WASHINGTON, DC - OCTOBER 02: U.S. President Barack Obama holds a news conference in the State Dining Room at the White House October 2, 2015 in Washington, DC. Obama began the press conference by saying that he will not sign another short-time stop gap federal budget in December, the next time the current budget is set to expire. On Friday’s Mark Levin show: We’re not a constitutional republic, federal republic, or representative republic anymore. We are in a post constitutional republic spinning out of control. President Obama has been trashing one part of the Constitution after another and nobody says a anything. The 2nd amendment isn’t there to protect our hunting rights; it’s there to protect us from a centralized government. John Lott, President of the crime prevention research center, calls in to discuss his interactions with Obama before he was President and how no law could have stopped the Oregan school shooting. Also, we have 3 men running for Speaker of the House: Kevin McCarthy, Jason Chaffetz and Daniel Webster. Mark asks the audience who they would support? Congressman Louie Gohmert calls in to give his support to Webster because he says he is the only one who will decentralize the power of the speaker, which will give conservatives power back.
