Honestly, this is a shockingly lousy opinion by the 3rd circuit panel. Amazingly, it underscores equal protection violations but blows them off as routine and supposedly supported by state law. Clearly, these judges, like the lower court, do not want to deal with this election. Easier to trash the plaintiffs (the judges are obviously watching the news coverage) than allow the case to proceed.Opinion 3 Circuit 11.27.20
