On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, Phase II of the Gaza peace plan is the most challenging due to Hamas, which refuses to disarm or leave Gaza, abuses Palestinians, murders IDF soldiers, and repeatedly violates the ceasefire. Despite warnings from President Trump of potential obliteration, Hamas persists. Qatar’s emir, a major Hamas funder and host to its leaders, accuses Israel of genocide and ceasefire breaches while calling for a Palestinian state. Turkey’s Erdogan similarly harbors Hamas leaders, threatens Israel, and takes provocative actions. The ceasefire must be enforced urgently to stop ongoing murders and torture, and support should be given to Trump if he orders military action against Hamas. Also, Democrats are keeping the government shutdown by continuing to block a non-controversial continuing resolution to try and blackmail Republicans to approve $1.5 trillion in additional spending. This will generate massive debt—similar to the phony Inflation Reduction Act—leading to inflation, higher prices for gasoline, food, mortgages, and credit cards, ultimately harming average citizens and future generations. Later, Zohran Mamdani must be defeated in New York’s upcoming mayoral race. He dodges questions on Hamas support; campaigns with Imam Siraj Wahaj, who served as a character witness for the 1993 World Trade Center bombing mastermind and called for jihad.

Segment 1
Hello, America. Mark Levin here. Our number, 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. Welcome, America. I’ll be on Hannity tonight. I think they told us 9:20pm Eastern time, something to that effect. If you can’t get enough of me, you can get me there. Um, so we will be there. Obama’s CIA director, John Brennan referred to DOJ for prosecution. Oh, retribution. It’s not retribution. The guy’s accused of lying in front of Congress when only Republicans go to prison over that, that allegation. CNN’s futures at stake owner Warner Brothers Discovery is seeking a sale. They’re not going to get much, that’s for sure. Let’s see here. Putin Trump summit on hold after Russia rejects ceasefire. I think at some point we’ll understand as a country and as a government what Russia is and is not and who Putin is. Putin’s KGB. Putin admires Stalin. Putin talks about cutting through Ukraine and going after Poland and so forth. So I don’t know why we don’t believe the man, what he’s written, what he says and who he is. Now, there’s a lot of time spent today. We have, uh, Jared Kushner and Stephen Witkoff over in Israel with the vice president over in Israel. We have the, uh, CENTCOM Cooper General. He’s over in Israel. So what’s going on over in Israel? Well, I’ll tell you what must be going on over in Israel. And no, I do not have any inside information. I do not seek inside information unless the president calls me or Jared calls me or Witkoff calls me or something like that. But I don’t talk to the ambassador or the ambassador staff, including my stepson. This is just stuff I’m reading and, uh, gauging because I’ve been around a little while. The concern seems to be that Israel will say, hey, look, Hamas is out of control. You’re not disarming Hamas. You’re not removing Hamas. How Hamas killed two IDF soldiers yesterday and wounded many more. We have Qatar putting out these outrageous statements. The emir put out outrageous statements. We have Turkey that wants to destroy us. You’re relying on them. I mean, here’s a headline, New York Post. Israel shares video of Hamas torturing, executing Palestinians as they beg for relief. Urges journalists to shine a light on the atrocities. No, they won’t. Doesn’t involve Israel. Washington free beacon. Hamas commandeers schools and hospitals to interrogate its gods and opponents. All of a sudden, nobody cares about the life of the Palestinians. But the Israelis. It’s incredible. Certainly not in our country. New York Times nations hesitate to send troops to Gaza, fearing clashes with Hamas. So this big volunteer force of Arab and Muslim countries, so far, no president sends. There’s a lot of volunteers. I say, well, go, let’s go. Associated Press Erdogan opposed Netanyahu’s, ah, attendance at the summit. Turkish official confirms. And so what happened? He was disinvited last week to the summit in Egypt. Now, Turkey is supposed to be one of the great defenders. You see, here’s what the Emir of Qatar said. Ready? This is today. And he says it like their biggest meeting of the year. Excuse me. This is the Emir of Qatar, our, ah, new best friend. What has taken place in the Gaza Strip over the past two years amounts to genocide, a term that encapsulates all atrocities. It is regrettable that international legitimacy remains incapable of enforcing its respect when it comes to the tragedy of our brotherly Palestinian people. And remember, they poured $1.8 billion into Hamas, which is now slaughtering Palestinian civilians who haven’t joined up with Hamas. We hereby reaffirm our condemnation of all Israeli violations and practices in Palestine. It’s not Palestine, particularly the transformation of the Gaza Strip into an area unfit for human life, the continued breaches of the ceasefire, which they blame now on Israel. This Qatar, our mediator, the expansion of settlements in the west bank and the ongoing attempts to Judaize Al Haram Al Sharif. We also reaffirm that the Gaza Strip is an integral part of the Palestinian territories and of the unified state of Palestine. So this is all libel, this is all attack, this is all sleazy. And this is the main country. We’re relying on Qatar to deal with Hamas. Qatar is already spending money on hospitals and schools in the parts of Gaza that are actually protected by the IDF. 52% of Gaza protected by the IDF. That’s the only relatively safe part. Nobody’s wanting to go into the Hamas controlled areas. And Qatar is doing that for a reason, as one expert pointed out not long ago. Because by controlling the educational system and controlling the hospitals, they control the population. And that’s the goal for Qatar. They don’t do this out of the goodness of their hearts. It is a terror state. That’s what it is, a terror state. Now, uh, central part of this, in phase two, and we’ve talked about this many times, it was always my concern, the language was relatively ambiguous and it’s the difficult part was Hamas. What’s going to happen to Hamas? I asked over and over again. How is Hamas going to be disarmed? How is Hamas going to be removed? And I don’t think that’s been figured out yet. We’re not going to put boots on the ground. That’s good. The Arab countries and Muslim countries. I’m reading everything I can get my hands on. I’m listening to everything I can hear, and I’m not seeing any of them step up. Not one of them, in fact. Saudi Arabia, the uae, Bahrain, want nothing to do with this as long as Hamas has any power whatsoever. The dirty little secret is Saudi Arabia hates Qatar and vice versa. And vice versa. Now, the President is aware of this. We pulled together a list here of how many times he has posted on True, sent True, uh, social, his concerns about Hamas. And I don’t want to go back a year or six months or anything like that. But most recently, September 3rd, September 7th, September 15th, October 3rd, October 4th, October 14th, October 16th, and of course, today, October 21st, the Vice President talked about naysayers out there today. They’re naysayers on this plan. Naysayers. But I have a very positive view of what’s taken place. He just showed up today. He’s very positive about the progress. It’s going to take time. It’s complex. Well, that’s true. It is going to take time, and it is complex. But just because people raise serious concerns, they see them, they hear them, and they understand them, doesn’t mean they’re naysayers. It means quite the opposite, that they’re prudential, they’re realists, they use their brains. That would be somebody like me. The question has always been, what’s going to happen, Hamas? And I can predict to you right now, and I don’t even do predictions, but I will predict right here. Unless, uh, and until Hamas is eliminated, the eternal peace will not be an eternal peace. The best they can hope for is to keep Hamas caged off in that part of Gaza, away from the other part of Gaza and Israel’s border. That’s not what the peace deal says. But to me, if this is the route that’s being taken, that will be the outcome, or worse. There’s no way in hell Israel is going to allow Turkey to have troops in its country. Given that Aragon is a Islamist, he’s a genocidal murderer. Uh, he wants to destroy the state of Israel. He’s made that clear. He has threatened Israel militarily and economically. So that’s not going to happen. That’s not going to happen. Uh, Saudi Arabia is not jumping in UAE is not jumping. And Bahrain is so smart, I don’t even know if they have an army. They’re certainly not jumping in. Qatar’s not jumping in. Jordan’s not jumping in. So who’s jumping in? I just would like to know. And not one of these countries would actually take a Palestinian, you might recall. And none of them are offering to take any Palestinians right now. So it is complex, very complicated, and reality is very important. Prudence is very, very important. And apparently nobody cares about the lives of Palestinians anymore except the Israelis. You don’t hear a single Arab country talking about it. You don’t hear a single Muslim country talking about it. You barely even hear our own country talking about it. I’ll be right.
Segment 2
So we have this government situation. The government keeps taking our money. This is what I find appalling. The Democrats know that you and I keep paying our taxes. Businesses, small, large, medium, they keep paying their taxes. God forbid somebody dies in your family. The inheritance tax that continues to be paid. All these taxes that go into the federal government, they just keep generating revenue. Generating revenue, generating revenue. And the Democrats have decided that it’s in their best interest theirs to put a roadblock up to a continuing resolution which should not be controversial at all. They had a problem. They were funding illegal aliens. I heard Governor, um, uh, Coconut Head, the one from Delaware, what the hell is his name? Whatever it is, the bald guy. Coons. Coons, that’s right. Say no, that’s not true. No, we’re not. Yes they are. They are funding and want to fund illegal aliens. $200 billion. The Democrats lie. Never forget it. And um, of course they want to continue to fund individuals who are able bodied and able minded and um, with a requirement that they work 20 hours a week, even volunteer 20 hours a week. In other words, they want to spend more money in the budget, up to $1.5 trillion. And they say we’re not going to vote for a continual resolution until we resolve these matters. And not just resolve them, not just have a vote to see if we have the numbers, but to resolve them in a way that benefits our position. So you either do what we tell you to do or uh, we are not taking our foot off the brakes. So they’re blackmailing the Republicans. And it would really be good if the Republicans start to explain they are trying to blackmail US to spend $1.5 trillion more in debt which will break open the gates to inflation. $1.5 trillion more, which is about what they spent. Closer to 2, but good enough when it came to the phony Inflation Reduction act, which was nothing more than a massive giveaway. All these inflated programs. And so the Democrats are blackmailing the American people, they’re blackmailing the Republicans, they’re blackmailing the President. Future generations yet born to create massive amounts of additional debt on top of the additional debt they created when Biden was president. That’s the way I would put it. And the impact on the average citizen is huge. Increases in gasoline prices, food prices, credit card interest rates are going to go up, interest rates on mortgages are going to go up. Everything’s going to become more expensive to everybody. That’s the way I would explain it, because that is what’s going to happen. I like the way the President put it. We will not be extorted. Cut one today, uh, by the way, he’s in the Rose Garden. He’s spending about a quarter of a billion dollars of private money. Private money? No government money on building a ballroom. A ballroom. It’s not necessarily so people can dance, you know, old fashioned dances. It’s to have the facility available for large meetings, large events and so forth, because the White House doesn’t have the room. That’s why they keep throwing up that white tent in the backyard. And of course the Democrats are angry and the media are angry because anytime you do anything that they don’t think of or that doesn’t somehow benefit them, uh, or they can’t take credit for, they attack it. And so they show you that you actually had to take down part of the White House in order to build this new piece. They’re taking down history like the Democrats give a damn about our history, quite frankly. But that aside, I went and I looked at what Truman was doing to the White House was falling down. The east protocol had to be built up. He built the Truman Balcony. And you can see, you can go online yourself. I took one of the photos that’s available and I posted that on, uh, my social sites and you can see what it looked like. And Truman was lauded. He was celebrated for renovating the White House, updating the White House. He spent most of his presidency in the Blair house across Pennsylvania Avenue, right across the street. He was appreciated for what he did, by the way, with taxpayer dollars. And he was appreciated for it. And what he did was very nice. It was necessary. And there’s nothing wrong with what the President’s doing. I think it’ll be really appreciated down the road. I guarantee if the Democrats Ever take the White House. And they will, God forbid, they’ll make maximum use of that extra space in that ballroom. They just hate Trump. It’s that simple. They hate the country, they hate Israel, they hate Trump, they hate you and me. All right, I want you to hear some of this when we return. I’ll be right back.
Segment 3
To his great credit, the President is holding firm. He’s holding tough. He needs to. He needs to. Now on the government issue, on this quote, unquote, shutdown and you know, people are putting out statements, senators and others. It’ll be over by the end of the week. Well, uh, isn’t today Thursday? Mr. No. Wednesday? Tuesday? The hell have I been? It’s Tuesday. Well, we’re getting there. Here’s the President in the Rose Garden today. Cut one, go. And I want to just say from the beginning, our message has been very simple. We will not be extorted on this crazy plot of theirs. They’ve never done this before. Nobody has. You always vote for an extension. Chuck Schumer and the Senate Democrats need to vote for the clean, bipartisan CR& reopen our government. It’s got to be, uh, reopened right now. We’re not doing that. They are the obstructionists. And, uh, the reason they’re doing it is because we’re doing so well. We’re doing well all over the world. We’re doing well with the close to $20 trillion that I just told you about. It will be that number. But even if you take it down to over 17, that’s a guarantee we’re doing well with everything. And they want to scuttle it, they want to sabotage it, and then they want to blame Trump and the Republicans. This is all about their inter party fighting and it’s all about the midterm elections. That’s it. That’s all it is. Cut to go. Today I’m calling on every Senate Democrat to stop the madness, to let our country get back in the greatest moment in the history of our country in terms of wealth, in terms of, uh, job creation, and in terms of investment coming in. These guys go on strike. It’s really a shame. So I’m asking them to be smart. It’s not working. They’re getting killed in the polls. The public understands what they’re doing. They’re doing the wrong thing. Mm. Now, uh, John Fetterman, he’s voted with the Republicans. A couple of the Democrats have just, uh, need a couple more Democrats. I told you, I like this guy, and I do. He’s really grown in office, quite frankly. He’s grown on me. He’s grown on many of you. He’s very gutsy because they’re definitely going to try and take him out, and we will deal with that, and we will defend him, quite frankly. Cut three, go. Some of your Republican colleagues have proposed nuking the filibuster to force the government to reopen. What do you. Yeah, of course. Of course. Carve it out for that absolute. Absolutely. We ran on that. We ran on killing the filibuster, and now we love it. You know, it’s like, stop a second. He’s saying narrowly carve it out when it comes to budgets, which is actually a pretty smart idea, I think. But listen to what he says. We ran on killing the filibuster. All of a sudden, we love it. We love it. Carve it out so we can move on. Go ahead. So we can move on. And I support it because it makes it more difficult to shut the government in the future. And that’s where it’s entirely appropriate. And I don’t want to hear any Democrat clutching their pearls about the filibuster. We all ran on it. I ran on that. Ah, they all hate him. See, the guy tells the truth. The guy is down the line, pretty much in the middle. Not always. Don’t get me wrong. There’s certain things I strongly disagree with them, but there’s certain things they strongly disagree with Republicans on. But the point is, if you take out a Democrat like this, you’re never going to have moderate Democrats. And they want to purify their party. They’ve been purifying it for decades. And so you’re stuck with the Mandamis and the Bernie Sanders and the AOCs and the Talibs and the rest of the reprobates. Here’s Mike Johnson today at the press conference. Cut four, go. Another insider said in that same story, quote, we would have enough votes to reopen the government if people were not terrified of getting the guillotine. Okay, they mean it metaphorically, but in a political sense, that’s exactly what they’re concerned about. Now, think about the fact that we’re just laying out here. These are simple facts. We come out here every morning and Remind the American people of what’s going on. Do not let them distract you from the facts. The American people would have an open government if Democrats were not terrified of their radical base. That is the headline. Every single one of you should write that. That’s the ugly truth. The Democrats are not governing in good faith. They’re covering their own tail. They’re out here decrying the so called, uh, forthcoming health care crisis. They say it’s the one that they themselves created. The Democrats created Obamacare. They’re the ones that created a subsidy with an expiration date. They’re the ones that did all of this. Republicans are trying to fix it, and they’re trying to blame Republicans for the crisis they themselves created. They cry foul when. When we won’t bail them out of their own shutdown. I don’t have anything to offer. As I’ve explained, I don’t have any partisan priority. I can pull off of the CR to make it more palatable for them. There’s nothing to negotiate. Brilliant. The guy’s brilliant. And the way he put it is brilliant. They created Obamacare. They, they created the one year limit on subsidies. They are the ones that voted against the continuing resolution. And so he’s saying, what are we negotiating? Vote for the continuing resolution. We will debate this issue with Obamacare and subsidies simultaneously, parallel with voting for the continuing resolution. And now Bernie Sanders and the Democrats are saying, no, we don’t want a vote on it. We want your support for what we want to do, which are massive subsidies in a program that just keeps gobbling up money in a health care, uh, really system that does not serve the public properly. Obamacare is not liked by people who have it. It’s not liked by people who have it. It’s a lousy program, and you’re paying an enormous amount for it, and so is the government. I want you to listen to Hakeem Jeffries. Why? It’s painful, but he’s a demagogue. He’s a propagandist. He’s got his sloganeering down. As I discussed in chapter four on. On Power language. That’s all he’s got. He’s got his sloganeering. Cut six go. Uh, Donald Trump definitively needs to get involved. He needs to get off the sidelines, get off the golf course. So let’s stop right there. Get off the sidelines. Get off the golf course now. Uh, this is a guy that covered for Biden who lived on the sidelines. In fact, he lived in the, uh, in the Dugout. He lived in the bleachers. To suggest that Donald Trump is busy playing golf all the time. He’s allowed to play golf. I mean, the guy works like a dog, 16 hours a day, maybe more, on a thousand issues a day. So for this guy, Hakeem Jeffries, who accomplishes zero, who does absolutely nothing but pure partisan, radical left Democrat Party politics, day in and day out, day in and day out, and God forbid, if he becomes speaker, the only thing they’re going to do is investigate Trump and his family and Witkoff and Kushner and the rest of the. They do nothing for this country. Zero for this country. Open borders, inflation, lousy Obamacare, gutting the military, undermining law enforcement. That’s what they accomplished. Oh, yeah. Killing the budget. Massive debt. Massive. Resulting in massive inflation that we’re still trying to recover from. Trump needs to get involved. Get involved in what? To negotiate with the Democrats to increase the budget by $1.5 trillion. Why would he do that? And the media know, uh, everything I’m telling you is correct, but they will never explain it the way I do. This is why CNN is dead. This is why MSNBC is spun off from NBC. They’re awful. They’re frauds, they’re fakes, they’re phonies. This is why their hosts are all ideologues. Not rational people, just ideologues. They paint by the numbers. Go ahead. Side. To end the shutdown that he’s created. That he has. How did Trump create a shutdown such as it is? It’s a continuing resolution. There have been 11 votes in the Senate. The Democrats have voted it down 11 times. Every single Republican, except Rand Paul, who’s a kook, has voted for it and a few Democrats. So if anything, the Republican vote is bipartisan, but they can’t overcome the filibusters Fetterman was talking about. So you don’t need but 41 Democrats to block what they’re trying to do. That is the Republicans. The bill passed in the House, but it’s blocked in the Senate because of the filibuster and the Democrats. And they’re saying it’s time that Trump comes off the sidelines. What does that even mean? Comes off the sidelines and does what? Agrees to kill the economy, kill the debt, massive inflation. He’s not Joe Biden. Go ahead. We know that House and Senate, um, Republicans don’t do anything without getting permission from their boss. Isn’t this weird, the way he talks. These guys that march behind Joe Biden right off the edge of the cliff. They were clicking their heels. They had their favorite shirts on right behind Joe Biden. Oh, I met Joe Biden. The guy’s as smart as Einstein. I met him. He’s as clever as Mark Twain. Never seen anybody so involved and so insightful. This is what they were all saying, remember? And then they talk about everybody following Trump off the edge. They’re supporting their president and their president is supporting them. They agree on this. They agree on this. For once, the Republican Party, except for a couple, is united. And they don’t like it. They don’t like it. Go ahead. And the reason why there have been no negotiations. Zero negotiations. Negotiations. There’s the negotiator. Let’s pretend there’s negotiation. Donald Trump comes in the room. There’s Hakeem Jeffries and there’s Schumer. All right, what are we going to negotiate? We want $1.5 trillion. We want them for illegal aliens. We want it for able bodied and able minded individuals. We want to spend an enormous amount of money on this Obamacare. That’s not working. We invented it. But we want you to help subsidize it. We got $1.5 trillion worth of new spending. Well, why would I do that? Trump says, so you’re automatically negotiating. You’re you against a $1.5 trillion demand. You’re going to undo the big beautiful bill. You’re going to undo the tax cut, you’re going to undo the caps that you’ve put on spending. They’re going to run around and say you’re not spending enough. They’re going to run around and say you’re not doing enough. The Republicans are going to say, rightly, no, we’re not going along with that. The big beautiful bill is then reopened and killed. You see what I’m saying, Mr. M. Producer. You see what I’m saying, Mr. And Mrs. America? Ridiculous. Go ahead. Shut the government down is because Donald Trump clearly wants the government shut down. He wants to inflict pain on the American people. And this will not change until Donald Trump gives Republicans permission to sit down with Democrats. And as we’ve indicated, we are ready, willing and able to sit down anytime, any place, with anyone here at the Capitol or back in the White House to try to enact a bipartisan spending agreement that actually improves the quality of life of the American people. All right, right on. Let’s move to Chris Holland in the House, in the Senate. Go ahead. And then you have Senator Thune saying there should be a new cr. We mentioned this at the top of the show that would fund the government into December, maybe even into next year in order to give you guys more time to negotiate. Does that make sense to you? Would you support that? Well, I don’t think that we should be reopening the government and not dealing with these fundamental questions. Not giving Donald Trump. We don’t want to give Donald Trump a blank check again to continue his lawless activities. And we want to address these health care issues. So if Senator Thune was serious about this, um, he wouldn’t be down at the White House whining and dining and patting themselves on the back during the middle of a government shutdown. He’d be actually working with us to resolve this. And as you reported earlier, the President is totally AWOL. I mean, the President is negotiating the Middle East. He’s given his pal in Argentina $20 billion of taxpayer dollars, but he’s not negotiating to make sure that we can reopen the United States government. What do you think of these people? America? Now, Elizabeth Warren, go ahead. Where does this end? How do you see the off ramp happening? I think it ends when Donald Trump tells the Republicans, okay, sit down now and negotiate. Look, they don’t do anything without Donald Trump. I’m m. Genuinely, I don’t know. What’s happened to the Republicans in the United States Senate is as if they have all had their spines surgically removed. They only do what Donald Trump tells them to do. So if Donald Trump tells them to sit down and negotiate, then they will sit down and negotiate. He claims to be the deal maker. Okay, tell your guys to sit down and work something out with the Democrats and then it will happen. Well, that’s her, but she’s not done. Next cut go. These firings are illegal. They were illegal before the shutdown, and they are illegal after the shutdown. The shutdown gives Donald Trump no more power to lay people off en masse like this than he had before. He had no power to do this. One more. I’m not going to bore you to death with it. Martin Heinrich. Cut 10 go. Some Republican senators have pushed a bill that would pay government workers who have not been furloughed as part of the government shutdown. Those who have been furloughed would still be without pay. Is this something you would support? I’m not going to pit some of. My government employees against other government employees. I think that just gives the President more leverage to really make the situation worse and treat some government, um, employees with incredible disdain. We’ve already seen a lot of government Employees fired during the shutdown who didn’t need to be fired. This is an administration that’s very hostile. To government employees going over. Sorry, folks, we’re going to hit the break. But you get the drift.
Segment 4
Now, when we come back, I want to jump back into this Mamdani thing. Now you might say, mark, it’s so New York centric. No, it’s American centric. It’s bigger than New York. It’s about the Democrat party. It’s about the Marxist Islamist axis. It’s about what’s spreading through the country. You know, when I was growing up, maybe you don’t remember, they used to show how the red paint would spread over the globe and different continents. That would be communism. Well, now it is still communism, but it is a weird brand of Marxism fused with Islamism. That’s exactly what’s taking place. You see it with your own two eyes. You see it on tv, you see it on the Internet. It’s real. I’ll be right back.
