On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, President Trump will do what he said on Iran – the red lines have been crossed. Certain of our military and related assets have to be re-positioned — both in and out of the region — to ensure whatever is done is done in a way that is effective and results in the best outcome and the least exposure to our forces and surrounding countries. This is no small task. The way you stop this regime is to take out Ali Khamenei. Also, the war on ICE is a war on American citizens, driven by illegal aliens who claim rights to residency, welfare benefits, tax subsidies, and jobs while refusing to leave. There are highly organized, radical, violent Marxists and ethnic front groups who are obstructing their removal, which undermines borders and leads to children of illegals becoming citizens who vote Democrat. There are also avenues for civil action against individual perpetrators. Later, an article from Canada Free Press warns that America is under threat from a tireless minority of paid activists, funded by anti-American oligarchs like George Soros, Bill Gates, and Klaus Schwab, who exploit uninformed “useful idiots” driven by emotions rather than reason to sow chaos and lawlessness, aiming to dismantle the government and impose a New World Order that could reduce global population by 80%. It highlights how the U.S. Constitution, while granting individual liberties, becomes vulnerable to abuse by evildoers, potentially turning it into a national suicide pact amid rising corruption and street violence.

Segment 1
Hello America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. The slaughter in Iran goes on. The Democrat lawbreakers and obstructionism blocking ice that goes on. The more that I want to discuss with you, I actually have some ideas on how to deal with those people. I have no inside information as to what the president’s going to do. I don’t even think the vice president or secretary of state or secretary of defense are sure. But I do know that we are preparing. Just based on what I’m seeing in case the president makes a decision for some form of military action, there is a lot a media reporting on it, much of it contradictory. For instance, there’s a report out from Axios, a guy named Barack Ravid, who’s never right, who is basically the the catcher for curveballs that are thrown by certain people in the administration and elsewhere, saying that the prime minister of Israel asked for this to slow down. I find that hard to believe since they wanted to take out this regime in June. Also, the Arab states, including Qatar, which is a special pleader for Iran as it is for all terrorist regimes and terrorists. Saudi Arabia was behind 911. And certain other regimes like Turkey, which is led by a an Islamist genocidal maniac, Erdogan. They all ask the president not to attack, but if he did, to basically make it pro forma rather than effective in terms of the regime itself. And my own view. And I. I will have to be proven wrong before I change my mind. Obviously, is that President Trump is a great president. He is a great leader. He is a. Humanitarian. And when he saw those videos of young people murdered, that it affected him deeply, that he has set the so-called red line more than once, perhaps half a dozen times. And the consequences for not following through on that would be significant for our country and significantly bad. China would think nothing of invading Taiwan. Russia will never come to the table, even though they barely come to the table now. And on and on and on. So president is a smart man and. I think he’s a very moral man and I think he’s got this figured out. That’s my view. And we will see what happens. It won’t be that long. And I don’t like the delay, but I understand it from a strategic perspective and a tactical prospect. I don’t like it because people are dying and they are being killed. They’re not hanging them publicly, but they’re murdering them. And the prisons are loaded with these young people who are being raped and tortured and murdered. The blackouts still there. If they’re not killing people, why is there a blackout? Why isn’t the Internet working? Why can’t we get any additional information other than that that is snuck out of the place? Very problematic to me. Lindsey Graham’s off to Israel. I’m not exactly sure why, to be perfectly frank about it, but there he goes. He’s been it’s been very positive and effective in these. In this situation as far as I’m concerned. And it’s interesting to see which members of Congress are absolutely silent. It’s interesting to see, as I pointed out last evening, that the river to the sea crowd is silent. The Hamas supporting crowd is silent. The Marxist Islamists and our colleges and universities are silent. Much of the media are silent. It’s obviously because the Jews aren’t involved. Israel is not involved and the United States not involved yet. So if they can attack Netanyahu or Trump or Israel or our country, well, they’re sitting there silently. It’s because they support these genocidal maniacs, these Islamists, these Marxists, these mass murders. That’s the truth. If you think it’s hard to believe, then explain. If there’s a contrary view, there isn’t one. Now Qatar, we have a base there. Everybody talks about how wonderful Qatar is. They let us have a base. First of all, that base was put there some time ago during the Iraq war. And Biden renewed it. And then we pledge that we will defend Qatar all costs militarily. We’ll send your kids and grandkids. And and by the way, Qatar himself has been warned about that once, not once, because, look, he’s a complete sleazeball sell out American. He has sold out his own country. But that said, you know, Qatar said you’re not going to use our base to attack Iran. Our base, I thought it was the American base. So now we have a country with 330,000 people and a million people who are basically indentured servants. We have a base there. Right. And they’re telling us what we can do or can’t do with our military base that we are paying for in Qatar. And we’re building a facility in Idaho on one of our air bases for Qatar. But they’re going to tell us what we can and cannot do. With our bombers and our jet fighters on our base in Qatar. Now that seems pretty interesting to me. So they view that base as a way to control what we do. Now we don’t need that base. We don’t need it. We have carriers. We have other locations in and around the area. Of course, we have an ally. We call it Israel. That’s why we have. Qatar should shove its base and take its damn money out of our country. Which it is using to poison this country, undermine it, and set up all these little Islamist centers. When they talk about in Philadelphia, about decapitating us. And by the way, where is Governor Josh SHAPIRO? He’s Jewish. No big deal. Where is he? This sell out knows that in order to get the nomination of the Democrat Party, he can’t attack the Islamists. He’s no moderate. That’s the truth. Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia said, you can’t use our airspace. Well, first of all, we don’t need to use their airspace. But here we have the main actor behind 911 telling us what we can and cannot do with our aircraft, can’t use our air base. Now, we’re told that Qatar and Saudi Arabia are going to pour trillions of dollars into this country. Have we seen it yet? Where is it? Well they can shove their money to. Now one of the Arab countries that actually has been extremely loyal to us is the UAE. The UAE. They’ve said nothing about Iran. In other words, they don’t want their populations to get upset, but they’re not saying anything to prevent us or to try and obstruct us or anybody else from dealing with the Iranians. I mean, Qatar shares oil reserves with Iran. Qatar has helped Iran sell oil to, among others, communist China. They play both sides of the fence. So does Saudi Arabia. So it’s now become abundantly clear. Abundantly clear. The administration doesn’t need an excuse that Israel told us they’re not ready to go as a reason not to go. That’s why I don’t buy that. We make our own decisions. It just doesn’t make any sense to me. But regardless, even if they did. The clock is ticking. Now, one of the reasons and I posted this is that I understand a delay as long as it doesn’t go on forever. Is it takes a lot of effort to reposition military assets. It takes a lot of effort. To move certain military assets out of the immediate region and to bring certain other military assets into the region, like our carrier force. Now. We had a tremendous, tremendous flotilla in that area. It’s been moved, obviously. It’s been moved and I have some ideologues over at the Pentagon. Not the secretary of defense, but some of the the phony eggheads. And I say phony. Equating it’s the two types. They’ve always said we shouldn’t really have a major focus in the Middle East. We should have more of a focus, you know, with China and so forth and so on. And you might say, well, that makes sense. Well, maybe it does, but now they don’t even believe that. They don’t even believe that. This isolationist crowd is a suicide craft. Isolationism has never worked. Appeasement has never worked. Pacifism has never worked. And the president knows it. He killed Suleimani. He killed Baghdadi. He bombed Syria. He’s done more. He bombed Iran. He took Mindoro out. He knows. He knows. The people in Iran. I want the people all over the world to know because this program is heard all over the world. There are tens of millions of Americans who want something done. They help you? Something significant and effective. And I tell you this, my fellow Americans. That’s one of the reasons there needs to be a period of pause. Hopefully not too long, as I say, because people are dying. In order to make sure we have the defense of weaponry as well as the offensive weaponry. I would also say this as a pedestrian. If you want to take out this regime. You want to take it out, not just hit them, but take it out. You got to take out. Khamenei. You got to take out you got to cut off the head of the snake, as they say. That’s what you’re going to have to do. And it needs to be done. I’ll be right back.

All right. And we’re going to circle back to this issue, but I want to touch on other issues and then we’ll circle back and do them in a more thorough way. Other additional information I want to discuss with you and share with you. This war on ice is a war on we, the American citizen, we the people. If illegal aliens in this country who claim the right to be here, who claim our welfare benefits, claim other tax subsidies, claim the right to jobs. And they refused to leave. And we have highly organized, radical, violent Marxists. And others ethnic front groups. They’re doing everything possible to prevent their removal. This will, of course, destroy any semblance of a border, even moving the border secure. And of course, it means that when they have children, depending on what the Supreme Court does, those children will be American citizens and they will vote Democrat. For those of you who’ve been listening to this program for 20 some years, this is not new, new information. We’ve been talking about it before anybody else would, because they were afraid. The left called it replacement theory. It’s not a theory. It is replacement. That in part is how mundane he got elected mayor of New York. And that, in part, is what’s happening these various. Areas of our country that have been populated by effectively separatists, Islamist separatists supported by Marxists because they believe anything to take down the country. And so I’ve written about this all the way back since Liberty and Tyranny and the immigration chapter. That’s 15, 16 years ago. We’ve talked about it over the last what is it now, Richard? Almost 24 years. And it’s good to see some people waking up to it, but it’s too late now. We have to do something about it. It’s well beyond a quote unquote, theory. It’s reality and it’s here and it’s in our face. Now these organized efforts, these organized efforts to obstruct federal law enforcement from enforcing federal law. And that includes, of course, immigration law and it includes the deportation of real, violent, vile criminals. As well as others who are here illegally and are supposed to be removed. Is a furtherance of this revolution by immigration. These are foreigners who have no right to be in our country, period. These are criminals who have no right to be in our country. Period. Terrorists. Terrorists want to be who want to be in our country. Period. More on that with Carlyle and so forth in a moment. But I’ll tell you what amazes me. There are tools that are available on the civil side that I think would be even more effective than the criminal side, given the nature of the judiciary these days. Three that I want to recommend right now openly to the Department of Justice. Number one, the Department of Justice can bring civil lawsuits for damages to federal property. People attack courthouses. They attack vehicles that are used by ICE and other federal law enforcement. They can be sued for damages. They have to get lawyers the time it takes and real expense that affects them directly and their families directly. I got two more. But I think these are tools that must be used. I got to that are even better. We’ll be right back.

All right, America, here’s what I’m saying. There’s three avenues for civil action that should be brought against individual perpetrators, individual perpetrators. So they’re not just acting as a group or there’s some criminal charge, trespass or assault that’s brought and sits there for years and years and years. I’m thinking something a little differently that can be done in addition to that or exclusive of that. As I said at the beginning. Number one, civil lawsuits by the Department of Justice for damages to federal property. So somebody and that includes briefcases, papers. Attacking a vehicle, whatever it is. That is a. Not only a crime, but that provides a basis for civil litigation by the federal government. I’m not aware this has been done, but it ought to be done and it ought to be done a lot. Number two, very important. Individual ICE agents. You know, they’re citizens to their citizens, too, even though the left, the media and the Democrats try to dehumanize them, each one of them. Is flesh and blood, each one of them as a family. And each one of them. If they’re performing their duties and they are assaulted by one of these rioters, if they’re assaulted by one of these rioters, they can bring a civil lawsuit against the rioter. Who did indeed assault them. That is one of the agents. The agent who was assaulted can bring the civil lawsuit against the rioter who assaulted him. We should be encouraging this. Their union should be encouraging this. Legal groups that do litigation should be involved in this. That’s number two. Number three. The federal civil asset forfeiture law. Any vehicle used by anybody. To block ice, that is. Obstructing federal law enforcement from doing their official responsibilities. They should forfeit their vehicles. They should be seized on the spot. And they should be sold. Whether it’s a truck, a pickup truck, a car doesn’t matter. Motorcycle. They should be forfeited. The vehicles should be forfeited. Seized by ice. And sold. Now, this may not bring an end. An end to this highly organized, ideologically driven and funded. Effort to overthrow our country. But these are more tools, more weapons that can be used that will directly affect the rioter, directly affect the perpetrator, directly affect the assaulter. So they have to literally pay for what they’ve done. Not just get a mug shot and a smirk. And so what? 30 days in jail, whatever it is. No. Guess what? Guess what? You’re the federal government money. Guess what? The federal agents are going to sue you for everything you’ve got. Because you’ve assaulted them. That’s not really a federal offense. That’s a civil offense. Never forget these two words. Pain, suffering, Mr. Producer. Nobody better at it than these slip and fall lawyers, the ambulance chasers. But in this case, it’s real. For instance, that ICE agent that was hit by that automobile and had internal bleeding. He could sue that family. He absolutely can. Absolutely can. And the feds could take that vehicle. I’m just using that as an example. There are other examples where there’s not, you know, firearms involved. Let’s say one of these people. Spray something at an ICE agent that’s assault. Throws something at an ICE agent. That’s assault. Hits an ICE agent. That’s assault pushes an ICE agent. That’s assault. That ICE agent. Depending on the facts, obviously has a potential private individual case of action against that rider, that protester, that person who assaulted them. And again, the vehicles. Seize the vehicles. Forfeit the vehicles. And sell them. Somebody puts a truck in front of a street. Take it. Oh, thank you. What a gift. That’s correct. That’s correct. Now, what about the Insurrection Act? The Insurrection Act? I did an entire show on that on Fox, and I’ve done it for you. I always do it for my radio audience. Insurrection Act has been used, at least give or take, three dozen times by presidents of the United States of both parties since Thomas Jefferson. Even before we had an Insurrection Act. Since him. All the way up to George W Bush. Excuse me, George H.W. Bush. The president of the United States is much more restrained than he’s given credit for. He hasn’t used it yet, despite the riots in L.A. and other cities. And now what’s going on in Minneapolis? He didn’t use it in his first term either. But he can. It’s constitutional, absolutely legal. Despite what the Democrats say when they talk about dictatorship, they Gestapo. These are very sick people, the Democrats. They hate America, as my book said. Longest book I’ve ever read. And it could have been twice as long. Page after page after page. A recording of the Democrat Party’s. Hate for this country in its actions against this country. And that is a long list. Right into right now. Today. But that’s how it works. That’s the truth. That’s the truth. They say we’ll get into we’ll be circling back to these different issues because I believe they do need to be discussed. But I want these federal law enforcement officials. You bring these cases in federal court. Not state court. I’m talking about federal. Federal law. Federal statutes. Not state. And don’t you love these Democrats now comparing ICE, trying to enforce federal immigration law that they passed with Republicans? To what’s going on in Iran. That’s how sick it is. He got, by the way. Tucker Carlson interviewing a. A can’t an on a comrade. A Putin’s. He says Putin got rid of the moneychangers. Mr. Producer. Money changes. Where have we heard that before? Rich. The money changes. Which is another phrase that’s used to attack Jews. That’s what the Klan does. The neo-Nazis do. The Third Reich. Tucker Carlson is a Klansman, in my opinion, without the white robe and without the bow tie. Now, that’s what he is effectively, that’s what he is. He says all the same things they say, but he’s worse. He actually goes to enemy countries to spew this stuff and they repeat him and they use his shows. Like in Iran as they slaughter their own people. We literally have politicians in this country who won’t denounce him and in fact befriend him. That’s not going to work. I’m not going to get into this, but I literally have some people suggesting, Marc, you really need to get off this now. You need to slow down on this stuff. Folks only bring it up when it’s in front of my face. And ten months ago, that’s what everybody was saying. Don’t talk about this. Don’t reveal this. What good is radio? What good is TV? What good is podcasting? If you don’t. Alert your fellow Americans. To this threat that we face internally in this country, whether it’s the Islamists and the Marxists or whether it’s the neofascist. I can’t talk about traffic all the time and the weather all the time. I understand that’s important. I can’t do paint by the numbers here. Some people do. They get on a website, they look at the top ten stories, and I can’t do that. And you don’t want me to do that? So I talk about history in the Constitution. I talk about philosophy and economics. We go very deep sometimes, and I talk about things that are happening today. Sometimes they have a smiley face, but often they don’t. If we look back at history, those of you who do. And say, how did this happen? How did this happen? Why were people so quiet? The New York Times didn’t say anything. The Washington Post didn’t say anything or politicians didn’t say anything. That will never happen with me. I’ve read too many books. I’ve studied too much history. There’s been too much evil. That has been birthed and spreads like a. Like a cancer metastasizing because people don’t have the courage to speak up regardless of the consequences. And I’m going to tell you something have consequences. Right here was a wonderful sponsors, but some of them are going to drop out. Not all of them. Not most of them, but a couple. And that’s okay. Let them go. And not just them. I understand this is upsetting. Upsetting to me, too. But, you know. It’s one thing if my voice if they attempt to silence it, it’s another thing if I silence it myself. I couldn’t live with myself. I don’t come on the air and rant. I don’t come on the air and curse. And I come on the air and feed conspiracy theories. I treat you with respect. I am blessed by you out there. There’s many other places you can go. I know this. I feel like we’re a big. Extended family. This national town hall meeting. I truly do. You people have been on radio. Who can’t handle it. It’s too much work. It’s 3 hours to do it for a couple of years, maybe ten years. And then you go do something else. I’m committed to this. To this platform.
