On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, Democrats are planning to impeach President Trump on day one if they retake the House in the midterms, with members already building the case through shadow hearings and fact-checking. They are giddy about it, viewing it as a way to bog him down, undermine his momentum, and target his family and friends, even though removal in the Senate is impossible. This dangerous guerrilla warfare, that turns the Constitution inside out, is part of a broader Democrat strategy to seize and keep permanent power. Also, Democrats will talk about affordability and domestic issues but have no real intention of addressing them, as they block drilling and pipelines, push electric vehicles that drive up gasoline and food costs, and plan to raise property taxes. They ignore safe streets and will unleash horrific border inflows. Republicans fail to fight effectively, as seen in Virginia where they spent less and engaged late. Later, it’s inexcusable that Hasan Piker, who celebrated 9/11 and October 7th, is celebrated by the Democrat Party. Nick Fuentes has contributed nothing to society and roots for Iran against America. These two and others provide a chorus line of Marxism, Fascism, Islamism, and other isms. Finally, Mollie Hemingway calls in to discuss her new book – Alito: The Justice Who Reshaped the Supreme Court and Restored the Constitution.

Segment 1
Hello America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-HELLO-381-3811. Welcome. Welcome. Welcome. The Democrats have a plan. You know. They have a plan. On day one. They intend to impeach the president if they win the midterm elections. They’re very giddy about it. So the woke right podcasters. Tucker and Megan and the rest of them are very excited about this because they view this as their pay day. That’ll that’ll set Trump straight and MAGA straight and all of us straight. You see, we did this. We did this. Course we have a republic to save, don’t we? They are irrelevant. But the Democrats. Very, very dangerous. Very dangerous. Axios has a left wing website, as we’ve talked about before. And so when the Democrats are up to something, of course they’re they’re there to regurgitated. Andrew Salander writes a cohort of resistance minded House Democrats. What kind of a phrase is that? Is pushing their colleagues to begin building the case against President Trump now in anticipation of a day one impeachment vote if they retake the House they want. Now. I don’t think we should worry about rules anymore. I really don’t. After what the Democrats did in Virginia, what they plan to do to our Supreme Court. This is our country. These are our institutions. They don’t belong to the Democrat Party. They belong to us. And just because they win an election doesn’t mean they get to destroy everything, doesn’t mean they get to take our institutions, turn them inside out and make them play things of their party where they can control us for the rest of time. Because that’s what this is about. Your free will and your freedom and your rights versus a Democrat Party that wants to control you and tell you what to do and how to do it and when to do it. You work hard? Well, they want to take your income and give it to their and give it to their various constituent groups. This has real life consequences. They’re going after Donald Trump for what? He didn’t do anything. But it doesn’t matter. The mere existence of this movement, they write, demonstrate just how much pressure lawmakers who have not yet gotten on board with impeachment will face in January of 2027. So they’re assuming they won. And they’re preparing to try and impeach the president. They won’t be able to remove him from the Senate, but the whole point is to bog him down and destroy his momentum. Day in and day out. And to destroy his family and perhaps his friends. This is something that I keep saying to our leadership. We need to have a very concrete, coordinated strategy, said Representative Delia Ramirez, Democrat of Illinois. The Illinois Democrat said the party should, quote, build up the case so that when we’re in power in January, we’ve created the conditions, we’ve done the fact checking, we’ve done the shadow hearings, everything we need to be able to impeach Trump. Representative Yoshimi Ansari, who we tried to get on to this this program this week. We’re going to try again next week. She’s already tried to impeach, Hegseth told Axios. If Democrats recapture the House, quote, The push for impeachment is going to be overwhelming, unquote. How do you like that? Let’s see. In the immediate aftermath of the 2024 election, Democrats didn’t even want to hear the word impeachment. People ridiculed me, said then, and I can’t even pronounce half these names. These are obviously first and second generation people. Who was the first Democrat to introduce articles of impeachment against Trump last year? Last year. He gets elected the issue Articles of impeachment. When Al Green remember him, forced a vote on impeaching Trump Last June, 128 Democrats voted with Republicans to quash the effort. 78 voted to advance it. Basically, the Democrat Party has come to this. They want power. They get to keep power. And under no circumstances should they ever be able to surrender it. Should they ever be required to surrender in? That’s what’s going on here. Change the election system, gerrymander the hell out of a state. So Republicans don’t have a vote. They’re disenfranchised. Change the Supreme Court to a Democrat Politburo. Open borders to bring in more and more Democrats. And then if a Republican wins, impeach them. Impeach them. Things have changed drastically when GREENE forced another vote to impeach Trump last December. His support went from 78 to 140. Meanwhile, Republicans sit on their thumbs. It’s disgusting. Another 47 Democrats voted present, including House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries. What a lowlife he is. And his top deputies, while just 23 sided with Republicans. 23. What Representative Robin Kelly, Democrat Illinois, introduced articles of impeachment against then Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem in January following the shooting of René Good 170 excuse me, 187 House Democrats co-sponsored them. Ramirez pointed to the fact the Republicans began talking about impeaching former DHS Secretary Ali Al. Months before they recaptured the House in 2022. Oh, I see. So they’re the same thing. Here you got a guy who lied to Congress repeatedly. He refused to secure the border. He’ll let 20 million illegal aliens into this country. And somehow, somehow that’s the same as any Republican. Representative Brad Schneider, lot of Illinois here, Democrat of Illinois, said Trump has done something in this Congress that justifies the conversation. But we’ve already seen twice. Unless you’ve going to get a two thirds majority in the Senate, the president will not be removed from office. SCHNEIDER, The chair of the center Left New Democrat Coalition, said he’s going to work on strengthening American security, making lives better for the American people and moving the country forward. A House Democrat who has strongly advocated for impeachment in public, said on the condition of anonymity. Anonymity. There are things that we can win. The impeachment is not one of them now or unfortunately, at any point during this presidency. But that won’t stop because that’s not the goal. They don’t intend to remove them. They intend to undermine and to try and sabotage in. For some lawmakers and activists, the answer will simply never be good enough. That’s the bottom line. So there you have it. Does that sound like they work on affordability, gasoline prices under them? They were the highest in American history. Inflation through the roof under them. Yes. The price of food through the roof under them. Oh, how quickly we forget. And they have every intention of massively increasing taxes. Look, you see how the phony moderates, Ron Scam Burger and Virginia, massively increasing taxes and the multitudinous number of new taxes. See what madame he’s doing in New York. They don’t change their stripes, these people. They don’t change their stripes. They’re not moderates. They’re not centrist. They’re radical kooks. And it’s getting worse by the day. Worse by the day. And so their plan is to impeach Trump, to subpoena the hell out of him, his family, his friends, the administration bogged them down. This is guerrilla warfare, turning the Constitution inside out. The framers had no intention of doing this. None. The Democrat Party hates this country. It hates you, You, Mr. and Mrs. America. They want to change the country. They’re bringing in as many foreigners as they can. Not to pick lettuce. Now to pick your pocket. I’ll be right back.
Segment 2
The Democrats are going to talk about affordability. They’re going to talk about domestic issues. And they’ve no intention of doing anything about any of it. Tell me, how will the Democrats lower prices for food? They won’t. Here’s a big one. How will the Democrats lower the price of gasoline? They can’t. Because they they block drilling. Right. They block pipelines. They push electric vehicles. You want those again? Now, if you want him, you can get him. But we all don’t want him necessarily. So they drive up the cost of gasoline and oil. They drive up the cost of food because oil really is the basis for so many things. And they talk about affordability as affordability better in New York City right now. Of course not. They’re going to raise property taxes on everybody. That’s not affordable. So they’re not about affordability. They’re about talking about it. They’re not about lower gas prices. They’re about talking about it. They’re not about safe streets. They don’t even talk about that. They’re not about securing the border. The inflow will be unbelievable. Unbelievably horrific. Now, I don’t understand why Republicans can’t talk. I really don’t. I really don’t know. What went on in Virginia is a perfect example. You know what went on in Virginia? The Republicans didn’t spend anywhere near the amount of money that the Democrats did. The Republicans were late to fight. But don’t get me wrong, that doesn’t. That doesn’t excuse what the Democrats did. I’m just telling you that our guys don’t know how to fight. They just don’t. I don’t know what the problem is. I really don’t know when you’d become a member of Congress or a member of the Senate. You’re the pinnacle of your district. You’re the pinnacle of your state. You’ve defeated people in primaries. You’ve defeated people in general elections. It’s not so easy. And you’ve been able to speak, you’ve been able to debate. I’ll tell you who’s impressive and people ought to learn from him. Steve Hilton in California. Steve Hilton. California’s been unbelievable, don’t you think, Mr. Producer? The way he debates and the way he speaks and so forth and so on. I don’t know what the. Problem is. Now, that doesn’t mean we’ll always win. Matter of fact, we may often lose, but you got to put up a fight. You got to put up a fight. They’re going to impeach. Here’s what I would do. Just me, little old Mark. I go to Hakeem Jeffries, and you know what I’d say to Mr. Anderson? We take the house? When there’s a Democrat president, we’re going to impeach him immediately. Doesn’t matter what for. We’ll figure it out. We’ll make the case, But we’re going to impeach him or her immediately. Should have done it with Biden 100%. We’re going to subpoena the hell out of him. We’re going to subpoena the hell out of his wife. We’re going to subpoena the hell out of his children. Is business is his accountants? Oh, yeah. We’re going to have a field day, Hakeem. We’re going to punish him. We’re going to punish you. Democrats like you’ve never been punished before. That’s what we’re going to do. We’re going to slap you around with the law, with the justice system. We’re going to do to you what you’ve done to Trump, what you’ve done to everybody else. And you’re going to wish to high heaven that you never started this. That’s what you do. That’s how you fight a bully right in the nose. You can’t play Marcus at Queensbury rules. Well, they’re using brass knuckles. You can’t box while the UFC. It’s ridiculous. Know, if I were the president right now, Mr. Producer, I’d be putting together a team of the most. Brutal, vicious, brilliant lawyers. I possibly could. When you. I’d. Sarah, let’s get ready for this. And I want to go on offense. I want to go on offense. And I’d have them figure out exactly what they need to do and how to do it and put up with this. But I put this nonsense. People don’t believe in constitutional government. They don’t believe in separation of powers. They only believe in those things when they can stop us. But in the pursuit of power, the gaining of power, the retaining of power, it’s no holds barred with these guys. They’ll do anything. That’s the plan. Destroy the court. Destroy the Electoral College. Gerrymander our way to hell. Oh, yeah. They got it all figured out. Open borders. Change the citizenry. Get rid of ice. So we can make these people citizens. That’s right. Minute they have the Senate in the House of the presidency, they’re going to have amnesty for 20 million people. You watch. I wish I was wrong. I really do. But I see who these people are, and I know they don’t give a damn about the rule of law and the Constitution. Are you kidding me? Raskin. Sanders. AOC. All these people. These are Marxist Islamists. They hate our country, they hate our founding, and our founders, CRT and DNI and all the rest of it. Yeah. I don’t mean to be a wet blanket on this Friday, but I do mean to be. Honest and open with you. Paul Revere had a message and he was right. Thomas Paine had a bigger message and he was right. They didn’t say, You know what? I don’t want to be negative and pessimistic. It’s not about being negative and pessimistic. It’s not a psychological issue. It’s reality. I’ll be right back.
Segment 3
Remember this guy Hasan Piker punker piker picture I told you about the other day? Most of you never heard him before, but you need to know about him. Not to admire him. Not to celebrate him, but to detest him. Because he’s spreading like a cancer metastasizing, particularly among younger people, particularly among Islamists and Marxists. The Democrat Party is embracing him. Don’t brace anybody and there’s some others. Republicans will do the same thing. But there’s a very good piece over a National Review, the full story on Hassan Piker. Let’s listen to this by Jim Garrity. Goes on here. Hassan Dog and Piker was born on July 25, 1991, in New Brunswick, New Jersey, to Turkish parents. Many online biographies say Baker grew up in Istanbul, but Pica describes spending part of his childhood in the Turkish capital of Ankara. In 2018, Parker posted a picture of himself in his high school years riding a show horse. He was a fat kid, by the way. You know, and it goes on. In other words, extremely wealthy. His father, Mehmet Beckett Piker, spent 24 years working on Sabanci holding, rising to the board of directors a position of vice president. It’s one of Turkey’s largest business conglomerates with net assets of 10.5 billion in 2024. Pichai’s father was also a founding member of the Future Party in Turkey, formed in 2019. Pike disputes the notion that he grew up wealthy and privileged. In November 2025, Pica claimed that his father went broke. By the time I got to college and I was broke for the first decade after college. Apparently it was the kind of broke that could afford a Equinox Gym membership in 2013. And Piker likely means broke as a synonym for not earning as much money as he would like. Has some pikers. Uncle is another slob. A punk skank. UGA, a leftist commentator is not a leftist. He’s an Islamist Marxist, co-founder of the Young Turks, a left wing news organization. Hassan joined as an intern in 2013. In a later interview, Teicher described himself as a Napa baby, a term for a beneficiary of nepotism. Within three years, he pitched his uncle’s organization on the idea of his hosting his own show, The Breakdown. And for several years, he created videos discussing topics such as how Florida Democratic gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum remember that guy destroyed his Republican opponent, Ron DeSantis. You may have noticed that Governor DeSantis, re-elected with almost 60% of the vote, was not destroyed. By 2018, Parker was posing with Playboy Bunny set a Playboy party thrown by Cooper Hefner, the heir to the magazine’s fortune for the White House Correspondents Association dinner. Mind you, Pecker boasts that he’s a feminist. 2021 He said during this program, I’ve gone to a brothel at a miss in Berlin and had sex with the workers there. Doesn’t he sound like a lowlife, Mr. Producer? Doesn’t he sound like a punk? These trust fund baby, spoiled little bastards, him and Tucker Carlson and people like them. During Trump’s first term, Parker gained a wider audience from having clubby interviews with some of the most progressive elected officials in the Democrat Party. In 2020, Pica had a virtual voting initiative with Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ilhan Omar, where they played the video game among us. The following month, Pica was the subject of a glowing New York New York Times profile written by Taylor Laurens. Remember her? Oh, yes. Now a 2021 data breach. Twitch’s finances revealed Piker had been paid a bit more than $2.8 million since 2019. Or roughly $1 million a year. That same year, Spyker purchased a 3800 square foot home with five bedrooms. And 5.5 bathrooms located in the Beverly Grove neighborhood of West Hollywood, Los Angeles for 2.74 million in 2022 is a young man. Packer purchased a $200,000.20 22 Porsche Turbo s. Now. Baker graduated from Rutgers in 2013 and described himself as broke for the first decade after college. Wouldn’t that be until 2023, Mr. Producer getting a $2.7 million home, a $200,000 portion to a process? Yeah. Making $1,000,000 a year at least. He’s a liar. Now, estimating an individual’s net worth is tricky. Even the limited disclosure of pikers, twitch earnings and a home price don’t give a full price of his income, assets, liabilities or debts. But for what it’s worth, some web websites have calculated poker’s net worth at $8 million. One site did back of the envelope math of its known subscribers and estimated revenue per subscriber and calculated he made about $217,000 a month. Other estimates put his monthly streaming earnings in the range of 127 to 173000 a month. Wow. Now Parker co-founded the athletic brand Himbo Fitness. You understand this guy is celebrating 911. He’s glad it happened. He said it multiple times. You understand? This guy said that Mao Tse-Tung was one of the greatest men to ever live. And, you know, he killed 60 million people, horrendous mass mass murders. He praised Hamas. October 7th, the raid, the debauchery, the horrors that took place said they were deserved. That’s who we’re talking about, this punk. There’s lowlife, good friend, nothing punk. Again, just like Tucker out there with his with his crack coming out of his weasel mouth. It’s pikers. God given right to make as much money as he likes in America’s free market economy, but does seem more than a little hypocritical for a self-described socialist who constantly denounces the greed of the rich to be enjoying such a wealthy, lucrative income and luxurious lifestyle. 2022 Packer accused Amazon of trying to force Twitch to squeeze more revenue out of a top content creator. Amazon bought Twitch in 2014. Packer began streaming on Twitch in March 2018. Interestingly, for a man who regularly denounces the greed of billionaires, Pichai rarely discusses Amazon’s founder, Jeff Bezos. That’s right. The Harry Walker Agency. Parker Speaker’s Bureau describes Parker as a journalist known for his honesty. Yeah, hardly. In July 2024, Alex Maynard Devon, who who works to debunk misinformation, is the director of media wise at the Poynter Institute, told the New York Times, Parker shares as much misinformation as anyone on the right. Now, that’s a left wing entity. So, you know, they don’t like Parker. They’re exposing him. In October 2024, The New York Times published its second glowing profile about Parker declaring that programs like Parker’s are an increasingly popular place for people to discuss current events. With some streamers turning into de facto pundits offering their takes on the news for hours on end every day. By April of this year. Parker was the subject of the third overwhelmingly positive New York Times profile in six years. How come I’ve never gotten one, Mr. Producer? I’m at the top of their book list all the time. And you know, they hate that. Their headline was A progressive mind and a body made for the manosphere and gushed. Hassan Piker pumps iron likes weapons and wears pearls. His brand of masculinity has won him many fans online and has been a useful vehicle for his politics. I’m no doubt Piker thinks of himself as anti-establishment, and yet you can’t get much more establishment than The New York Times. And the Times clearly adores him. That third profile. Just the other day, Times readers learned Piker, an avowed socialist, is just that he’s dressing in French may drag as he is on the basketball court. There’s fluency between culture and ideology has led many to brand Mr. Piker, a Joe Rogan of the left. I’m sick. Arrogant is a fraud in my humble opinion. If Mr. Rogan had a mop top and painted his nails. This is a guy who celebrates 911. And Hamas. And Mao Zedong. And mind you, Joe Rogan, as they point out here, supported Bernie Sanders in 2020, endorsed Trump in 2024, but has grown increasingly critical of the president in his second term and so forth and so on. While rogue Rogan only politically idiosyncratic, you can make a strong case that the Joe Rogan of the left is Joe Rogan. He is a liberal. Almost every profile of Parker feels the need to emphasize. This is appearance on a level comparable to Gavin Newsom, the Times suit. He is, by conventional standards, a very handsome man. He’s six feet four inches tall, built like a professional athlete with a square jaw, a beard, and a a head of thick, dark hair. In December, the Guardian gushed. The pecker was tall, muscular, fashionable and handsome, far too alpha to fit leftie stereotypes. Yeah. Just give him the right uniform, you know? Brown shirt. Throughout his career, Parker stood out for saying the sorts of things that once were fodder for cancel culture, or at least negative consequences for a person in the public eye. Yeah. Most famously or infamously, Piker said on his program in 2019, before his rise to fame and fortune American deserve a 911 dude effort. I’m saying it. We f ing totally brought this upon ourselves, dude. Holy s we did. We f ing did. Wow. Articulate to an October 2024 Democratic Representative Ritchie Torres, who represents the Bronx in Congress, wrote in Twitch’s management about Pikers comments. Among them, Mr. Piker has all but exposed himself as an apologist for the sexual violence and savage rapes of October the seventh. It doesn’t matter if rape happened on October seven. It doesn’t change the dynamics for me, Mr. Piker declares, before finally admitting that Palestinian resistance, his euphemism for terrorism, isn’t perfect. Mr. Piker has said he has no issue with Hezbollah, the world’s most heavily armed terrorist organization, and has given a platform to a suspected terrorist from the Houthis. The US government has declared Hezbollah a foreign terrorist organization. In the case of the former and the Houthis, a specially designated global terrorist organization and outside the context of October seven. But don’t worry, New York Times loves the guy. Pikers is even joked and mused about men date raping women on a college campus and has posted an image of a handgun on top of the United States senator in what appears to be open invitation to gun violence against the sitting elected senator. That’s Rick Scott of Florida, inviting once followers to school an elected official. Whether it be done in earnest or in jest, in the kind of threat that warrants serious attention from federal law enforcement. You’re damn right. When he’s not joking amusing about rape, his son Parker, alternates between rape, denial and rape apology. He denies either the sexual violence of ten seven or he denies that it matters. Mr. Piker once described the sexual violence on ten seven as rape fantasies are rape hallucinations. Now, remember, poker describes himself as a feminist. Links to the video clips of Piker making. These statements can be found in the notes to Torres’s letter. Good for Torres. You might think that statements like it doesn’t matter if rape happened on October seven or let the streets soak in their red capitalist blood. My preclude Parker from appearing on high profile programs or with Democratic officials. Well, you’d be wrong. Anyway, this month, Michigan Democrat Senate candidate Abdul Al Saeed held campaign events with Baker on the campus of Michigan State University and University of Michigan. Instead of our pikers, America doesn’t deserve 911 comment outside, who wants to be a U.S. senator said Baker’s comments have been taken out of context. No, they weren’t. Packer proved to be a sufficiently controversial figure for the board of trustees of Michigan State University, and the president there offered a vague and extremely softly worded criticism. Hmm. About two weeks ago, Parker appeared on the Pod Save America podcast. It was interviewed by Jon Favreau, former director of speechwriting for Obama, about his past comments about Hamas. Pharaoh said, I want to stay in the theme of violence just for a minute, because I think it connects to another comment of yours that’s been circulating. This one from Jan Hamas is a thousand times better than the fascist settler colonial apartheid state of Israel. Piker said, I stand by that. While also I will say this is the one that bothered me the most when I first heard it, and I remember having a reaction to it when I first saw it in January, because I think even if you believe what happened in Gaza, genocide, what happened in the West Bank is apartheid. Those are different claims from Hamas is a thousand times better. PICA What? I mean, it’s all of the above. I do mean it. I think that’s a rhetorical move because it frustrates a lot of people. I’ve also said I’m a harm reduction voter, I’m a lesser evil voter, and therefore I would vote for Hamas over Israel every single time. Pike is not asserting moral equivalence between Hamas and Israelis, asserting Hamas moral superiority to Israel. And it goes on and on and on. This guy is a pig. He’s a terrorist supporter. Against our country, against Israel, he and anyone who disagrees with. And there’s a lot worse about him That’s not even in this article. And this is the guy, Ro Kahana, the representative from Silicon Valley, said he won. He was pleased to go on his show and do it again. And this is the guy the Democrat Party embraces as a spokesman for its party. Unofficially, of course. I just want you to know. I’ll be right back.
Segment 4
I honestly never thought I’d see the day when somebody who celebrates 9/11 and Mao Zedong. And October 7th. There’s a rich little bastard born with a platinum foot in his mouth. Will be celebrated by any party. And yet he’s celebrated by the Democrat Party. Where he is celebrated by The New York Times. Can you imagine having a loved one die on 911? Or die from 911. And this guy makes these comments like it’s no big deal. And he celebrated by the Democrat Party in The New York Times. And he’s making millions of dollars as a podcaster. I mean, what company even platformed somebody like that. There’s no excuse for it. None. Our one is over. It’s gone very, very quickly. We have two left. My foot is on the gas pedal. We don’t tap the brakes around here. Not now. Not ever. I’ll be right back.
