On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show: The U.S. Congress has failed us, the Constitution, and the entire country. They have no strategy to deal with President Obama and his totalitarian antics. Now it’s up to the Supreme Court, again, to look at the issue of separation of powers through the case of King v Burwell or Obamacare. If they decide that Obama’s constant revisions of Obamacare through the IRS is constitutional, it puts very few limits on the power of the Executive branch. The purpose of having Congress is for them to change the laws, not the President. If Obama keeps changing laws as he sees fit, it completely undermines the Democratic process and cuts We The People out of the process entirely. Mark speaks with Michael Carvin, lead litigator in the King v Burwell case on behalf of the petitioners of Obamacare, to discuss the current state of the case. Also, Hillary Clinton has been using a private email account on a server running out of her own house to conceal her actions from Congress. Somebody close to Hillary must’ve spilled the beans because Republicans don’t have access to her emails and never knew about her private server. This was an inside job to try to take her out of the 2016 Presidential race. Later, even though they failed to override Obama’s veto of the Keystone pipeline, every Republican voted to override it. To have every Republican fall into place is shocking.
