post The US sends over 50 fighter jets to Middle East in military build up against Iran. We have another piece here that I’m going to read part of it to you a little bit. The plan Trump has already set in motion against Iran. Then we have the associated depressed. Iran fires missiles. Khamenei threatens to sink US warship. I mean Nuclear talks. Jerusalem Post Iran’s Khamenei Threatens US Navy suggest it could be hit so hard he cannot get up again. Another title, Iranian Officials moving to Consolidate Power for a post Khomeini era. New York Post Iran Closes Ports of Strait of Hormuz. Four live fire drills after Ayatollah’s Taunts Trump. Lot going on. But this one piece I found intriguing through all the research I was doing today, the plan Trump has already set in motion against Iran. Let’s take a look at that. We’ll be right back.
Segment 2
I don’t know that I’ll be able to read the entire piece. That’s not necessary anyway. From the GCF a dot org. The plan Trump has already set in motion against Iran. This is a very. Interesting. Think. Think piece. I think. Anyone searching for the decisive American moment vis a vis Iran need not wait for an official announcement from the White House since that moment has already occurred, did not take place at the Pentagon, nor in Congress, nor at the Security Council, he writes. Are they right? It happened in Mar a Lago there, Far from the cameras, a profound conceptual shift took place, moving from discussions about nuclear weapons and missiles to a principled decision to strike at the regime itself. The point is critical to understanding what you’ve seen in recent days, and especially what we are likely to see soon, they write. This is not a random escalation, nor a series of impulsive reactions. It is a managed and carefully planned event advancing according to clearly defined stages. The first stage is already behind us. The campaign of the slain. A continuous flood of death tolls. Harrowing footage and testimonies seeping out following a partial reopening of the Internet. This is not happening by chance. The United States being the United States, needs a smoking gun, a cause celeb, a justification for war. As you can imagine, this is rather left wing. Let’s continue. Americans require a moral and ethical rationale to legitimize a broader move. The images emerging from Iran now are not meant only to shock. They are meant to prepare. Now, why am I reading this to you? Because putting aside the radical left wing agenda of all these groups. They’re on something. Just stick with me. The sound stage is already unfolding. Talk of a siege. Not a classic siege in the style of Venezuela, but the creation of a sense of tightening suffocation. And here it is important to be precise. The Iranian regime is accustomed to living under sanctions. It has built an economy adapted to scarcity, production and work arounds. Therefore, a siege alone will not bring down the regime. Nevertheless, it creates a smokescreen and appearance of pressure, a sense that diplomacy is underway. It is a pattern Trump has used repeatedly. Now you see, they despise Trump. And the United States could continue. Then comes the third stage discourse. Negotiations, talks. Call it, if you will. Iran is the world champion of the bazaar. It will talk, threaten, deliver speeches while simultaneously sending quiet messages and asking for time. However, the terms placed on the table will be such that the Iranian regime cannot accept them, not because it doesn’t want to, but because it simply cannot. The real demand is not the dismantling of the nuclear program, but the dismantling of the regime’s very essence. And the radical Shiite regime in Tehran cannot agree to its own dissolution. And I’ve talked about that. This in a different context. That they won’t. They won’t accept. An agreement, even if there’s a temporary pause or a cease fire where peace can be claimed. In the end, their ideology doesn’t allow it. Now, from the less perspective, they can’t. From my perspective, they can’t either. That from a left perspective, it’s not fair. From my perspective, it exposes them. Here the central government comes into play. Surprise. The strike when it comes will not be a symbolic event nor a one night operation. This is not Venezuela, nor Maduro. It will be a prolonged aerial campaign. Now, I agree with that. That’s been written elsewhere, but I believe that’s correct. When and if it comes, it will be a prolonged aerial pain sustained over time with repeated waves of strikes targeting regime symbols, Revolutionary Guard headquarters, the Basij, that is the inner circle around the Khamenei and the infrastructure of control and repression. Most of the action will take place from the air, some of it by means better left unspoken. The objective is not merely to damage military capacity, but to create conditions under which the people take to the streets. And here the hard truth must be stated plainly. The Iranian people have been abandoned. Months of disconnection, unemployment, commercial collapse and wages not paid at all. Now, a generation with nothing left to lose is beginning to take to the streets their right about this nothing and people recording farewell message. People have lost their homes, families and livelihoods. In effect, the barrier of fear has been broken. And this is not a wave that could be turned back, even if it subsides momentarily. Another wave will follow. Trump has reached a historic crossroads either. He enters the history books as one who freed the Middle East for him, and it’s hard to tell what this group is his name as a producer. Very odd. But there’s a kernel of truth in everything they’re saying. That’s why I’m reading it to you. Trump has reached this historic crossroads. Either he enters the history books as the man who freed the Middle East from an extremist regime that destabilizes the global order, or he falls into the Iranian trap of delays, prolonged talks and stalling tactics with a redraw of opportunity limited by the midterm elections, and with understanding that what began on October seven was a broad Iranian attempt to destroy Israel through proxies. The moment of decision is approaching, perhaps not this week, but soon, most likely very soon. Well, let’s see who we’re dealing with here. The fella who wrote this is Sanjeev Asselin, an expert on Iranian influence. They write in Operation Strategic Perception at the Jerusalem Center for Security and Foreign Affairs. JSI afe, a former senior commander and so forth. Well, the beginning of the article sure sounded like he was anti-American to me, did it? Not to you. Which. Yeah. But in the substantive aspects of this piece, he’s right. He’s correct. And I think he’s reading the tea leaves correctly, too, because I’m reading them the same way. And I think I’m correct about it could be wrong. I’m not Nostradamus. I’m not in the prediction business. But I think this is effectively and mostly correct. That everything’s been set in motion. Prisoners. The Iranians before. And he knows what he’s dealing with. I’ll be right back.
Segment 3
I honestly do not believe. They will be sending all this hardware and all this personnel into this region just for more leverage. 50 more jets means a hell of a lot. But in terms of leverage in a threat to Iran, I mean, you’ve got two aircraft carrier groups there. You’ve got bombers that aren’t that far away and so forth and so on. 50 more jets is not going to tip the balance, I would imagine, one way or another in terms of leverage, in terms of military might. It certainly could. And I think that their writer of previous is certainly on to something. There’s enough jets there to have wave after wave after wave of attack, multiple hits on the same sites. Then you have the Israelis with their air force. Same thing. The power would be overwhelming. You’ve got two of the strongest militaries on the face of the earth. Ours, number one. And the Israelis are up there in the top five. Also, I think a lot of time has been spent trying to. Ensure that there’s some significant level of defensive of a defensive missile structure. You know, after that 12 day war, is that reading about it? You know, the Israelis depleted a lot of their defensive missiles, their Iron dome and so forth. And and we did to from our ships that were trying to handle the ballistic missiles. And so a shift of resources and. And having at least a significant inventory to defend. Is is very important. Now, here’s one of the things that I’ve been thinking about, and I’ll share this with you. Let me know what you think. I don’t know if the president’s going to wait two more weeks to negotiate with these guys or not. But one of the ways that you can ensure that you are in a good defensive posture is by a fast, sudden, overwhelming strike. That doesn’t mean. The attack doesn’t stop. Excuse me. After 24, 48, 72 hours, when I’m talking about you, prioritize your targets as a matter of common sense. So you want to hit. Those targets that are more likely or most likely to cause the most damage against our forces? And against the Israeli cities that they say they want to attack. So you’re going to want to go after the ballistic missiles? I think first and foremost. You’re not going to get them all. But I would think that’s what they want to go after in terms of military targets. Obviously, the army and the rest, but they’re going to want to try. And take our. As many of those ballistic missiles as possible right off the bat. They’re going to want to try and take out most of these drone launching centers. They won’t get them all but as fast as they can because. When they sent up these drones in the hundreds. There is a potential danger to our ships. And so I’m sure they’re thinking this through far more than I’m able to. And they know what they have, and we can’t be sure what we have. That is you and me. And then, of course, I think they want to try and take out Khamenei and his inner circle as fast as they can. For a lot of important reasons in terms of hierarchy, military command. You want some of these generals and others in the Iranian military to surrender or switch sides. I run for the hills. So I think these are at least three of the priorities that are going to need to be taken into consideration. I’m sure they are. But the good news is we fire our gun. Them. The Israelis, I’m sure, with their intelligence, are an enormous help. They outgun the Iranians. And it’s clear to me when you have two carriers there and all the ships that that join them and all the firepower, the air power and the missile power. The technology, the refueling. If. Something occurs and I believe it will now. But I don’t know. I’m just I’m not. Helen Keller. I see what I see. And I hear what I hear. It’s all out there. But that said. I think it’s going to be pretty massive. No, I have no inside information. Trust me on this. But knowing Donald Trump, to the extent I know him, he would not enter into this. Wanting to lose. That’s for sure. Not now. Not ever. Never. I really believe this. And our military doesn’t want to either. So if we launch and again, I believe we will. That’s just Mark’s opinion. Yes. Mark’s opinion, pure and simple. Uh, I believe this is for keeps. I believe it is for regime change to protect our country. From future terrorism and threats for nuclear weapons. You know, some believe that the president wants to put an end to this. He doesn’t want to spend the next three years of his presidency having to deal with this regime. And what comes next, we can’t possibly know. But what we do know is that the Iranian people want their freedom. That the Iranian people have risen up like never before. You’re incredibly brave and courageous people as that article Pryor was explaining. They don’t. Really have anything to live for other than their freedom and their lives and their family. And they’re all under attack by this regime. Their little lives and freedom and their families are under attack by this regime. They’re not invested in the economy. The economy’s dead. The regime is stolen from the people. The regime has redistributed wealth, if you will, into the regime, into the regimes they hope permanence and into the regime’s military. You need to keep something in mind. These are Persians. They’re not Arabs. They have a Western mentality much like ours. They were our they are our friends. The people are, even though the regime is our enemy. That revolution that occurred in 1979 was by a minority. By the Islamists and the left and the so-called reformers. And Khamenei. Slaughtered his way to power. Thanks in many respects to the weakness and idiocy of Jimmy Carter. And those groups, left wing and opposition groups and otherwise. That had been working with Khomeini and the Islamists. They were all slaughtered, all these people. They were murdered. Because you folks understand what I’ve explained time and time again about. The. Islamist fundamentalist ideology. Anything goes. Everything goes. When it comes to pursuing the goal seem to Marxists. This is what they have in common and their common enemy is us. But the Islamists have no intention of living with the with the Marxists in this country or any other country. And they’ll make alliances. They’ll sign paper agreements. They’ll say things like, you know, they’re moderate, they’re actually rational. We’ve making great progress in our negotiations. It’s all. For effect. That’s all it is. It’s all for effect. If we haven’t learned that over the last half a century with this regime, 47 years to be exact, then I don’t know when we’ll ever learn it. But I think the president is a fast learner. And he knows what he’s up against. He truly does not like war. He truly does not like casualties. American casualties. He understands that once you unleash. Unleash this. He got to go to the end of it. He got a win. He got to win decisively. The objective has to be met. And that’s why I believe they’re pouring all these resources into that region. Not for a strike. Pinprick. No to put an end to this once and for all. Or at least for a long time. And I want to be clear about this for the isolationists. The Islamists, the Qataralsens and their ilk. They’re not rooting for us. Just as they weren’t rooting for us when the president ordered the bombing of those nuclear sites, just as when the Israelis took on the Iranians and defeated them in a 12 day war, they were rooting against the Israelis. And you’ll have these knuckleheads say, This isn’t what MAGA voted for. MAGA supports this president. MAGA is, for the most part, formerly the Tea Party, as I’ve been saying before. We don’t look for war. We don’t look for intervention. But we know an enemy that tries to destroy our country, that is intentions of burning nuclear weapons with ICBMs that can reach the continental United States. And that they’ve said they want to destroy us and have slaughtered 50,000 of their own people. They wouldn’t blink twice if they fired nuclear missiles into our country. Tea Party. Maga red blooded Americans. We know. That acts an enemy that has to be dealt with and there can be no peace. Unless they are dealt with. And it is a coward and immoral coward, immoral parents who leave it to their children. Or the grandchildren to take on this enemy when this enemy will be far stronger. Far more ballistic missiles, far more capable ICBMs. And, yes, scores of nuclear warheads. Then what? We’ll be dead and gone, but they’ll be alive and have to deal with it. To me, this is one of the most important points that need to be needs to be made. And so I’ve been making it. I’ll be right back.
Segment 4
Well, he’s gone from Iran and I want to go to sewage now, you say. Mark, what does this have to do? One with the other. Not very much, to be perfectly honest with you. But there’s is a big problem in the Potomac River between Virginia and Maryland and Washington. There is raw sewage leaking out of a six foot pipe. On the Maryland side. Democrats create a sewage crisis as they report at PJ Media. Katherine Salgado Then de-fund FEMA’s cleanup. You got that? Got that, America. A Trump administration official is accusing Democrat mismanagement of causing the massive sewage pipe break and spill into the Potomac River. And the government workers who have to deal with the spill just got defunded. Discourtesy up toilet brained Democrats, they write, and the president is so concerned, he said. They’re not even to ask for help. The Federal Emergency Management Agency. FEMA is a subsidiary agency, the Department of Homeland Security, which Democrats just defunded. Left as anti-ISIS obsession consumes every other consideration. But FEMA has to deal with a massive sewage spill poisoning the waters of the river that runs through Maryland, Virginia and Washington. Because if there’s one thing that is always true of Democrats, it is they insist on creating catastrophes with their policies straight from the sewer and then making someone else clean up after them. And by the way, blaming conservatives, Republicans and Donald Trump. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is thoroughly disgusted and furious that her agency has to address the crisis without paychecks. She said Democrats in Congress have shut down FEMA funding, leaving our hardworking employees to work without pay. Yet FEMA’s now stepping in to coordinate cleanup of one of the largest raw sewage spills in American history. She posted on yesterday. And WTOP Radio reported that millions of gallons of raw sewage are now in the river and that the ongoing health risks in the temporary or long term environmental impacts are not perfectly clear. Well, don’t eat any fish out of the Potomac. There would be my suggest you. You’re not Mr. Producer. Here’s the problem. The Potomac eventually leads out to the Atlantic Ocean. Now, if you think this amount and this kind of sewage is going to be easily dispersed, you’re wrong. Number certainly believes that Democrat incompetence is to blame for the spillage, she said. Thanks to gross mismanagement by Maryland’s Democrat leaders like the governor who wants to be president. That’s me saying that hundreds of millions of gallons, hundreds of millions of gallons of raw sewage that would be human crap has reportedly been dumped into the Potomac River, flowing straight through our nation’s capital and endangering millions of people, wildlife, the entire D.C. region water supply, she said. There you go. The environmentalists, the Democrats, these people, they destroy and destroy and destroy. I’ll be right back.
