On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show: The NBA and NBA Commissioner Adam Silver has given Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling a lifetime ban from all NBA games as well as potentially losing ownership in his team. Mark talks about why this happened, if legally the NBA was in the right to do this, and also a main question – why was the NAACP going to give Sterling another award, knowing that he had a history of questionable racist remarks? ESPN Analyst Stephen A. Smith calls in and gives his take on the punishment and also what the players were thinking as well. Mark also further discusses John Kerry’s Israeli apartheid comments and calls him an anti-Semite and that he needs to resign. Also, the Obama Administration has had many questionable dealings for many years now with those that don’t favor Israel, including Rashid Khalidi.
