On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, 7 million old hippies turned out in the Democrat-Marxist-Islamist No Kings mini-parades on Saturday? Well, 330 million Americans did not. The tea party movements had massive rallies, and it wasn’t just one day. How is this President a king? He’s working through the courts when he’s blocked on improving America. For example, in a victory for America the 9th Circuit court ruled that the National Guard can be deployed in Portland. Also, Democrats turned a continuing resolution into a government shutdown blackmail threat to reverse provisions of the big, beautiful bill. Later, Marxist-Islamist Zohran Mamdani is pro-terrorism – from his associations with Imam Siraj Wahaj, his support for Hamas, his calls to globalize the Intifada, and his ties to the Qatar royal family. If people in NYC vote for Mamdani, they are voting for somebody who embraces terrorists, terrorist organizations, and hence, by implication, terrorism. Mamdani is no moderate, he’s a grave threat to the people in New York City.

Hello America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. The No King’s Protests. Oh, Mr. Producer, where’s the No Queens protest? You know, the No Kings protests. The Democrats who organized this and they radical thugs, the Marxists, the Islamists, the Antifa. It’s the BLM. It’s. A very broad representation. Of the radical extreme nutjob left. And I got to thinking, ladies and gentlemen, they keep saying there were 7 million people out there. I must confess, I didn’t see that many. And then I thought to myself, Well, there’s 330 million of us who were not who had no interest in it whatsoever. Now, if we really had somebody who was violating the Constitution relentlessly. And not only relentlessly, but in ways that was creating a dictatorship. Wouldn’t there be more than 7 million people and would they only be Marxist Islamists? BLM Antifa. Elected Democrats. I mean, wouldn’t we all be joining them? I think we would. Now, it’s funny how they put these numbers out. 7 million. Number, the Tea Party movement, which we were very, very involved in. If if this crowded 7 million, we are 20 million. We had massive rallies all the time and not just on one day and certainly not funded by George Soros. In other comrades of his who hate America and try to destroy America as they tried to destroy Britain and try to destroy Israel and the whole West, for that matter. There were many more of us than them. But the media keeps pushing it hard. Our friends at NewsBusters pointed out that. They couldn’t stop reporting about. No King’s protest, whereas The March for Life and other massive protests. We patriotic Americans. Receive almost no attention whatsoever. Whatsoever. Now. I happened to be in Baltimore. Where my wonderful wife ran a marathon. And did very well, I might add. And there are other people running marathons. I didn’t see any great protest or even a little parade of the No Kings movement. But there were people who sort of pasted it on their back. Some of them were running. But it is true what the president and others have said. These are like the old time 1960s hippies. Older than me. They’re really getting into it. They were kind of excited about all this. If I could even find them. They were kind of mulling around. There is no mass organized group of no Kings movement in Baltimore. There were some. Please don’t get me wrong. But if that’s representative of 7 million, there were not 7 million. Not that I care. Not that I care. This is entirely a a Democrat party. Concoction. Infection. Along with the most radical kooks and their organizations that hate America. It was a hate America protest of sorts. But in any event, 330 million of us did not participate. And I dare say 329 million didn’t even know it was taking place. I thought I’d point that out. Now, I’ve been telling you behind this microphone, day in and day out and elsewhere, that the president’s use of the National Guard. And in fact, if he chooses the Insurrection Act. Is clearly constitutional. Not just based on the Constitution and federal law, but based on prior use. My past presidents. A panel of ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled exactly that just now overturned a lower court judge. The ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that President Donald Trump can deploy Oregon National Guard troops into the city of Portland, delivering a significant victory to the Trump administration. I hate when they write that that’s Fox, but it’s not a victory to the Trump administration. It’s a victory for America to victory for upholding the Constitution. I told you before, this was never in doubt. If something happens, it’s because we have rogue judges who are doing it. But this was never, ever, ever in doubt. It’s not even a close call. And yet it was a 2 to 1 decision. On the on the panel. Judges on the three member panel ruled 2 to 1 to authorize Trump’s deployment. Judge Ryan Nelson and Judge Bridget Baid, both appointed by Trump. And I should note that they mentioned who is appointed by Trump. How many decisions are out there usurping presidential authority in the Constitution, undermining the President? Well, they mention. Which president appointed them. I have to go look it up and tell you. But two were appointed by President Trump. And one by. Clinton, Susan Graber. If you’re considering the record at this preliminary stage, we conclude that it is likely that the President lawfully exercised his statutory authority under the ten U.S.C. section 1240 063 authorizes the federalization and National Guard quote, When the president is unable with the regular forces to execute the laws of the United States. The move has become a political flashpoint. Their right as protesters opposing his key policies have clashed with law enforcement. Well, that’s the problem, because that effectively is the militia of the Democrat Party. When you see people fighting. Pushing back, throwing things violent. Against federal law enforcement. Those are Democrats or people who identify with Democrats, because the Democrats, the party, its surrogates are urging are urging exactly that. Just so you know. What happened was a lower federal court judge in Oregon temporarily blocked Trump’s attempt, I’m reading, to deployed troops to Portland earlier this month. The Ninth Circuit agreed to hear the panel. Overruled. The lower court had described Trump’s action in her emergency order, and she was way, way off. I told you her opinion was. Basically an opinion piece she could have ran in any major left wing newspaper. She said it was untethered to reality and one that she said risks blurring the line between civil and military federal power to the detriment of this nation. Obviously, this judge was ignorant and is ignorant. Again, I’ve gone through the history of the Insurrection Act, and even before there was an Insurrection Act, presidential authority and use of the military to enforce federal law, whether it’s integration. Whether it’s to open up business activity that’s being threatened, that is threatening to the well-being of the nation. Whether it’s a rebellion like the Whiskey Rebellion. Whether it’s to put down a riot like George H.W. Bush did in London and Los Angeles. And here you can see the president trying to enforce existing immigration laws. He didn’t write them, existing immigration laws on deportation. And the Democrat Party governors who want to be president, mayors who are radical leftists who now rely on illegal immigrants. For their support. They say, no, they’re not going to comply with the law as if it’s the old Confederacy or if they’re nullifying federal immigration law on the Constitution supremacy clause. And the media are fine with that. So the irony of this coin, no Kings protest. Now Kings. Is about as absurd as it gets. It’s by 330 million Americans did not protest. Now, what else has happened here that proves these people to be as buffoonish as possible? The president is working this all through the courts. Even the activist rogue judges. If they war, he can’t use National Guard, federalize them. They stand down the circuit rules that he can. They’re back in action. Where is this president, King? Exactly when and where. I want to know. Nowhere. Nowhere. Just because the Democrats he’s militarizing our cities as they criminalize the cities. As they create an environment for illegal aliens from anywhere in the world to come into this country, particularly the crowd that wants to overthrow our country. I spent a lot of time on the Sunday night. On Fox, as I have here, the purpose of immigration. The purpose of immigration to keep it simple is to improve our society. Is to bring people into our country who will improve the lot of the citizens who are here. So has no, that’s supposed to be. They come here so they get health care. They come here because they want to come here. That’s not the way it’s supposed to work. And that’s not the way it’s it’s going to work under Trump. They’ve turned all this inside out and upside down. Immigration is not for the benefit of the foreigner. It’s for the benefit of the American citizen, our society. So somebody can contribute, but they’re going to immediately be on the dole. In the past, they were not allowed into the country. If somebody is going to protest our country, they were not allowed into the country. Now is old. I have free speech rights under the first. Oh, yeah, due process, free speech. That wasn’t always the case. If you’re coming here for the purpose of overthrowing our country, if you’re coming here for the purposes of chasing Jews down the street or burning the American flag, or carrying the Hamas or the Islamic Jihad or or the Iranian flags, you’re out of here. You’re not even supposed to be here. That’s been the position. It’s been the position of our government in our country for over 200 years until the 1960s. Just so you know. So no kings. No kings, no queens, I guess. Nobody of the sort. anti-Israel radicals, of course, join the anti-Trump No Kings crowd. As Fox points out. President Trump. In other words, the the anti-Semites are all in with the Democrats. I think we can now say the Democrat Party is the Hamas party. They’ve accepted the Democrats socialist, a.k.a. Marxist Islamist Mamdani. Into their midst. And they’re going to back him all the way like the governor has. Cool. I’ll be right back.

Here’s some of what was said at these no king’s protests. Go look at got Brother Bob. We got to turn around the doors of this fascist system. If I’ve just got to get shot and wiped out this day, the state machinery that’s displayed right there has to get wiped out. For a birthday present. What do you hope happens? No. You wake up tomorrow morning. I hope that I see the obituary that we’re all waiting for tomorrow. That’s what I hope for. Yeah. You were wishing that President Trump was dead? Yes, absolutely. Absolutely. Absolutely. Okay. Absolutely. Who are you going to kill, Nancy? Who do you not see? What do you mean? It’s cream in this in this context, choose enough safety. You’re going to kill Judith Miller. I had a chance here, but I don’t know what I’d say on camera, Brian. See what I mean? This is just sick. Three people calling for murder and violence. You won’t see this on network TV. You won’t see this on most cable TV stations. This is the party. This is the movement that seeks the violent overthrow of the United States. Nobody can show me one example in which Donald Trump has conducted himself like a king. Theodore Roosevelt signed over 1000 executive orders. In his two terms in office, really less than two terms. He came in after McKinley was assassinated. Franklin Roosevelt. If there was ever a king, it would have been him. I went through a lot of this on Saturday on Fox and here. Donald Trump is no king. The court just ruled that he could, in fact, use. Federalize the National Guard or the regular Army to bring order. And he still hasn’t triggered the Insurrection Act. He’s going to have to at some at some point, in my humble opinion, which was passed in 1807, long before he was president. And you 28 times. And not by him. These people want the cities to burn. These people want the country overthrown. These people want to see assassinations. They want to see people murdered. It’s just incredible. They’ll keep bringing up January six. But look at this. Look at this. You heard it. You heard what they said in the language that the Bernie Sanders is used and AOC uses and Cory Booker uses and Christopher Murphy uses go right down the line of the Democrat Party and their national leadership. They use vile language that is intended intended to bring violence.

You got to grab a bomb. We got to turn around the drive on this fascist system. If I just got get shot and wiped out. This day the state machinery for display right there has to get wiped out. The Democrats, while they’ll say we’re not we don’t promote violence. This is their concoction. This is their creation. These are the people they count on to win elections. They’ll say, Oh, we oppose violence. Of course we do. Well, the mayor of Chicago has a funny way of showing it. The mayor of L.A. has a funny way of showing it. The mayor of Portland has a funny way of showing it. The mayor of Seattle is a funny way of showing it. The governors have a funny way of showing it, don’t they? They hate the cops and they hate ice. And then they accuse the president of militarizing the cities. You see the president during his first term. He saw what was taking place in 2020. He saw it. He saw what was happening in Lafayette Square all through Washington, D.C.. He saw what was happening in Minneapolis and other cities across the nation. And I’m sure he decided that’s never going to happen again. Never. Never. Mike Johnson on ABC’s This Week. Cut one go. So it’s not about the people, it’s about the message, it’s about the ideology. And I will stand here every Sunday and talk with you about the dangers of Marxism and socialism and how it’s led to the. Finally, we have a top politician who uses the word Marxism and the president uses Marxism and communism. And that’s thanks to you and me, because we kept pushing this, pushing this, pushing this. As of a few years ago, the progressives, the progressives, the program I wrote American Marxism. I said, stop calling them progressives. That’s what they call themselves. I understand that. But that doesn’t explain who they are and what they are. They are Marxists and they’ve tailored and customized their Marxism for our country. And they have defined it through race. In other issues, it’s the whole book. Go ahead. The people in the 20th century alone, it is a dangerous ideology and it is anti-America and it goes against everything that we stand for. But you’re not saying that this is all of the Democratic Party. It’s not all of the people that were out there. I mean, it kind of reminds me of Hillary Clinton said, no, it doesn’t remind me of Hillary Clinton at all, moron. And of course, he didn’t say, everybody, we know exactly what he’s talking about. And that’s the typical sort of foil point for a former moron who hasn’t who hasn’t thought this through and hasn’t read anything. Well, you’re not saying everybody’s a Marxist, are you? No, of course he’s not. But Jon Karl is not saying anybody’s a Marxist. Go ahead. Reporters are half of them is the basket of deplorables. I’ve never said that. I never called out. I never said it was a Democratic Party. But you and I have to acknowledge the reality. Wait a minute. This is the modern Democratic Party. It is because look at the evidence. Look at what’s happening in New York. They’re about to elect an open socialist Marxist as the mayor of America’s largest city. There’s a rise of Marxism in the Democratic Party. It’s an objective fact and no one can deny it. We lament that. We decry it. We’re trying to call it out because I want to make sure the next generation of Americans understands that is a dangerous road to go down. That’s part of our our call. And I think part of our responsibility is as elected servants of the people. This man is very important. You know, he was a litigator. He was a lawyer in the conservative movement. He told me he used to listen to this program a lot and so forth. It doesn’t matter. I’m saying he he’s articulating the right arguments. He’s explaining the right words. You know, you have him and then you got fat slob Steve Bannon. They haven’t built a chair wide enough to fit that fat ass. Out there attacking again the Jews and Netanyahu and so forth, giving the Islamists and the Marxists everything they want. That clown has really no. No difference between him on the key issues there. Mandate me. Or Bernie Sanders or for that matter, Hamas. Disgraceful. Disgraceful. More on him another day. More Mike Johnson makes more great points. Cut to go. So let’s start with the No King’s rallies. You call these Hate America rallies. What do you mean by that? Well, that collection of folks that I listed were certainly part of it. We congratulate them on apparently violent, free, free speech exercise. That was the First Amendment lawyer for 20 years. We defend that. Right. But the irony of the message is pretty clear for everyone. If President Trump was a king, the government would be open right now. If President Trump was a king, they would not have been able to engage in that free speech exercise out on the mall, by the way, which was open because President Trump hasn’t closed it in the last shutdown 2013 era. President Obama closed the National Mall. It closed all the national parks, didn’t allow people to engage in all this. So, I mean, they needed a stunt. They needed a show. Chuck Schumer has needs cover right now. He’s closed the government down because he needs political cover. And this was a part of it. There you go. Exactly. I said at the opening, where’s Trump in a king? Where? I’d like to know where. How? How is that possible that Trump’s been a king, hasn’t been a king on anything, has been authoritarian, on anything? Period. You want to hear. A Stalinist and true Stalinist. He went to a Stalinist kibbutz. We’ve talked about that. And I read that story, too, from somebody who used to be a communist, who knew him quite well. But he doesn’t talk about it. Nobody has their. Honeymoon in Moscow. Unless you’re a communist. Why would you have a honeymoon in Moscow? Hmm. Why? Bernie Sanders is, quote unquote, a democratic socialist. That’s right. He’s been on the wrong side. Of liberty versus tyranny. Republicanism. Smaller versus Marxism. Time and time again. Whether it’s Russia, whether it’s China. Whether it’s Nicaragua, what? It’s Venezuela, Cuba, all of them. He’s been on the wrong side. While for him it’s the right sign. So what about this? What if you get your vote on Obamacare or the additional subsidy get notice? Notice one of the issues here is that Obamacare is a failure, and so they need to keep pouring money into it. Pour money into pour money into it, or you won’t be able to afford the premiums. So Obamacare is a failure. So let’s start there. The Democrat Party, every damn one of them voted for it and every Republican voted against it. Except, I think McCain, but I don’t remember. Go ahead. Majority Leader Thune has offered Democrats a vote to extend Obamacare subsidies if they just agree to end the shutdown. Are you on board with that just to get this over with? No, because that would not get it over with. I want to see the shutdown ended tomorrow. Got a lot of good, decent, hardworking federal employees like getting their paychecks. That is not right. But I want to explain to everybody really what’s at stake. This I don’t know that people are clear about it. As a result of Trump’s big, beautiful bill, which the mine won. So let’s stop. So this was supposed to be a continuing resolution, not another vote on Trump. Big, beautiful bill. Right. And so they they are, quote unquote, shutting down the government until they can reverse key provisions of the bill that was passed. So this is blackmail. This is blackmail. And he goes on. 50 million low income working class Americans are going to lose their health care. Why? Because of Obamacare? Because Obamacare is a failure. Obamacare needs enormous sums of money and it’s a lousy program. The Republicans are saying we do need to look at this. At the end of the year. When all this stuff comes up. But right now we haven’t gone through the appropriations process. So the Democrats are using this now as a cudgel. They know the end of the year is close. They know that this is just a spending bill that continues. What’s taking place until this and other things can be looked at. But they want you to believe that the Republicans are the ones. I guess that instituted the failure that’s called Obamacare. And what they won’t tell you and they’ve changed the subject is that illegal immigration and illegal aliens are getting free health care they were under by. And then the Democrats and it’s cut out and it’s driving them crazy, in fact. Let’s go to Harriet and Mr. Producer and let’s see if this is actually helping the Democrats. Okay. Let’s see if it’s helping them. This is Harry Enten, CNN chief data analyst. You’re familiar with him here. Cut five, Go. Turns out shutdowns are different the second time around when it comes to Donald Trump. Take a look here. You know, we speak about Donald Trump shutdowns, net approval rating. We’re talking 20 days into it. In 2018 slash 2019, Donald Trump’s net operating was already falling. The shutdown was eating into it was popular support. It was down three points already at this particular point and would fall considerably more. It was very much on the decline. You come over to this side of the screen. This shutdown has an even in the Donald Trump supported all his net approval rating is actually up a point and in terms of in terms of his popular support. So the bottom line is this The first shutdown during Trump’s first term, 2018 2019, was hurting Donald Trump. This one is not hurting him at all. There’s no real reason Donald Trump might say, at least when it comes to popular support. I want to get out of the shutdown. What about the question of blame? Yeah. Okay. What about the question of blame? Okay. You see here you see Donald Trump’s approval rating was down 2018 to 2019. You talk about 2025 as net approval rating is up. It comes down to the blame game, a game I love to play when I was younger. Blame Trump for the shutdown a great deal in 2018 slash 2019, 61% More than three in five Americans blame Trump a great deal for that particular shutdown. You come over to this side of the screen. Look at this. It’s a different world. It’s a different world. 48% of Americans blame Trump a great deal for this particular shutdown. So it’s more than three in five Back in 2018 slash 2019, it’s less than half a drop of 13 points. Again, it’s no real wonder that Donald Trump at this point looking at the shutdown, says, you know what, It’s not actually harming me politically in large part because he’s getting less of the blame and he’s doing things differently during this shutdown. Yes, exactly right. You know, we talked about Donald Trump and say, okay, he wants to be a consequential, influential president. Well, the legislative process is basically freezed up, you know, on Capitol Hill. You may say, well, then he can’t actually get legislation through. But that’s not how Trump is governing in this term. We’ve spoken about this over and over and over again. He’s using his pen. He’s using executive orders, TRUMP executive orders. At this point, the presidency in 2017, it was just 50. Look at this. Already 210 executive orders signed by Donald Trump during this presidency. That is the most in a year. You have to go all the way back since Franklin Delano Roosevelt to find a president who signed more executive orders in a year than Donald Trump has already signed this time around. And remember, John Berman, we still have two months to go in this year. So it wouldn’t be surprising to me if he signs even more. As we say in Congress, you don’t want to do something. I’ll do it. Hmm. Hmm. Unbelievable. Unbelievable. This is why the Democrats are talking violence. Violence. You know, we sit here and we think of the assassination of Charlie Kirk, which is still unimaginable, unfathomable. Two assassination attempts, one with a bullet actually hit the president’s here and the other with a guy was setting up, he was set up and then he was found. And there are some reports who believe that that perch in that tree. Near where Donald Trump’s plane takes off and lands. Air Force One was the same guy. That’s what some reports are saying. But the Democrats. Pushing violence. Then why are they aligned with these groups that are violent? If they’re not? Why are they? I got more on this. I want to make sure in the next hour we get into this. Mandie Sami and his imam friend. Who supported the attack on the World Trade Center. Amanda Smith has defended him. Had a photo with him and defended him because the guy’s now cocky figures I’m winning. I I’m double digits ahead. Nothing could stop me. You get to see some angle now. He’s not even pretending now. He figures he’s got the vote wrapped up. And he might. I’ll be right back.

We’re going to invite Senator Chris Murphy of the Nutmeg State of Connecticut to come on the program. He keeps saying that we’re in the middle of an authoritarian takeover by President Trump, and I want to test him. And when it test what he has to say, We can’t get anybody on this program. We can’t get Raskin on the program. We can’t get Sanders on the program. AOC We can’t get any of them on the program. None of them. I’m not interested in the lightweights. I want to get the heavy hitters on here who are on TV all the time, on radio all the time. But they’re afraid of this show. Here’s Murphy. Cut six. Go. We are not on the verge of an authoritarian takeover. We are in the middle of an authoritarian take off. So this is this is what I want to pursue when the middle of an authoritarian takeover where. Is that what you people feel? That we’re in the middle of an authoritarian takeover? The president is trying to bring. Order and law. And safety to our cities. Why is that an authoritarian takeover? He secures the border. That’s an authoritarian takeover. He cut your taxes. That’s an authoritarian takeover. He’s trying to modernize the bureaucracy. That’s an authoritarian takeover. Does the authoritarian takeover. There is no authoritarian takeover. You just heard FDR had over 200, over 250 executive orders in one year. You heard from me that Theodore Roosevelt had over 1000 of them in his two terms. They love Theodore Roosevelt because he was a progressive. They hate his foreign policy, of course, but they love Franklin Roosevelt. There was your king. And I’m being absolutely honest about it. He was the king and he is the one who is loved and praised by the Democrat Party. He was a socialist. It was an anti constitutionalist. It’s what he was. This Chris Murphy, who says we’re in the middle of authoritarian takeover. Mr. Producer, when you contact his office, say that I’d like to discuss this with him, because if he’s right, we have much to fear. Much to fear. Mehdi Hasan is an anti-Semite. He’s a bigot. He pops up on media everywhere. He’s part of this DC rally. I guarantee you the Hamas supporting element within our country. They were very excited, I’m sure, about showing up at these rallies. And here’s what he said. Saturday, Correct. Remember this? Donald Trump has never, ever, not in three elections, won a majority of the votes. Never. And I’ll say this to you. Now we know you won a majority of our. But this is her son. Whenever he speaks, he’s a damnable liar. Go ahead. Here’s the mouth that they are scared of. There are more of us than there are of them. Yeah. Okay, that’s enough.
