On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, individuals should never arm themselves or interfere with federal law enforcement (particularly ICE) during protests aimed at obstructing arrests of illegal aliens, even those with criminal records, as such actions are criminal, dangerous, and not protected by the Second Amendment, free speech, or assembly rights. American citizens deserve safe communities protected by immigration enforcement, while sanctuary policies by states and cities unconstitutionally usurp federal plenary power over immigration, echoing Confederate nullification tactics and risking national disunity. The Democrat Party deliberately engineers massive illegal immigration through open borders, non-enforcement, census manipulation, and birthright citizenship to secure long-term political power, culminating in a strategy to weaken or eliminate ICE and prioritize party dominance over national interests, with some Republicans yielding to these pressures. Also, the Islamist issue is a major threat. There’s this emergence of segregated Islamist compounds and large communities strategically appearing across the U.S., particularly in Republican strongholds like Texas and Florida, funded by enormous sums of money and forming numerous footholds. There are already no-go areas in places like Dearborn, Michigan, mirroring trends in Europe and in France and England. Later, today is Holocaust Remembrance Day. On January 27, 1945, the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp was liberated. 6 million Jewish people were murdered during the Holocaust, and the ugly, insane hate for Jewish people is spreading like a metastasizing cancer throughout the world today — including in our country. The Islamists, Marxists, and Neo-Fascists are openly and aggressively preaching death to the Jewish people and violently attacking Jewish people, egged on by, among others, podcasters, entertainers, foreign governments, billionaire dark money, and others. Unfortunately, the voices of Jew-hatred are loud and numerous and growing. It will take many more of us to counter what is taking place and pushback against this awful hatred. Afterward, if the Iranian regime is willing to kill 40,000 plus of its own people, do you think it’s going to hesitate for a second to fire a nuclear weapon on the east coast of America? Is that a chance we want to take with our kids and your grandkids?

Segment 1
Hello America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. You know, I’m grateful for this platform that I have. Talk radio. So I can respond to some of the things and the way they’re being reported in the news. And so one of these things I want to respond to. Obviously involves you, Mr. and Mrs. America. I know you’re frustrated what you’re watching on the news. You’re frustrated with the reporting. Because if you listen to this program, we actually know the facts behind the events that are taking place. The organizations, communist and socialist organizations that are preaching violence and obstruction of our law enforcement. We’re trying to apprehend. Illegal aliens and criminals who are beyond illegal aliens who’ve done other things. Then you see a left wing mayor of Minneapolis. A left wing governor of Minnesota. Or gaslighting? Gaslighting this. This sort of militia, these mobsters. And then you hear Hakeem Jeffries say that he wants to impeach Noem and all the rest of it. And you’re seeing reporting even by people who should know better. It just seems like the the mob moves in one direction. But even if I’m the last man standing, I will object to what’s taking place. The undermining of our federal Constitution, the undermining of our immigration laws. Let’s go through this point by point. This immigration battle in the war against ICE. Number one. Do not arm yourself with a gun and ammunition, extra ammunition. In fact, when going to any protest, let alone a protest organized by violent communist and socialist groups where, you know, the goal is to confront and obstruct federal law enforcement or any law enforcement, for that matter, from carrying out their lawful orders. That’s number one. This is not a Second Amendment issue. You have the right to carry your weapon. If you have a permit, like you have the right to drive your car if you have a driver’s license. But how you conduct yourself with a gun or a car matters. Number two, do not interfere with law enforcement when you know the situation is dangerous and can easily escalate if you attempt to obstruct them. In fact, doing so is a crime. It has nothing to do with the First Amendment free speech or the freedom of association. Number three. When federal law enforcement is attempting to arrest an illegal alien, especially an illegal alien who’s committed violent and in some cases heinous additional crimes do not interfere with or otherwise obstruct law enforcement from apprehending these fugitives. Again, this is a crime. And moreover, you might get harmed. You likely get arrested. You might even get killed. Number four. American citizens. You, Mr. Mrs. America, have a right to live in a safe and secure neighborhood. You have a right to expect local, state and federal law enforcement in the case of illegal aliens to protect you. And that includes removing these individuals from your communities where they’re not supposed to be. So when governors and mayors order state and local law enforcement to stand down, they are protecting illegal aliens and criminals. Not you, Mr. and Mrs. America. And they are creating an incredibly hostile environment. And furthermore, the political demagoguery and unhinged, full throated gaslighting by these politicians is toxic. And they intended to be toxic. Number five. Federal immigration law sets forth scores of bases for apprehending, detaining and deporting illegal aliens. These laws have been on the books for decades, passed by Democrats and Republicans. Indeed, the fact that a foreign individual has come into the United States illegally is enough of a legal basis for their deportation. That’s the law. And that’s been the law from the beginning. Number six. Sanctuary states and cities are violating the federal constitution. This is not about federalism. The federal government has plenary power over immigration. It’s right there in the Constitution. It has always. And that is as the framers intended. When a state or city declares it is a sanctuary for illegal aliens, these governors and mayors of these states and cities are declaring that they’re going to usurp federal law, the law of the land, and their oath of office. They are unlawfully attempting to nullify the federal Constitution and federal law, and they are using the same arguments used by the Confederate Democrats as they seceded from the Union. They have no right or authority of any kind to make such declarations, let alone an attempt to enforce them. Number seven. Our state is now free to pick and choose which parts of the federal constitution and federal law they will or will not honor. Why limit the subject matter to immigration? Now this is how a nation tears itself apart. Where he went through this during the Civil War. The answer is they absolutely do not have that authority, period. Number eight. The Democrat Party is fueling this latest assault on the federal Constitution and rule of law. It waved in tens of millions of illegal aliens in violation of the federal Constitution’s requirement to ensure that our laws are faithfully executed. And in this case, the supremacy clause. It bulldozed through one federal immigration law and rule after another to pave the path for massive illegal immigration. It seeks to increase Democrat Party representation to the census, which still counts illegal aliens for the purpose of assigning congressional seats and Electoral College votes. And it seeks to fundamentally alter the entire citizenry through birthright citizenship. To allow this to go unaddressed is to lose the country and establish a one party Democrat party autocracy. Like they’ve done in California. But nationwide. Number nine. For the Democrat Party. Preventing the deportation of illegal aliens is the second part of their two part strategy. First wide open borders, then ending deportations. This is, as I’ve said many times, revolution by immigration. Now it is essential for them that they weaken ice, if not defend it all together, as some of them proclaim and undermine all parts of the immigration infrastructure. For the Democrat Party, the party is more important than the country. Which is why you see the fusion of the Democrat Party with the socialist and Communist organizations that are behind these violent confrontations with ICE. To put a fine point on it, the Democrat Party and its power come before the country. Now, of course, the Democrat Party threatens to shut down the government unless the president and congressional Republicans accede to its demands, slash DHS funding, tie the hands of ICE. They call it reform, of course, and fire the DHS secretary who they threaten to impeach if they win the midterm elections, along with the president, by the way. And they will blame it all on the Republicans. Remember? The objective is Democrat Party through agitprop. Propaganda tied. The action. They’ve learned well from the communists, the language, the propaganda, the sloganeering, their projection. Number 11. Shame on those Republican officials who are joining the chorus demanding surrender in the face of all this. Given all that’s at stake. Sometimes you got to be tough. You got to muscle through these situations. You’ve got to win the day. In the end. Eventually the people will know and they will celebrate it. That’s what’s called leadership. Bending to the mob means there are bigger, louder, more violent mobs in the future. That’s what it means. You did not see 1% of the outrage from the Democrats or their media. When American citizens were murdered by illegal aliens. Where was the coverage other than on Fox and talk radio? You saw almost nothing. The names of those. In the last two weeks. He’s been shot and killed, unfortunately. Sadly, tragically. Obstructing law enforcement are seared in the minds through repetition. There are endless reports about who they are. But the names of those who are murdered by illegal aliens. Not just to, but scores and scores. Their names. Are not known are quickly forgotten. They’re not even mentioned by the Democrats and rarely by their media. The little boys who’ve been sodomized. The women who’ve been raped. The stores that have been robbed, that people who’ve been shot. Are murdered with machetes. They gang members, whether they’re from Venezuela or El Salvador or wherever. The drug pushers. The fentanyl pushers. Those names you don’t know. And yet these are exactly the kind of people. That ICE is trying to capture, detain and deport. I’ll be right back.

You know, my buddy Sid said Rosenberg of Sid and Friends on ABC. He’s a powerhouse Vegas morning show in New York, which means the biggest morning show, I guess, in the country, right? Anyway, he’s a dear friend and this is his 10th year anniversary and it was an honor to be on his program. But the President was on his program today and the issue of Mayor Frye and Governor Walsh came up. Listen to this. Cut one go. But I had two very good talks. I had Jacob Frye and I had Governor Walsh and. I mean, they were they were great calls. Let’s see how they report it. But they were very nice girls, very respectful. So is there a possibility, President Trump, of some type of compromise? I read that some of the Guard will be leaving the state of Minnesota some type of compromise to, I guess, make those guys feel like they’re in charge, even though God help us. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. I think so. Yeah. I mean, I think so. What we need is they’re criminals, you know? They have criminals, and, well, they said, just give us your criminals. You give us the criminals. It all goes away. They’re there to pick up murderers. I don’t know if you saw, but it was a couple of days ago now and said crime is the lowest in the history of our country, the recorded history of our country. That’s a big shame. And that’s because of us. That’s because we go into cities and towns. Usually we’re embraced sometimes when Chicago is like pulling teeth with Pritzker in with the mayor, the mayor of Chicago, a low IQ person. And usually we’re embraced, but sometimes we’re not. And when we’re not, it just makes it harder. You know, and the Democrats stab us in the back. They stab the president back. This Mayor Frye, who’s a quisling, was reported about half hour or 45 minutes ago that he was not going to work with ICE to take the criminals off the street. He didn’t put it that way, but he said we’re not going to do we’re not going to assist federal law enforcement. You’re not assisting federal law enforcement, A-hole. You’re protecting your community. But what is this kind of insanity with these people? Because this is their base, the Democrat Party. The longest book I ever wrote is called The Democrat Party Hates America, Wolf, and Loves America. It has a funny way of showing it. Does it? Show me. Show me. Tell me how they do them. Hey, Mr. Call Screener. Leave one line open. I want a Democrat to tell me how they love America. All they want to do is change. There’s change. There’s destroy that. Destroy that. Change that citizenry. Attack capitalism. Attack our founders and our history. And on and on. Hey. Hey. I know I’m right about this. And I’ve got list after list here like this. Chris Van Hollen. This guy is a whack job. He supports Islamism and Marxism and he’s elected from Maryland. Let’s start it. Cut three, Go. I think it requires a radical reform, but because what we’re witnessing right now is clear, that was enough. So they incite these riots. They gaslight the violence. They embrace the Marxist Islamists like Mamdani. So they light the fuse, they cause the fire. They are the arsonist, so to speak. And then they say, We have to fix this. The firefighters are out of control. We got to fix this. What they mean is we’ve succeeded. We’re going to weaken ICE. We’re going to weaken our enforcement laws. We’re going to undermine the president’s ability to deport illegal aliens brought here by the Democrats. That’s what they mean. I’ll be right back.

When these Democrats are brought on cable TV, a conga line or even network TV. Aren’t they confronted? Why aren’t they asked? Why they won’t support the removal. Of hardened, violent criminals from their communities. Have any of them been asked that question? I haven’t seen it if it has. It’s very rare. Why aren’t they asked? Why are they? They defending violent foreigners, Violent criminals. Instead of defending. Their own communities and their own. Citizenry. Why aren’t they asked? Why? Local mayors and state governors. Don’t coordinate with the federal government to identify who these people are, where they live. So they can be removed. Why aren’t they asked? If they are communicating with or in any way coordinating with these Marxist, socialist, violent activists. They’re being funded by a billionaire in communist China. As well as others. Why don’t they ask these questions? Why aren’t they asked if it’s okay for somebody to bring a pistol with ammunition and backup ammunition? To not just a protest. To a situation in which. The so-called protesters intend to obstruct federal law enforcement. Is that smart? Why aren’t they asked? On January 6th. When a veteran, A woman. Came into the Capitol building, was unarmed, shot through a door and murdered. Why do they defend the person who shot her? Why don’t they ask if it were January six and somebody showed up with a loaded pistol? An extra ammunition. Would that have been okay? Is it okay now? Why are these Democrats getting a pass? Why aren’t these Democrats asked, at least by our people? Aren’t many of these people here because you and your President Biden. Brought them here. Open the border. Coddle them. Why? They asked. It’s amazing, isn’t it, in America? Why am I able to do that here? But nobody else seems to be able to do it. Why is that? Why is that? So we have these Democrat demagogues. They created the situation with the open borders. They created this situation. By gaslighting these these mobsters. The Marxists and the Socialists that Fox News Digital has enormous amounts of evidence. I behind this? A billionaire in Shanghai, among others. Among others. And then they say, look at this mess. Now two people have been killed. They take no responsibility for that. They take no responsibility for the mayhem that illegal aliens are doing in this country. They take no responsibility for the families that are suffering the victims. None. And then, of course. They self-righteously declare. Our citizens are under attack. We’re here to protect our citizens and we’re going to shut down the government. If you don’t weaken ICE, defund ICE. In fact, all of DHS, we’re going to make it incredibly inconvenient to fly over the weekend. Is that okay with you? Because TSA. TSA is under DHS. So in addition to weather cancellations, the Democrats, what caused the cancellations? And then, of course, having learned from the agitprop of Lenin and Mao and Stalin and the rest, they’re going to tell you it’s the fault of the Republicans who keep voting to open the government, but they just won’t listen to us and protect the American people. Got it. That’s what’s going on here. It’s sick. Now Kristi Noem, who I’ve met maybe twice socially for about 3 minutes, I was appointed to this board that advises DHS. They’ve had a couple of meetings, had been unable to attend for one simple reason I don’t want to leave my radio post to attend meetings like that. Maybe one day, though I haven’t one. I don’t have radio. But nonetheless, what are they doing with Christina? What did they do with Clarence Thomas? What did they do with Sam Alito? What do they do relentlessly with Donald Trump? What do they do with these people? Saul Alinsky. It is Saul Alinsky. The Marxist from Chicago who helped indoctrinate Obama and Hillary Clinton. What did they learn from him? In the rules for radicals. You target your opponents? You personalize the attacks on your opponents. Your character assassinate your opponents. And you defeat your opponents. So now it’s Christie. No. Christie. Noem’s turn. It was Cash Patel’s turn. It’s Pam Bondi’s turn. It was. Haig says. Turn. It’s always Trump’s turn. Clarence Thomas is turn. Sam Alito’s turn and go on and on and on. But now it’s known. She’s going to be impeached if she doesn’t resign. Resign for what? She’s doing her job doing what she was asked. It’s okay if you send Tom home and in there he wants to try something differently. The president or whatever. But that’s not my point. My point is the Democrats are the arsonists. Then they attacked the firefighters for not doing enough to get the fires out. Like this rogue Kahana who is a complete con man. He’s con mahana. That’s right. Now, if that is your name, Con Mahana. Got to go. Well, it’s unacceptable. And he needs to come here and talk to people. They just want their lives back. Minnesotans are good people. They’re hurting. They’re grieving. Minnesotans are good people. They’re hurting in grieving. No, they’re not hurting. Grieving. We’re talking about illegal aliens here and the mob that seeks to protect them. Not Minnesotans generally. The vast majority of Minnesotans are utterly unaffected by this. But they are affected by the Somalians who came in. The Somalis who came in 100,000 or so, basically took over Minnesota. And if stolen about $10 billion, we’re all affected by that. But don’t dare say it. No. Don’t you dare say that. It’s like Islamism. But are you an Islamophobe? No, I’m calling us as it’s taking place. Why? Do you anti-Semite? No, I’m just explaining. Oh, yes, you are. You must be a white supremacist. Now I’m an American citizen who’s observing things that are being done to the country and to the American people. I’ll be right back.
