On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, 11 Republicans voted to move forward with the failed motion to vacate Speaker Mike Johnson. Those who believe this is a good idea do not understand Conservatism because this is anarchy. Republicans need to be fighting the radical Marxist Democrats who are destroying our country, not fighting each other. Also, The Biden Administration on the one hand claims to support Israel while on the other hand funding and aiding their enemies while withholding munitions to Israel. The propaganda and lies being used by Biden and Democrat media are painting Israel as the aggressor and genocidal oppressor. Biden and Antony Blinken are leading a diabolical and evil campaign against the government of Israel and trying to force a coup to take out Benjamin Netanyahu. Later, Mark is joined by Eric Trump to talk about the disgusting trial that Donald Trump is being put through, which is all part of the Democrat gameplan to smear Trump but it is backfiring and making him stronger than ever, and also about the Democrat weaponization of the DOJ and the entire government. Mark is also joined by journalist Julie Kelly to discuss Judge Aileen Cannon putting Jack Smith and the Department of Justice on trial because Cannon recognized that the documents taken from Mar-A-Lago were illegally mishandled.

Hello, America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. Well, the House just voted. There was a motion to vacate as we talk about a Marjorie Taylor GREENE. 11 Republicans, including her. Voted for the motion. It was defeated. People always say they need a Democrat to save the speaker. Well, they needed Democrats to throw out the speaker, Kevin McCarthy. Now 11 of the Republicans who voted against it. I don’t have the whole list. Representative Barry Moore. Representative Warren Davidson. Representative. Thomas Massie. Massie. Representative. Marjorie Taylor GREENE. Representative Biggs. Representative Crane. Representative Gosar. That’s three from Arizona. Representative Mooney from West Virginia and Representative Chip Roy from Texas, 11 of them. That means the overwhelming majority of Freedom Caucus members have conservative constitutionalists in the House said no. These 11 said yes. And I explained my opposition to this at some length, two nights in a row now. You cannot have one member of the House throw the whole damn institution into turmoil. The framers would have rejected that 100%. What’s being done here is based on rules. Rules that they imposed on Kevin McCarthy. They blackmailed him. He agreed to the rule. It is a bonehead rule. Boneheaded rule that one member. Can cause such chaos and anarchy. Chaos and anarchy are not what constitutional conservatism are about. That’s what the left is about. That’s what the left’s about. So I’m not aware of any form of representative government. Of constitutional government. I have conservative viewpoints, belief systems that thinks one House member out of 535 should have this kind of power. So these 11, as far as I’m concerned, they’re not promoting conservatism. They’re not promoting anything except anarchy. It’s just the way it goes. And they will accomplish nothing. And they have accomplished nothing. But I want to move on. It was a hearing today and more and more is coming to light. Myanmar’s coming to light. But how the Biden administration is supporting Iran, supporting Hamas, supporting the terrorists. But how the Biden administration. Has a two pronged propaganda campaign going on. On the one hand, they talk about how they support Israel. But on the other hand, they trash Israel and and their actions demonstrate who they are there. Bernie Sanders has demanded that Biden start cutting arms off from Israel, and that’s exactly what he’s doing. Lloyd Austin, the defense secretary, was at a hearing today. And I want you to listen to this couple of clips. Cut one go. So we’ve been very clear, Senator, as you know, from the very beginning. So why do these people always say they’re very clear when they’re not? As we’ve said, we’ve been very clear, first of all. They were withholding ammunition and munitions from Israel for at least two weeks now. We didn’t know that. They’re withholding these precision weapons. Exactly. The kind of weapons you need. Exactly the kind of weapons you need if you’re going to. You know, be able to target the terrorists without killing civilians. They’re withholding those. Which tells me that Israel’s going in. They have to go in regardless of what Biden and Blinken want. Biden. Blinken one Israel to commit suicide. Just as they’re pushing the United States to commit suicide. We’re not going to do that. They’re not going to do that. But go ahead. Let’s start from the top. Cut one, go. So we’ve been very clear, Senator, as you know from the very beginning, that that Israel shouldn’t launch a major attack in Iraq without accounting for and protecting the civilians that are in that battle space. They had provided plan after plan after plan to the United States. Israel is a sovereign country. They’re an ally. That’s why we are supposed to be helping them and supporting them. It’s an ally that’s fighting our enemy, Iran, and the terrorists who are secreting themselves into our country, who attacked us on 911 and many, many other occasions. Israel’s the point of the spear for us. This tiny little country. And so, well, we’re not happy with the plan that they gave us and so forth. And so. Their funding Iran. They funded October 7th. Iran has been able to rebuild its military as well as Hamas and Hezbollah and the Houthis that are shooting at our ships. And this clown is concerned about what Israel might do with weaponry. What if they had left Israel alone? This war would be over already. It’d be done. And the hostages, God willing, would be back. Those who have been murdered, it would be over. But this is what Biden does. Decade after decade. Go ahead. And and again, as we have assess the situation, we passed one shipment of high payload munitions and then again, something of mine. This is a shipment of high payload emissions, a munitions, rather. That is already paid for. This is even before the vote. On new armaments. So Israel has been waiting there for the shipments that it already paid for. The Congress already authorized. And Biden didn’t tell the United States Congress. And in fact, they’d even tell Israel. They just stopped it. Go ahead. I think we’ve also been very clear about the steps that we’d like to see Israel take to account for and take care of those civilians before major crimes. Do you mean to account for and take care of the civilians? There are more 18 wheelers going into Gaza loaded. Loaded with food and medicine and water and so forth than ever before. Ever before. 87% of those people who they’re feeding and medicating voted for Hamas. The vast majority of what’s being brought into the Gaza Strip is being stolen by Hamas, handed out to the Hamas terrorists. And what’s left is being sold and sold to the Gazans. With a big tax placed on it. Everybody knows this. And yet they still keep going on with the Hamas casualty numbers and the fact that they’re not doing enough to get aid into Gaza. These are lies. These are blood libels. It’s helping to spread the anti-Semitism in every capital on the face of the earth. To our colleges and universities. The propaganda that this administration is using, the bald faced lies, this administration, their party and their media. He’s painting Israel. As the aggressor. As the genocidal oppressor. And this is intentional. Biden and Blinken are leading a. A diabolical, evil campaign against the government of Israel. They are trying to. Force a coup. They’re trying to flip five members of the Likud Party. To take out Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. They are obsessed. They are focused on this because their their great paradisiacal plan in the Middle East is to strengthen Iran. Iran with nuclear weapons. Israel’s too provocative because Israel’s militarily too powerful. It would only give up 30% of its country, its its ancestral lands, Judea and Samaria, to the peaceful Palestinians who vote for Hamas. If they would only listen to Biden and Blinken. And so they’re holding up weapons. So Israel. They believe can’t defeat Hamas. They’ve told Israel not to attack Hezbollah. They told Israel when it was responding to the missiles, 300 or so fired at Israel. My family and I were there. Do not respond in any significant way. We will not support you. And now there are reports. AP, Reuters, all over the place that the day is coming. It could be tomorrow. With the United States is going to make a determination on whether or not Israel committed war crimes. Working hand in hand with the International Criminal Court. Filled with radical left wing Europeans, anti-Semites, anti-Americans, I might add. They not have any jurisdiction over is for any jurisdiction over the United States, and Biden is supporting it. That’s why they’re timing this report the way that they are. Yes. Think about how sinister this bastard is. And his media. And it’s party. Let’s go to cut to Shelley Moore Capito of West Virginia. Cut to go. What is the status of withholding our weaponry that we voted to send to Israel? Are we doing that and why are we doing that? Again, you know, our our commitment to Israel is ironclad. How is that commitment ironclad when you’re withholding weapons? Why do they lie like this? Because they’ve admitted that lie for them. A media that hate America. They hate conservatives, Maga Republicans. Unless of course, they’re Benedict Arnolds and they love them and promote them. And it media that hate Israel that is filled with anti-Semites and self-hating Jews. Go ahead. And you know, as I said earlier, since October 7th, we have flowed in billions of dollars worth of security assistance. She’s not asking you about that. So this is where they start. You know. Slipping and sliding. Go ahead. And as you just mentioned, you just passed the largest in history that’s focused on on Israel. And we’re going to continue it’s focused on Ukraine. It’s far more money going to Ukraine. But that’s okay. Go ahead. To to support Israel. And I might add that this secretary of defense, the secretary of state in this president. It flowed more money into Iran than Ukraine, Taiwan and Israel combined. Got that. They take no responsibility for the. For the war that they unleashed in the Middle East for the poor, the deaths of those Israelis. Go ahead. Are those reports false, then, that I’m reading? No. We are currently reviewing some near term security assistance shipments in the context of the unfolding events in Rafah. So. So we are withholding our shipments of weapons predicated on the strategy that Israel is employing and going into Rafah. Is that the bottom line here? We’ve not. Here’s some breaking news from CNN. Racine, Wisconsin. Joe Biden said for the first time today he would halt shipments of American weapons to Israel and I’m quoting them, which he acknowledged had been used to kill civilians in Gaza. Prime Minister Netanyahu orders a major invasion of the city of Rafah, caused civilians have been killed in Gaza as a consequence of those bombs and other ways in which they are after population centers. Biden told CNN’s Erin BURNETT in an exclusive interview, referring to £2,000 bombs that Biden paused shipments of last week. I made it clear that if they go into Rafah, they haven’t gone into Rafah yet, that if they go into Rafah, I’m not supplying the weapons that have been used historically to deal with Rafah, to deal with the cities that deal with that problem. The president’s announcement that he was prepared to condition American weaponry on Israel’s actions amounts to a turning point in the seven month conflict between Israel and Hamas and his acknowledgment that American bombs have been used to kill civilians. Look at how this is This is being handled. Look at the lies and the propaganda that’s being fed here. President has come under extraordinary pressure and he goes on with the political crap. And there he was yesterday at the Holocaust Museum, a memorial. And here he is giving aid and comfort to the modern day Nazis, the Islamists, the terrorists. He is a disgusting, immoral. So be. That’s what he is. That’s what he’s always been. That’s what he is. That’s what he’s always been. A disgrace. Here is the 11 who voted. To go forward with ousting the speaker of the House. Only 11 Republicans. A tiny minority of a minority Biggs Burleson, Crain, Davidson, Goes-r GREENE, Masi Mooney, More of Alabama, Roy of Texas and Sparks. She’s a real head case. The overwhelming majority. The Freedom Caucus and conservatives in the House did not. And so if he has talk show host telling you how what a great idea this was. Yes. Understand, they don’t understand conservatism either. They don’t understand any of it because this was anarchy that would lead to more anarchy. I’ll be right back.

I made it clear that if I go into Rafa, I haven’t gone in Rafa yet. They’re going to Rafa. I’m not supplying the weapons that have been used or acquired a deal with Rafa. Deal with City to deal with that problem. We’re going to continue to make sure, as you are secure in terms of Iron Dome and your ability to respond to attacks. I came out of, you know, in the Middle East recently. But he won’t even say Iran must produce a genius in. They were attacked by Iran. He won’t even say that. And now he’s telling Iran, Hamas, the Houthi is Hezbollah and all the other subhuman terrorists. Go at it with Israel. Go ahead. Kill their people. Kill them. Because I’m not going to give them ironclad backing. It’s Netanyahu’s fault because he won’t. He won’t bend to my demands. He won’t cause his country to commit suicide. Joe Biden is causing all the anti-Semitism and anti-Americanism Joe Biden paid for October 7th. He takes responsibility for nothing. There was peace, at least as far as peace can go in the Middle East. So he makes this public threat after weeks of withholding weaponry from Israel, accusing them of killing civilians. You know, my view at this point is Israel go in and do what you have to do. The fact that you inform the great citizens of Gaza, 87% of whom voted for Hamas, nearly the same percentage who believe in exterminating you. The fact that you dropped these. These leaflets and you send these texts and these pump bombs to alert people. The fact that you make it, you get no credit for it. Stop the damn train and the trucks going to stop it. You’re accused of it anyway. Go in there. Wipe out the rat’s nest. The bankers, essentially. That the Hitler likes, that the Himmler likes. That the leadership. And the Hamas Nazis are hiding it. Wipe them out. Wipe out that four battalions that remain. Which are their best battalions. Wipe them out. Don’t even give any consideration to what the United States has to say anymore. And we, the American people, we have to deal with this here in our country. Our government is siding with the wrong side. This idea, you give them enough armaments to protect them, to have to fight defensive wars. But you won’t allow them to win. You blackmail them. You threaten them. You withhold weapons. I want to read something to you. When I read something to you from a young man, Joseph Rubinstein. He wrote a piece in The Times of Israel with friends like these. He’s a young man. He’s in the IDF. He’s an American citizen, became an Israeli citizen. So immediately after October 7th, I was an IDF in the IDF reserves, and I discovered something I thought unthinkable. An intelligence officer told us that the actual reason that we did not fight back against Hezbollah, which is shooting thousands of rockets into Israel. And. The reason we’re not decisively destroying Hamas. Was because the Biden administration was applying pressure to limit Israel’s response. Despite the fact that Hamas held and holds U.S. citizens hostage, despite the fact that Hamas and Hezbollah are, by US standards, terrorist organizations, and despite the fact that these organizations are unquestionably anti-American and anti-Israel and anti liberal U.S. values. Publicly, Biden offered us weapons, but anyone who looked a bit closer knew that these had enormous strings attached. They effectively said Israel can have weapons only if you don’t actually defend yourself. Well, giving us weapons. They sanctioned our civilians. They actually sanctioned one of our IDF units, and they blew up negotiating positions on a hostage deal. Why would they do that? Isn’t it in their best interest to destroy Iranian proxies? Isn’t it a moral imperative to return U.S. citizens home? They’ve talked a lot about that when it was an NBA WNBA star in Russia. They made a Jewish solidarity month while allowing the academic institutions that were the pride and joy of the US to support blatantly anti-Semitic displays and aggression. And UCLA. These so-called protesters beat up a Jewish girl unconscious. And Biden tweeted Support of Jews. He tweeted. But he did nothing. Meanwhile, the universities capitulated to the cadre of communist and Islamist radicals. And I kid you not agreed to boycott the only Jewish country in the world. However, since yesterday we confirmed the Biden administration is not our friend. We better get wise or we will be wrecked because actions speak louder than words. The Biden administration has officially been holding up bullet shipments to the idea. The Biden administration has further threatened to limit aid based on Israel not doing enough for civilian casualties, despite the best civilian to combat ratio in the history of the world by a factor of five at the very least. The Biden administration knew in advance that Hamas was going to publicly, quote unquote, accept the cease fire proposal. That was just a litany of Hamas demands. But they didn’t warn Israel. A cease fire proposal asked Israel to give up their request for the hostages and it fully stopped the war in return for nothing. Creating a PR disaster for Israel. Thanks. Biden. The Biden administration has frequently tried to meddle in Israeli elections. The Biden administration. Repeatedly has tried holding up our operation in Rafah, despite there being no other way to ensure Hamas is defeated. A staggering 82% of Israelis support the operation, roughly 82%. Sort of Prime Minister Netanyahu, to all the leaders of Israel, know that the state of Israel is fully behind the operation in Rafah despite the U.S.. And he really means despite the Biden government, we didn’t need them in 67 or 48. Do what you promised. Destroy Hamas. Do what you promised. Destroy Hamas. Lindsey Graham today questioning Lloyd Austin. And General Charles Brown, chairman of the Joint Chiefs. Withholding weapons from Israel. Blackmailing Israel. Blackmailing Israel. And giving aid and comfort to the terrorists and the Jew haters and the anti-American, Marxist and Islamists. Cut three. Go. Would you have supported dropping the atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki? General Brown in World War Two? Well, I think it is based on the situation where. Well, we know I mean, it has happened. We know. I’m not asking that they did it. Do you think that was disproportionate? It was. It was definitely. Well, what do you in hindsight, you think that was the right decision for America to drop two atomic bombs on the Japanese cities in question? Well, I’ll tell you, it stopped the World War. Okay. Well, so we had a do you agree, General Austin, if you had been around, would you say drop them? I you know, I agree with the chairman here. I mean, I mean, if you were if we go back in time says, hey, we got to atomic bombs, should we drop them? What would you say? Well, you know, I think the leadership was interested in in curtailing the was was and was Israel interested in do you believe Iran really wants to kill all the Jews, if they could? The Iranian regime. Do you believe Hamas is serious when they say, we’ll keep doing it over and over again? Do you agree that they will if they can? I do. I’m okay. Do you believe that Hezbollah is a terrorist organization also bent on the destruction of the Jewish state? Hezbollah is a terrorist. Terrorist. Okay. So Israel’s been hit in the last few weeks by Iran, Hezbollah and Hamas dedicated to their destruction. And you’re telling me you’re going to tell them how to fight the war? And what they can and can’t use when everybody around them wants to kill all the Jews. And you’re telling me that if we withhold weapons in this fight. The existential fight for the life of the Jewish state. It won’t send the wrong signal. Do you still think it was a good idea, General Austin, to get out of Afghanistan? I support the president. Yeah, I think you do. I think it was a disastrous decision. If we stop weapons necessary to destroy the enemies of the state of Israel at a time of great peril. We will pay a price. This is obscene. It is absurd. Give Israel what they need to fight the war they can’t afford to lose. This is Hiroshima and Nagasaki on steroids. When Lindsey Graham is good, he’s really good. What do you think, Mr. Producer? And those two generals mumbling around, bumbling around because nobody can explain the Biden Blinken foreign policy as applies to Israel. With any moral clarity because it’s immoral because the issues that those two. Sickening buffoons are weighing have nothing to do with the security of Israel or the United States. I read your letter. Letters sent by Speaker Mike Johnson and Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell was not signed by Schumer was not signed by Hakeem Jeffries. But to Joe Biden. Having recently worked on a bipartisan basis to pass an emergency national security supplemental appropriations bill that included urgent assistance to Israel. We were alarmed by media reports that your administration has delayed the delivery of Iranian weapons shipments bound for Israel. This news flies in the face of assurances provided regarding the timely delivery of security assistance to Israel. The Secretary of State. Assured the speaker and others. That what they’re doing now wouldn’t happen. So they lied. But we appreciate recent clarifications that Assistant Fund for the supplemental appropriations bill will not be impacted. We believe that security assistance to Israel is an urgent priority that must not be delayed. These recent press reports and pauses in critical weapons shipments cannot question your pledge. Your commitment to Israel’s security will remain ironclad. And despite regular engagement on security assistance to Israel and repeated assurances for the most senior officials over the past several months, it was only after public press reports and subsequent engagement by our offices that we learned from your staff that, quote, a review of a specific weapons shipment, unquote, was underway. The American public deserves. We have not been able to obtain pertinent information from the Department of State and so forth. And now they just heard on CNN what Biden’s plan is. Biden is going to cut off arms. To Israel. If it dares to take out the leadership in the four remaining battalions of Hamas. Biden is saving Hamas. I is saving. The four. Battalions. At the Hamas. Terrorists. Biden is working with Qatar that I’m sure has told Biden to save them. Biden is back channeling with Iran, which I am so sure told Biden to save them. Biden as he’s done throughout his life. And decides how does he cover and save his ass? By attacking the elected leaders of Israel. It’s their fault. It’s not Iran’s fault. It’s not Hamas’s full. It’s not the thought of the terrorists. It’s Netanyahu’s fourth. This is the way an anti-Semite gets around trashing. Israelis in the Jewish state of Israel. This is what? Saul Alinsky taught the Democrats. Personalize your disputes. Don’t get into big arguments about ideas. But for Netanyahu. But for Trump. But for Barack. But for Clarence Thomas. But for Judge Brown. But for. But for. But for. And Austin and the head of the Joint Chiefs, General Brown. We’re not honest with this committee. Because Biden told CNN. But he plans to cut off arms to Israel. Should they dare? To take out the equivalent of Hitler. Himmler. Goebbels. Eichmann were hiding in their bunkers in Rafah. We would never agree to such a thing. Never. This is a betrayal. Like we’ve never seen really in American history. We never seen anything like this. If I told you on October 7th that Biden would betray the Israelis, would you believe me? Because I did.
