On Monday’s Mark Levin Show: Mark talks about the release of American Prison of War Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl and the swapping of prisoners from Guantanamo Bay. Mark says that the Obama Administration has now rewritten the terms and classifications that those that are terrorist detainees are now considered prisoners of war. Mark says they are not POWs and now they are released and will return to the battlefield to try and kill more Americans. Mark also talks about the reports from other military members that claims that Bergdahl was a deserter and soldiers from his own unit died trying to rescue him in the past. Mark also talks about the Constitutional coup we have going on – where federal bureaucracies and the Executive Branch are going around the Legislative body and unilaterally enacting regulations and laws despite them being unconstitutional. The latest comes in the form of the EPA, purposely trying to shut down the coal industry in the name of clean air that will only hurt the industries.
