He explains that since the government won't change itself from within, that we need to go to the Constitution to do it. He lays out specific ways the Constitution allows to fight back against the tyranny of this government. The federal government today isn't the federal government that the Framers established or intended. The ruling class will hate these suggestions because it threatens their power and unconstitutional authority over us. We see the Constitution as a tool to restore liberty, not an obstacle.
