The War Powers Resolution was passed after Vietnam, but no president of either party has accepted its constitutionality.

I’m calling out Hakeem Jeffries for declaring “we’re losing the war” — a line that hands talking points to our enemies and demoralizes the Americans fighting this campaign. In the middle of a real military operation, you don’t sabotage your own side from the sidelines. I’m not letting that kind of defeatist rhetoric stand.
