But when confronted with cases such as these, Ketanji Brown Jackson, Biden’s nominee for the Supreme Court, went soft on the perpetrators. Now, Mark points out that she has circumvented federal sentencing laws. And her actions should disqualify her from appointment to the nation’s highest court.
