Why are McConnell and the Republicans letting Schiff and the House Democrats make arguments based on information that was not used by the House Democrats to impeach the president? There’s no evidence of treason, bribery or other high crimes and misdemeanors. There’s no case. So all day yesterday the Democrats were spreading opinions, conspiracies, theories, allegations, etc. The Senate is not the place for the Democrats’ desperate and hysterical demands and claims. That belongs on CNN, MSNBC and in the rest of the phony newsrooms.
