This is a lawsuit intended to change existing campaign law in Pennsylvania, in violation of Article II AND the state’s constitution (where change in election laws require input by the citizens and other significant hurdles). Do NOT count the defective absentee ballots. That’s what the leftwing Democrats want and do. And this is why the RNC and PA state GOP are OPPOSED to this desperate lawsuit.
