On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, NY AG Letitia James has been subpoenaed by the Justice Department as part of a grand jury investigation by the Albany US Attorney’s Office, focusing on her $454 million civil fraud case against former President Donald Trump. This is fantastic; she’s been politicizing her office for a long time. Jack Smith, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton along with Smith are all being looked at. This is equal justice, not retribution. Also, historian Andrew Roberts discusses how Winston Churchill, long criticized by the left, is now also a target of disdain from the far-right podcasters, ‘influencers’ and their guests, challenging the established narrative that the U.S. and U.K. were morally justified in defeating the Third Reich. Later, Trump brokered a historic peace deal between Azerbaijan and Armenia, who have been at war for 35 years. The President also facilitated ceasefires between Congo and Rwanda, Cambodia and Thailand, and India and Pakistan. Efforts are underway to negotiate a Russia-Ukraine deal, with a meeting planned, though concerns remain about Putin’s reliability, given his history of breaking agreements. Afterward, On Power explains that John Adams warned that democracies can become tyrannical without just laws, representation, divided powers, private property rights, and a virtuous populace. Liberty, as outlined in the Declaration of Independence, includes unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Thomas Jefferson defined liberty as unobstructed action within the bounds of others’ equal rights, emphasizing just laws to maintain order, though noting governments naturally encroach on liberty over time. Influenced by Locke, Jefferson saw law as a tool to promote freedom. Finally, Rep Bryon Donalds calls in to explains that he reintroduced the DC CRIMES Act to assert congressional control over Washington, D.C.’s sentencing policies, prohibiting local officials from altering sentencing laws and limiting leniency for young offenders. Law and order needs to be restored. He also explains that if NYC elects Zohran Mamdani if would be worse than Bill de Blasio. Mamdani is good on TikTok but he’s an economic illiterate.

While the world will be pleased with this one, New York Attorney General Letitia James. AK took us, James. Subpoenaed by the United States Department of Justice over the $454 million civil fraud case against President Trump. New York Attorney General Letitia James was hit with a pair of subpoenas. As part of a grand jury probe scrutinizing that civil fraud case against President Trump. In the issue there is deprivation of rights. Her campaign about getting Trump and the political campaign that she has in fact unleashed against Trump and did. One of the subpoenas. Well, let me say this acting Albany U.S. Attorney John Saar Cohn convened the grand jury to address potential deprivation of rights. After launching an investigation of James in coordination with the FBI this past May. One of the subpoenas related to civil fraud judgment won by the Empire State AG’s Office against Trump, which is still under review by the first Department Appellate Division. And yet a weird court system in New York, I’ll tell you that. His second subpoena reportedly sought information on James, his own investigation of the National Rifle Association. She’s been politicizing her office. She tried to destroy the NRA. She tried to destroy Donald Trump. She’s tried to bankrupt both. This is actually fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. And it’s the only way to get a rogue prosecutor like, say, a Stalinist like rogue prosecutor to challenge them. Separately, a grand jury in Virginia is examining whether they hand up a diamond against James for allegedly falsifying records to receive favorable loans on a home she purchased in Norfolk in 2023, writes Miranda Devine of The Post, Outstanding columnist. So the Albany subpoenas were first reported by Fox News and The New York Times. Any weaponization of the justice system should disturb every American, a James rep said in a statement. That’s precious. That’s precious coming from her. We stand strongly behind our successful litigation against the Trump Organization and the NRA. We will continue to stand up for New Yorkers rights. How come nobody ever investigated George Soros? And is open society, foundations and their activities. How come that never happens? The took his. James had been a fierce critic of the 45th president, brought the civil case in 2022, claiming the Trump organization inflated value of its real estate holdings. It was an outrageous case. A disgusting case. The top carpenters supporters often profess no one is above the law. In discussing the case, which started with an investigation launched in 2019 while Trump was still serving in his first term. Upstate New York Representative Elise Stefanik, one of our heroes here, She said in a Friday statement that James is going to find out how true her own words are now that the DOJ opened a grand jury investigation into her abuse of power. I pray she runs for governor in New York, and we will do everything we can here to help her. Everything. The DOJ’s investigation into this, James, is a vital step towards justice, she said. I will continue to fight to expose New York corruption, protect constitutional rights, and hold these failed Democrat leaders in New York accountable. Federal Housing Finance Agency director William Pulte made the initial referral to the DOJ in April, alleging James had falsified records to also receive favorable loans on a home she purchased in Norfolk, Virginia, in 2023. Real scam artist. The Democratic attorney general claimed the Virginia property was going to be her principal residence. So her principal residence was Virginia. Adam Schiff had two principal residences when you can only have one, and he claimed Maryland and California. Now, these are two lawyers. So they’re scam artists. Now. She claimed that. The Virginia property was her principal residence while serving as attorney general in New York. Other records show James misrepresented the number of units for a Brooklyn brownstone she had purchased in 2001. The referral letter indicated that the actions could result in criminal charges, including wire fraud, mail fraud, bank fraud, false statements to a financial institution. You know, it’s too bad. Too Barnum and Bailey in. That circus isn’t around anymore. Mr. Produce, You know why? They could take one of those tents and fit her with that. You know what I’m saying? Let’s continue. And by the way, no offense. I mean, I did start the group fight as united. As a civil rights organization. I’m sick and tired of people making fun of fat people. I really am. And so I’m going to do something that’s going to seem very weird, but I hope you’ll view it as magnanimous. I am going to make the Turkish James an honorary member of Pharaoh’s United. Or if you. And so we want to invite the Talk James into F.U. Yes, F.U. That took us, James. Attorney General Pam Bondi said at the time that his letter to the DOJ, Mr. James, for both properties listed above, appears to have falsified records in order to meet certain lending requirements and receive favorable loan terms. She’s a disaster for New York, Trump said of James on May six. She’s a horrible, horrible human being. I think she’s a total crook. Pam’s going to have to do what? What she wants. James, whose office later retained ex Hunter Biden attorney Abbe Lowell. Now, this guy costs a fortune. And I don’t think she’s paying for the lawyer. I think the taxpayers are. As accused the former president of being a revenge tour since returned to the White House. I’ll tell you something, Abbe Lowell, we’re about to find out if she cheated. She’s a crook. You can call it a revenge tour and call it whatever the hell you want. He’s not the one who wrote the letter. He’s not the one to refer the letter. Mr. Politi referred the letter. The Federal Housing Authority. And this looks like a slam dunk. And, you know, I wish I had Abby Lyles client. You know, he represented one Hunter Biden. That was a slam dunk for the government. He made millions, I’m sure, and now he represents that took us James, another slam dunk for the government. You know what I’m saying, Rick? How hard is it to represent these people who seem seem so thoroughly guilty? I wonder. James has joined other Democratic attorneys general. Lawsuits challenging Trump administration actions to fire members of the federal workforce. Ban transgender procedures for minors. Oh, she’s into that. She’s into. Cutting off the genitalia or adding the genitalia to little kids. That’s pretty sick. Albany Democrats talk. Here you go. A $10 million slush fund provision into the state budget early this year to help New York officials cover, quote, any reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses incurred during probes not related to their employment. So you, the New York taxpayers, you are paying for her defense. For her allegedly lying on her mortgage forms on more than one, apparently. James Polk said it has confirmed the AG will use the state funds as well as private ones, to fight the Trump administration’s legal actions. I don’t know. I think some good government group in New York should sue her. New York state good government group. And so this fund, this seems like it’s utterly an outrageous use of taxpayers money. Now you, the taxpayers, have to fund her defense. And what’s her defense to mortgage fraud? What’s your defense? Hmm. Interesting. So now we have her and we have Smith. Remember Jack Smith? He’s being looked at thanks to. Senator Tom Cotton. Now we’ve got Obama, Hillary, the whole Russia scam being looked at. By grand jury. We don’t know where we don’t know who the U.S. attorney is. That’s being looked at now. I think they ought to bring this guy, the D.A. in Manhattan. Brag he should be next as long as as well as the judge there. Marcia. If that is his name. Oh, yeah. It’s not retribution. It’s called justice. In fact, it’s called equal justice. Anyway. We wish. That took us. James a. We got to get her and her honorary certificate, her F-you certificate, Mr. Produce. Do I have a nephew certificate for? I don’t think so. I got to make one up. I think I’ll draw one up this weekend, Senator. So f you, Letitia. We’ll be right back
Segment 2
You know, ladies and gentlemen, I have spent months warning Mr. Mrs. America, all of you, about these people. Who are so horrendous in my view. Shields. Qatar’s. Smith. Many, many others. Cooper. And I want to read something to you by a great historian, Andrew Roberts, British, but an absolutely fabulous historian and writer. Here’s a piece in The Wall Street Journal Why the Far Right Hates Churchill. In November 1940, Winston Churchill delivered a eulogy in Westminster Abbey, the funeral of Neville Chamberlain, his predecessor as prime minister. He spoke poetically about how historical judgments are reached. History, he said. With its flickering lamp, stumbles along the trails of the past, trying to reconstruct its themes, to revive its echoes and kindle with pale gleams. The passion of former days. 60 years after Churchill’s death, his own reputation is now at the forefront of the culture wars, something that he himself would have relished having put himself on the front line of five real wars on four continents before the age of 42. Churchill has long been hated by the left, blamed for opposing socialism and communism. Breaking Britain’s general strike of 1926, supporting the British Empire and so on. Yet lately, a new and particularly virulent strain of Churchill hatred has broken out on the ultra right on both sides of the Atlantic, where he’s blamed for a quite different set of supposed crimes. The American podcaster Darryl Cooper, who has never written a history book, let alone one about World War Two, but whom Tucker Carlson calls America’s most honest historian, has claimed that it was Churchill’s fault that the war escalated from the limited one that Adolf Hitler apparently wanted when he invaded Poland in September 1939. According to Cooper, Churchill was the chief villain of World War Two, rather than any of the more obvious suspects. Their number of. Problems with this theory, not least chronological. Churchill did not even enter the British government until two days after the Nazis invasion of Poland. Even then, he was not in control of British decision making, as he did not become Prime Minister until after Hitler had unleashed his blitzkrieg on Western Europe in May 1940. Nonetheless, tens of millions of people have downloaded Cooper’s a historic tripe, and the British neo-Nazi historian David Irving tweeted, Glad we are in the mainstream narrative, but would be nice to get credit, which got over a quarter of a million views and over 5000 likes. Joe Rogan, the world’s most popular podcaster, has similarly opened the door to extreme revisionism, saying that Darrell Cooper has some of the most nuanced, balanced and charitable views on all the figures in history, quote unquote. Which is true only if he means the Nazis. Carlson shows led the Holocaust denying podcaster Jack Shields to conduct a poll on Twitter X asking who was the biggest villain in World War Two. Among its almost 136,000 respondents, 40.3% gave that distinction to Churchill. 25.9% to Stalin. 25.3% to Hitler. Shields Post was viewed by some 855,000 people and led to a spate of online Churchill hatred with comments such as The Good Guys Lost World War Two. Churchill wanted a war. Churchill was pure evil. Let me stop there. I want to encourage you people who don’t normally go on my social sites, to go on my Twitter site and to look at the comments. Look at the comments now. There’s some lovely people. But I want you to look at the other comments. I’m quite serious. Meanwhile, in Britain, many representatives of the right wing populist Reform Party have similarly demonized Churchill. Ian Gribben, a general election candidate, posted on the unheard website that Britain would be in a far better state today had we taken Hitler up on his offer of neutrality. But oh no. Britain’s warped mindset values weird notions of international morality. Rather than looking after its own people. They’re all Jew haters, by the way, he later wrote in Britain specifically, we need to exercise the cult of Churchill and recognise that about policy, military strategy. He was abysmal. Reforms. Official spokesman then doubled down on these comments when speaking to, ironically enough, the Jewish Chronicle, saying that they were written with an eye to inconvenient perspectives and truths. So why is the ultra right targeting Churchill? In the simplest terms? It’s because his practical aims and principles as a leader of the West were directly opposed to the new strain of isolationism in American Britain. Today’s revisionist project, their views about Iraq, Afghanistan and now Iran backward through history and announced the leading global interventionists of yesteryear. They blame Churchill along with Roosevelt, for, quote unquote, escalating the conflict with Hitler and thus associate him with any effort to confront today’s aggressive tyrants. It is a sign of the lost trust in established institutions on both sides of the Atlantic that the accepted historical narrative of the past 80 years, that it was morally right for the U.S. and U.K. to fight and destroy the Third Reich is literally now under assault. This new revisionism is possible only because the greatest generation is dying out and their sacrifice becoming a debatable part of history rather than any lived reality. I’m going to pick up where I leave off. That is a very important point. The people who fought the war are dying out. There’s very few left. And so now we have the revisionists, the no nothings, the Jew haters at Churchill haters, the America haters. We’ll be right back.
Segment 3
Andrew Roberts, who is a top notch historian, taking on these frauds, phonies and fools like this guy Cooper has given platforms. By Tucker Carlson. And there’s Joe Rogan. I don’t care if he’s the biggest podcaster on the face of the planet in the whole universe. He’s a moron. Okay? He’s platforming these people to. That’s what he’s doing. Roberts says it’s a sign of the lost trust in established institutions on both sides of the Atlantic. It’s an unfortunate necessity, he says, to engage with these benighted and often hateful revisionists as their failure to win the endorsement of any of the hundreds of serious historians of World War Two suggests their arguments, such as they are, cannot survive contact with the reality of the historical record. It is perfect. And by the way, the part of the problem is true. History is not taught anymore. So these guys go on with their viewpoints and people shake their head up and down. Comedians, you know, former actors. Podcasters. It’s perfectly true. Their church was instrumental in persuading the British war cabinet not to make peace with Hitler. The decision was taken after no fewer than nine discussions over four days between May 25 and May 28, 1940, as they deliberated. A small armada of boats made their way to evacuate the British expeditionary Forces from the beaches of Dunkirk back to Britain. Yeah, they could have lost up to half a million men, and they did everything they could to get him out of there. The reason I resent Churchill so much, Cooper told Carlson. Is that he kept this war going on when he had no way of winning. He had no way to go back and fight this war. All he had was bombers. Jess, rank terrorism. More than that one settler ripped up yet another treating invaded Russia in June of 1941. Churchill immediately made common cause with Stalin against the Nazis. It’s worth considering what might have actually happened had Churchill not urged these fateful decisions. If Britain had remained neutral in the West and refrained from bombing Germany, Hitler would have been able to concentrate his entire Luftwaffe against Russia. Instead, he had to hold back 30% of it to guard against Churchill’s bombers. Neutrality in the face of Hitler would have meant that 5000 aircraft, 7000 tanks, 51 million pairs of boots, and the rest of the aid that Britain and America said the USSR would not have materialized. Nor would the invasion of Normandy have taken place while the Russians and Germans were fighting in Belarus. Which leads to the obvious with either Hitler or Stalin controlling all of Europe between Paris and minks. The world, including America, would have been in a vastly worse place than the one that Churchill and Roosevelt helped to fashion in 1945. In his proration in the Westminster Abbey speech, Churchill said, quote, The only guide to a man is his conscience. The only shield in his memory is the rectitude and sincerity of his actions. He said it’s very imprudent to walk through life without the shield, because we are so often marked by the failure of our hopes and the upsetting of our calculations. But with the Shield, however the fates may play, we always march in the ranks of honour. That is using conscience as your guide. Despite the best efforts of the revisionist detractors, Churchill March is still there. He stands watching over world order that is now changed by, among other things, a populist far right whose influence is spreading dangerously. Very dangerously. And he calls out Rogan. It calls out Darrell Cooper. He calls out Tucker Carlson. He calls out I don’t even know this guy. I don’t know half of them, really. Jack Shield or Shields, whoever that is. But they’re not alone. They’re not alone. And there’s a lot of conservatives and talk radio who are cowards, who don’t call them out. Who ignore them. There’s a lot of others media figures who are cowards, who don’t call them out, who don’t challenge them. At least I know when I’m done here. Done. Behind this microphone. Done behind the TV camera. Done in my life. That I follow my conscience. You do the right thing. I have nothing in common with these people, and neither do you. They may have been somebody you respected in the past, but there’s no way to respect them now. None. I want to thank The Wall Street Journal for running this piece. It’s very, very important. And we will continue to push back, continue to fight this. This isn’t constitutional conservatism. This isn’t real history. This is really the mines, the meanderings of thugs who are uninformed, who are uneducated, bringing on fellow thugs, who are uninformed, uninformed and uneducated. And they argue simply from emotion and ideology. Just like the radical left, just like the Marxists and the Islamists, they have more in common with than you and me. By the way, a reminder. I want to thank those of you who have acquired on power. I want to thank those of you who hopefully tonight in this week and will acquire a copy. And I want to encourage folks again, tomorrow is the day Tomorrow, 10 a.m.. Tomorrow morning. Tomorrow morning. Barnes Noble, The Spectrum at Reston Town Center, Reston, Virginia. I can’t wait to meet you. Can’t wait to sign your book. Shake your hand. It’s a fantastic Barnes and Noble. You’re going to love it. You can bring your family, the kids, they have a great kids section. Man. Do they have magazines too? Think they like. Two three massive rows of magazines. I like to look at those two. But again, Barnes and Noble tomorrow, 10 a.m. tomorrow morning. I look forward to meeting you in Reston, Virginia, at the Spectrum at Reston Town Center. My advice is get there early. I mean, you’re allowed to camp out, obviously, but I’d get there early because these tend to get quite busy, don’t they, Mr. Producer? They tend to get quite busy. I look forward to seeing it’s going to be a beautiful day tomorrow in Reston, Virginia. Patriots Galore. We’re going to have a lot of fun. We always have a lot of fun at these at these events. Um, but check out on power. It’s number one now on the New York Times bestseller list, which drives them nuts. It’s the one time I like to mention the New York Times. Otherwise I really don’t. And you’ll have there’s just a lot of great information. I also want to thank all the affiliates who’ve been involved, all the hosts. I’m going to be on Stephen on Monday. Did you know that, Mr. Minister? He reached out and asked me to. Come on. I’d love to. I haven’t done many podcasts or that sort of thing just because there’s too many. I’m doing like ten interviews a day, plus my normal job, which is radio, which is Fox, which is the Blaze. Plus I have family, plus every now and then, Mr. Producer, I have to eat. So it’s been incredibly busy. But those of you in this audience, you have a very good, solid understanding of what’s in this book. So it’s just a matter of if you’re interested or not, or if you want to share it or not. I mean, I think some of the people who I’ve heard call into this program are send us information that they’re buying books and handing them out to people in their family and friends, especially their children, are going to college. That’s very, very smart. Very, very smart. You know, nothing breaks my heart more than when people tell me they’ve done everything they can to raise their kids. They’re patriots. They’ve expose them to all the good principles and ideas and so forth. And then they go to college and they they move hard left. This is intended to counter that. This is intended to fight that. So I hope you’ll join me tomorrow again, 10 a.m., ten in the morning. Rest in Virginia, the Barnes and Noble at the Spectrum at Reston Town Center. We have two great shows this weekend for you. They really are terrific. I hope you’ll join us on life, Liberty and live in the first show. I’m going to spend more time on this so-called gerrymandering. You’ll understand it more and better than anybody else. You’ll understand it more and better than anybody else. With Kevin McCarthy, who really knows the numbers, by the way, really has studied them. And Jean Hamilton, who is the head muckety muck of America First Legal, which is one of the great legal foundations associated with Landmark Legal, another great legal foundation. There’s others out there. We know Judicial Watch, so many great ones. If I haven’t mentioned them, it doesn’t mean they’re not great. So that’ll be great tomorrow and then Sunday over special opening statement for I think you’re going to really love. And we have Newt Gingrich. And I’m trying to remember the other fellow’s name, Mr. Bartlett. Mark Penn, who’s fantastic. He’s a moderate Democrat. He’s a pollster. You’ve seen him. Mark Penn. And those are two great shows. I hope you’ll enjoy it. You know, you can always set your DVR. I encourage people to do that. If he can’t watch it, why live or you’re not sure if you’re going to be around to watch a live. Then you have an opportunity to do it so you can see how busy I am, how busy we are. How we’re not letting our guard down, how we’re pushing. I know I’m public enemy number one with the Islamists, some public enemy number one with the Marxists. I’m public enemy number one with the anti-Semites. That’s just the way it goes. That’s just the way it goes. And I wear it proudly, quite frankly. I’ll be right back.
Segment 4
Active shooter. To give you an update, this just happened a little bit ago active shooter reported near Emory University Atlanta. Apparently one person has been shot. I don’t have an update of this. I don’t believe that person has passed away. I don’t know the status right now, but one person has been shot. When I know more, you’ll know more. I promise you that. Let’s see, Mamdani. Kat, I’m sick of this game, and, I mean, I’m just so sick of this guy. He’s pretentious. He’s a drama queen. Is awful. Had you sick of him already? Mr. Producer. Such a loser. So outrageous, in my humble opinion. Here. He is a radical kook. Yes, of course. Uh, let’s see here. Stick with me, friends. Stick with me. I’m looking. Here’s the problem. My printer broke down again. I’m just being honest with you. You know what the president did today? And I watched a lot of this. You know, as Harbhajan. In Armenia used to be part of the Soviet empire. Captive nations, we call them. And they’ve been at war with each other for 35 years. The president just signed as a witness between the president of Azerbaijan and the prime minster of Armenia. A peace deal. A peace deal. Now he’s done the same with Congo and Rwanda. The same with Cambodia and Thailand. Not necessarily peace deals, but ceasefires. India. Pakistan. He took out. The Iranian nukes. The Israelis, of course, took out everything else. He’s trying to get this Russia Ukraine thing done. Apparently, they’re going to meet in Alaska next week. That’s the that’s the report. Now Putin is making a demand for a lot of land in Ukraine and international recognition for it. And that’ll be interesting. Plus, how do you know that he won’t? He won’t turn his back on that like he has every other deal he’s ever made. So this is going to be a little hairy. And I’m very hopeful the administration is very careful on this one, because Putin is a liar and he’s a killer. Which is why these isolationists seem to love him. They’re not. Here’s the president today. On one second, I make sure I’m pulling this up correctly. Yes. Cut 16. Go. It’s a long time. 35 years. They fought and now they’re friends and they’re going to be friends for a long time. But it’s a big, beautiful honor to welcome everyone to the White House for this very historic peace summit between Armenia and Azerbaijan. It’s really a great thrill for me. I love seeing good people get together. And that’s what you have. You have two great leaders. I want to congratulate these two visionary people, Prime Minister of Passion, John and President Aliyev, for coming to Washington to sign this momentous joint declaration. It’s a tremendously important document and it’s been a long time in coming. They were explaining before that so many times they thought they could get there. It never happened. It just never happened. That’s right. I mean, credit needs to go where credit’s due, doesn’t it? Here’s the president on Russia and Ukraine at the same event. Cut 17. Go with this meeting with Putin. Is this Russia’s last chance to achieve peace? And do you expect Ukraine to make any type of territorial concessions? I don’t like using the term last chance like it’s, you know. Look, this is two very, very smart people they’ve been going at it for and their predecessors also very smart. And they’ve been going at it for 35 years. It’s tough. And, you know, when those guns start going off, it’s awfully tough to get them to stop. It really does. It’s a war that should have never happened. It would have never happened if I were president. There was no reason for so many people to kill so much cultural destruction. You look at those magnificent towers, the most beautiful in the world. You know, the spires were considered the most beautiful in the world. They’re all they’re all in a million pieces laying on the ground, obliterated, knocked into a million pieces. So sad. Hmm. We’ll see what happens. You know, peace deals. There’s peace deals. There’s peace deals. There’s ceasefires and there’s ceasefires. So. Putin cannot be in reality or perceived to have won this thing. So this is going to be very complicated. And, you know, we’re going to have to make sure the administration is going to have to make certain that this isn’t some massive land grab. And then we recognize in the rest of the world recognizes it, and there’s no security provisions for Ukraine. You don’t want this to be a peace in our time situation. I think these other deals have been very smart, very good. You’ve actually had parties who are. You know who truthful and what they want to do. Putin’s a different, different kind of monster. He’s a different kind of monster. And he’s old KGB. He’s never really shook off Stalin and the in the Soviet Union, who, of course, these phony influencers love. Just remember that. They love these nutjobs. All right, folks, we’ve got a lot. Are you kidding me? It’s already 7:00 or almost 7:00. This thing’s moving fast.
