On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show: The left does not believe in fundamental God given human rights, but rather rights dispensed by the government. Chris Cuomo made this clear while speaking with Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore, saying our rights do not come from God but from collective agreement and compromise. Our Declaration of Independence explicitly states we are endowed by our creator with unalienable rights, not endowed by fellow man or government. Also, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg believes it’s doubtful that same-sex marriage won’t be accepted, speaking on the issue as if she knows exactly how the American people feel. Since when do judges talk openly about ongoing cases like this? Later, Senator Mike Lee calls in to discuss the Senate Democrats refusal to allow consideration of the DHS funding bill.
