On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, the Democrat Party is willing to shut down the government primarily to cripple ICE, preventing the deportation of illegal aliens, including criminals. Democrats hate hardworking American citizens and seek to gain political power by allowing illegal aliens to influence elections. Democrats’ opposition to the SAVE Act exists because they want illegal immigrants to vote and cheat in elections. House Republicans must insist on including voter ID requirements in the funding legislation, let Democrats cause a shutdown if necessary, and fight the battle publicly. Also, the media headlines say that Alex Pretti’s death was ruled a homicide by the coroner. Most of the media outlets are not explaining that this only means a person or persons caused the death of another, not that a crime was committed. It is not death by accident, suicide, etc. An investigation of his death is underway. Later, Iran is an Islamist terrorist regime slaughtering its own people by the tens of thousands while pursuing nuclear capabilities and long-range missiles. Negotiations or deals are doomed to fail, just like it did with North Korea, where past agreements and subsidies failed miserably. Iran is currently at its weakest—economically devastated and militarily vulnerable—with no need for ground troops to decisively strike its nuclear program.

Segment 1
Well before I came on the air here, America. The coroner who examined Alex Petty’s body has concluded it was a homicide. I’ve been reading the news reports on this and they don’t really explain what that means. They want you to draw that conclusion. If you watch enough TV, Law and Order, other police type shootings that a homicide has a criminal context. When you watch these dramas on television or if you watch the first 48 and so forth. But when a coroner declares that a person is dead by homicide. It has nothing to do with criminality per se. It means that the person hasn’t died of natural causes, of suicide, of an accident, and so forth and so on. It doesn’t mean they were murdered. It does mean they were killed. By another person or persons. You understand what I’m saying, Mr. Producer? But they leave this dangling out there because the Democrat Party and that includes all of its elements, the media, academia. These Marxists, the Islamists, the illegal aliens and all their front groups and so forth. They all act, if you’ll notice, in a synchronized fashion. In a synchronized fashion. Now they do that. Either because they’re actually synchronizing or by coincidence, because they have the same ideology and they have the same motives. To advance the cause of the Democrat Party. A centralized state and a one party system. And that way they get what they want. The Islam ification of America. The spread of Marxism throughout academia and society. And wide open borders to change the citizenry and the demographics of the nation. That’s what the Democrat Party stands for. That’s what these elements of the Democrat Party stand for. Now. We have a Democrat Party. That is prepared to shut down the government for several reasons. Number one, it wants to cripple ice. By crippling ice. You see, that means that we cannot deport illegal aliens. Including criminals. So when you hear them. Particularly the most radical among them, which is kind of a oxymoron. Because they’re all quite radical. But when you do, you hear them talk about. Breaking up DHS. Eliminating ICE. Defunding ice. ICE agents are to remove their masks. If that happens, nobody will join ICE because they know that these people are out to harm them and their families and so forth and on and on and on, basically to try and tie their hands and make the job impossible. It make the the effort impossible. And this is the Democrat Party. Okay. This is the Democrat Party. The Democrat Party hates you, Mr. Mrs. America. They hate hardworking Americans here in the Commonwealth of Virginia, which I’ll be leaving soon for another state because I’m a resident of Florida. But I mean. Leaving as quickly as I can. I have to come back and forth, but mostly forth rather than back. They’ve got their hooks into the into the system now and they’re going to destroy the state. 52 different. Taxes. User fees. Increase in sales. Taxes. Increase in income taxes. All kinds of brand new taxes and so forth and so on to fund all their radical desires, the complete destruction of public education. They’re going to put d-ii back in. Among other things. Among other things. And so they campaign as moderates and they’re absolutely radical extremists, vile, poisonous, cancerous nutjobs. And so they want to shut down the government if they can. Maybe they’ll give it a two week hiatus. Because they want to destroy the immigration system, which means they want to take over the country without convincing citizens to vote for them, just to populate the nation in ways that they get more House seats, more Electoral College votes. And the game is over. But there’s another thing. They are fighting to the death. Pretty much political death. To put in voter ID laws where you have to demonstrate you’re a citizen. And Schumer, who is the lowest of the low lies he calls this Jim Crow era voter I.D. laws. So now you’re a white racist. If you want voter ID laws, you understand. You’re a white racist. Because what other reason could you possibly want? Voter ID laws and you’re a white racist from the Jim Crow era, of course, was a Democrat Party era, but who wants to confuse their rhetoric and propaganda? Here we have from Fox. Schumer Threatens to Kill Funding Deal If House Republicans Attack Elections Bill requiring voter ID, photo ID and citizenship proof. Because you see, that’s just a bridge too far. That’s a mountain too high. To show that you actually are allowed to vote under law. So state law requires you to be a citizen to vote. Federal law requires you to be a citizen to vote. The Republicans are saying you need to have evidence, but a document of some kind. And the Democrats are saying, no, no, we’re not going to do that. We’re not going to do that. Now, the only reason. Is because they cheat. That’s it. That’s it. They want illegals to vote. And they go on and on about the integrity of elections. How can there be integrity in elections, given the number of illegal aliens in this country? And the destruction in so many states of the standards and the requirements to ensure that the voter is supposed to vote. Senate majority. Excuse me. My bad. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer warned if House Republicans try to jam voter ID legislation into the Trump backed funding deal, it would be dead on arrival in the Senate. You realize every senator on the Democrat side, or certainly almost on would vote against. The funding bill if it has a voter ID requirement. When you’re stopped by a police officer, you have to show a driver’s license. So they know who you are and you’re in a computer base so they know who you are, including whether you’re a citizen or not. Whether you’re a criminal or not. House Republicans want to walk away from the current spending fight with a victory of sorts, despite President Trump taking the lead, negotiating a temporary funding truce with Schumer and Senate Democrats. I stand with the House Republicans who are demanding a voter ID legislation and let the Democrats shut down the government over that, and hopefully the Republicans will get there their ability to speak back, take the marbles out of their mouth, and explain to the American people that the Democrats do not want only citizens voting. There is no other defense for this and we shouldn’t entertain it. Nothing to do with race or white supremacy. Nothing. This is the party that’s come up with the most complicated tax federal tax laws one can imagine. But when it comes to showing a driver’s license or something else, the equivalent. That’s too difficult. You see, that’s too complicated. The party of regulation. The party of the Leviathan. Showing that you’re a citizen. That’s too complicated. And beside you must be a white racist. Nobody’s buying that. They’re demanding that the five bill funding package, which stripped out the controversial Department of Homeland Security spending bill in favor of a two week funding extension also include the House Republicans updated Safeguarding American Voter Eligibility Act. Dubbed the Save America Act. But doing so is a bridge too far, huh? How about that for Schumer? The top Senate Democrat argue that legislation, which has been sitting on the shelf in the House for months, is, quote, reminiscent of Jim Crow era laws, unquote, and would act as a means to suppress voters rather than encourage more secure elections. Suppress voters. By showing that you’re a citizen. Somebody’s buying that one that suppresses voters. As I’ve said before, and I’ll say it again, the SAFE Act would impose Jim Crow type laws to the entire country and is dead on arrival in the Senate. It’s a poison pill, he says, that will kill any legislation that is attached to it. If House Republicans had the say back to the bipartisan appropriations package will lead to another prolonged Trump government shutdown. These guys talk like communists. They talk like thugs. I’m urging the Republicans to let Schumer and his party shut it down. And if the battle is over, a determination that people have an ID to prove that they are who they are in order to vote. That is a battle we should be able to win. I believe that’s an 8020 issue. That the average Democrat out there who’s working for a living, who’s paying taxes for a living, wants to make sure those who vote are actually citizens. People are sick and tired of the Democrats prioritizing illegal aliens, criminal aliens over honest, law abiding, taxpaying American citizens, whether they be Republican, Democrat, or no party affiliation. Well, envoy Witkoff is off and hunting again, I guess. He’s been working on the Russia Ukraine war. He’s been working on Gaza. He’s been working now on Iran. You know, ladies and gentlemen, there is a news site called Axios. Axios. And there’s a guy there, Barack Ravid, any sort of a. A propagandist who used to work at an Israeli outlet called Haaretz, which is about as radical left wing Marxist as it gets. It’s basically run, in my opinion, by self-hating Jews. Well, Axios, in my opinion, is run by self-hating Americans. And they are constantly writing stories that undermine the United States, that undermine the state of Israel. And certainly conservatives, of course. Now, here’s the thing, America. What are we waiting for now with Iran? They want to talk to us again. And now the Turks are involved. And we know Erdogan is a mass murdering, genocidal Islamist maniac. We know he’s destroyed Turkey. There was a secular society set up by the great Ataturk. We know he came to. Power as a nationalist Islamist party, Socialist Party. Ring a bell. So this is problematic. Turkey wants to be part of the military in Gaza along with ready for this Qatar. And of course, Netanyahu says, over my dead body, you’re not going to be right on our border. But somebody or something on our side. I think has it in for Israel. I mean, every step of the way with this Hamas in Gaza. They bypassed Israel. They’re making decisions independent of Israel. I thought I could have sworn. Mr.. But we were against democracy building. Are we against democracy building? Except in one place, apparently. I mean, if we’re in the democracy building, well, then we’ve got to fix Qatar and Saudi Arabia, darling. I mean, these are theocratic monarchies with feudal systems. Hardly any democracy there, I would argue. I mean, they have about as much democracy these days as the state of California, which is one party rule. And soon to be the state of Virginia, which is in a terrible state of confusion right now, the Democrats basically are in the middle of devouring the state and making it impossible for Republicans to win. And even on this issue of affordability, what is it with Republicans? They can’t make the argument that the Democrats tax everything alive and dead, moving or not moving. These taxes are not popular. They ought to be running on the sales tax on a gallon of gasoline. I mean, that that’s one of the favorites of the Democrats are they are the shortages and the expensive electricity another favorite of the Democrat. I don’t understand why these Republicans can’t walk and chew gum at the same time. I just don’t get it. Affordability. We should be running on affordability availability. Survivability. I mean, they support the. The illegal alien criminals over the American citizen. That’s survivability can run on a survivability, affordability, availability. But they don’t do any of it. They sit there with their finger up their nose. But do hold the line on the voter I.D. requirement. Hold the line. Jim Crow. Jim Crow, Chuck Schumer likes to say. So, in other words, if you’re a black person and you believe only citizens should vote, are you a white racist? Who? If you’re a Latino citizen and you believe only citizens should vote, are you a white racist, too? I mean, the the imbecility of this should be easily rammed down his disgusting throat. You know, as I think about this voting thing, it’s annoying the hell out of me. Jim Crow. You know, a Jim Crow was the voting requirements, a literacy test or a poll tax who were taxed in order to vote had nothing to do with showing that you’re a citizen. Everybody had a show. They were citizens in these areas, white, black, in between. So it has nothing to do with Jim Crow, of course. But now the idea. Well, let me ask you this. If proving your citizenship is Jim Crow, why do you have driver’s licenses, Mr. Peters? Why do we have driver’s licenses? Why don’t we have passports? Why do we need any proof of citizenship? Improving citizenship. Is Jim Crow. These people are so stupid and imbecilic. They come up with this crap. And the Republicans don’t know how to respond to it. Okay. Now we’ll burn all of our forms of identification. If citizenship. Is white supremacist. It’s the government. That requires citizenship and acknowledges citizenship. If you come into the country to take a citizenship test, are you supposed to know? Skip that one. Forget it. Bad example. But there’s a lot of things tied to citizenship and personal identification, isn’t there? If you try to get on a plane lightly, no, I’m not going to show you my real I.D. I mean, it’s even more now than a typical driver’s license. Real I.D.. Oh, what about the fake one? Real I.D.? Real I.D.. And if you don’t show us real ID, you got to pay another 45. But whatever the thing is. Okay, so now I get to says, You know what? You must be a white supremacist. Excuse me, I’m African-American. Excuse me, Shermer said You’re a white supremacist. You’re a throwback to Jim Crow. I’m not showing you my game. What do you think of that? Well, you get handcuffed. So they want I.D.. They don’t want I.D.. They want all kinds of information about you get these census forms. They go on and on. So I can say they. Where were you born? How much did you weigh? Did you have hair on your head? I mean, it goes on and on and on. Well, I don’t want to complete that. Well, he better. Otherwise, somebody’s going to knock on the door. Maybe something else. Okay. But no, it’s Jim Crow to have a voter I.D., as you well know. Now, this should tell you everything you want to know about illegal immigration, birthright citizenship, trying to get rid of ICE and the Border Patrol open borders. They should tell you every damn thing you want to know. It doesn’t matter if you’re a citizen. Do these people. As a matter of fact, they don’t like citizens because at least half of us don’t vote for them. Hey, I have an idea. What is it, Democrats? If we eliminate all the citizenship stuff, we can’t lose any elections. Wink, wink. Because we know that illegal aliens who get amnesty well for us and their children shoo in for us. It’s what the data shows. No, no. You got to have a voter I.D.. Oh. What are you, a white supremacist? And reminds me of Jim Crow. Excuse me. Now, the truth is, if we had things like. Literacy tests. The truth is that Democrats would always lose. Mr. Producer. Have you listen to these Democrats lately? Are they literate? Are they literate? Is Bernie Sanders literate? He knows the same seven communist bumper sticker lines and slogans. Here, turn that shit up. Yo, man. You know what is he now? What does AOC know? They’re all barely literate. Remember Biden? Now there’s a guy who was utterly illiterate. But you listen to them. They got their memorised phrases down. That’s it. That’s it. So if you say something like. You know Alexis de Tocqueville. When? When. I mean, why not? Aristotle. Oh, come on. I don’t see why. Yeah. And so are you. No, no, no. I can’t cite him. What about Adam Smith? Oh, wow. That’s right. Adam Smith. Edmund Burke. Yes, Go on. They’re not very literate on the Democrat side and they don’t really care. I don’t really care. So we can never have literacy tests, not because of race, but because the Democrats are stupid. They’re dumber than we are. They just are not fence. Of course there are exceptions to the rule. Please understand. Not many, but there are. I get it. But now we come to Iran. I didn’t lose my place. I’m here. Why is this complicated? Let’s see. For 40. Let’s see. 19. For 47 years, they’ve been wanting to blow us off the face of the earth. Well, you know. Okay. And let’s. We expect their propaganda. Yeah. Well, we just blew up their nuclear sites. They actually had nuclear says, well, you know. We got them. If they do it again, we’ll hear them again, you know. But we only hit them once. No president other than Trump paid them. He’s only president. Three more years. Well. They’re slaughtering their people, but they want to talk to us about a deal. Well, maybe the people deserve it. What do you mean? What do you mean? Well, if they just be quiet and get along, you know, and everything would be swell. They’re slaughtering their people by the tens of thousands. And we’re going to talk to them. Now, let me ask you a question, America. I really am baffled by this. It’s absolutely incoherent to me. It’s an Islamist terrorist regime, is it not, Mr. Producer? So we’re going to sign a piece of paper with them, maybe, and they’re going to honor it. You’re not a terrorist, says Mr. Mrs. America. It’s somebody that doesn’t follow the rules. They don’t even follow the rules of war. They don’t even dress like soldiers. They try to attack the citizenry. They try to use weapons of mass destruction against innocent. People who disagree with them, but they sign the agreement. Oh, yeah, they signed the agreement. We got a deal. They’ve promised not to do this. And yet they’re still slaughtering their people. Well, you know that. Six one half a dozen. The. Well, what are we supposed to. Besides, if we attack them. Yes. According to the Qataris and the Turks and the Saudis and the Egyptians, all our dear friends. One is a military dictatorship and the other three Islamist dictatorships, two of which are monarchies. Yes, Yes. They have our best interest, don’t you know? Three of them fund terrorism, including in our country, tried to assassinate our president. Apparently, that doesn’t upset the administration. It upsets me. It’s very weird. But that said. They don’t want us to attack Iran because all kinds of problem in the Middle East. They don’t want us to attack Iran because they’re allied with Iran. That’s why. That’s why. Qatar’s allied with Iran. Saudi Arabia is now allied with Iran. Saudi Arabia has become radicalized. Egypt is playing footsie with Iran. And of course, Turkey has come to Iran’s defense publicly now because Erdogan really hates the Jews. Maybe not as much as Tucker Carlson, but he really does hate the Jews. Being an Islamist genocidal maniac not. But who cares what they think? I told you, they just fired a missile, an intercontinental ballistic missile, 7000 miles, around 10,000 kilometers. With the approval and support of the Russians, they shot it from Iran to Siberia. Got that? There would be like shooting at it from Iran to New York City, where Amanda Smith is mayor. A Washington, D.C. or Philadelphia. For Baltimore, maybe. I don’t know. Maybe they prefer Atlanta. You never know. Maybe Miami. It’s a regime that would kill a million, 5 million of its people to stay in power because they don’t care about the people. They don’t even care about the country. It’s the party, the party that matters. And the party is this Islamist fundamentalist entity. I’ve told you before and other people are using it and they should, because it’s a smart point. No brag, just fact that we cut deal after deal after deal with North Korea. Starting in the eighties, all the way into the 2000s, we actually subsidize them to the tune of billions and billions of dollars Clinton did in order to try and buy peace and feed their people. North Korea. Is a hellhole. The people are smaller than most people because they don’t get nutrition. They died a very young age. Many are in death camps where they are raped. Tortured and murdered. You’re killed summarily. If somebody says that you said something. You know, all the money goes into the military, all of it. He goes into the the head, Stalinist or not ONA, who inherited the country from his father. His father inherited from his grandfather. See, that’s how it works. And Khamenei wants his sons to inherit Iran. When God takes him, which I hope is sooner than later, for God’s sakes. But what about America? What about our children and grandchildren? Do we really want them to have to confront this? We’re Mad Men. Have multiple nuclear warheads and missiles to reach our country and ballistic missiles, because that’s where they’re going. I don’t care how many times we knock it out. Like their own foreign minister mumbled. You can take out our site. You can’t take our knowledge. We’re going to just. Keep doing this until we get it right, and then we’re going to have subsequent presidents like Joe Biden, who will actually help them fund it, or Obama who will appease it. But what are we going to do now? A negotiation. Diplomacy in the face of this kind of an enemy. Who is weaker than he’s ever been. Ever. Whose economy is a disaster? Who couldn’t put up a a significant fight if they wanted to. Oh, they can do some damage, but they can’t win. They can’t even come close to winning. And we could do this without any any ground troops. There’s no time like now, and there never will be another time like now. And we’re going to pass this on. Look at your kids. We’re going to pass it on to them. Or your grandchildren. Rather than take care of business right now. What can they possibly say? These Islamist mass murdering bastards. What can they possibly say that’s worth agreeing to? That’s worth signing in if they don’t comply. Where are we going to go? To the U.N.. My view. Let’s stop playing games. Stop dragging this out. Let’s get it over with now. Get it over with. And damn the isolationists who hate our country and hate you. We’re hanging out with Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Well, we’re working hard folks developing our video podcast. I’m told not to call it a video podcast. Mr. Producer You know, we’ve a radio podcast. They said called a vodcast. Have you ever heard of that? The difference is a podcast has in some cases a purely audio element to it. So I said to this person, though, wait a minute, that has an audio element to it. But they do the video element, right? Isn’t that the point? But technically, it’s not. So I said, Can you please call it a vodcast? So I’ll call it a vodcast, but I have to explain. It’s a podcast with video, right? I just want to make sure the public understands what we’re talking about. It’s hard enough to launch a video podcast without calling it a video podcast. I’m just saying. So we’ll call a vodcast, a.k.a. a video podcast. And the goal is to launch it mid February, the second or third week into February, and it’ll be a little different. We’re going to do it three times a week for about 45 minutes each session. We’re going to continue with our wonderful radio platform because that’s the mothership. We will continue with our FOX program. But I can’t continue with everything, as you can notice. So I’m not. But I. I will do these three platforms and of course, continue to write my book because I love to do that. That’s why. It gives me very. Well, a very enriching intellectual challenge when I write a book. When I do these programs. Same thing. But. I want to congratulate our man. Dan Bongino is back. He’s relaunched his program. I was listening to part of it today, more vigor than ever before. And you know, he’s a warrior. We can’t have our generals who are not on the field, not now. We got the midterms coming up. We got to take out Iran. We got to deal with the the Christian haters and the Jew haters and the American haters. And I’ll get to him in a minute. And so the more voices, strong, smart voices, the better. So it’s good to have him back. He’s a good buddy, good friend.
