On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, there’s skepticism of any deal with Iran that doesn’t destroy their nuclear sites and centrifuges, as they’ll still get nuclear weapons like North Korea did. Iran’s weak economy and defenses make now the time to act, but a deal lifting sanctions will let them rebuild. Any agreement must be a treaty and go to Congress—it’s a constitutional necessity.  If a deal is reached Iran will eventually announce they have a nuclear weapon, causing a Middle East proliferation crisis. Their ideology ignores mutually assured destruction, driven by a belief in the afterlife, and they’ll never reveal all their nuclear assets to the world. Later, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, AOC, advocates for abolishing ICE in a campaign pitch. Democrats effectively did that under Biden. We can’t afford another round of that. Also, On Power, set for release on July 29, is compact yet packed with unique, non-repetitive insights about society, culture, and identifying the enemy. It aims to provide a scholarly yet accessible perspective. On Power will read like a novel, covering historical and philosophical foundations of power, liberty, and ideologies like Marxism and Fascism.  Afterward, Hamas is deliberately preventing Gazans from receiving humanitarian aid. They are blocking aid distribution, stealing it, and reselling it at inflated prices, while warning Gazans not to accept food from Israeli aid mechanisms. Yet, major media outlets ignore these actions, falsely portraying Israel as the cause of Gaza’s starvation. This selective silence reflects their deep-seated bias and a commitment to propaganda over truth. In addition, a federal trade court in New York has blocked President Donald Trump’s attempt to impose sweeping tariffs on imports using emergency powers under the 1977 International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), ruling that he exceeded his authority. As of tonight, the United States of America is no longer a Constitutional Republic. We now live under a judicial tyranny created by the Democratic Party. Since Trump’s election, a group of rogue Democratic Party judges has seized all aspects of executive power. Finally, WABC’s Sid Rosenberg calls in to express his concern over a troubling trend of Trump looking bad lately with Russia, Iran, and Israel. He questions why Iran, a nation he sees as a global terrorist threat behind events like October 7th, is being engaged in negotiations rather than facing stronger consequences.

Segment 1
Hello America.  Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811.  877-381-3811. I think it’s fair to say. That no military action will be taken against Iran. It’s probably fair to say that that’s been the position. For weeks and weeks despite these threats. And so we’re going to have a an agreement of sorts. And we shall see if this is an iron clad agreement. But just to make it clear where I stand. I don’t think anything short of taking out their nuclear sites and that would include their centrifuges is going to stop them in the long run, even in the mid run from getting a nuclear weapon. I look at North Korea and that’s what I see. Just my opinion. And. It’s going to be left probably to another generation to deal with it. And the consequences will be much more difficult because Iran is on its back right now. It’s economically on its back. It’s its ground to air. Missile system is almost nonexistent thanks to what the Israelis did to them. What is it, 12, nine months ago? Those systems will be rebuilt with the most modern ground to air missile systems that the Soviet excuse me, the Russia has. And they have a very, very good system. And of course, if we take the sanctions off, which is likely part of some deal, then all this money will flow into Iran and they’ll be able to rebuild. Whatever has been destroyed, whatever progress has been made. And and we’re off to the races, so we shall see. I’m just reading the tea leaves like the rest of you. I’m reading the reports that are coming out. The unauthorized leaks to Axios. Coming out of the administration that undermined the president and the prime minister. Somebody is doing something. But this is what I see. Moreover, I want to repeat what I’ve been saying, and I’m the one who started this point because it’s important as a constitutionalist. That whatever does come out of this negotiation must go to Congress. It should be treated as a treaty because that’s what it is. If it’s not a treaty, then when do we ever have a treaty on matters of nuclear war, life and death? Dealing with an enemy state. That’s exactly the kind of thing that needs to be treated as a treaty. And the vast majority of Republicans took that position with Obama’s deal. They eventually caved and they had an executive agreement, as they call it, which is not in the Constitution. I don’t care. Presidents have done it or not. It’s not in the Constitution. But even there, that that permitted both houses of Congress, the House and the Senate to participate in the process. There’s no way that this can just be rammed through if even if it’s the greatest agreement of any agreement that’s ever been negotiated by anybody on the face of the earth, we have a constitutional construct. So that will have to be dealt with. And I would encourage those involved. They should start bringing the Senate into this. They should start bringing Senate leaders into this committee chairman into this. So we’re not left with what’s imminent. We have to hurry up. We have to do this. We have to do that. This giving my take on these things. I think that’s very, very important. But. I do think whether it is during the Trump administration or subsequent to the Trump administration, that one day the Iranians will announce that they have a nuclear weapon. And then it’s going to be extraordinarily difficult for us to deal with it, Israel to deal with it. And you’re going to have a proliferation situation in the Middle East. That’s my that’s that’s the way I see this. Time will tell. It doesn’t matter if I’m shouted down by the slogan ears with the war monger stuff and the neocon stuff or the phony headlines and it doesn’t matter. I’m communicating to you. Me and you. The the American people. Mr.. Mrs.. America. When you look at Iran. The rain has been committed to this. Iran has spent a fortune on this. The leaders of Iran want to destroy Israel. They want to destroy the United States and the West. There’s really only one way to do it, and that’s with a nuclear weapon. It’s going to change everything. It’s going to change everything. Maybe I’ll be dead and gone, and many of you will. And in the administration, many of the people involved in this might be gone and. Prior administrations will be gone. But we do have children and grandchildren. And so. I pray to God that we’re not ushering something in that we can’t put back in the box. As I’ve explained before, we’re not talking about communists in this regard or fascists in this regard where mutually assured destruction. Actually works. Somebody picked up on this point and I raised it a month ago on Fox. The Islamist Nazis, the Islamo Nazis. They’re not interested. They don’t care about mutually assured destruction. It’s fine by them. They live now for their next life. That’s what they live for. And they believe God, maybe it’s their God is telling them to do these things. And we’ve talked about this. And in my new book on Power, I write about this. And this should concern everybody. So we’ll see. We shall see what it looks like. We have enough experts, enough people who know. What a great deal looks like. And a great deal doesn’t. We know the key is centrifuges and we know the key is not. Whether the centrifuges are spinning under the nuclear level or not, because they can be raised really in a moment’s notice effectively. But whether they have centrifuges at all. I don’t care if it’s under the the watchful eye of the United States or the European Union or whatever it is. We don’t know where everything is. They know where everything is. And I don’t think that they’re going to to reveal everything to us. We’re the enemy, after all. So I wanted to lay that out. Which I have. And then I want to move on. I want to move on to AOC. AOC pretty much gets a free pass by the American media. Pretty much gets a free pass. She says many stupid things. She has many stupid positions, extraordinarily dangerous positions. She was part of that defund the police stuff, part of the open borders. Decriminalization. Hamas mouthpiece. And over at our Breitbart, our friends over there. John Binder, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Calls to Abolish ICE in Latest Campaign Pitch. Folks. They effectively did that under Biden. Whomever they are, they effectively did it under Biden. We can’t afford another round of this. They rate. Cortez, a potential Democrat presidential primary candidate, is again calling for the abolishment of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement ICE, which enforces the nation’s immigration laws. Again and again. This is revolution by immigration to change the entire makeup of the United States. I’m not talking about the complexion, the makeup, the substantive makeup of the United States bringing of people from all parts of the world, not assimilating into the American culture, but to destroy the American culture. You see some of the entrails of this on our college campuses right now, individuals coming to this country from the Middle East. From countries that that the cultures are completely contrary to ours. Their governments are enemy governments. They’re certainly not friends. And you see the consequence. Cortez won a congressional race in 2018, partly on a platform that promised to dismantle and ultimately abolish ICE. She eventually dropped the abolish ICE talking point from her stump speech. If the polls found that even a majority of Democrats didn’t want the federal agency to be wiped out. So in a new campaign email, just as AOC sets herself up as the new face of the Democrat Party heading into the 2027 presidential primary. The self-described Democratic socialist is again resurfacing calls to abolish ICE. Here’s the thing. It doesn’t matter where she is in the polls if she’s leading. And none of that matters once you get into the debates, if there’s enough Democrats running, she will be she will be exposed and she will be exposed as basically somebody who has a long list of bumper sticker statements and substantively is quite hollow. She is a media creation from the moment she won the Republican primary. She won the Republican primary against the white Irish male politician who’d represented that district for 20 years. And the media went nuts because she’s obviously not white, not Irish and not male. They thought it was very, very cool. And so they’ve been promoting her ever since. They don’t get into the substance with her, just like they don’t get into the substance with Talib or Omar or Bernie Sanders, for that matter. These are crazy ass people who hate this country. Abolishing ICE would set free over 1 million illegal aliens, many of whom are violent felons. But this is what she’d like to do from immigration detention while eliminating the federal government’s enforcement arm that locates arrests and deports many of the nation’s 11 to 22 million illegal aliens. Now you see the kind of people the Trump administration are rounding up. These are violent, vile, horrific. Individuals for the most part. Horrific, who’ve done horrible things in our country. They’d be out on the streets. Earlier this month borders Our Tom Homan suggested that he was in talks with the Department of Justice over AOC’s insistence to continuously give illegal aliens advice on how to evade IRS agents. I would be shocked if they actually charge her, even though she should be charged. I would be shocked. What she’s doing. She says she’s educating everybody of their constitutional rights. That’s not what she’s doing. And by the way, if you’re here on a visa and there are many kinds of visas, my wife has taught me this. She used to practice this this area, the law as well as many others. Really good, smart lawyer. There are conditions. And she’s explained to me, you have to sign on and you have to you have to meet the requirements of this visa in your application. And there’s a number of requirements. And it includes, you know, behavior that is not contrary the interests of the United States. So you have all these people who who have blogs who write or go on the Internet talking about a right to free speech. When you come into this country and you’ve signed these forms, you have a very limited right to free speech. You’re here to be a student. You’re here to be an entertainer. You’re here to be a farm worker. You’re here to be whatever you are. And then you’re supposed to leave. These are temporary visas or temporary? Temporary. They’re not permanent. You don’t have a right to be here permanently. None. Unless you change your status. But that’s how you see. Now abolish ICE. Lots more. I’ll be right back.

Segment 2
His room was ready, according to reports, to strike these nuclear sites within days. And the president told them no. So. Very much look forward to seeing what this deal is. And I’m sure the Senate very much looks forward to it. Mike Lee is on record. I guess some of the other senators are on record that it’s a treaty and they want to see it. There are those who are there who are Republicans were on record when Obama did a deal that they wanted to treat it as a treaty, even though they backed down and treated it as a statutorily based executive agreement. They twisted themselves into pretzels to do that. They may twist themselves into pretzels again. But there’s a good reason for treating these things as a treaty. You and I, as we speak. As I speak, today’s as you listen out there, no matter how many leaks there are or statements they are, we don’t really know exactly what’s going on. And in a republic you get to know in the end what’s actually going on and you want your representatives involved in this process. The framers wanted your representatives involved in this process. And we wanted him involved in this process when Obama was was president. Well, that’s a healthy thing. It’s not to be feared. It’s not to be disputed. We’re not. It’s not done in defiance. It’s not done to sabotage. And it’s done because this is the process. Despite what some lawyers might say, because lawyers will say anything. Depending on how much money you give them or what side they’re on. But that jury constitution and you can read the Federalist Papers or different parts of the Federalist Papers in which this is mentioned. Federalist, 75 and other parts. And an even more than that, at the Constitutional Convention, there was debate about this clause. This clause is about as broad as it gets, and it’s about as clear as it gets. Despite more modern efforts to to rewrite it mostly in the last 70, 80 years. People might say, well, if we if if an agreement like this, even if it’s not this agreement, another agreement is submitted to the Senate, they’ll never get. The the number that the treaty requires. Two thirds of the senators present, not two thirds of the Senate, two thirds of those present. So it’s a very high bar. And they wanted it to be a high part. Does anybody know why anybody would listen to me last week? Because when you’re making arrangements and you globalists. Oh, let me, let me change it. Anti-globalist You know, basically hermits, you hermits out there. Let me just put it to you this way. If you’re an anti-globalist, you should want this procedure more than anybody else. If you’re an isolationist, you should want this procedure more than anybody else. And we constitutionalists want it because it’s in the Constitution. And the framers made a lot of sense. They even said they said, look, when issues of sovereignty come up. Uh, there needs to be more than one person involved or one branch involved. And so this is a shared responsibility, the executive. Or the commander in chief, the president, whatever negotiates. And then it’s submitted for approval. And we’ve been getting away from that. And we shouldn’t get away from that no matter who’s doing what. We shouldn’t get away from that. Excuse me. Cholera. I’ll be right back.

Segment 3
Father’s Day is almost upon us. Ladies and gentlemen, I want to encourage you to go to Amazon.com, pre-order your copy of Mark Levin’s On Power, and then you can give a little note in the card and let them know that this is or is part of the gifts that you’re giving your father, your grandfather or your husband. We do that almost every time we have a book out. And he goes over really, really big because honestly, people love these books and they’re going to love this book. As you’ll see when it comes out. We’re going to have a. Whole Big To-Do when it comes out. I will be revealing it exclusively on Sean HANNITY Show and been on Hannity’s show in a long time. He’s always worried about my health. I don’t want to overwork you. I don’t want to do it. I said, Fine, fine, fine. But on this, he he offered. And I said, That would be great. And then the Sunday before its release, I’ll also be doing it on life, liberty and live in. And you’ll you’ll see. You’ll get a better feel for it. But right now, you should take my word for it. It’s actually heading to the printing press in a couple of weeks. Every final little edit has been made. I just finished. You know, you want to check it and adjust it and so forth and so on. Make it as perfect as you can so it is ready to roll. It’s ready to head to the printing presses. Now, that’s interesting too. It has to get in line behind other books that are coming out earlier. This book comes out July 29th. It’s going to be a fantastic book for the rest of the summer. If you want to read it and take it with you, it’s going to be compact, even though it’s packed full of information. And in many ways it’ll read like a novel. You’ll go from chapter one, Chapter two. I’d go right through it and you’ll know so much. So much. About this society, this culture. About who we are and who the enemy is. And these are things, you know, a lot of you listen to, a lot of talk radio, you watch a lot of fox and you look at so forth and so on. So what I try to do is to make sure my books are not repetitive of what other people are doing. Now how do I do that? Because, ladies and gentlemen, I don’t want to buy a book myself that basically regurgitates everything you already know or you hear every single day. And so I don’t do that. I don’t buy a book. Excuse me? Write a book that’s full of gossip. I don’t care about gossip. I don’t write memoirs. The only memoir we wrote was really about our dogs in Rescuing Sprite. But none of my books are about me. Or how to books. I’m telling you how to do something. I don’t. I don’t presume to be lecturing you. What I do is a lot of heavy lifting. Get what’s in effect from sort of a scholarly or intellectual point of view, dirt under my fingernails and dig into this stuff. And I’m just so excited about this book and want to make sure I properly convey it. But we’ve got to get a little closer to the release date. As I told you before, it’s the book. It’s called On Power. There are books that are on power. Have read most of them, that’s for sure. But I do my original research that are completely different. That’s psychology. And this I’m not interested in any of that. Even though psychology affects everything, but so does breathing. And I’m not writing a book on the air in the atmosphere either. My point is this These are books that are relevant to what we have already read, what we already know. It takes it the next step. That’s the goal. One book after another. The next step. The next step. The next step. Now, I guess when I’m dead and gone, these books will have more value than when I’m alive. I don’t mean monetary value to a lot of people. What would he have said? What did he say? That sort of thing. Well, while I’m here on Earth with you, I love to write them and I love to discuss them with you. And let me tell you, it’s a labor of love, because there’s a lot of labor involved, isn’t there, Mr. Producer? A lot. In fact, we’re going to be doing the audio soon, right? Which and you’re going to be the producer on that effort. And I’m going to do all the chapters in audio, all of them. Normally I do the first chapter and the last chapter, every single one. And so that’s worth if you’re interested in having an audio version in your car or whatever, you’ll be able to go that route and it’ll be 100% of my voice. The first book ever that I’ve done that way. Why? Because it’s not as long as some of the other books. And I just decided, Look, I don’t need to write long books. I need to write books that are concise, that are loaded and packed full of of useful information. But that mostly involves my own thinking and, you know, reasoning processes, again, based on certain principles and everything. It always amazes me when you read the media to the extent they even comment on me. It’s always cheap shots and attacks and surface level and that sort of thing. My principles have not changed. If a little cabal gets upset with me when I dare to say, you know, an agreement with Iran kind of makes me wonder. Oh, look at that. Now look at nothing. Look at what I said before. It’s not that I’m looking at the administration of questions about the administration. I’m looking at the enemy. And if questions about the anime. Donald Trump and I good, good friends. I support his presidency. We supported his presidency. From time to time. He calls me. I try not to bother him. He put me on this council. I didn’t ask for it. He offered it. Wonderful. And maybe we’ll have a meeting one of these days. I don’t know. I’m not really pursuing it. I’ve got plenty to do. But all that said. My principles are my principles. And if there’s a disagreement. With Ted Cruz or disagreement with Tom Cotton or disagreement with this one or disagreement with a prisoner disagreeing with this. No offence given, no offence taken. But I stay with my viewers. It’s that simple. Not to sabotage. I just explain it. That’s what I do. 3 hours a day, five days a week right here. That’s what I do on the Life, Liberty, and Levin and doing blaze. That’s what I do. But this book has nothing to do with any of that. I think you’re going to love it. Yeah, there’s a little bit of current events in there, but it’s not a book about current events. It’s a book on how to look at current events, on how to embrace our history and how to embrace the viewpoints of the people who who really laid the groundwork for this great nation, not just the founders people way before the founders. Who were they? What did they do? And also those who laid the foundation for our enemies, whether it’s Marxism, Islamism and the other isms, fascism. Who are they? Where do they get their ideas from? Then I go through. Okay, well, what kind of power are we talking about? And I break it down into categories. Just my logical thinking process. Okay. How do rates fit in here? How does liberty fit in here? How does language and thought processes, how do they fit in here? So I really think you’re going to find this book interesting. But more to the point, there’s one Father’s Day this year. Either you pre-order it and put a note. Even a copy of the order. In the card as a gift or one of your gifts. If you don’t, you’re going to miss the cycle this year. And I just know that your father or your your husband or your grandfather is going to really love it. They are. Now, the other thing is I had a discussion with Simon and Schuster, my publisher. We’re Threshold Editions within Simon and Schuster, and they’ve been a great publisher. And I said, Look, I want this book. To be less expensive. And any of my past books, certainly any of the books in the recent past. They didn’t put up an argument or struggle at all. So this book. Is $26.99. In other words, it’s $27. That’s the lowest price any of my books have been. Any already. Amazon’s taking 11% off, so it’s $25 and change. But as I’ve explained, let’s say Amazon in three weeks says, you know, we’re going to give a 45% discount and the closer we get to its release and the more preorders we have, this is key. The more preorders we have, the better the discount. And we see discounts on my books going all the way up to 50%. Remember that, Mr. Producer? It can happen now, too. I suspect it will. If you if you preorder, you’ll be able to get the book at 45% off, 50% off, whatever the highest percentage discount is by the day it’s released is what you get so that the highest percentage discount is in two weeks. And the book’s released in two months. You still get the highest percentage discounts, so you’re you’re protected. So I want you to think about that when you put that note in the Father’s Day card. You will have purchased a book, a book that’s anywhere between $20 and $25 by that time. It’s all set. And I think something that’s totally different. Totally different or certainly in addition to whatever else you have in mind. Dinner. Lunch. A tie. Shoes? I don’t know. But I don’t do a book. Every year. There are people who do a book, two books, three books every year because they don’t do them, actually. How? To a book every two or three years. That’s my pace. And I’ll wake up one day and say, I got to write about this. And my wife. Curator. Oh, my goodness. Another year? Yep. It’s what I’m in the mood to do. And that’s what I was in the mood to do. This Now, this book I should do, I hope this is at least interesting. I’m giving you some background on this. This book was very different in the way I wrote it, because when I had this very bad injury, I was about I was bedbound for two and a half, three months. I couldn’t get up and get behind my laptop. Why didn’t you sit up? I couldn’t move. I could barely move. And to tell you the truth, give me another little secret. I really couldn’t do my TV show. It wasn’t for. Executive producer David and assistant producer Josh helping me get out of bed with my wife and putting me in the wheelchair and willingly behind the desk. Right, Mr. Producer? I wouldn’t have been able to do my TV show for three months. I wouldn’t have been able to do plays in radio. You may remember the first few weeks I wasn’t on the air. Then I did one hour and 2 hours. Same thing had to happen. I had to have my I had to be rolled in in a wheelchair to get behind my desk and do my work. But I couldn’t write. So I lost two or three months. And so my writing became and research very much intensified. I’d say around December. December. And so every free moment I had December really up to about. Two days ago. Was in writing. When we went to Israel with Kofi Christians united for his friend, the great Hagee family who was editing. On the plane. So this is a very personal book, very, very personal relationship that you and I have. Nobody else writes it. I write it. And I really think this is a book that you’re going to be very proud of that you’re going to want to read once we start promoting it and talking about it. And that’s why I want you to get in early with the preorder so you get the best possible price. I hope that makes sense. We’ll be right back.

Segment 4
Mark, why do you talk about your book, ladies and gentlemen? Proud of it. What I do behind this microphone is I present to you what’s between my ears. That’s what this is about. It’s not about what some people do. Just paint by the numbers or go on a couple of websites and just pull stories off and I can’t function that way. It’s why I try to use this format as best as I can as an education to. As a tool to convey our principles, as a tool to rally the troops for a cause here or there. That’s what I do. In. If I’m going to spend a year or so writing a book for you, whether you purchase it or not, of course I’m going to talk about it. I think the question should be why talk about a book that you didn’t write, but you pretend you write like so many others do? I could never deceive you that way. Or a stupid gossip book. There’s plenty of those people made a fortune off those books. I can tell you right now that I don’t make a fortune off of any book. It’s the least financially rewarding thing that I do. But so what? It’s rewarding, period. And so, of course, I’m proud of the book. I want you to participate in this. That’s what we do here in our national town hall meeting every evening. I consider you a family. And so, of course, I want you to take a look at it. Of course, I want you to get the best price you can. Of course I’m going to price it as low as we can with a publisher. And, you know, when you write a book, it’s very there’s some aspects of it that are very exciting, like, wow, I can’t wait to share this with you. But, my friends, I can’t wait to share this. If you don’t actually write a book and goes for it, you never go through that. Or if you don’t talk about it, what’s the point? You had people keep hawking books. They never talk about the substance. Because they don’t really know the substance. That’s why. It’s like my monologues. I read every damn one of them. Most of them. I just write notes. Or this program. Has anybody ever written anything for me on this program, Mr. Producer? Ever? No. No. I have the smallest staff of any nationally syndicated show on the face of the Earth. Mr. Producer does two jobs. He’s the executive producer, but he’s also the engineer. And Mr. Call screener. I said Mr. Foley relations but that’s that’s in the back. But to produce this show have two people. That to people does not make an entourage, does it, Rick? That’s it to hand me. I don’t have any writers. Researchers. I don’t have any of that stuff and I don’t want it. And so when you listen to this show or you look at the part, you listen to the podcast, or when you look at our website, Mark Levine show dot com or anything I produce, it’s the real deal. It’s the real deal. I got a ton more I want to talk about. Yes, Harvard, but from a different perspective. Hamas. How Hamas is preventing food that Israel is trying to supply to going to the Gazans and so much more. Stick with me, America. We’ll be right back.
